    This study aims to determine the effect of the direct implementation of Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk and Religiosity as well as the indirect effect after being moderated by Religiosity on Purchase Intentions for Muslim Fashion through the marketplace in Gen Z (zelenial generation) Indonesia . The object of this research is Gen Z from 5 major islands in Indonesia. The population of this study is 374 Gen Z people who use gadgets to access online shopping applications. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with an online questionnaire. The research variable uses a Likert scale of 1-7. The research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that Attitude, Subjective Norms, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Religiosity had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention of muslim fashion through the marketplace in Gen Z, while Perceived Risk had a negative effect. Religiosity is also proven to have a positive moderating effect on Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Praktek hukum di Indonesia belum memiliki undang-undang khusus dalam ha; pelaksanaan perlindungan saksi, tetapi masih terpisah-pisah baik itu dalam KUHAP maupun Undang-Undang Tipikor. Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2006 tentang perlindungan Saksi dan korban jadi penulis dalam bagian ini merasa tertarik perihal keadaan hukum di Indonesia khususnya dalam pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi karena dapat mendudukkan saksi pelapor sebagai pesakitan dalam kasus korupsi. Dalam pembahasan ini juga penulis berupaya untuk mencari tentang praktek-praktek yang kurang memberikan respon dalam hal perlindungan saksi. sehingga masyarakat menjadi malas untuk bersaksi ataupun melaporkan telah terjadinya suatu tindak pidana korupsi. Dalam penelitian ini diajuknn rumusan masalah : Bagaimana sistem hukum di Indonesia dalam hal pelaksanaan pemberian perlindungan kepada saksi pelapor serta apakah praktek hukum dewasa ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap perlindungan saksi pelapor dalam kasus korupsi.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The discussion of this thesis is about the protection provided by the law to individuals and institutions after the witness reports the occurrence of a criminal act in the form of corruption. Legal practice in Indonesia does not yet have a specific law in terms of ha; the implementation of witness protection, but it is still separated in both the Criminal Procedure Code and the Corruption Act. Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the protection of witnesses and victims so the author in this section is interested in the legal situation in Indonesia, especially in the eradication of corruption because it can place the reporting witness as a convict in a corruption case. In this discussion, the author also seeks to find out about practices that are less responsive in terms of witness protection. so that the public becomes lazy to testify or report a corruption crime. This research proposes the formulation of the problem: How is the legal system in Indonesia in terms of providing protection to reporting witnesses and whether current legal practice contributes to the protection of reporting witnesses in corruption cases

    Clinical supervision is an important part of the management aspect to oversee the implementation of education (from managerial and academic aspects) to improve quality (processes and services) in educational institutions. This article aims to help or facilitate the schools and teachers of MIS Al-Ittihadiyah Pangkalan Mansyur to carry out their duties and responsibilities to the fullest. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This means using a case study research design with a supervision instrument. So in analyzing it, the author uses interactive model data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. This study shows that the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of teacher performance at MIS Al-Ittihadiyah must be thoroughly reviewed so that it can create qualified and competent and competitive teachers in the future to create human resources following the needs of the 21st century

