Full text linkNegara Republik Indonesia merupakan negara yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan UndangUndang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, artinya masyarakat Indonesia harus senantiasa menghormati dan menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat manusia. Dengan disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengesahan Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Konvensi Hak-hak Penyandang Disabilitas) tentunya menunjukkan komitmen Pemerintah Indonesia serta seluruh masyarakatnya untuk menghormati, melindungi, dan memenuhi hak Penyandang Disabilitas yang pada akhirnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan Penyandang Disabilitas melalui partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam menjamin pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Pada era revolusi 4.0 tentunya penting untuk senantiasa berkomunikasi dan berbagi informasi terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Karena jangkauan hukum dan pemerintah dalam rangka mensejahterakan penyandang disabilitas sangatlah terbatas, perlu adanya partisipasi aktif masyarakat untuk ikut memahami dan membantu kebutuhan khusus penyandang disabilitas, dalam rangka pelaksanaan dan pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas yang lebih berkualitas, adil dan sejahtera. Platform Digital Sapardi_ID menjadi media edukatif bagi masyarakat umum untuk memahami penyandang disabilitas sehingga masyarakat dapat belajar berkomunikasi dan menghargai Penyandang Disabilitas sebagaimana Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan sumber kepustakaan, survey lembaga dan survey mandiri, dengan hasil bahwa dalam implementasinya platform ini masih kurang menjangkau banyak pihak untuk berpartisipasi aktif serta masih perlu pengembangan program dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak.Kata Kunci: Penyandang Disabilitas, Sapardi_ID, Platform, Edukas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kematangan beragama terhadap academic dishonesty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa muslim semester 3 hingga semester 13 (tahun ajaran 2014-2015) di Fakultas Psikologi UNM yang berjumlah 499 orang. Dengan teknik random sampling, didapatkan 217 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui skala Kematangan Beragama dan skala Academic Dishonesty, serta dilakukan pengujian dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis dengan nilai p=0,00<0,01. Hasil uji hipotesis tersebut menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif yang sangat signifikan dari kematangan beragama terhadap academic dishonesty pada mahasiswa.

on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi. The techniques of data collection used
survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS
22.0. The research is use by descriptive and explanatory analysis. Technical
anlaysis of data uses SPSS version 22 to process and analyze data research results.
The results of this study are, motivation has positive influence on spirit at work,
work environment has positive influence on spirit at work.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih pengadilan agama Makassar sebagai lokasi penelitian didasarkan atas pertimbangan bahwa Pengadilan Agama Makassar merupakan instansi atau badan yang terkait dan berwenang untuk melayani serta menangani setiap permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan perkawinan. Serta untuk memperoleh data maka penulis melakukan wawancara dengan hakim pengadilan agama Makassar. data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif selanjutnya diuraikan secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa dalam melangsungkan perkawinan haruslah memenuhi syarat maupun rukun di dalam perkawinan. Syarat dan rukun perkawinan yang sudah ditentukan terkadang diabaikan, hingga akhirnya tidak tertutup kemungkinan perkawinannya batal atau dibatalkan. Pertimbangan hukum pembatalan perkawinan di Pengadilan Agama Makassar ialah dimana perkawinan tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat dan rukun untuk melakukan perkawinan,hasil wawancara dengan beberapa pihak menyetujui dan membenarkan alasan pembatalan perkawinan ini. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. The major objective of this researcher was to know whether there was a significant influence of using hamburger strategy towards students’ writing ability on explanation text through Google Classroom at the second semester of the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung in the academic year of 2020/2021. Hamburger Strategy was a strategy to teach writing by using visually picture of a hamburger that consist of a top bun, some layers, and a bottom bun. This strategy intoduced the part of paragraph as part of hamburger.
In this research, the writer used quasi experimental design with the treatment held in three meetings and 90 minutes for each meeting. The population of this research was the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. The sample of this research were two classes consists of 30 students in experimental class and 35 students in control class. The writer also used Powtoon media and Google Classroom to help teacher and students in online learning because there was a Covid-19 pandemic. In collecting the data, the writer used instrument in the form of writing test. The instrument of this research were pre- test and post-test. After giving the post-test, the writer analyzed the data by using SPSS.
From the data analysis, it was obtained that Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 and ɑ = 0.05. It means H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. Based the result above, the writer concluded that there was a significant influence of using hamburger strategy towards students’ writing ability on explanation text through Google Classrom at the second semester of the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung in the academic year of 2020/2021.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
