PT. INTI mulai menerapkan program
Management Trainee
(MT) sejak tahun
2009, sebagai langkah untuk memperoleh talent yang berpotensi dan disiapkan
untuk menempati jabatan managerial perusahaan. MT diperoleh melalui suatu
rangkaian proses rekrutmen hingga se
leksi bagi sarjana muda, kemudian diangkat
menjadi karyawan kontrak dengan masa percobaan selama satu tahun. Idealnya
seluruh MT diharapkan lulus pada masa percobaan. Namun, ketidakcocokan
karakter MT saat bekerja menjadi kendala yang sering muncul sehingg

Short story "Memory of Ara" tells about personality changes experienced by the figure Ara from an extravers to become an intravers. The author tries to examine and express the awareness and unconsciousness experienced by the figure of Ara by using sequence theory, structural theory, and the literary psychology approach of Carl Gustav Jung. Sequence theory is used to determine the main character and find the sequence of stories. Structural theory is used to determine the short story intrinsic element which is focused on the character and characterization, plot, and background. The literary psychology approach of Carl Gustav Jung is used to express the awareness and unconsciousness experienced by Ara figures as well as to discover the personality changes of the figure of Ara. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using a structural approach and a literary psychology approach.
The results of the analysis of awareness and unconsciousness of the figure of Ara in the short story "Ara Memory" by Dewi Ria Utari are (1) personality changes of Ara characters from extravers to intravers, (2) awareness experienced by Ara figures, including mental attitudes consisting of extravers and intravers, functions soul which consists of feeling, thingking, sensing, and intuisting, as well as personal unconsciousness experienced by the figure Ara.

An Analysis of Women’s Language Features Used by Indonesian Female Author in the Book of Dear Tomorrow by Maudy Ayunda
The study deals with women’s language features used by Indonesian
female author in the book of Dear Tomorrow by Maudy Ayunda(DTMA). The
aim of the study were to describe the use of women’s language features and
language function in DTMA based on types of women’s language features by
Robinn Lakoff. The source of data was collected from two chapters of DTMA.
Documentation method was used in collecting the data. This study used
descriptive qualitative method for analyzing the data and to describe the findings.
The findings showed that not all types of women’s language features were used
by those two chapters of DTMA. There were 66 utterances from six types of
women’s language features that occured in DTMA, they were 19 lexical hedges or
fillers, 1 empty adjective, 17 intensifier, 10 hypercorrect grammar, 1 superpolite,
and 18 emphatic stress. Based the amount of the dominant type used of women’s
language features in DTMA was lexical hedges or fillers. Kind of language
function that used in DTMA was express function, metalinguistic function, and

Dalam kondisi ideal, MT diharapkan dapat melewati masa percobaan. Namun, ketidakcocokan karakter kandidat saat bekerja menjadi kendala sehingga beberapa dari mereka tidak lulus masa percobaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu merancang ulang pekerjaan untuk talent (Allen, 2008) dengan pendekatan Talent Management yang dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi key position untuk lima divisi yang termasuk dalam kegiatan bisnis utama perusahaan. Identifikasi key position dilakukan dengan proses pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk posisi manager dan supervisor berdasarkan krtiteria key position yang didefinisikan. Kemudian menganalisa kriteria talent perusahaan untuk key position, dan sumber talent bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan talent. Hasil identifikasi di 18 key position dengan tiga kriteria talent tambahan untuk posisi manager, dan empat kriteria talent tambahan untuk posisi supervisor. Untuk mendapatkan MT, perusahaan bisa melakukan perekrutan perkuliahan, karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan MT yang didedikasikan untuk fresh graduate

Author\u27s Acceptance in Relating Reader’s Response to Digital Novels
Technology development in the digital era has transformed the world of literature, particularly for digital novels. The comment sections on digital literature provide a platform for direct interaction between authors and readers, which can influence the author\u27s creative process. Therefore, this research aims to examine the author acceptance in responding to readers\u27 feedback on their digital novels and to explore its impact on the creative process of the works produced. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a literary reception approach to understand readers\u27 responses to three digital novels: "BarraKilla" by Nova Adhita, "Paradise Garden" by Khojina, and "Abi Ghea" by Chelsea Karina. Data were collected through documentation techniques and online observations of readers\u27 comments, then it was analyzed using content analysis techniques and was validated through author interviews. The results of this study showed that readers\u27 responses to digital novels are categorized into three aspects: domination, negotiation, and opposition. Dominant reception can support the plot and strengthen the narrative, while negotiation and opposition receptions can be considered in adjusting the story and evaluating it for the author. This study concludes that digital novel authors respond to readers\u27 feedback through domination, negotiation, and opposition, where this interaction influences the story\u27s development and creates a dynamic relationship between the author and the reader

Trends and Trajectories in Indonesian Multicultural Education (2000-2022): A Bibliometric Analysis Using Google Scholar and Vos Viewer
Purpose – The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the evolution of multicultural education in Indonesia between 2000 and 2022. It aims to understand scientific article productivity, author contributions, thematic evolutions, keyword dynamics, and patterns of author collaboration in this domain.
Design/methods– The study employs a bibliometric methodology, utilizing data indexed in Google Scholar and analyzed with Vos viewer software. The methods include examining scientific article productivity, author contributions, keyword co-occurrence, and patterns of author collaboration.
Findings – The findings reveal Wekke as the leading author in this field, with the most prolific publication period being in 2013. C Mahfud\u27s 2013 publication is identified as the most influential work with 1,475 citations. Key terms such as \u27multicultural country\u27, \u27intercultural\u27, \u27diversity\u27, and \u27pesantren\u27 were frequently observed, highlighting the multidimensionality of multicultural education in Indonesia.
Research implications/limitations – The research acknowledges limitations, including potential oversights of non-indexed scholarly contributions and a lack of qualitative depth. It suggests future research directions focusing on qualitative aspects and expanding the scope of analysis to more academic databases.
Practical implications – The study has significant implications for educational policy and curriculum development in Indonesia. It emphasizes the importance of diversity and inclusivity in educational settings and provides insights for policymakers and educators in adapting to the evolving educational needs of a diverse nation.
Originality/value – This study is valuable as it provides a pivotal reference for the evolution of multicultural education in Indonesia, highlighting key authors, works, and thematic areas. Its originality lies in its comprehensive bibliometric approach and its focus on Indonesian multicultural education over two decades
