Improvement of human resources quality of performance depends on the factors that influenced by the job satisfaction that they receive and feel of an its. Our satisfaction and perceived of employees in carrying out the task is always always exists in an organization. The design of this research is a descriptive survey approach. This research variables were motivation and leadership as the independent variable and the dependent variable as a Performance. Samples taken with purposive sampling technique as much as 51 respondents. The data collected with a questionnaire and analyzed instrument with double linear regression The value of R Square (R2) of 0.477 or 47.7% indicating the contribution of variable motivation and leadership against the performance of the employees of PT. Hilon felt Mojokerto. While the rest of 52.3% in influence by other factors that do not exist in this research model. Multiple correlation coefficient is used to measure keeratan relationships between variables of motivation and leadership against the performance of the employees of PT. Hilon felt multiple Correlation Coefficient Mojokerto indicated by value (R) by 0.690 or 69% indicates that the variable style of motivation and leadership against the performance of the employees of PT. Hilon felt Mojokerto have close links Based on the results of the test T shows in partial variables of motivation and leadership affect the performance of the employees. Test results showed F simultaneously or with independent variable (motivation and leadership) have an effect on the performance of the employees and the linear regression test shows the organizational culture is the dominant factor affecting the performance of the employee. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan siklus interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa PKH berkonstribusi kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga, khususnya mereduksi kekurangan kualitas dan kuantitas pangan, kesehatan, dan pendidikan, sehingga KPM cenderung lebih sejahtera. Factor pendukung antara lain KPM memiliki motivasi/antusiasme tinggi dalam memenuhi komitmen di bidang Pendidikan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan social. Faktor penghambat antara lain masih ditemukan eklusif eror dan inklusif eror dalam penetapan sasaran garap (KPM). Rekomendasi yang diajukan diantaranya dalam verifikasi dan validasi (Vefivali) data KPM perlu perluasan pelibatan semua unsur masyarakat mulai dari RT, RW, kelurahan/Desa, kecamatan, kebupaten/kota hingga tokoh masyarakat setempat

    Layout Design and Product Bundling Strategy Using Overall Variability of Association Rules (OCVR) Method

    Alfazzamart is a minimarket that sells various daily needs. For several months, the number of transactions per month at Alfazzamart fluctuated. Alfazzamart owners want to achieve sales targets so that profits increase. This is a challenge for employees to determine the right product bundling strategy and product layout according to buyer behavior. Therefore, this research was conducted to provide product bundling strategies and layout suggestions based on buyer behavior. This study uses the OCVR method to determine consistent purchasing patterns in each period. Based on this method, the results of the OCVR method are used as a reference in product bundling and product layout. Data processing was carried out following CRISP-DM. Based on the findings of this study, 17 bundling packages were obtained that could be implemented. Bundling package offers can be made by placing the product on the promo shelf or by the cashier offering product bundling recommendations directly. In addition, regarding the proposed change in product layout, it can be done by bringing noodle products closer to snack and soft drink products, swapping the location of bread products with syrup, bringing wafer products closer to candy products, and bringing toy products closer to ice cream so that empty shelves can be filled with accessories

    Pyrolysis Process of Organic Waste into Bio-Oil as an Alternative Fuel

    One of the abundant potential energy sources in Indonesia is organic waste in the form of biomass waste, which amounts to 60% of the total waste in Indonesia. Organic waste from various parts of plants can be converted into fuel in the form of bio-oil through a fast pyrolysis process. The effectiveness of this process really depends on the temperature in the reactor and the type of material being processed. Therefore, the aim of this research is to study the effect of process temperature and type of raw material on yield and the quality of the bio-oil produced. The raw materials used are sawdust, rice husks, or mango plant leaves, which have been cut into pieces to a maximum size of 3 cm. Then the raw material is put into the pyrolysis reactor and heated to a temperature to be varied, namely 200°C, 300°C, 400°C, 500°C, and 600°C. This heating produce vapour, which is then condensed into liquid bio-oil, and be purified until it is equivalent to fuel oil, as well as non-condensable gas, which can also be used as an alternative fuel. The results of raw material analysis show that sawdust has lower water and ash content as well as a greater calorific value compared to rice husks and mango leaves. Meanwhile, the experiments show that in the pyrolysis process, the higher of  the temperature have increased the yield of bio-oil produced, up to a temperature of  500°C, where the yield have  decreased at even higher temperatures. The highest yield was achieved in the pyrolysis of sawdust at a temperature of 500°C, namely 30%. Meanwhile, for the heating value, the higher of the temperature have increased the heating value of the bio-oil. The highest heating value was obtained in sawdust pyrolysis at a temperature of 500°C, namely 1,35 joules per gram

