    ABSTRAK Oleh Rika Dwi Aryati Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah proses yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pimpinan dan pengendalian kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan analisis pekerjaan, evaluasi pekerjaan, pengadaan, pengembngan, kompensasi, promosi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja guna mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan dalam perencanaan, pengadaan, serta pengembangan dan pelatihan kepala madrasah dapat memberikan sebiah pelatihan yakni workshop, inshouse training, serta diklat yang sesuai dengan bidang. Penelitian ini penulis menguunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Data primer penelitian ini yakni kepala madrasah, wakil kepala sekolah, serta tenaga pendidik. Data sekunder pada penelitian ini berupa data teoritis dan dokumentasi dan pada data pendukung kinnya diperoleh pada dokumen madrasah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada perencanaan kepala madrasah telah membuat sebuah program perencaan yakni tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan akan diikutsertakan dalam program workshop serta inhousetraining guna meningktkan mutu sumber daya manusia. Pada pelaksaan rekrutmen pihak madrasah melakukan proses rekrutmen seuai dengan kebutuhan serta melakukan proses seleksi. Pada proses seleksi pihak madrasah melakukan wawancara terhadap calon kandidat serta tes kemampuan calon kandidat dalam mengajar. Proses penempatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah yakni ditentukan sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan serta ditempatkan sesuai dnegan posisi yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak madrasah. Kepala madrasah iii membebaskan para tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dalam mengikuti program pengembangan diri yakni workshop dan dan diklat sesuai dengan bidnagnya guna menambah wawasan. Kepala sekolah mengadakan program pelatihan rutin yang diadakan setiap pergantian semester atau 6 bulan sekali. Pada pelatihan dilakukan maksimal 3 hari dan paling cepat dilakukan dalam 1 hari guna menambah wawasan tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Tenaga Pendidik, MAN iv ABSTRACT By Rika Dwi Aryati The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of human resources for educators at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, Human resource management is a process consisting of planning, organizing, leading and controlling activities related to job analysis, job evaluation, procurement, development, compensation, promotion and termination of employment in order to achieve the goals that have been set. Meanwhile, in planning, procurement, and development and training, madrasah principals can provide training, namely workshops, inhouse training, and training in accordance with the field. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The primary data of this study were the head of the madrasa, vice principal, and educators. The secondary data in this study are in the form of theoretical data and documentation and the supporting data may be obtained from madrasa documents. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that in planning the head of the madrasah has made a planning program, namely educators and education staff will be included in the workshop program and inhousetraining in order to improve the quality of human resources. In the implementation of recruitment, the madrasah conducts a recruitment process according to the needs and conducts a selection process. In the selection process, the madrasah conducts interviews with prospective candidates and tests the candidate's ability to teach. The placement process carried out by the head of the madrasa is determined according to the educational background and is placed in accordance with the position required by the madrasa. The madrasa head frees educators and education staff to participate in self-development programs, namely workshops and training in accordance with their fields in order to add v insight. The principal holds a routine training program which is held every semester or every 6 months. The training is carried out a maximum of 3 days and the fastest is done in 1 day in order to broaden the knowledge of educators and education staff.     PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ADITIF CAIR BUAH NAGA MERAH (Hylocereus polyrhizus) TERHADAP KECERNAAN PROTEIN, ENERGI METABOLIS DAN PRODUKSI TELUR BURUNG PUYUH

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) terhadap kecernaan protein, energi metabolis dan produksi telur burung puyuh. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Desember 2015 di Kandang Non Ruminansia Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Pakan, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. Ternak yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah puyuh betina sebanyak 200 ekor umur 1 minggu dengan bobot badan 13,61 ± 0,49 g yang diperoleh dari Salma Poultry Shop di Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang. Ransum yang digunakan tersusun dari beberapa bahan ransum yang terdiri dari bekatul, jagung kuning, konsentrat, tepung ikan, bungkil kedelai dan top mix. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 10 ekor. Perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah T0 = tanpa pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah, T1 = pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah sebanyak 5 ml sehari 2x (pagi pukul 10.00 WIB dan siang pukul 14.00 WIB), T2 = pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah sebanyak 5 ml sehari 1x (pagi pukul 10.00 WIB) dan T3 = pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah sebanyak 5 ml 2 hari 1x (pagi pukul 10.00 WIB). Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi ransum, kecernaan protein kasar (KcPK), energi metabolis (EM) dan produksi telur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum T0 sampai T3 berturut-turut : 21,30; 21,59; 21,06 dan 20,16 g/ekor/hari, kecernaan protein T0 sampai T3 berturut-turut : 79,05; 75,25; 75,88 dan 78;48 %, energi metabolis T0 sampai T3 berturut-turut : 2861,70; 2684,00; 2688,04 dan 2749,38 kkal/kg dan produksi telur T0 sampai T3 berturut-turut : 49,40; 65,60; 59,20; 54,40 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian aditif cair buah naga merah dengan dosis 5 ml sehari dua kali, 5 ml sehari satu kali dan 5 ml dua hari satu kali tidak meningkatkan konsumsi ransum, kecernaan protein kasar (KcPK), energi metabolis dan produksi telur

