Transkrip temubual bersama encik Mior Hashim Bin Manap mengenai pengalaman dan perjalanan hidup beliau sebagai seorang seniman di dalam industri seni tanah air bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih terperinci dan tepat mengenal latar belakang kehidupan beliau dan pengalaman beliau sebagai seorang penggiat teater, pelakon, penyunting skrip dan seorang pengarah filem. Tujuan transkrip ini juga ialah ingin mendokumentasi setiap pengalaman beliau di dalam industri seni tanah air ini dengan lebih terperinci dan tepat. Kajian dan penyelidikan yang dilaksanakan menggunakan dua kaedah sesi temubual iaitu temubual awal dan temubual sebenar. Melalui temubual awal yang dijalankan, penyelidik hanya menemubual tokoh iaitu En. Mior Hashim Bin Manap bertujuan untuk sesi berkenalan bersama tokoh dan mendapatkan maklumat awal ketika temubual pertama dijalankan. Hasil daripada temubual pertama bersama beliau bertempat di Ara Damansara secara bersemuka, tokoh meminta kami untuk menemubual terlebih dahulu Pensyarah Kanan Fakulti Teater dan Animasi Puan Aminah Rhapor bagi mendapatkan maklumat mengenai siapakah En. Mior Hashim bin Manap dan secara langsung kami mencipta soalan rintis hasil selepas temubual bersama Puan Aminah Rhapor
MENSTRUAL BLOOD PROBLEMS IN DETERMINING BID'IY DIVORCE
Phenomenon that occurs in society, many women who have come to know and understand about blood, this situation is very worrying because it can affect many things. One of them is divorce, where the condition of the woman who is being served affects whether or not her husband can release the divorce. The essence of the problem that the author wants to explore is the criteria for menstrual blood in the perspective of fiqh syafi`iyah and the relationship between blood and talak bid`iy in the perspective of syafi`iyyah fiqh. This research is a library research using descriptive analysis method and qualitative approach. Regarding data sources, the author only needs written data sources, namely by referring to primary and secondary sources. The primary sources of the book al-Mahalli (Kanz al-Raghibin `ala Syarh Minhaj al-Thalibin), Fath al-Wahab, Hasyiah Bujairimi` Alal-Khathiib. Meanwhile, the secondary sources of the authors take from the data that the authors search through online media or the internet. The results that the authors found; First, that blood has several criteria according to the review of fiqh shafi`iyah, these criteria are based on the age of the woman, the validity period, the character of the blood that is born which is stronger and weaker, and the condition of bleeding is normal and abnormal. Second, menstrual blood has a close relationship with bid`iy talak, because talak is only classified as bid`iy, if a person mentions his wife is right during menstruation, if it is not right during menstruation, then talak is dropped from bid`iy divorce. The author really hopes that the study that the author has described can be made new for women in particular and Muslims in general
Ketentuan Masa ‘Iddah Wanita Hamil Yang Diceraikan Qobla Dukhul Menurut Mazhab Hanafi dan Syafi’i
This study aims to protect and prevent the author, especially Muslims in general, from falling into the practices prohibited by Islam and to be able to understand the \u27iddah regulations for divorced pregnant women to find out when the qobla dukhul occurred, which in this case the author is from the Hanafi school From the perspective of Shafiyi. The reason why the author only gives the views of the Hanafi and Shafi’i schools is that only these two schools believe that women who become pregnant through adultery can marry without waiting for the birth of a child. Her fetus. The research method used in this work is a qualitative method, which belongs to the type of library research (library research). Research analysis shows that Islam is a perfect religion and Allah has ordained everything that is good for the servant. An example in this case is how Islam strictly forbids