PROFIL PERSONALITY WITA WITARSA
Wita Witarsa is a lecturer in sports and a long-distance athletic trainer in Indonesia. In this research, the researcher will discuss Wita Witarsa\u27s personality, the writing of which focuses on important things in Wita Witarsa\u27s life in the field of long-distance athletic trainer. Using qualitative descriptive research methods with ethnographic methods. The population of this study were coaches, athletes and supporting informants. The sampling technique used was side purposive so that 5 people were obtained with criteria according to research needs. The results of this research show that Wita Witarsa has a good personality and is always willing to learn things that can improve the training process. The key that Wita Witarsa applies is mutual trust between the coach and the athlete, the coach creates and applies it to the athlete with the belief that the athlete is able to complete the program that has been prepared, and the athlete believes in the coach that the program that has been designed is appropriate to the needs and targets set. achieved. Wita Witarsa is inspiring because she has succeeded in producing a number of athletes with various achievements that have made Indonesia proud on the international stage. Based on the research results obtained, it can be said that the coach\u27s personality has a great influence on athletes and their achievements
MODEL PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT PESISIR BERBASIS CO-MANAGEMENT SUMBERDAYA PERIKANAN DI KABUPATEN PONTIANAK
Tujuan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan umum yang dihadapi masyarakat pesisir di Kabupaten Pontianak. mengidentifikasi komponen urgen pengelolaan sumberdaya pesisir, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir, serta mengidentifikasi peringkat prioritas co-management sumberdaya perikanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Treats), dan alur pikir PMPK (pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan). Hasil yang ada menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek biofisik belum adanya batas wilayah tangkap dan kurangnya peralatan modal; dari aspek teknologi penangkapan belum memadai; dari aspek pasar belum adanya manajemen distribusi, belum adanya armada angkut yang dilengkapi dengan cool storage, dan masih rendah modal usaha; dari aspek sosial ekonomi pemegang kepentingan masih rendahnya kualitas sumberdaya manusia; kurangnya sarana dan prasarana; adanya kerusakan fisik habitat; kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir; kurangnya pemahaman terhadap nilai sumberdaya; dan masalah kelembagaan, belum melibatkan masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan wilayah pesisir, sehingga program-program di wilayah pesisir tidak dapat berjalan secara optima

Optimizing Anti-Corruption Education in Higher Education: Enhancing Awareness and Promoting Action against Corruption among University Students
Corruption has become a pressing concern in Indonesia, penetrating various sectors of society. Tackling this issue, integrity education at the tertiary level has emerged as an underexplored strategic solution. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and role of integrity education in fostering anti-corruption commitment among university students. A systematic literature review examines diverse integrity education strategies and implementations. Results indicate that integrity education positively influences individuals’ awareness and attitudes toward corrupt practices. Challenges, however, persist in fully integrating these concepts into curricula and promoting active student engagement. The main conclusion emphasizes the crucial role of integrity education in cultivating a resilient anti-corruption generation within universities. Implications encompass the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships to develop a comprehensive approach. Practical recommendations include innovative teaching methods and further research to assess integrity education’s impact on higher education. This study contributes to comprehending anti-corruption efforts through integrated integrity education within research limitations

PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KATOLIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI MENGAJAR GURU DI TKK SANTO YUSUP BEKASI BARAT
Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang kompetensi mengajar guru, dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Katolik di TKK Santo Yusup Bekasi Utara. Penerapan pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Katolik, dikembangkan melalui metode research and develompment (R&D) Produk yang dihasilkan berupa Modul bahan ajar. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli modul yang telah dikembangkan memeroleh persentase sebanyak 85,5% berada pada kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba terbatas sebanyak 87,5%, dan berada pada jarak interval 3,25 < X ≤ 4,00 = Sangat Baik. Selanjutnya hasil validasi ahli dan hasil uji coba terbatas dirata-rata memeroleh persentase sebanyak 86,5% berada pada kategori sangat layak. Dari hasil yang ada dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar guru, dinyatakan sangat layak, sebagai modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik
