Sadam Akhmad Music Performing Arts Management in Tegal City
Get PDF This study examines the performance management of indie musician Sadam Akhmad in Tegal City, focusing on his productivity in releasing musical works from 2018 to 2024. The aim of this research is to understand how performance management is applied by Sadam Akhmad to develop his music career, especially in the blues genre. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and content analysis. The results indicate that Sadam Akhmad implements management principles such as planning, organizing, execution, and evaluation in his performances. Supporting factors for the success of his performances include a solid management team, personnel flexibility, and the use of digital platforms for promotion. In conclusion, good management is key to maintaining performance quality and expanding Sadam Akhmad's audience in the indie music scene

Salah satu dari mubaligh yang mengambil peran untuk berdakwah melalui media sosial adalah Habib Husein Jafar al-Hadar. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang aktifitas dakwah Habib Husein Jafar dalam platform media sosial yang digunakannya, Youtube. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengamati secara virtual dan visual (etnografi virtual) pada konten-konten dakwah yang ditampilkan Habib Husein Jafar melalui Youtube. Dari kajian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pemilihan platform media sosial Youtube didasarkan oleh perhatiannya kepada usaha pencerahan spiritual generasi muda—karena berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, pengguna platform media sosial ini kebanyakan adalah usia 18-25 tahun, 2) bertolak dari konsumen dakwahnya yang sebagaian besar anak muda, konten yang disajikannya pun disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan gaya hidup mereka, dan 3) dengan menggunakan konsep analisis circuit of culture, Habib Husen Jafar al-Hadar dalam berbagai kontennya mampu untuk merekonstruksi persepsi masyarakat mengenai definisi kesalehan seseorang. Adalah dengan tidak sebatas berbasis kepada tampilan normatif—berjubah dan bersorban, misalnya—tetapi lebih kepada sisi substantive seseorang, yakni dengan berperilaku dan berpengetahuan yang mumpuni. Dengan ragam konten yang dibuatnya ia mampu untuk memvisualisasikan diri sebagai anak muda yang saleh, dengan tidak menanggalkan status sosialnya sebagai anak muda.Kata Kunci: Dakwah, Habib Husein Jafar, dan Youtub

This research is to answer questions about the message of da'wah in habib Umar
Bin Hafizh's book tells the story of Muhammad. Which includes any message that
can be taken from the book by the reader.
Content analysis is a research method used to examine the content of messages in
a communication process. Content analysis is research that is an in-depth
discussion of the content of written or printed information in the mass media.
Content analysis is generally defined as a method that includes all analysis of the
content of the text. Content analysis can also be said to be a study of the content
or meaning of communication messages based on the data available to be made
conclusions. Content analysis is a research technique to obtain an overview of the
contents of time communication messages that are carried out objectively,
systematically, and sociologically relevant, the description and analysis can use
qualitative and quantitative measurement procedures or both.
The results of the research of Habib Umar Bin Hafizh's book Tell Stories, there
are messages of da'wah that make someone have to read the book. The book
contains a lecture of Habib Umar which was booked by someone. So the groups of
habib umar's lectures or tausiyah are in the book. But it's unfortunate that
researchers couldn't find someone who compiled the book. Researchers searching
the internet even asked the bookseller. But they also could not answer who exactly
the constituents on behalf of Muhammad were. Although the author does not know
who Muhammad compiled the book, the author can practice and get the reward
after reading and understanding the book. The impression of the reader of Habib
Umar bin Hafizh's book is someone who is forgiving

