Get PDFWabah virus Covid-19 pada awal bulan maret 2020 tersebar ke di Indonesia, termasuk di Pekanbaru. Pada tanggal 18 maret 2020, 1 orang pasien positif terinfeksi Covid 19, terdeteksi di Pekanbaru. Kemudian jumlah masyarakat yang diduga terinfeksi semakin meningkat, sehingga tanggal 22 maret 2020 Walikota Pekanbaru, Firdaus merespon dalam konteks pemerintahan dengan menaikkan status tanggap darurat Covid-19 untuk Kota Pekanbaru. Selanjutnya tanggal 23 Maret 2020 Walikota Pekanbaru mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Walikota Pekanbaru Nomor : 100/Setda-Tapem/661/2020 tentang Tindaklanjut Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru. Surat edaran ini meminta masyarakat menjaga jarak (Physical Distancing) dan anjuran diam di rumah (Stay at Home). Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan Walikota memaksakan berlakunya surat edaran melalui penegakan hukum pemerintahan kepada para pihak guna memutus penyebaran Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan salah satu penyebab surat edaran ini sulit dipaksakan berlakunya disebabkan edaran walikota ini tidak memuat sanksi bagi pelanggarnya, rendahnya tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan politik pemerintah pusat. The Yayasan Adlin Murni has a vision of becoming an excelling school of morality and excellence while the mission of the Yayasan Adlin Murni is: to educate students to become conscious of god, to be concerned about the environment, to develop students who care about science and technology, and to educate underachieving and extracurricular students. In the study the author uses a quantitative research method with the sample used amounts to 75 samples. Data analysis with a double line-regression model and thus obtaining disciplinary results and work systems are affecting the quality of work in a Yayasan Adlin Murni teacher.

Get PDFThis volume offers a fascinating case study of the Sayyid community of Cikoang in South Sulawesi – in particular, an examination of the role of the descendants of Sayyid Jalaluddin al-‘Aidid, a Hadhrami merchant-teacher of great authority and charisma who is said to have initially settled in Gowa in the 17th century. It is of particular interest because the migration of Sayydid Jalaluddin occurred well before the major Hadhrami diaspora to Southeast Asia in the mid-19th century. Of particular interest is the way Sayyid Jalaluddin and his descendants became integrated within the Makassar community. Sayyid Jalaluddin’s legacy to the Cikoang community is the Tarekat Bahr ul-Nur, whose mystic teachings expound the creation of the world from the ‘Nur Muhammad’. A consequence of this teaching is an enormous emphasis on the celebration of Maudu’ (Maulid or the Birth of the Prophet) as expressed in the local assertion: ‘My existence on this earth is for nothing but Maudu’.’ Every year this prompts the Cikoang community to hold one of the most elaborate and colourful Maulid celebrations in Indonesia. This study was originally submitted as an MA thesis at ANU in 1998, but soon became recognised as an important contribution to Hadhrami studies. Its author, M. Adlin Sila, has since gone on to complete his PhD at ANU, Being Muslim in Bima of Sumbawa, Indonesia: Practice, Politics and Cultural Diversity. This study of Bima and its religious history establishes him as a major researcher on the diverse traditions of Islam in eastern Indonesia

The process in making liquid soap from used cooking oil is an interesting
thing to know. This research was held to design, construct, test, and analyze
economic value of liquid soap stirrer made from used cooking oil. The parameter
observed were water content, free fatty acid (FFA), alcohol insoluble part,
effective capacity, yield, and economic analysis.
Based on this research, it was summerized that effective capacity of this
equipment was 20,2 l/hr. Yield percentage was 97,8%. Basic cost for the first to
fifth year were Rp 735,95/l, Rp 738,08/l, Rp 738,38/l, Rp 739,76/l and Rp
741,24/l. Respectively break event point was 1,285 l/year. Net present value with

Vacuum frying is a food processing technology that can produce healthy
food without much changing it’s original nature like the taste, aroma, color and
nutrients. This research was aimed at testing the frying temperature of jackfruit
chips in vacuum frying (vacuum pump type). Therefore, a research had been
conducted at Agricultural Engineering Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture USU in
January - February 2014 using factorial randomized block design with one factor
i.e. frying temperature (75°C, 80°C, 85°C, 90°C and 95°C). Parameters observed
were loss of oil, water content, organoleptic values and economic analysis. The
results showed that temperature had different significant effect on loss of oil,
water content and organoleptic value. The best result was found in frying
