Perhitungan Upah Lembur dan Prosedur Pemberian Insentif Pegawai PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan
Overtime Wage Calculation is one of the important things that must be seen properly and studied properly. The calculation, which greatly influences the decision to give wages, makes the calculation a determinant of the success of the Human Resources department in carrying out its duties. Meanwhile, the procedure for giving wages is closely related to the company's SOP which can be assessed whether the HR field is carrying out its duties properly. Seeing these problems, the author wants to see how the form of wage calculation according to KEPMEN No. 102 of 2004 is carried out by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. And how the procedure for giving bonuses that must be followed in order to comply with the appropriate company rules.
After the research that the author has undergone, it can finally be seen how the actual calculation of overtime wages is appropriate and assisted by the application of PTPN III legislation in determining the amount of overtime wages. While the form of procedure that the author gets for providing incentives, PTPN III has not provided bonuses in the form of incentives that are differentiated from the type. But in the form of annual service rewards and the provision of which is spread according to the actual types of incentives.54 HalamanKertas Karya Diplom

A large number of students are getting difficulties in comprehending a reading text, including students in Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. They need effective reading instruction that can help them during the teaching and learning process. They also need a positive learning environment; thus, they can be independent learners who are responsible for their learning. Moreover, giving attention to students’ psychological factors, such as self-efficacy, is also needed to improve students’ learning performance. For that reason, this study aimed to 1) explain the relation among Reading Instruction, Ability Grouping, and Self-Efficacy, 2) explain the relation between Reading Instruction, and Ability Grouping, 3) explain the relation between Reading Instruction and Self-Efficacy, 4) explain the relation between Ability Grouping, and Self-Efficacy, 5) explain the comparative effects between two kinds of reading instructions, CSR and QtA, 6) explain the comparative effects between two form of Ability Grouping, homogeneous and heterogeneous, 7) explain the comparative effects between two-level of students’ self-efficacy beliefs, high and low, 8) explain students' perception toward the implementation of CSR and QtA in different ability grouping, 9) explain students' collaboration during the implementation of CSR and QtA in different ability grouping. For these purposes, a mixed-method study which adopted 2x2x2 Factorial Design was conducted. It took one hundred and twenty-one students of the Economics Faculty of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu in the Academic Year 2016/2017 as the participants. The study administered a reading comprehension test and a reading self-efficacy questionnaire to measure students’ reading comprehension and reading self-efficacy. Observation sheets, note-taking, and interviews were utilized to collect the qualitative data. The quantitative data obtained from the reading test were analyzed by using a t-test and a three-way ANOVA, whereas the qualitative data obtained from the observation sheets, note-taking, and interviews were analyzed by using thematic analysis. The findings from reading test revealed that 1) the relation among Reading instructions, Ability Grouping, and Self-Efficacy is significant 2) the relation between Reading instruction and Ability Grouping is significant, 3) the relation between Reading instruction and Self-Efficacy is significant, 4) the relation between Ability Grouping and Self-Efficacy is not significant, 5) The difference on the impact of collaborative strategic reading instruction compared to questioning the author instruction on students’ reading comprehension is significant, 6) The difference on the impact of homogeneous Ability grouping compared to heterogeneous ability grouping is significant, 7) The difference on the impact of high self-efficacy compared to low self-efficacy on students’ reading comprehension is significant, 8) students showed various perceptions of the learning activities, 9) several aspects of collaboration occurred during students' group work in terms of Positive Interdependence, Individual Accountability, Equal Participation and Simultaneous Interaction. The results of this study are expected to give complete information on the effect of reading instructions, ability grouping, and self-efficacy on students’ reading comprehension, especially at the university level. Finally, this study suggests that lecturers need to provide students with appropriate reading instruction and a form of ability grouping during the teaching and learning process. They also need to take students’ psychological factors such as self-efficacy into consideration since this factor affects students’ reading

Rip Current Prediction System for Swimmer Safety: Towards operational forecasting using a process based model and nearshore bathymetry from video
Rip currents are among the most dangerous coastal hazards for the bathing public, and contribute to the highest portion of beach rescues all over the world. In order to help life guards in planning and preparing rescue resources so as to minimize casualties, information about where and when rip currents may occur is needed. This can be provided by a predictive tool which combines meteorological forecasts, hydrodynamic models and remote-sensed observations. In this thesis, a methodology with which rip current forecasts for swimmer safety can be provided is developed and tested for Egmond aan Zee beach in the Netherlands. The approach is to make use of the numerical model system CoSMoS combined with daily estimates of nearshore-scale bathymetry obtained from a system called cBathy, which infers depths by estimating wave celerities from video imaging. Moreover, in order to gain more knowledge on occurrences of rips at Egmond, a numerical study on the kinematics of rip currents and the safety implications for swimmers is also presented. Coupling the video bathymetry estimates with CoSMoS in forecast mode shows that dangerous rips were correctly predicted. This thesis demonstrates the potential application of the proposed system in providing forecasts for rip currents at Egmond aan Zee.Hydraulic EngineeringCivil Engineering and Geoscience

Isolasi Bakteri Penghasil Lipase Termofilik Kloning Dan Ekspresi Gen Penyandi Lipase.

Legal Analysis of the Annulment of a Compensation Ruling Concerning the Possession of Inherited Land by the Regional Government: A Case Study of Court Decision No. 92/PDT/2019/PT KDI
In 2019, the Pasarwajo District Court, which examined and adjudicated the
case at the first level between Sail La Anda, Sirajuddin Anda, and Zaharuddin Anda
versus the Regent of Buton Regency, received a civil lawsuit from Sail La Anda and
his two brothers, Sirajuddin Anda and Zaharuddin Anda, as plaintiffs. They
objected to actions taken by the Government of Buton Regency. According to the
plaintiffs, a piece of land measuring approximately 6.7 hectares—an inheritance
from their father—had been taken over without permission by the Buton Regency
Government. Consequently, the plaintiffs filed a lawsuit registered under case
number: 4/Pdt.G/2019/PN/Psw.At the first instance, the Pasarwajo District Court
partially granted the plaintiffs' claims. However, at the appellate level, the decision
was overturned through an appeal submitted by the defendant, with decision
number 92/PDT/2019/PT KDI. This situation calls for a juridical analysis of the
judges' considerations in both decisions—what convinced the judges to partially
grant the lawsuit at the district court level, and what led the judges at the appellate
court to annul the first-instance decision. Such analysis will uncover the underlying
factors behind the change in judgment from Decision No. 4/Pdt.G/2019/PN Psw.
The formulation of problems in this research includes: 1. How is the legal
regulation regarding inadmissible lawsuits in Indonesian civil procedural law?2.
What are the legal consequences of the annulment of a compensation verdict for
the parties involved? 3. How do the legal considerations in Decision No.
4/Pdt.G/2019/PN Psw compare to those in Decision No. 92/PDT/2019/PT KDI in
terms of the application of civil procedural law? This research adopts a normative
juridical method with a statutory approach and a case approach. Data were
obtained through literature studies involving laws and regulations, legal literature,
and relevant court decisions.
The findings indicate that the decision in question resulted from the failure
to fulfill formal requirements of a lawsuit under civil procedural law. The
annulment of the compensation ruling led to legal uncertainty, particularly for the
party that had previously won at the first-instance level. Moreover, there is a
significant difference in legal reasoning between the District Court and the High
Court, highlighting the importance of consistency in the application of procedural
law to ensure legal protection for disputing parties.107 pagesSkripsi Sarjan