    This research is motivated by the unequal economic growth in West Pasaman Regency in its respective regions. This analysis can be seen from, 1) economic growth, 2) physical growth, 3) spatial patterns of regional growth. This research is a quantitative descriptive research type, the population in this research is the number of service facilities. The sample for this research is all sub-districts in West Pasaman Regency with the sampling technique in this research being total sampling. To see economic growth there are 2 indicators, namely GRDP and Per Capita Income, to see physical growth there are 4 indicators, namely data analysis used, namely, scalogram analysis, determining the function weight of service facilities, determining regional centrality and hierarchy index, serviceability ratio of service facilities. To see the spatial pattern of regional growth, there are 2 indicators, namely point coordinates and nearest neighbor analysis.The results of this research are 1) Economic growth in West Pasaman Regency experienced fluctuations in 2014-2023 with per capita income of Rp. 43 428.06 billion rupiah, 2) Physical Growth of the West Pasaman Regency Region is located in Pasaman District with Hierarchy Category I where this area has complete facilities, namely educational facilities, health facilities, economic facilities and public facilities, 3) Spatial pattern of growth of the Regency Area West Pasaman is Dispersed or scattered

    Character education is a process to instill character values ??in students so that they have good personalities and can determine how to think, behave and act in making decisions to live and work together in the family, community, nation and state. This research is motivated by the decline in the morale of the Indonesian people, especially the next generation of the nation with the occurrence of crime and brawls with the perpetrators, mostly young people. TPQ Al-Huda as a non-formal education becomes an effective institution to instill character values ??in students from an early age. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the teacher's efforts in instilling character education in students. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. For data collection tools, researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation to obtain data which was then analyzed to obtain conclusions. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that teachers instill character education values ??through the methods of habituation, reprimand and example. The values ??of character education are instilled through teaching and learning activities such as reading and writing the Qur'an, memorizing prayers and short letters, guidance in the field of faith and morals.     This paper analyzes the Indonesian government's response to the implementation of the Mutual Recognation Agreement implemented by ASEAN. high number of unskilled workers, the high competition of work, and the lack of employment for local residents, will make the MRA a challenge for Indonesia. Instead of getting benefits, Indonesia can experience overwhelm between the number of professional workers from outside and the use of local workers. whereas, Indonesian unskilled workers are unable to compete at the ASEAN level. This paper uses a qualitative method by collecting documents in a library research. This paper found that Indonesia has high number workforce, but the proportion of non-skilled workers is greater than skilled workers. In order to face the competition of skilled foreign workers in response to the MRA, the Indonesian government has prepared an increase in the quality of education and the implementation of qualifications and efforts to raise awareness of this situation to the community. However, this effort has not been able to run well due to differences in the level of qualifications between education owned by Indonesia and the unequal distribution of related institutions to make efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian workers in all regions of Indonesia &nbsp

    Optimizing raw material inventory for production goals at About Something Coffee Palangka Raya

    This research aims to find out whether controlling raw material supplies using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is more optimal than the conventional method applied by the About Something Coffee coffee shop. Here the researcher calculates and compares the number of raw material orders, the amount of safety stock, the reorder point, and the total cost of inventory. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews and observation. Problems faced by companies in relation to raw material inventory include optimal purchasing of raw materials, safety inventory, and total raw material inventory costs. To answer existing problems, the author uses the EOQ (Economical Order Quantity) method. Based on the research results, it shows that the economical amount of raw materials for each purchase in 2023 is 3,464 kilograms. With this figure, it is found that the ideal time to order raw materials is 7 times a year with a lead time of 52 days. The amount of safety stock needed in 2023 is 346 kilograms. From the results above, the raw material inventory according to the EOQ method and the total cost of raw material inventory according to the EOQ method are efficient. So companies can consider using the EOQ method in managing their raw material inventory