    PERBEDAAN KEMAMPUAN BEBERAPA TAHAP PENYARINGAN EFFLUEN TANGKI SEPTIK SALURAN DENGAN PERESAPAN DALAM MENURUNKAN ANGKA KUMAN ESCHERICHIA COLI

    Penurunan kandungan bacteria Escherichia Coli buangan tangki septic saluran peresapan bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat pencemaran khususnya tanah dan sumber air tanah permukaan. Penelitian ini bersifak eksperimen dengan design penelitian Pretest-post-test design. Penggunaan beberapa tahap penyaringan effluen tangki septic saluran peresapan dengan bahan saringan lapisan kerikil kasar setebal 60 cm, lapisan kerikil halus setebal 70 cm dan lapisan pasir 70cm di dusun Kembang Desa Margosari Kecamatan Pengasih Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang dipergunakan pada masing-masing tahap sebanyak 6 tahap dengan panjang masing-masing tahap adalah 2 meter dan panjang secara keseluruhan 12 meter, juga dilengkapi pipa tanpa saringan dengan tahap, jarak dan panjang yang sama dengan pipa penyaringan sebagai pembanding untuk mengetahui efktifitas dari penyaringan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara deskriptif dilanjutkan dengan uji statistik. Dari hasil analisa deskriptif dan uji satistik anova satu arah dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh beberapa tahap penyaringan effluen tangki septic saluran peresapan terhadap penurunan Escherichia Coli secara berurutan hasil rata-rata pemeriksaan sebanyak 4 kali pengulangan dari pretest hingga penyaringan tahap VI adalah 1.898/100 ml > 162,5/100 ml > 100,75/100 ml > 55/100 ml > 24,75/100 ml > 17/100 ml > 9,75/100 ml. Uji statistik pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 % membuktikan bahwa penurunan angka kuman Escherichia Coli setelah melalui tahap penyaringan bermakna pada p < 0,05, kemudian berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 416/Menkes/ Per/IX/1990 persyaratan MPN Escherichia Coli di dalam air bersih non perpipaan maksmal diperbolehkan 10/100 ml sedangkan hasil penelitian tahap penyaringan pada tahap VI jarak 12 meter rata-rata 9,75/100 ml sehingga dapat disimpulkan telah dapat memenuhi persyaratan peraturan tersebu Kata Kunci: TANAH PENYARINGAN, EFFLUEN TANGKI SEPTIK, ANGKA KUMAN E.     Analisis Beban Kerja Mental NASA-TLX Karyawan Produksi

    Salah satu elemen dalam aktivitas produksi adalah terlibatnya sejumlah beban kerja yang diterima oleh karyawan, baik itu beban kerja fisik maupun beban kerja mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur dan mengidentifikasi beban kerja mental yang dialami oleh karyawan produksi di V’Nice Bakery Cilegon, serta memberikan masukan terkait permasalahan dasar (basic event) dari penyebab kelelahan terjadi. Pada analisis beban kerja mental dengan metode NASA-TLX, didapatkan dua kategori tertinggi beban kerja mental berdasarkan skor NASA-TLX yaitu kategori “Tinggi” sebanyak 9 orang dan “Sangat Tinggi” sebanyak 12 orang. Rekomendasi perbaikan berupa FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) sehingga didapatkan masalah-masalah dasar penyebab kelelahan kerja. Rekomendasi perbaikan diberikan kepada kedua pihak yaitu karyawan produksi itu sendiri dan pihak stakeholder seperti manajemen dan pimpinan perusahaan

    Evaluation of Waste Management System at Temporary Waste Dump Site (TPS) in Urban Area of Yogyakarta

