No full textAbstract: The existence of this paper is to examine the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) applied at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School through a learning system that is internalized in the form of activities, programs and habituation patterns in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to shape the character of students, develop knowledge, insight, increase motivation , positive thinking, creative, critical and independent behavior. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. In this study the author intends to reveal how the PAI learning system based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is implemented at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school. Full text linkThis research focused on students\u27 speaking problems in English and the purpose of this research is to know problems happening in speaking especially when they are presented by the second semester of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja\u27s English Education Program in their speaking presentations. This research used the descriptive method. The author uses observation, questionnaires, and interviews as a data collection tool. From the results of the questionnaire, psychological problems are most often problems experienced by the second semester English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja with a mean of 72,73% who had a problem in vocabulary, 54,55% who have problems in grammar, 60,61% who had problems in pronunciation, 72,73% who fear of making mistake, and 57,58% who have problems in lack of confidence. In conclusion, linguistics and psychological problems are a problem that experienced by the second semester of the English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja

Of the many abilities needed to face life's difficulties, including difficulties in achieving achievement, namely the adversity quotient ability needed to achieve success in life. Self-control can also help a person to achieve success. Someone who has a high adversity quotient and can control themselves can achieve success despite many obstacles, they do not immediately give up and do not let difficulties destroy their dreams and ideals. Individuals who have high adversity quotient abilities will continue to achieve the highest possible achievement, because achievement is a success that is wanted to be achieved and the goals of every student. Seseorang yang memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan adalah orang yang aktif,unik, berdaya guna membuat sesuatu, serta bermanfaat bagi banyak orang. Pada kegiatan ini parasantri memperoleh ilmu yang diberikan narasumber berupa materi mengenai kewirausahan danjuga cara membuat produk usaha yang inovatif. No full textPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi pengelolaan simpanan berjangka syariah yang semakin pesat dari tahun ke tahun selain itu BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur juga melakukan kegiatan penghimpunan dana dari masyarakat salah satunya produk tabungan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka). Dalam pratiknya menggunakan akad mudharabah. oleh sebab itu nasabah sebagai pemilik dana yang telah menyimpan dananya, mendapatkan bagi hasil atau keuntungan yang telah disepakati bersama di awal pembukaan tabungan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka). Oleh karena itu penelitian tertarik untuk mengangkat judul Mekanisme bagi hasil simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur. Pertanyaan utama yang akan dijawab dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pengelolaan simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) yang ada di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur. (2) mekanisme bagi hasil simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilakan data-data yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yakni dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan cara mendeskripsikan data dari informal, mereduksi data sesuai kebutuhan penelitian, kemudian di analisis oleh penulis, dan disimpulkan untuk menjawab penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan dan mekanisme bagi hasil simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) yang ada di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur dalam penerapan nisbahnya harus benar-benar sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Kata Kunci: Mekanisme, Pengelolaan dan Simpanan Berjangka Syariah Abstract:This research was grounded by the management of sharia futures deposits which are rapidly increasing from year to year. Besides,  BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java also conducts fundraising activities from the public, one of which is sharia term savings products (Si Jaka). In practice, it uses the mudharabah agreement. Therefore, the customer as the owner of the funds that has deposited the funds, get a profit sharing or profit that has been mutually agreed upon at the beginning of opening of sharia term savings (Si Jaka). Therefore, the research was interested in raising the title of the mechanism for the sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem, East Java. The main questions that will be answered from this research were: 1. management of sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java, 2. mechanism for the sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java. To answer these problems, this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach that produces data obtained from the research object namely observation, interviews, and documentation which are then analyzed by describing data from informal, reducing data according to research needs, then di analysis by the author, and concluded to answer the research. The results of the study concluded that the management and profit sharing mechanism of sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java in applying the ratio must be really in accordance with sharia principles

The accounting process at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Nurul Yaqin Pekanbaru when recording transactions does not do journals. Star recording financial transactions into a daily cash book, then transferred to the recapitulation book of receipt and disbursement of funds. Financial reports prepared by Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Nurul Yaqin Pekanbaru, namely the income statement and balance sheet. The purpose of this research was to indentify how accounting is applied by Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Nurul Yaqin Pekanbaru and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The type of data needed is primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through direct interviews and documentation. The research made by the author of MTS Nurul Yaqin Pekanbaru, did not make a journal, did not calculate depreciation of fixed assets owned by schools. Based on research by the author that the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Nurul Yaqin Pekanbaru is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
