VUCA is about a hyper-competitive and unpredictable environment. It stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Personal attributes are necessary to navigate the VUCA environment. Studies in entrepreneurship show that narratives help people to connect different experiences. Literature shows that a narrative journey can be described through archetypes and relate to entrepreneurial behavior. This study aims to construct and validate measurements of entrepreneurial personality by adapting Pearson & Marr's archetype inventory test within the entrepreneurial context. This study was conducted as an assessment of the measurement psychometric attributes consisting of 12 archetypes. Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) was carried out by Oblimin rotation resulting in 60 final items. This study involved 154 small and medium entrepreneurs in Jakarta and West Java

Adaptation and Psychometric Validation of Portrait Value Questionnaire to Map the Work Values of Indonesian Employees

Work values play a crucial role in understanding individual behavior in the workplace as it is serving as the foundation for one’s decision-making at work. However, cross-cultural research indicates that the structure of work values may vary depending on the socio-cultural context of the worker lives in. Therefore, this study aims to explore the structure of work values among Indonesian employees based on Schwartz’s theory of universal human values through an empirical examination using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) on the dataset collected from 519 employees aged 27-55 years old residing on Java Island using Portrait Value Questionnaire combined with PVQ-RR. Based on the analysis, the data met the assumptions for EFA (KMO = 0.911; Bartlett’s χ² (78) = 3353.020, p < .001). PCA with Varimax rotation identified a more interpretable three-factor solution (EV = 6.184, 1.547, 0.808, explaining 65.69% of the total variance. We then construct three new higher-order factors were identified as (1) relational harmony and social security, (2) self-determination grounded in socio-cultural values, and (3) achievement and status as work identity. Adapting terminology and clustering value indicators into higher-order factors can yield a blueprint that is more sensitive to Indonesian culture without obscuring the meaning of the constructs, thereby providing an initial blueprint for developing a more context-sensitive Indonesian-version of PVQ (Portrait Values Questionnaire).Nilai (value) kerja berperan penting untuk membantu memahami perilaku individu di tempat kerja karena value merupakan landasan individu bertindak dan mengambil keputusan dalam pekerjaannya.

Choice of vote conversion method, as an element of the general election system, has implications for the degree of proportionality. The degree of proportionality in question is divided into two elements, namely between the percentage of seats acquired and the fairness to large and small parties. The author here is interested in measuring the degree of proportionality generated by each of the vote conversion methods. The author then performs a simulation to measure these two elements from two families of vote conversion methods, namely the Quota method and the Divisor method. The simulation results show that in terms of proportionality of votes with seats, the Hare Quota method is the most proportional, followed jointly by the Droop Quota and the Sainte-Laguë Divisor in the second position, the Imperiali Quota and the Modified Sainte-Laguë Divisor in the third position, and D\u27Hondt Divisor as the one with the lowest proportionality

This community service collaborates with Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia with partners to relate to entrepreneurs, namely: Institut Teknologi Del (IT Del) -North Sumatra, Universitas Negeri Makasar (UNM)-South Sulawesi, and the Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 (UPG 1945) - East Nusa Tenggara. Community service provides competency training and coaching clinics for entrepreneurs in the Lake Toba, Makasar, and Kupang areas to improve their entrepreneurial competencies. We believe that entrepreneurial competence is the key to entrepreneurial success. The online program aims to understand the importance of increasing entrepreneurial competence to achieve business success for entrepreneurs, provide a coaching clinic for entrepreneurs who experience obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic, and increase insight and networking among entrepreneurs in Indonesia and learn from other entrepreneurs. Training and coaching clinics are carried out following stages preparation, implementation, and evaluation, all involving university partners. The training material explains competence and dimensions of entrepreneurial competence (the ability to see opportunities, achievement motivation, and persuasion abilities). The entrepreneurship competency training and coaching clinic were well organized as expected. If the COVID-19 pandemic has been resolved, training and coaching clinics can be carried out face-to-face. Each region in Indonesia has a different culture; if the training is carried out at the location of the entrepreneurs, the topics and methods will be more specifically adapted to the culture of the entrepreneurs who are the participants

