Na kraju rada zaključuje da je Nevidljiva predstava koju je teško žanrovski kategorizirati, ali i da je lutkarstvo njezin veliki i važni elementThe play Invisible by Maja Pelević performed by Theater of Virovitica and Puppet Theater Zadar directed by Nikola Zavišić is graduate exam and the topic of graduate work by Goran Vučko under the mentor doc. dr. art. Maja Lučić Vuković at the Academy of Arts in Osijek at the Department of Theater Art, Acting and Puppetry. Graduate work begins with the biography of the text author Maja Pelević, the award-winning Serbian drama author, followed by the analysis of the text by chapters, which had been prefixed with the text. Goran Vučko's work on the performance began with the analysis of the rehearsals and rehearsal methods that were unusual for his experience so far, expanded his understanding of puppetry and were very inspirational for him as the young artist. Vučko points out that the visual elements of the play had also greatly influence the development itself and the poetics of the play, especially the silicone LED puppets, the reflection of the light on the white cloth, the costumes of the parents. He explained his own work through all the puppetry techniques and methods used in the play. He described the work with silicone LED puppets, light and shadows, UV technique, hanging pictures, and metal constructions. Vučko thinks it is important to refer on work of each of the colleagues he had worked with on the performance, because their creativity directly and indirectly influenced his own creativity. At the end of his work, he concludes that the play Invisible is difficult to categorize genres, but that puppetry is a major and important element
Maja Lundgren’s outspoken description in Myggor och tigrar (2007) of the male dominated cultural life of Sweden raised an animated debate in media. Well known authors and journalists felt themselves scandalized and accused Lundgren of being paranoid. Others claimed that the narrator and character »Maja Lundgren« was not to be confused with Maja Lundgren the author, because the book was fictional and not factual. In this article I discuss Myggor och tigrar out from different fiction theories and conclude that it seems most rewarding to approach the problem of fictionality as a question of rhetorical communication rather than ontology or stylistic devices. I also maintain that Lundgren’s book would implode if read as fiction, since the rhetorical strategy implies the identity of the author and the character.</p

The author uses the theory of Policy Implementation according to Edward III in which there are four dimensions that can determine the success of implementing a policy, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. These four dimensions are also used as indicators to measure the extent to which the implementation of Maja Selatan Village Regulation Number 141/03/2018 Year 2018 concerning Business Entities Owned by Maja Selatan Village in Maja Selatan Village, Maja District, Majalengka Regency.
The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is the type of qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used according to Miles and Huberman consists of three stages, namely, 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) drawing conclusions and verification.
The results of the study revealed that Maja Village Regulation Number 141/03/2018 2018 concerning Business Entities Owned by Maja Selatan Village in Maja Selatan Village, Maja District, Majalengka Regency had not run optimally as stipulated in the regulation. This is because in the implementation and running of the Village-Owned Enterprise program there are obstacles to the lack of community participation, lack of capital for the sustainability of Village-Owned Enterprises, the quality of the operational staff of Village-Owned Enterprises which is still not good in managing Village-Owned Enterprises

The impact of obesity on women\u27s health in Europe
Literatura je bila iskana v angleškem in slovenskem jeziku v podatkovnih bazah: Medline/PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, COBIB.SI ter Google Učenjak, z uporabo naslednjih ključnih besed: Obesity AND women AND nursing, Obesity around the world AND women, Obesity AND the role of a nurse, Obesity in Europe AND women, Debelost med ženskami v Evropi, Debelost med ženskami v Sloveniji. Introduction: Obesity is an epidemic of today`s time, which is becoming increasingly widespread among women. It develops as a result of a number of factors, which have a profound effect in psychological, physical and economic fields. Obesity in nursing needs to be addressed as it is a key problem affecting women`s health. We also want to find out how nursing professionals can be involved in dealing with the problem. Methods: In the paper, we used the descriptive research method, with an overview of scientific and academic literature. We focused on publications published between the year 2010 and October 2020 and written in English and Slovenian. The literature was searched in the following databases: Medline/ PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, COBIB.SI and Google Scholar, using the following keywords: obesity AND women AND nursing, obesity around the world AND women, obesity AND the role of a nurse, obesity in Europe AND women, obesity among women in Europe, obesity among women in Slovenia. The analysis comprised 24 articles. The articles were evaluated on a four-point scale according to the strength of the evidence. Results: Obesity is a health problem in Europe as well as in our country. The findings show an increase in overweight and obesity among European women, which has fluctuated over the years and is still increasing drastically. It is escalating in women of all ages, and it is most prevalent in the female population aged above 50 years. The most common factors influencing the development of obesity include daily stress, lack of time, improper diet, reduced physical activity, and the level of education. Obesity has a number of consequences for women`s health, including type 2 diabetes, musculoskeletal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and socioeconomic consequences. Moreover, it has an impact on mortality. Nurses play an important role in managing obesity among women, offering support and providing motivation. Discussion and conclusion: Obesity can cause frightening complications for women`s health. It is still not adequately discussed, but it is presenting a challenge to healthcare staff. Nurses are key to health education, prevention and raising women`s awareness regarding the impact of obesity on their health. New developments about the spread of obesity among women must be monitored and more new research into nursing interventions is required to help reduce such a problem as obesity
Usporedba poduzetničkog okruženja u Republici Hrvatskoj i Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu
Svaki poduzetnik u svom poduzetničkom pothvatu prolazi kroz razne prepreke poput financiranja i nedovoljnog planiranja, preko lošeg upravljanja, pa do nedostatka informacija i znanja. In every entrepreneur’s venture there are various obstacles such as financing, insufficient planning, mismanagement and lack of information and knowledge. Every part of this process, from establishing the company, to its survival and day to day business, contains new problems that need to be addressed very quickly and there are numerous circumstances that the company has to be prepared for. One of the most important elements in establishing a successful company is the entrepreneurial environment. This paper will examine the differences in motivation to start and sustain a successful entrepreneurial venture between the Republic of Croatia and United Kingdom by analyzing different factors that influence the development of a new business venture, such as time, costs, government support, financing methods, education, market regulations, etc. In addition, each environment affecting the establishment and survival of a business venture, including economic, legal, political, social, technological, etc. will be described and examined, and an interview will be conducted with an English and a Croatian entrepreneur in order to explore the differences between their experiences in entrepreneurial venture. The research conducted through interviews with the Croatian and English entrepreneurs leads to the conclusion that a major obstacle in entrepreneurial activities in Croatia are the laws that are passed too quickly and with short-term action, which disrupts the successful operation of the company. In the United Kingdom, the biggest problem is the lack of support for expansion of companies, increasing the number of its workers and internationalizing companies in certain industries. However, regardless of individual factors, the entrepreneurial process in both countries is significantly influenced by all the factors of the entrepreneurial environment, and each company adapts in its own way to operate successfully