No full textAdvances in technology and information provide new opportunities for preachers to be able to take part in spreading Islamic teachings through various social media platforms. One of the preachers who took the role to preach through social media was Habib Husein Jafar al-Hadar. This article examines Habib Husein Jafars missionary activities on the social media platform he uses, Youtube. The researcher analyzes the data by observing virtually and visually (virtual ethnography) on the dakwa content displayed by Habib Husein Jafar through Youtube. The study shows that: 1) the attention to the spiritual enlightenment efforts of the younger generation is the basis of the selection of the social media platform Youtube - because based on previous research, the users of this social media platform are 18-29 years of age; 2) starting from the dakwa consumers who are primarily young people, the content they present is suitable to their needs and lifestyle and 3) by using the concept of the circuit of culture analysis, Habib Husein Jafar in various ranges can reconstruct people\u27s perception of ones definition of holiness. It is not limited based on normative appearance - cloaked and sacrificed, for example - but more on the substantive side, namely by behaving and having knowledgeable skills. Today's increasingly advanced technological developments certainly add to the challenge for a preacher to think about how Islamic teachings can be accessed by many people. So the author is interested in researching the digitization of Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar's preaching, an Indonesian citizen of Arab descent, increasingly famous through Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel in Login content as a medium used to spread the teachings of the Islamic religion. Inviting friends to discuss from various circles and backgrounds, different ethnicities and religions. The author found several important points that were conveyed by Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar. First, Islam is a religion full of love and joy that is far from radical. Second, Islam teaches tolerance between religions. Third, convey the truth with good morals. These three things make Habib Husein Ja'far al Hadar loved by all levels of society. Retorika atau seni berbicara salah satu kesuksesaan
seseorang dalam berbicara kepada khalayak luas. Retorika yang
baik akan menimbulkan dakwah yang baik agar pesan dakwah
yang disampaikan dapat diterima oleh Mad‟U atau khalayak luas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Retorika dakwah Habib
Bahar Bin Smith pada akun Youtube Orde Salaf Official. Penelitian
ini adalah penelitian tentang retorika atau gaya bahasa terkait
dengan Dakwah Habib Bahar Bin Smith di media sosial youtube,
dalam hal ini penulis mengamati video ceramah Habib Bahar bin
smith diakun youtube orde salaf official dengan judul youtube
Ceramah Habib Bahar Bin Smith yang paling berani.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan
menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research),
yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode
pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta
mengelolah bahan penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat deksriptif,
yaitu penulis menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang
permasalahan yang akan di teliti, yaitu mengenai “Retorika
Dakwah Habib Bahar Bin Smith Pada Akun Youtube Orde Salaf
Official” video yang berjudul Dakwah Habib Bahar Bin Smith
Paling Berani berdurasi 32 menit. Teknik yang dipakai adalah
analisis data kualitatif, menggunakan reduksi, analisis video,
penyajian dan verifikasi. Data primer diperoleh dari sumber pada
akun Youtube orde salaf official yang menampilkan dakwah Habib
Bahar Bin Smith. Sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini
meliputi catatan atau dokumentasi berupa majalah, buku, jurnal,
laporan dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Teori yang dipakai teori
Public speaking Stephen E Lucas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan penyampaian ceramah Habib
Bahar bin Smith yang penulis teliti termasuk dalam retorika
dakwah, Da‟I menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada khalayak luas.
Menurut teori Public speaking Stephen E Lucas, metode
penyampaian ceramah yang digunakan Habib Bahar Bin Smith
pada akun Youtube Orde Salaf Official yang berjudul dakwah

Extemporaneously, ceramah sudah disiapkan sebelumnya berupa
garis besar, tidak memegang atau melihat naskah, tidak pada
mencoba mengingat kata-kata atau pembicara menatap langit�langit. The Speakers Voice, aspek suara,volume suara habib Bahar
sangat jelas didengar. Nada suara ketika berceramah tinggi dan
rendah. Tempo ketika berbicara dalam ceramahnya cepat, tempo
lambat diperlukan saat menjelaskan kata atau informasi yang
rumit. Variasi vokal tidak monoton, kekurangannya ada beberapa
variasi vokal yang terjadi dalam ceramah habib Bahar sedikit
berlebihan. Pengucapan sangat jelas, kata-kata tidak bergantung
pada teks, namun ada beberapa kata yang tidak seharusnya
diucapkan dalam ceramahnya yang terlihat kurang pantas.
Artikulasi baik terucap jelas. Bahasa yang digunakan familiar,
dapat dimengerti. Beberapa ucapan nada suara terdengar tinggi,
bukan berarti marah melainkan karena dialek atau latar belakang
Habib Bahar yang ketika berbicara memang bernada tinggi. The
Speakers Body, penampilan Habib Bahar ketika berceramah dalam
video tersebut, sesuai dengan latar belakang acara. Gerakan tubuh
ketika berceramah terlihat emosional, mengikuti kata dan nada
suara. Kontak mata jelas menatap kehadapan audiens, tidak seperti
orang menghapal yang menatap keatas atau terpaku pada teks.