To ensure legal certainty of physical data of land registration, the result of the measurement of the ground plane needs to be drawn Measure Image. Remembering that this document is authentic data and has the power of data proof physical registration of the land, it needs to be made and maintained as well as possible follow the rules. In land registration, there is registration land is sporadic and systematic, therefore there are two mechanisms also measurements are systematic and sporadic. Then, the Measure Image is an authentic data measurement results are also divided into two, namely Fig Measure systematic and sporadic. The mechanism of making a measurement drawing in the Office Land throughout Indonesia is the same. Therefore the author chose the location in Semarang regency, because the research location is not far with the domicile author. Measurements of the sporadic plots take costs and processes which takes longer than the measurement of the ground plane systematically, therefore the author will discuss about the Process Preparation of Measuring Images in Sporadic Land Registry at the Office Land of Semarang Regency. The purpose of this research is to know how the process of making a Measure Image in Land Registry in a Sporadic, the benefits of the Measure Image, as well as any constraints faced by the Land Office of Semarang Regency in the process of making Fig Measure them. This research method uses qualitative method. Technique of collecting data obtained from interview and literature study. Taking informant using purposive sampling technique, which become his informant was Mr. Sagimin, A. Ptnh. as Measurement and Sub Mapping. The process of making a Measure Image in Land Registry in a Sporadic at the Land Office of Semarang Regency is good enough in terms the manufacture that has followed the basic drawing drawing rules. In addition, the measuring officer in making the Measure Image is also always keep accuracy, in order to avoid errors that can hamper the process next. Yet there are other obstacles that come from such communities lack of awareness to put a border mark of the plot, so that can slow down the measuring officer to carry out measurements of parcels the

The development of technology and the increasing use of the internet has increasingly made the dominance of the cyber world in all international issues inseparable. The cyber world itself is a relatively new concept, with a very minimal international regulations on how a country should act in this domain. Realizing this, many countries in the world are starting to make many strategies and plans in capitalizing the cyber world for their benefit but some still need to survive. To deal with this, many countries have begun to cooperate in an effort to increase their capabilities in the massive cyber world, this not only provides many opportunities for development but also creates many new threats such as hacktivism, cyberspaces, cyberterrorism. With the urgency that exists, Indonesia has begun to initiate cooperation with various countries on cyber issues, including with the superior country the United States in the agreement regulated by the Letter of Intent (LoI). The author has identified cyberterrorism as one of the threats that needs to be analyzed due to its large threat to Indonesia. By examining the LoI, the author has concluded that being led by the National Cyber and Code Agency (BSSN), there are 2 important aspects in dealing with cyberterrorism, namely capacity building and information sharing. Although these two things have been done, the impact has not significantly developed Indonesia's cybersecurity due to the lack of intense and effective implementation of the two programs

On November, 4th 2020, the Tigrayan Area became one of the deadly conflict hotspots in the midst of the global pandemic Covid-19. The conflicts are rooted since the Ethiopian People’s Democratic Front (EPRDF) becoming the governing party 30 years ago that reigned by corrupt, dirty, discriminate governance. EPRDF was in coalition with four parties: Amhara Democratic Party (ADP); The Oromo Democratic Party (ODP); Southern Ethiopian People’s Democratic Party Movement (SEPDPM); and Tigrayan People’s Liberation Front (TPLF). Among the four parties, only the TPLF has been promoted and acquired privileges by the EPRDF. These privileges provide TPLF an influence, an important political position, and a military sector, which creates other parties feel excluded. Political friction, sexual violence, and even the issue of ethnic cleansing of Tigrayans underlie the crisis. Since Abiy Ahmed from ODP become a new PM of Ethiopia, it is strongly indicated that his position indirectly supports reprisal against TPLF. The involvement of Eritrea in this conflict, expanding the spectrum of crisis. Deadlock on the solution and the unilateral claims of the Abiy’s successful (offensive) settlement against TPLF, agonizing the situation of the Tigrayan people. Therefore, in this essay, the author will explain how the characteristics of the current conflict situation, the ripeness of conflict, methods of resolution of mediation, and possible solution to construct a stable situation in the Tigray Conflict. Key Words: Abiy, Afrika, Amhara, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Oromo, Tigray, TPL
