Analisis Tax Planning Pada Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21 Karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pajak
(tax planning) yang dilakukan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan untuk
meminimalkan beban pajak penghasilan pasal 21 karyawan dan apa saja yang
digunakan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan sebagai upaya dalam
meminimalkan pajak penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21 karyawan.
Pendekatan penelitian ini berupa pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu
untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran, lukisan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat
mengenai fakta, sifat, serta hubungan antara berbagai fenomena yang diselidiki.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tax planning pada pajak penghasilan
(PPh) Pasal 21 karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan mampu
meminimalkan jumlah beban pajak penghasilan pasal 21 karyawan dengan baik
apabila dalam melaporkan keseluruhan biaya sehubungan gaji dan tunjangan
sebesar Rp. 307.532.921.088 sehingga terhindar dari koreksi fiskal positif untuk
selisih perhitungan yang tidak menguntungkan bagi perusahaan karena dihitung
sebesar tarif PPh Pasal 29 (Pajak Badan) perusahaan sebesar 25%

This final project report was prepared by Widia Khairunnisa with Student Registration Number 1641211022 with the title "The Mechanism of Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Quickly Through Samsat J'bret" This report is compiled based on the results of research conducted by the author at the Sukabumi I District Regional Revenue Management Office Cibadak or better known as the joint office One Roof Single Administration System which is located at Jalan Raya Sukabumi-Bogor KM 20 Downstream People Karang Tengah Village Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. Therefore, in this final project the author is interested in taking the title "Mechanism of Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Quickly Through Samsat J’bret".
The background of the author takes the title above is the mechanism of payment of motor vehicle tax quickly right through samsat j’bret. Based on the research being done, it can be concluded that the mechanism of motor vehicle tax payments through the new innovation Samsat J'bret (West Java Samsat Ngabret) aims to facilitate taxpayers in paying annual motor vehicle tax in the West Java Regional Police, taxpayers can pay taxes with easy, fast and right. PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR DENGAN PENDEKATAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE TURNAMEN DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pengembangan bahan ajar pendekatan Cooperative Learning Tipe Turnamen siswa pada kelas IV SD Negeri 14 Belanti Barat. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Developement). Subjek uji coba adalah peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Belanti Barat dan Penyebaran di SDN 13 Lolong sebanyak 25 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba Kevalitan dapat dilhat dari validasi isi, bahasa, penyajian, kegrafikaan dan RPP, keseluruhan 4.24 dengan kategori sangat valid. Pratikalitas bahan ajar dilihat dari respon pendidik, 84 % respon peserta didik 80 % sedangkan efektifitas bahan ajar 96%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar valid, praktis dan efektif pada kelas IV SD
Analisis Pola Identifikasi Zero Knowledge Proof dengan Algoritma Feige Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater dan Schnorr pada Sistem Keamanan Informasi
Protokol Zero Knowledge Proof merupakan salah satu protokol dalam Kriptografi yang memiliki tingkat keamanan yang cukup baik, karena menerapkan konsep “Truly Zero Knowledge Proof” yaitu tidak membocorkan informasi apapun. Protokol ini digunakan pada Algoritma Feige Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater dan Schnorr, ketiganya merupakan Algoritma Kriptografi dengan menggunakan kunci privat dan kunci publik. Pada kunci Publik, ketiga Algoritma ini menggunakan pembangkit bilangan prima acak pada nilai p dan q untuk mendapatkan kunci publik. Untuk memastikan bilangan yang dipilih merupakan bilang prima, maka digunakan metode Rabin Miller untuk melakukan pengetesan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan melakukan pengujian pembangkitan kunci publik dengan menggunakan CPRNG (Cryptographically-secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator) dengan algoritma Blum Blum Shub. Pengujian akan dilakukan pada Algoritma Feige Fiat, pembentukan kunci akan menggunakan Algoritma Blum Blum Shub, namun Protokol Identifikasi tetap menggunakan Algoritma Feige Fiat Shamir. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian ini, penulis telah terlebih dahulu membandingkan dan melakukan analisa pada Algoritma Feige Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater dan Schnorr. Hasil penelitian ini akan menunjukkan keberhasilan pengujian ini.Protocol Zero Knowledge Proof is one of the protocols in Cryptography that has a fairly good level of security, because it applies the concept of "Truly Zero Knowledge Proof" which is not leaking any information. This protocol is used in the Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater and Schnorr Feige Algorithms, all of which are Cryptographic Algorithms using private keys and public keys. In the Public key, all three of these Algorithms use a random number generator at the values p and q to get the public key.
