    INSPECTION OF THE ADEQUACY OF CLOSED-DRAIN AND OPEN-DRAIN SYSTEMS USING HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS FOR AGING OFFSHORE PLATFORMS

    Aging offshore platforms require a reliable drainage system to ensure safety and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the adequacy of the closed drain and open drain systems on a 24-year-old offshore platform that is scheduled for redevelopment. The methodology employed involves hydraulic analysis, considering fluid production rates and drainage system design data based on API 14E and GPSA (2004) standards. The collected data included channel cross-section dimensions, flow rates, and fluid characteristics to calculate the system's capacity. The analysis showed that the 4-inch header pipe was adequate to accommodate a closed drain flow rate of 167.4 BPD and an open drain flow rate of 1.63 BPD. The Slop Tank (Platform X-T-26), with a geometric volume of 54 ft3, was also adequate to contain the maximum drainage volume of 15.23 ft3 from the Vertical Test Separator. This study also identified several critical points that require periodic monitoring to prevent blockages and performance degradation. This study emphasizes the importance of periodic inspections to assess the adequacy of drainage systems on aging offshore platforms to ensure safety and operational efficiency after redevelopment. It also provides preventive maintenance recommendations to extend the system's lifespan

    Pedagogical knowledge in the context of PP No. 74 of 2008 is more equated with the term teacher pedagogic competence. Teacher pedagogic competence is the ability to manage student learning which at least includes understanding of educational insights or foundations, understanding of students, curriculum/syllabus development, learning design, implementation of educational and dialogical learning, utilization of learning technology, evaluation of learning outcomes, and development students to actualize their various potentials. This research was conducted using a correlational quantitative approach. The quantitative approach in research is an approach that emphasizes analysis on numerical data (numbers) that are processed by statistical methods. Basically, the quantitative approach is carried out in inferential research (in the context of testing the hypothesis) and relies on the conclusion of the results on a null probability of rejecting the hypothesis. With quantitative methods will be obtained the significance of the relationship between the variables studied. In general, quantitative research is research on a large sample. The leadership of high-quality madrasah principals with learning outcomes has been widely documented in various research results. A number of recent studies have shown that superior leadership is one of the determining factors in improving teacher performance, both in terms of professional competence and teacher pedagogy

    This study aims to describe the implementation of PAI learning on developmentally disabled students at SLB C Negeri Tulungagung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research results in PAI learning, which is carried out at SLB C Negeri Tulungagung by using the lecture, question and answer method, discussion, and a demonstration using video. The use of videos for developmentally disabled students is constructive in learning activities because they require repetition of material from the video. The supporting factors for PAI learning at SLB C Negeri Tulungagung are adequate facilities for learning at school, the participation of student guardians, quota assistance from the government, and the selection of appropriate learning media. While the inhibiting factors include the absence of special PAI teachers, the use of video learning media has not been maximized, not all parents of students have Android-based cell phones, so they are not optimal in delivering material

    This study aims to describe the fiqh learning model during the new normal and the impact of online learning during the new normal. The method used is qualitative, with data sources of people, place and paper. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are that during the fiqh learning takes place in the new normal era, it is carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely learning using online media, limited face-to-face learning and learning with assignments. The positive impact in fiqh learning that takes place in the new normal era is the increasing mastery of information technology, being able to learn anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet network, easy to find learning materials. While the negative impact is the unpreparedness of the teacher in operating information technology, the learning motivation of students decreases, and is constrained by the network

    A literature review of flexibility in interactive mathematics classrooms: the role of teachers and students

    The significance of flexibility in mathematics classrooms, particularly in interactive mathematics classrooms where students learn through hands-on experience, cannot be overstated. Teachers play a pivotal role in fostering students’ mathematical understanding by selecting appropriate tasks and providing expert guidance. Additionally, the patterns of interactions between teachers and students, such as elicitation and discussion patterns, and their relationship with teacher flexibility are examined. Developing adaptive expertise in mathematics involves the ability to think flexibly about mathematical concepts, which can be enhanced by teaching math in a way that promotes the development of expertise. Mathematical flexibility, a crucial aspect of mathematical competence, involves the creative and innovative use of mathematical concepts, numerical relations, and strategies. It requires a combination of procedural and conceptual knowledge, skills, and understanding, as well as motivational and affective dispositions. Pedagogical flexibility can significantly contribute to innovating classroom teaching and learning, and exploring the relationships between teachers’ pedagogical flexibility and students’ potential and actual mathematical flexibility development. The article also emphasizes the importance of developing adaptive competencies in mathematics education to prepare students for an uncertain future, with creativity being considered a key competency and flexibility being viewed as a vital element of creativity

    Implementation of the Building Permit Issuance Policy in Bontang City

    This study examines the implementation of the building permit policy in Bontang City, focusing on the dynamics of administrative procedures, institutional coordination, and stakeholder compliance in urban governance. Using a qualitative research method, data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and field observations to explore the challenges and interactions among local government agencies, developers, contractors, and community representatives. The findings reveal that while the regulatory framework for building permit issuance is clearly defined, its practical implementation faces obstacles such as bureaucratic inefficiency, overlapping authority, and varying stakeholder capacities. Institutional coordination and stakeholder engagement play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and effective policy enforcement. The study concludes that enhancing administrative efficiency, strengthening inter-agency collaboration, and providing support for smaller stakeholders are essential strategies for improving regulatory compliance and promoting sustainable urban development in Bontang City

    Penggunaan Metode Tasmi’ dalam Menghafal Al-Qur’an pada Salah Satu Rumah Qur’an di Tambun

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an santri melalui penerapan metode tasmi’ pada salah satu Rumah Qur’an di Tambun, Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas sepuluh santri. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes lisan (tasmi’), observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar serta deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran dan perubahan perilaku santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan hafalan santri setelah penerapan metode tasmi’. Nilai rata-rata hafalan santri meningkat dari 56,5 pada Siklus I menjadi 72,6 pada Siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dari 40% pada Siklus I menjadi 70% pada Siklus II. Secara kualitatif, metode tasmi’ terbukti mampu meningkatkan ketepatan tajwid, kefashihan (faṣāḥah), kelancaran bacaan, fokus, serta kecepatan durasi menghafal santri. Dengan demikian, metode tasmi’ efektif digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an di rumah Qur’an untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan retensi hafalan santri

Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri” ini ditulis oleh Renita Pakhru Diana Putri dengan NIM. 126405201060, Jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen, Prodi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam dengan pembimbing Dr. Nur Aziz Muslim, M. H. I. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kemajuan perkembangan perusahaan. Dimana kemajuan perkembangan perusahaan dalam suatu negara sangat berpengaruh bagi kesuksesan perusahaan, dan dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor kunci yaitu Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh demosi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri, (4) untuk mengetahui secara simultan pengaruh signifikan promodi, mutadi dan demosi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 86 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21 dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, xiii uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji T, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri, (2) mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri, (3) demosi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri, (4) promosi, mutasi dan demosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kediri.