adultery among its people, this is for the protection of Maqasid Sharia, one of which is to protect future generations. Also, the period of \u27iddah for a pregnant woman divorced from Qobla Dukhul is determined according to the Hanafi and Syafi\u27i schools, so in this case the two schools of thought differ in the meaning of Qobla Dukhul, which may have legal implications. Therefore, the two schools of thought hardly differ in their determination.Keywords: The period of \u27Iddah; Qobla Dukhul; Hanafi; Shafi\u27i AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjaga dan mencegah diri penulis secara khusus dan kaum muslimin secara umum agar tidak terjatuh pada perbuatan yang diharamkan oleh Islam serta dapat mengetahui ketentuan ‘iddah wanita hamil yang diceraikan apabila terjadi qobla dukhul, yang dalam hal ini penulis ambil dari perspektif mazhab Hanafi dan Syafi’i. Adapun alasan penulis hanya mencukupkan perspektif mazhab Hanafi dan Syafi’i adalah karena hanya kedua mazhab inilah yang memandang bahwa wanita yang hamil karena sebab zina maka ia boleh dinikahi tanpa harus menunggu lahirnya janin yang ia kandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode Kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Analisa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam adalah agama yang sempurna, sehingga segala hal yang merupakan hal baik bagi seoang hamba menurut Allah telah diatur dengan sedemikian rupa. Sebagai contoh dalam hal ini adalah bagaimana Islam itu melarang keras ummatnya melakukan zina, hal ini untuk menjaga maqashid syari’ah yang mana salah satunya adalah untuk menjaga keturunan. Begitu pula tentang penentuan masa ‘iddah wanita hamil yang diceraikan qobla dukhul menurut mazhab Hanafi dan Syafi’i, maka dalam hal ini kedua mazhab tersebut berbeda pandangan dalam maksud dari qobla dukhul yang dapat berimplikasi hukum, sehingga dalam penentuannya ada sedikit perbedaan pandangan antara kedua mazhab tersebut.Kata kunci: Masa ‘Iddah; Qobla Dukhul; Hanafi; Syafi’
HADIS SEBAGAI SUMBER HUKUM ISLAM (Telaah Terhadap Penetapan Kesahihan Hadis Sebagai Sumber Hukum Menurut Syafi’iy)
Hadiths are not sacred texts as the Koran. However, the hadith is always the second reference after the Koran and occupies an important position in Islamic studies. Considering the writing of the hadith which was carried out hundreds of years after the Prophet Muhammad died, many opinions were crossed over the validity of a hadith. so that this raises some groups to doubt and deny the truth of the hadith as a source of law. This paper will focus on discussing the study of the determination of the validity of hadith as a source of law according to Imam Syafii. This paper uses the library research method with the study of text analysis, therefore the author refers directly to the books written by Imam Shafi'i and makes comparisons with books written by the Muhadits. The findings in this research that about the debate about the hadith tradition as a source of law in Islam, al-Syäfi'iy seems to hold on the opinion that the provisions contained in the hadith are in the laws of the Qur'an; With katalam, the hadith of Nabı can only add to the law in the Qur'an. He said that the existing form of command, both the Qur'an and the hadith, is based on the same source, even though it is through a different path.Keywords:Hadith, Al-Quran, Imam Shafi'i, Muhadits, Islamic Law. Hadits bukanlah teks suci sebagaimana Al-Quran.Namun, hadits selalu menjadi rujukan kedua setelah Al-Quran dan menempati posisi penting dalam kajian keislaman.Mengingat penulisan hadits yang dilakukan ratusan tahun setelah nabi Muhammad SAW wafat, maka banyak terjadi silang pendapat terhadap keabsahan sebuah hadits.sehingga hal tersebut memunculkan sebagian kelompok meragukan dan mengingkari akan kebenaran hadits sebagai sumber hukum. Tulisan ini akan fokus membahas tentang telaah terhadap penetapan kesahihan hadits sebagai sumber hukum menurut Imam Syafii. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode library research dengan studi analisa teks, karena itu penulis merujuk langsung kitab-kitab yang ditulis oleh Imam Syafi`I dan melakukan perbandingan dengan kitab yang ditulis oleh para muhadits.Temuan dalam riset ini bahwa tentang perdebatan soal keshahihan hadits sebagai sumber hukum dalam Islam, alSyäfi'iy nampak beıpegang pada pendapat bahwa ketentuan-ketentuan yang ada dalam hadis berada dalam hukum-hukum Alquran; Dengan katalam, hadis Nabı dapat saja menambah hukum yang ada dalam Alquran.Ia mengatakan bahwa wujud perintah yang ada, baik dan alquran maupun hadis, adalah berpangkal dari sumber yang sama, meskipun melalui jalur yang berbeda.Kata Kunci:Hadits, Al-Quran, Imam Syafi`i, Muhadits, Hukum Isla
HAK WARIS ANAK ADOPSI PERSPEKTIF MADZHAB SYAFI’I (Telaah Hak Anak adopsi Terhadap Harta Orang Tua Angkat)
Children are the dream of married couples in the family, so not a few of them are found who are trying to get them, from visiting specialist doctors, drinking herbal medicine, certain drugs or also visiting a Kiai for special prayers. So that if some of the efforts that have been made do not reap results—while their desire is no longer making them patient—they adopt children, either their siblings\u27 children or other people\u27s children. After his adoptive parents tend to love him very much, the thought arises of giving some or even most of his wealth to his adopted child by inheritance, in other words they consider their own child. From this problem, the author wishes to examine the rights of adopted children to the assets of their adoptive parents by using a qualitative approach that is library research, and the data collection technique uses a documentary study of books, scientific works and scientific journals. After conducting research which continued to analyze any data obtained, the researchers concluded that in the Syafi\u27I school an adopted child cannot become the heir of his adoptive parents to get an inheritance. However, he can get a share of the assets of his adoptive parents through other means, namely, such as a will or a gift, which cannot exceed one-third of the assets of his adoptive parents. The formulation of the Shafi\u27i school is inseparable from the study of several verses of the Qur\u27an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW
Nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab al-barzanji karya syaikh ja'far al barzanji
Banyak literatur yang berbicara tentang pendidikan akhlak termasuk juga literatur yang bernuansa sastra, yang dalam hal ini salah satunya adalah kitab Al-Barzanji. Pembacaan kitab Al-Barzanji dilakukan pada kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan seperti acara maulid, pernikahan, kelahiran anak, syukuran,dan di beberapa pondok pesantren. Namun tidak sedikit pula mereka yang tidak
mengetahui arti dan makna dari apa yang mereka baca. Padahal makna di dalamnya sangat luar biasa, di dalamnya diceritakan akhlak Rasulullah Saw yang sangat mulia, dan seharusnya kita mencontoh akhlak tersebut untuk diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga tidak ditemukan lagi problem yang ditimbulkan oleh penyakit jiwa, antara lain: egois, ghadab, kekerasan, dendam, riya, fanatik, bergunjing, dan sebagainya. penyakit-penyakit tersebut yang biasa kita temui di pola hidup modern saat ini. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1). Siapakah Syaikh Ja‟far Al-Barzanji? 2). Nilai pendidikan akhlak apa saja yang ada dalam kitab Al-Barzanji karya Syaikh Ja‟far Al-Barzanji? 3). Bagaimana relevansi nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Al-Barzanji karya Syaikh Ja‟far Al-Barzanji dalam konteks kekinian?
Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach), adapun data primernya yaitu Kitab Al-Barzanji karya Syaikh Ja‟far Al-Barzanji. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. dengan menggunakan data primer Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis teoritis Deduktif.