In this study, the author will generate a public key generation test using CPRNG (Cryptographically-secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator) with the Blum Blum Shub algorithm. The test will be conducted on the Fiat Feige Algorithm, the formation of the key will use the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm, but the Identification Protocol still uses the Fiat Shamir Feige Algorithm. Before this test is done, the authors have first compared and analyzed the Feige Shamir, Guillou Quisquater and Schnorr Algorithms. Modifikasi Algoritma Ant Colony Optimization untuk Penentuan Route Terpendek
Kasus penentuan route terpendek sangat berperan dalam efesiensi biaya hal ini merupakan isu yang sangat menarik untuk dibahas. Jalur terpendek merupakan jarak minimum antara sumber ke tujuan. Penulis menggunakan grafik untuk memecahkan masalah jalur terpendek.Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) merupakan sebuah algortima heuristic yang diadopsi dari perilaku koloni semut mampu menemukan solusi permasalahan route terpendek. Keutamaan dari Algortima ACO yaitu banyak digunakan untuk memecahkan berbagai masalah Non Polinomial (NP) (Dorigo. dkk, 2006).Pada ACO tradisional, proses penentuan jalur dilakukan secara acak atau bobot yang dihitung hanya berdasarkan jarak. Kondisi ini tentu tidak sesuai dengan situasi sesungguhnya, karena pada masing-masing jalur yang sebenarnya memiliki situasi yang berbeda. Bisa jadi jalur yang dilalui memiliki ruas jalan yang sempit sehingga menyebabkan kemacetan atau jalan berlubang. Ini menyebabkan jalur yang ditempuh harus memperhitungan dengan factor lain. Ada beberapa penelitian yang membahas modifikasi Algoritma ACO.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, modifikasi Algortima ACO yaitu mengkombinasikan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan menyisipkan Algoritma Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) ke dalam perhitungan route pemilihan antar titik (node) sehingga bobot yang dihitung tidak hanya bobot jarak, namun juga mempertimbangkan bobot lain (Misalnya: tingkat kemacetan, ruas jalan, kondisi jalan, prioritas jalan, dll).The Problem shortest path is very interesting in terms of cost efficiency, which is a very interesting problem to discuss. The shortest path is the minimum distance between the source to the destination. The author uses the graph to solve the problem of the shortest path. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is a heuristic algorithm that is adopted from the problem of ant colonies that are able to find solutions to solve the shortest route. The virtue of ACO Algebra is widely used to solve various Non-Polynomial (NP) problems (Dorigo, et al., 2006). In traditional ACO, tracking processes are randomly or released which are calculated only according to distance. This condition is certainly not in accordance with reality, because in each path that actually has a difference. It could be that the path has a narrow road that causes congestion or potholes. This is what causes the path to be calculated by other factors. There are several studies that discuss the modification of the ACO Algorithm. Pengajaran Seni Tari (Tari Kreasi) Dengan Metode Kelompok Di Kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar 2019/2020
This study aims to describe the process of Teaching The Art Of Dance (Creative Dance) With The Group Method In Class X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir Tapung Hilir District Kampar Regency. Research subjects were 1 teacher of cultural arts and students of class X MIA 2 totaling 32 students. The research took place at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews with varios sources and documentation. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The author conducts a document review of the data or information thet the author has obtained. The results of this study indicate that the method used is in accordance with the curriculum and its development in the syllabus, then implementaed through RPP and teaching dance (creative dance). The curriculum used in SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir is the 2013 curriculum set by the school as well as the syllabus, RPP made by the teacher in accordance with the syllabus and curriculum applied. The assesment carried out in teaching dance (creative dance) is a series of activities to obtain student learning outcomes. Penurunan kadar flavonoid dari biji kakao setelah fermentasi (theobroma cacao L).
Dalam biji kakao terdapat senyawa polifenol kira-kira 12-18% . Selama fermentasi dan pengeringan, terjadi perubahan kimia polifenol, yang mempengaruhi warna dan rasa kakao.
Isolasi senyawa flavonoid, yang merupakan bagian dari senyawa polifenol, dari keping biji kakao lindak fermentasi 5 hari. Ekstraksi dilakukan menggunakan campuran metanol dan air (9:1) dan campuran metanol dan air (1:1). Selanjutnya dilakukan hidrolisis menggunakan HC1 2N. Aglikon yang diperoleh diekstraksi dengan eter dan kemudian etil asetat. Pemurnian hasil dilakukan dengan rekristalisasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Analisa hasil dilakukan dengan metoda kromatografi lapis tipis dua dimensi menggunakan TBA (3:1:1) dan TBA (1:1:3) sebagai eluen.
Spektroskopi ultraviolet-tampak, inframerah dan massa dilakukan untuk menentukan struktur hasil isolasi. Dari data yang diperoleh diduga bahwa senyawa hasil isolasi yang berupa padatan adalah theobromin. Sedangkan terhadap filtratnya dilakukan analisis Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi dengan metoda waktu retensi analit terhadap waktu retensi acuan pembandingan.
Hasil analisis di atas menunjukkan bahwa dalam keping biji kakao lindak fermentasi 5 hari terjadi pengurangan kadar flavonoid dalam biji kakao yang masih menyumbang rasa menggigit dan pahit.
In cocoa beans, polyphenols approximately consist of 12-18 % from whole weight. During fermentation and drying, chemical changes in polyphenol occur which affect the flavor and the colour of chocolate.
