No full textThis research is motivated by the researchers' interest in "Duty of Heart" poetry by Ustadz Jefri Al Buchori because there are different characteristics on the background of the writer who is a preacher. Poetry has a composition of words that are beautiful and have many meanings. Poetry writing is greatly influenced by diction and imagination used by the author because it can bring up the characteristics of the author through language and the choice of words used. This study aims to analyze and describe the description/ depiction of "Tasks Hati" poetry by Ustadz Jefri Al Buchori. The image is an arrangement of words that can express sensory experience. The images consist of three parts, including visual images (visions), auditive images (sounds) and tactile images (touch or touch). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is a poem of an Ustadz, preacher, and actor who has a special appeal in his writing characteristics. In this poem, there are only 2 images, namely visual images and tactile or tactile images which amount to 7 word vision images, tactile images as many as 8 words. The tactile image is more dominant in this poem which asks the reader to appreciate this poem and the influence of the diction used by Ustadz Jefri Al Buchori is influenced by the religious background

Get PDF“Spiritual Pairan” is a writing that aims to construct a new human theology in the context of Mamasa. This research starts from the problem of reducing cultural identity in the post-evangelism church conducted by Geleijnse. In addition, Aluk Mappurondo adherents claim to be "more Christian" than adherents of Christianity which is indicated by their more devout way of religion than adherents of Christianity. Responding to this problem, the author analyzes the text of Colossians 2:16-4:1 and the concept of pairan, to construct a contextual new human in Mamasa. The approach used by the author is a local theological approach. The author hopes that this approach can construct a new human concept that is contextual in Mamasa, so that the churches in Mamasa can show a quality of life that respects culture and displays ethical quality in their lives. After conducting the analysis, the writer finds that the new human construction in the Mamasa context is pairan spirituality. The author recommends that research on the encounter of each component in pairan with Christian traditions can be followed up, such as pairan dapo' with Christian families and pairan lembä with Christian leadership
A Juridical Study toward Indonesian Disabilities Right for Public Services Accessibility according to Law No. 8 Year 2016

In 2016, the Indonesian government has been launched a recovering law for persons with disabilities, namely Law No. 8 Year 2016. Differ with the previous law, Law No. 4 Year 1997 which still less contains the rights of persons with disabilities, especially on the things of public services accessibility. Hence, regarding to the normative analysis toward Law No. 8 Year 2016 which is used in this study. It found that the Indonesian government is already loaded the persons with disabilities right on public services accessibility. Those listed in Chapter III, Part 15 article 19 on Public Service Rights. Therefore, the development of public service facility for persons with disabilities shall be appropriate to this law. Furthermore, the details of public service in terms of implementation of respect, protection and rights meeting with disabilities are initiated by both central and local governments. All public services in Indonesia should be take attention to the Law No. 8 Year 2016 on Persons with Disabilities

investigation process in level of police. The content of the problem formulation is how the
protection of rights of the accused regulated in the Act Number 8 of 1981 on Criminal Code and
what efforts can be conducted by the accused and his family. The purpose of this research was to
give comprehension on the protection of the rights of accused during the process of investigation
conducted by police and what efforts can be conducted to prevent the violation of rights of
accused. The type of research conducted in minithesis writing was normative legal research,
wherein the type of normative research is focused on secondary data. The result of research or
conclusion can be gained is the Act Number 8 of 1981 on Criminal Code has clearly regulated
from the process of arresting, incarceration, investigation, judicature up to have the stagnant legal
power. The policy has gave the rights of the accused appropriately to those which is regulated in
the Criminal Code, however it still can not be given maximally by reason of the limitedness of
amount of police personals, in a great number of criminal action entering and the lack of
estimation given by Headquarter of Police of Republic of Indonesia to every County Police. The
effort can be conducted by the accused and his family to have securely the rights of accused
protected is by the legal assistance of advocate. In the matter of violation towards the rights of
accused, thus the accused and his family can submit pre-judicature through the assistance of
advocate. The suggestion of the author in this minithesis is the necessity to improve education
and knowledge of the police on law, the addition of personal amount of police and easier access
to gain advocate

is leaked should be protected as stipulated in Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal
Data Protection, because personal data is part of human rights relating to individual
privacy rights, with the leakage of personal data BPJS Kesehatan users can be held
legally responsible, therefore this study aims to find out how the form of BPJS
Kesehatan legal liability for leaking personal data of its users. Through normative
research methods with a legal norm approach, the author concludes that BPJS
Kesehatan can be held liable for Administrative law, namely sanctions of written
warnings, temporary termination, deletion or destruction of personal data and or
administrative fines, Civil legal liability, namely BPJS Kesehatan can be asked for
compensation for leaking personal data of users and criminal legal liability BPJS
Kesehatan can be subject to imprisonment or fines

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to find out how to manage financial reports and find out the appropriateness of the application of fixed asset accounting at PT Martapura Makmur. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation with data analysis using descriptive data. From the results of research conducted by the author, it can be seen that: 1) The company has not fully and consistently applied accounting principles generally accepted in terms of recognition of acquisition prices, 2) The company did not write off fixed assets that had been declared damaged and could not be reused , 3) The company distinguishes expenses during the period of use of fixed assets. 4) Presentation of fixed assets in the balance sheet is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of PT Martapura Makmur's fixed asset accounting is not in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Optimasi Autopilot Untuk Mengurangi Waktu Tempuh Fixed-Wing Uav Dalam Membentuk Lintasan Figure Of Eight
Get PDFAn unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) more commonly called a drone is a flying vehicle that is piloted using a remote control system or computer program embedded in a vehicle without human control. The two main types of UAVs on the market are fixed-wing UAVs and multi-rotor UAVs, both of which have their advantages and disadvantages including their suitability for specific applications. In this study, the author uses the Mission Planner application to configure the autopilot that can run on a fixed-wing UAV to fly automatically to form a figure of eight trajectories. The key parameters that have a major influence on the flying performance of fixed-wing UAVs are bank angle and aggressiveness. The best autopilot configuration to complete a set of figures of eight trajectories is obtained when the distance between the waypoints is 10 meters, the waypoint radius is 10 meters, the bank angle is 90 degrees, the maximum pitch value is 90 degrees, the minimum pitch is -90 degrees, and the aggressiveness value is 5 can complete the figure of eight trajectories in 20.75 seconds

No full textThis study aims to determine the main causes of changes in the scales that occur. Changes in the scale of the Sasando musical instrument are influenced by mass culture, popular culture and the development of the market industry which has led to the tendency of the people of NTT, especially the city of Kupang to lead to Western lifestyles as if starting to leave local traditions. Values, meanings and social functions of Sasandu Gong are diminished and will even disappear in future generations. The influence of colonialism is assumed to be the cause of the people of Kupang prefer something modern than local wisdom. Some articles, journals, books and even websites often talk about the implementation of local cultural values as a cultural heritage and traditional art which is the identity of the Indonesian people. The author uses the concept of Leela Gandhi and Edward Said in general to discuss efforts to undermine Western hegemony, in which the domination of Western powers over the Eastern world considers the East as weak and full of imagination. The qualitative method is used as an exploratory approach that relies on in-depth data analysis in the form of text obtained from the speakers. The research results are discussed in three (3) stages. First, from the Postcolonial perspective that the change occurred starting from the history of the entry of Christianity into East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) by the Dutch people. Second, musicologically, Sasando Violin experienced the development of scales with several variations made by Mr. Drs. Djony L. K. Theedens. Third, the physicality of the sound of the Sasas Gong changes in shifting functions, values, and meanings that existed before.