Hasil penelitian antara lain: Syaikh Ja‟far Al-Barzanji adalah pengarang
dari Kitab Al-Barzanji. Nama lengkap beliau adalah Syaikh Ja‟far bin Hasan bin
Abd al-Karim bin as-Sayyid Muhammad bin Abd ar-Rasul al-Barzanji ibn Abd ar-Raul bin Abd as-Sayyid abd ar-Rasul bin Qolandri bin Husain bin Ali bin Abi
Thalib ra.Beliau lahir di Madinah pada tahun 1103-1180 H/1690-1766 M. Beliau
dikenal sebagai Mufti Syafi‟I dan khatib Masjid Nabawi di Madinah, dimana seluruh hidupnya dipersembahkan untuk kota suci Nabi. Nilai Pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam Kitab Al-Barzanji meliputi: Akhlak kepada Allah SWT memiliki nilai kepatuhan (cinta kepada Allah, doa, syukur, dan tawakal). Akhlak Kepada Nabi Muhammad Saw (nilai keteladanan yaitu meagunggungkan Nabi Muhammad Saw). Akhlak kepada diri sendiri (nilai menjaga kesucian diri (al-iffah). sabar, dan jujur). Akhlak kepada orang tua (nilai Birrul Walidain yaitu nilai kepatuhan) Akhlak terhadap keluarga (nilai bertanggung jawab, mandiri, ramah, kasih sayang, dan ikhlas). Akhlak terhadap Anak memiliki (nilai bertanggung jawab). Akhlak untuk selalu berusyawarah (nilai kesadaran diri, dan amanah). Akhlak dalam kesederhanaan (nilai kesadaran diri). Akhlak terhadap profesi yang mana terdapat (nilai mandiri, bertanggung jawab dan amanah). Akhlak dalam kemarahan (nilai sabar, pemaaf, dan lapang dada). Akhlak terhadap orang yang lemah (nilai kasih sayang). Nilai diatas menunjukan bahwa nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam kitab Al-Barzanji, karya Syaikh Ja‟far Al-Barzanji masih sangat relevan dengan konteks kekinian. Nilai yang terdapat dalam kitab Al-Barzanji sangat perlu dikembangkan untuk memperbaiki kondisi akhlak pada zaman sekarang.
ABSTRACT
Many references discussed akhlaq education and also referrals which contain literature in it, which one is Al-Barzanji book. In Indonesia, the recitation of Al-Barzanji book has increasingly evolved, neither villagers nor urbans. It is often held in religious activities, such as in Mawlid, a wedding celebration, a baby naming ceremony, ceremonials, and also in some of Islamic Boarding Schools. Yet, a lot of them still do not understand about meaning and essential of Al-Barzanji book. Actually, it has a wonderful contents, this book tells about Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) great character which suggest us to follow his akhlaq and implement it in our daily life, then we can not find problems that influenced by bad deeds, for example: selfish, anger, harshness, revenge, showing off, fanaticism, telling people dishonor, etcetera. We usually can find those things
in modern life. The problem of this study are: 1). Who is Shaykh Ja'far Al-
Barzanji? 2). What are the values of akhlaq education in Al-Barzanji book created by Syeikh Ja'far Al-Barzanji? 2). What is the relevance of values of akhlaq
education in Al-Barzanji book created by Syeikh Ja'far Al-Barzanji in current
context?
Method of study used qualitative approach with library research, the data primer is Al-Barzanji book created by Syeikh Ja'far Al-Barzanji. Data collecting technique used documentation with data primer. And data analyzing used deductive theories analysis.

Sayyid abd ar-Rasul bin Qolandri bin Husain bin Ali ibn Abi Talib ra. He was
born in Madina in 1103-1180 H / 1690-1766 M. He is Known as the Mufti of Shafi'i and the preacher of the Nabawi Mosque in Madina, where he was dedicated to the holy city of the Prophet. Moral Education Values contained in the Book of Al-Barzanji are attached: Moral to Allah SWT has the value of approval (love for God, prayer, gratitude, and tawakal). Morals To the Prophet Muhammad (exemplary value that is to favor the Prophet Muhammad). Moral for yourself (al-iffah), Patient, and honest). Morals for parents (Birrul Walidain's value is the value of obedience) Morals towards family (the value of responsible, independent, friendly, affectionate, and sincere). Morals towards children have (values that are responsible). Morals for always deliberating (the value of self-awareness, and trustworthy ). Morals in simplicity (self-awareness value). Morals towards which profession there are (independent, responsible and trustworthy value) Morals in recovery (values of patience, forgiveness, and grace). Morals towards weak people (the value of affection). The values above indicate the value of moral
education contained in the book Al Barzanji, Shaykh Ja'far Al-Barzanji's work is still very relevant in the present context. The values contained in the book of Al-Barzanji really need to be developed to improve the condition of morals currently