    Waste has been a serious problem in all areas of Indonesia, including in urban areas of Yogyakarta (KPY). As one of the existing problems, the temporary waste dump site (TPS) requires an integrated waste management system. The objective of this research is to evaluate the condition and effectiveness of TPS in urban areas of Yogyakarta. This research uses the qualitative method, by solving the problem through the description of the object state at the time the data is taken based on the apparent facts. The main data has been obtained through the interview and field observation process, while secondary data has been obtained from documents from several institutions and other scientific references. Results of the study reveal that there are 212 units of temporary waste dump sites (TPS) in urban areas of Yogyakarta, consist of; 143 of permanent TPS, 51 containers, and 18 depots. The majority of them are located in Municipality of Yogyakarta and the fewest number are located in Bantul Region. In general, the temporary waste dumpsites in urban areas of Yogyakarta are in good condition. There’s only few of them in relatively poor condition, due to the portion of waste that is not well accommodated in the TPS. Another problem is the inappropriate design of TPS, especially for containers. Consequently, the waste cannot be adequately transferred from waste vehicle to TPS. In addition, we found a new paradigm of integrated temporary waste dumpsite (TPST) operated by Non-Government Organizations, but they need adequate facilities and evaluation of the design. Including, the sustainable support from multi stakeholders, and also the plan arrangement of development to improve organizational capacity, business, and partnership in the management of the integrated temporary waste dumpsite for optimal public service

    Pengaruh Jenis Bahan pada Proses Pirolisis Sampah Organik menjadi Bio-Oil sebagai Sumber Energi Terbarukan

    Sampah organik merupakan potensi sumber energi yang melimpah di Indonesia. Sampah organik berupa daun dan ranting kering bisa dikonversi menjadi bahan bakar berupa bio-oil melalui proses fast pirolisis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis bahan terhadap rendemen dan nilai kalor bio-oil yang dihasilkan dari proses pirolisis sampah organik. Bahan baku berupa daun dan ranting kering campuran tanaman angsana, mahoni dan mangga dengan komposisi daun bervariasi 0%, 50%, dan 100%, dipotong-potong dengan ukuran maksimal 10 cm. Kemudian bahan baku tersebut dipanaskan di dalam reaktor pirolisis pada suhu 500 C selama 1 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kalor tertinggi (5175,35 J/g) dan rendemen tertinggi (24,5%) didapatkan pada bio-oil yang dihasilkan dari pirolisis ranting 100%.     PENERAPAN TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE DI PT. TRI TUNGGAL LAKSANA UNIT BLITAR

    Total Productive Maintenance atau TPM adalah salah satu metode proses maintenance yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas di area kerja, dengan cara membuat proses tersebut lebih reliable dan lebih sedikit terjadi pemborosan (waste). PT. Tri Tunggal Laksana adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di industri pengolahan kayu. Selama periode produksi, mesin sering mengalami downtime sehingga mengganggu proses kerja produksi. Untuk itulah perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi atas mesin yang digunakan sehingga penerapan Total Productive Maintenance dapat dilaksanakan optimal demi meningkatkan efektivitas mesin produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas mesin menggunakan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) demi meningkatkan produktivitas proses produksinya. TPM menggunakan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai metode analisis dengan mempertimbangkan tiga faktor yaitu availability rate, performance rate dan quality rate. Perhitungan six big losses digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE. Untuk mendapatkan usulan perbaikan digunakan diagram ishikawa (fishbone diagram) serta Faillure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) sebagai dasar memberikan beberapa usulan demi meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi mesin. Hasil perhitungan nilai rata- rata Overall Equipment Effectivenees (OEE) selama bulan Juli hingga Desember 2019 pada mesin debarker sebesar 72,18 %, mesin rotary sebesar 56,29% dan untuk mesin press dryer sebesar 72,3%. Nilai OEE terendah ada pada mesin rotary yang nilainya jauh di bawah standar nilai OEE dunia yaitu 85%. Sesuai dengan teori McKellen (2005), nilai OEE 56,29% didapatkan oleh perusahaan yang baru memulai proses produksinya yaitu pada tahun 2019. Untuk nilai OEE pada mesin debarker dan mesin press dryer yang masing-masing bernilai 72% menunjukkan tingkat yang wajar (fairly typical level) dan masih banyak ruang perbaikan yang harus dilakukan. Faktor losses atau kerugian terbesar yang menyebabkan nilai OEE rendah yaitu pada mesin debarker reduce speed losses, breakdown losses, dan reduce yield losses. Pada mesin rotary losses yang dominan adalah reduce speed losses, sedangkan pada mesin press dryer adalah reduce speed dan breakdown losses. Usulan perbaikan dilakukan dengan memberikan lembaran checklist prosedur perawatan yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh operator setiap mesin. Diharapkan dengan adanya usaha ini dapat menjadi dasar peningkatan kinerja mesin sehingga mencapai kondisi zero breakdown karena operator mempunyai peran penting dalam mengetahui kondisi mesin.