    12 HalamanDalam penelitian ini penulis mempergunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. hal ini mengingat permasalahan yang diteliti adalah data-data yang tersedia dan kemudian dianlisis menurut aturan yang berlaku, yang selanjutnya akan mendiskreditkan hal-hal yang ada pada permasalahan sebagaimana yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, faktor-faktor penyebab terjadmya atau timbulnya pemalsuan uang karena adanya faktor ekonomi, faktor politik, faktor pendidikan, faktor kwalitas bahan uang, faktor penegakkan hukum dan faktor apatisme masyarakat. Dimana faktor ekonomi adalah faktor yang paling dominan mendorong seseorang melakukan tindak pidana pemalsuan uang. Kedua, upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut adalah melakukan sosialisasi penyuluhan ciri-ciri keaslian uang rupiah kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat, mengupayakan dalam pencetakan uang baru dengan tingkat kesulitan pemalsuan yang lebih rumit, mcmperjelas benang pengaman pada uang agar masyarakat awam cepat memahaminya berkoordinosi dengan tim BOTASUPAL (Badan Koorinasi pemberantasan Uang Palsu). yang terd1ri dari unsur: Badan lntelijen Negara (BIN), Kepolisian,KeJaksaan, dan Bank Indonesia, juga berkoordinasi dengan lnternasional Criminal Police (Interpol) , mempermudah sistim pelaporan dan klarifikasi oleh masyarkat, serta mempergunakan teknologi canggih berupa mesin penghitung otomatis yang sekaligus dapat menyortir dan memilah-milah antar uang yang asli dan uang yang dianggap palsu.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In this study the authors used a normative juridical approach. This is because the problem under study is the available data and then analyzed according to the applicable regulations, which in turn will discredit the things that exist in the problem as previously mentioned. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the factors causing the occurrence or emergence of money counterfeiting are due to economic factors, political factors, educational factors, quality factors for money, law enforcement factors and community apathy factors. Where the economic factor is the most dominant factor encouraging someone to commit the crime of counterfeiting money. Second, the efforts made by Bank Indonesia to overcome this were disseminating information on the characteristics of authentic rupiah currency to all levels of society, striving for the printing of new banknotes with a more complicated level of counterfeiting difficulty, clarifying the security threads on money so that the general public understand quickly and coordinate with the BOTASUPAL team (Coordinating Board for the Eradication of Counterfeit Money). which consists of the following elements: the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the Police, the Attorney General's Office, and Bank Indonesia, also coordinates with the International Criminal Police (Interpol), simplifies the reporting and clarification system by the public, and uses sophisticated technology in the form of an automatic counting machine that can simultaneously sort and sorting out real money and money that is considered counterfeit

    The purpose of writing this article is to see how the planning and arrangement of education based on the value of deliberation at MIN 3 Central Tapanuli in realizing the Tahfidz Al-Quran generation in the era of globalization. This research uses descriptive qualitative. This is done to be able to describe the decisions taken in realizing the Tahfidz Al-Quran generation. The author uses three stages of data analysis: data analysis before in the field, data analysis in the area, and data analysis after complarea. To test the validity of the data, it is done in three ways, namely triangulation, member check, and doing a detailed description.     ABSTRAK Rendahnya motivasi belajar menyebabkan kurangnya semangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran, sehingga prestasi akademik pun menurun. Santrock menjelaskan bahwa siswa yang kurang termotivasi cenderung menunda-nunda tugas dan kurang disiplin dalam belajar. Guru memiliki peran strategis dalam pembelajaran dan membantu perkembangan peserta didik untuk mewujdukan tujuan hidupnya, minat, bakat, kemampuan, dan potensi potensi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik akan berkembang secara optimal dengan bantuan guru. Guru harus berpacu dalam pembelajaran, dengan memberikan kemudahan belajar bagi seluruh peserta didik agar dapat mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis tertarik untuk membahas lebih lanjut mengenai “Peran Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Di Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus.” Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus? Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) dan bersifat deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan sebagai informan adalah Guru Kelas dan peserta didik Kelas IV D MIN 1 Tanggamus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa bahwa peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus antara lain sebagai pendidik, motivator, fasilitator, pembimbing, dan pemberi inspirasi. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus berperan sebagai pendidik dengan mengajar materi akademik, menggunakan berbagai metode seperti ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan efektif. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus memberikan kata-kata penyemangat agar peserta didik tetap termotivasi dalam belajar. Guru bertindak sebagai motivator efektif, dengan menggunakan berbagai strategi seperti penyampaian materi yang menarik, pemberian dukungan, dan penguatan positif. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus berperan sebagai fasilitator dengan berusaha menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif agar peserta didik lebih termotivasi. Metode pembelajaran yang menarik, seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi kelompok, dan penggunaan media interaktif (video, gambar). Media pembelajaran yang variatif, seperti video animasi, permainan edukatif, dan alat peraga konkret untuk memudahkan pemahaman konsep. Penyesuaian metode pengajaran dengan kebutuhan siswa untuk mengatasi keterbatasan sarana dan perbedaan kemampuan belajar. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus berperan sebagai pembimbing dengan memberikan berbagai bentuk pendampingan, seperti Guru membantu peserta didik secara langsung atau dalam kelompok sesuai kebutuhan mereka. Guru mengidentifikasi hambatan belajar melalui diskusi, tugas, dan ujian. Materi dijelaskan kembali dengan cara yang lebih sederhana dan diberikan contoh yang relevan. Guru mengadakan bimbingan khusus bagi siswa yang memerlukan bantuan lebih lanjut. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus memiliki peran yang signifikan sebagai pemberi inspirasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus tidak hanya menyampaikan materi, tetapi juga menjadi figur yang memotivasi, mendukung, dan membangun rasa percaya diri peserta didik melalui strategi pembelajaran yang inspiratif dan pendekatan yang humanis. Guru Kelas IV MIN 1 Tanggamus menunjukkan sikap disiplin, kerja keras, dan semangat dalam mengajar yang menjadi contoh bagi peserta didik. Kata kunci : Peran Guru, Motivasi Belajar. Peserta Didik ii ABSTRACT Low motivation to learn causes a lack of enthusiasm in following lessons, so that academic achievement also decreases. Santrock explains that students who are less motivated tend to procrastinate and are less disciplined in learning. Teachers have a strategic role in learning and helping the development of students to realize their life goals, interests, talents, abilities, and potentials possessed by students will develop optimally with the help of teachers. Teachers must compete in learning, by providing learning facilities for all students so that they can develop their potential optimally. Based on this background, the author is interested in discussing further about "The Role of Teachers in Student Learning Motivation in Class IV MIN 1 Tanggamus." The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of teachers in student learning motivation in Class IV MIN 1 Tanggamus? This research is included in field research and is descriptive in nature. In this study, the informants were Class Teachers and Class IV D students of MIN 1 Tanggamus. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study suggest that the role of teachers in student learning motivation in Class IV MIN 1 Tanggamus includes being educators, motivators, facilitators, guides, and inspirers. Class IV teachers of MIN 1 Tanggamus act as educators by teaching academic materials, using various methods such as lectures, group discussions, and direct practice. Class IV teachers of MIN 1 Tanggamus create a fun and effective learning environment. Class IV teachers of MIN 1 Tanggamus provide words of encouragement so that students remain motivated in learning. Teachers act as effective motivators, using various strategies such as delivering interesting materials, providing support, and positive reinforcement. Class IV teachers of MIN 1 Tanggamus act as facilitators by trying to create a fun and interactive learning environment so that students are more motivated. Interesting learning methods, such as project-based learning, group discussions, and the use of interactive media (videos, images). Varied learning media, such as animated videos, educational games, and concrete teaching aids to facilitate understanding of concepts. Adjusting teaching methods to student needs to overcome limited facilities and differences in learning abilities. The MIN 1 Tanggamus Grade IV teacher acts as a mentor by providing various forms of assistance, such as the teacher helping students directly or in groups according to their needs. The teacher identifies learning barriers through discussions, assignments, and exams. The material is re-explained in a simpler way and given relevant examples. The teacher provides special guidance for students who need further assistance. The MIN 1 Tanggamus Grade IV teacher has a significant role as an inspiration in increasing students' learning motivation. The MIN 1 Tanggamus Grade IV teacher not only delivers the material, but also becomes a figure who motivates, supports, and builds students' self-confidence through inspiring learning strategies and a humanistic approach.     Tailoring Service Delivery Innovation Architecture: A Service-Dominant Logic Theory Perspective for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises

    Although extensively discussed in previous studies, social media adoption has yet to consistently translate into improved business performance, revealing a significant research gap. In light of this, our study seeks to bridge this gap by investigating the relationship between social media adoption and performance in 261 micro-businesses within the food and beverage sector. We aim to explore the role of distinctive competencies in marketing as a mediating variable and examine the influence of service delivery innovation architecture from the perspective of service-dominant logic theory. We employ SEM-Amos as our analytical tool to test the formulated hypotheses to achieve this. The result show that this study significantly advances SDL theory by elucidating the pivotal role of social media adoption in understanding customer behavior and gaining valuable insights. In the context of SDL, this contributes to the understanding of how services are co-created between businesses and customers in a digitally connected environment. The outcomes of this research offer valuable insights for small businesses on leveraging social media adoption to enhance their distinctive competencies in marketing and service delivery innovation architecture

    This research aims to provide a description of the evaluation of the use of learning media carried out by teachers as an effort to increase student learning motivation in elementary schools. In detail, this research aims to find out (a.) the definition related to learning media and also the learning motivation given by teachers to their students. (b.) The effectiveness of using learning media at school as a motivation for student learning. In this research, the author used a descriptive qualitative research method with techniques for collecting data using literature studies sourced from interviews, several books, journals, documents, and also valid websites. The results of this research have the aim that to become a teacher at school, of course you must also have the ability to provide learning motivation which is used as encouragement for students in the learning process