ABSTRACT
Rhetoric or the art of speaking is one of the successes of a
person in speaking to a wide audience. Good rhetoric will lead to
good da'wah so that the da'wah message conveyed can be accepted
by Mad'U or a wide audience. This study aims to determine the
rhetoric of Habib Bahar Bin Smith's da'wah on the Official Salaf
Order Youtube account. This research is a study of rhetoric or
language style related to the preaching of Habib Bahar Bin Smith
on youtube social media, in this case the author observes the video
lecture of Habib Bahar bin smith on the official salaf order youtube
account with the youtube title Habib Bahar Bin Smith's most
daring lecture.
This research uses qualitative analysis using the type of
library research, namely a series of activities related to library data
collection methods, reading and recording and processing research
materials. This research is descriptive, namely the author describes
systematically the problems to be examined, namely regarding
"Habib Bahar Bin Smith's Da'wah Rhetoric on the Official Salaf
Order Youtube Account" a video entitled Da'wah Habib Bahar Bin
Smith Most Courageous with a duration of 32 minutes. The
technique used is qualitative data analysis, using reduction, video
analysis, presentation and verification. Primary data is obtained
from sources on the official salaf order Youtube account which
features the preaching of Habib Bahar Bin Smith. While secondary
data in this study include records or documentation in the form of
magazines, books, journals, reports and other sources. The theory
used is Stephen E Lucas's public speaking theory.
The results showed that the delivery of Habib Bahar bin
Smith's lecture that the author studied was included in the rhetoric
of da'wah, Da'I delivered da'wah messages to a wide audience.
According to Stephen E Lucas's public speaking theory, the
method of delivering lectures used by Habib Bahar Bin Smith on
the Youtube account of Orde Salaf Official entitled dakwah Habib
Bahar Bin Smith the bravest is the Speaking Extemporaneously
method, the lecture has been prepared in advance in the form of an
outline, not holding or looking at the script, not trying to remember
words or the speaker staring at the ceiling. The Speakers Voice, the

voice aspect, the volume of Habib Bahar's voice is very clear to
hear. The tone of voice when lecturing is high and low. The tempo
when speaking in his talks is fast, a slow tempo is needed when
explaining complicated words or information. Vocal variations are
not monotonous, the drawback is that some of the vocal variations
that occur in Habib Bahar's lectures are a little excessive.
Pronunciation is very clear, words do not depend on the text, but
there are some words that should not be spoken in his lectures that
look inappropriate. Articulation is good and clear. The language
used is familiar, understandable. Some utterances sounded high in
tone, not because of anger but because of Habib Bahar's dialect or
background, which when speaking is indeed high-pitched. The
Speakers Body, Habib Bahar's appearance when lecturing in the
video, in accordance with the background of the event. The body
movements when lecturing look emotional, following the words
and tone of voice. Eye contact is clearly staring at the audience,
unlike memorizing people who stare up or fixate on the text.

This research aims to determine and describe Habib Ja'far's rhetorical techniques in the CloseTheDoor Login program on Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube Channel. In this research, the author used descriptive qualitative methods. The data in this research are Habib Ja'far's speech in the CloseTheDoor Login program. The data source in this research is the CloseTheDoor Login program which is broadcast on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube Channel, consisting of 20 videos, 10 videos from season 1 and 10 videos from season 2. The data collection technique in this research uses listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. Research results The results of this research are 50 data on pathos and logos techniques in Habib Ja'far. The most dominant techniques used are logos techniques with 29 data and pathos techniques with 21 data.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukaan dan mendeskripsikan teknik retorika Habib Ja’far dalam program Login CloseTheDoor di Channel Youtube Deddy Corbuzier. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan Habib Ja’far dalam program Login CloseTheDoor. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian ini yaitu data teknik pathos, dan logos dalam Habib Ja’far sebanyak 50 data. Teknik yang paling dominan digunakan ialah teknik logos sebanyak 29 dan teknik pathos sebanyak 21 data

Get PDFThis article aims to analyse the study of religious tolerance presented on Habib Husein Ja’far al-Hadar’s podcast channel. In the digital era, preachers are challenged to package the content they deliver in engaging ways while addressing various circulating issues. The podcast hosted by Habib Husein Ja’far al-Hadar discusses light yet substantive explanations regarding the religious practices of Indonesian society. Religion and indigenous beliefs in Indonesia are explored through conversational, dialogic, and humorous discussions between two speakers. This study uses a qualitative research method with content analysis as its primary analytical approach. To strengthen the research, the author also employs library research by reviewing various relevant literature. The primary data source of this research is Habib Ja’far al-Hadar’s podcast channel, supported by books and scholarly articles related to the theme of religious tolerance. The findings indicate that several episodes of the Noice podcast “Berbeda Tapi Bersama” reveal crucial points for the future of tolerance in Indonesia. The author identifies several indications, including that each religion offers exemplary teachings and encourages respect for the principles and rules of other religions. Each religion has points of convergence and similarities, even if its intentions and values differ. These elements demonstrate strong respect and tolerance, with dialogue serving as a key foundation for sustaining diversity