Isolation of flavonoid compound, which is a part of polyphenol compound, from Forastero nib fermented 5 days. Extraction was done using methanol.: water (9:1) and methanol : water (1:1) as solvent. Then the hydrolisis was done using HC1 2N. Aglicon that we had was extracted with ether and followed by ethyl acetate. To get the pure product was done by recrystalisation using methanol and analyzed by two dimension chromathography method using TBA (3:1:1) and TBA (1:1:1) as eluent.
To show the structure of the isolation product, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry were used. And suggested from the data, the compound is theobromin. Further, high pressure liquid chromathography was used to analyze the filtrate by a method of comparing retention time between reference and analyze retention time.

The Relationship between Indonesian Language Learning and the Environment
Based on the results of the study and research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that educational institutions have an important role in the process of planting environmental insight education to students, and educators are always connecting the process of environmentally based positive values to students. Then environmental insight education can be integrated into Indonesian language subjects to provide comprehensive knowledge and skills in protecting or maintaining the environment. Pengembangan Sistem Automasi Surat RfQ dan Sistem Turnamen Pingpong menggunakan Framework Laravel, Blade Templating Engine, dan Framework Vue.js
PT Max Solusindo Jaya memiliki layanan manajemen pendataan request for quotation, berupa automasi pencatatan penawaran RfQ ke dalam Google Sheets tracking. Namun, pembuatan surat penawaran RfQ untuk penawaran RfQ ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh manusia. Selain layanan ini, PT. Max Solusindo Jaya juga mendapatkan permintaan sistem untuk mengelola data turnamen pingpong yang dapat membuat file daftar nilai berformat XLSX. Kegiatan magang dilakukan secara online dari 26 Juli 2024 sampai 26 Oktober 2024. Penulis merumuskan masalah dengan melihat existing system dan menggali kebutuhan sistem. Dari analisis, penulis mendapatkan bahwa kebutuhan dari Sistem Automasi Surat RfQ adalah integrasi dengan Google Sheets tracking, pengelolaan data penawaran vendor dan admin, dan pembuatan surat RfQ dengan Google Sheets API. Sedangkan, untuk Sistem Turnamen Pingpong, penulis mendapatkan kebutuhannya adalah manajemen data-data turnamen dan pembuat lembar nilai turnamen berformat .xlsx. Kedua sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem Automasi Surat RfQ menggunakan Blade Templating Engine sebagai pembangun front-end, SQLite sebagai basis data sederhana, dan Google Workspace API untuk mengakses dan membuat Google Sheets. Di lain sisi, Sistem Turnamen Pingpong menggunakan Vue.js untuk pendukung pembangunan front-end yang lebih kompleks dan MySQL untuk penyimpanan dat di basis data. Dari hasil pengujian dengan cara membandingkan sistem yang telah dibuat dengan kebutuhan yang sudah ditentukan, penulis memperoleh hasil bahwa kedua sistem sudah berhasil diimplementasikan dengan baik. Di masa depan, penulis berharap sistem notifikasi pada Sistem Automasi Surat RfQ dapat dikembangkan menjadi lebih baik dan fitur bracketing dan proses manajemen turnamen lainnya dapat diintegrasikan ke Sistem Turnamen Pingpong.

PT Max Solusindo Jaya provides a request for quotation (RfQ) data management service for a client, in the form of automation of recording RfQ offers into a tracking Google Sheets. However, the issuing of the RfQ offer letters is still done manually by humans. In addition to this service, PT. Max Solusindo Jaya also received a request for a system to manage pingpong (table tennis) tournament data that can create a score sheet with .xlsx format. The internship was carried out online from July 26, 2024 to October 26, 2024. The author formulated the problem by analyzing the existing system and exploring system needs. From the analysis, the author found that the needs of the RfQ Letter Automation System were integration with the tracking Google Sheets, management of vendor and admin RfQ offer data, and creation of RfQ letters with Google Sheets API. Meanwhile, the Pingpong Tournament System needed management of tournament data and the creation of tournament score sheets in .xlsx format. Both systems were built using the Laravel framework. The RfQ Letter Automation System used the Blade Templating Engine for its front-end builder, SQLite for its simple database, and the Google Workspace API to access and create Google Sheets. On the other hand, the Pingpong Tournament System uses Vue.js to support more complex front-end development and MySQL for storing data in the database. From the test results obtained by comparing the systems that have been created with the specified needs, the author found that both systems have been successfully implemented. In the future, the author hopes that the notification system in the RfQ Letter Automation System can be developed to be more advanced with the bracketing features, and other tournament management processes can be integrated into the Pingpong Tournament System

The purpose of this final report is to determine how the maintenance of office machines in supporting the activities of employees at CV Agape Pratama. Method of data collection used by the authors were interviews and literature research related to office management observation. The data have been collected in the form of primary data and secondary data that analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. This method is to use benchmarks to judgment to assess the extent to which the variables studied whether in accordance with the specified benchmark. Based on the analysis conducted by the author shows that the lack of regular maintenance on the office machine CV Agape Pratama. So that it can make the activities is in inefficient condition, thus the authors suggest better CV Agape Pratama maintenance schedule, a warrant for maintenance, note cards, for maintenance, and the maintenance report that handles office machine can be controlled , maintenance is not only repairs but rather the prevention of damage to office machines availabl
