The purpose of this research is to explain various forms of comparison bushido value delivered in the folklore of Momotarou and Issunboushi.
The method of this research is qualitative method with literature review. The theory used to analyse is a structural approach. Structural used to analyse intrinsic substance in this folklore, such as the theme, character and characterization also background of the story. Meanwhile, seven bushido values are used to analyse the value of bushido as reflected in the Momotarou and Issunboushi stories.
In this research we can know that the bushido values contained in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories is very related to whole of event and characteristic of the character in the story. The events that happened to primary character show that there are seven bushido values in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories of courage, virtue, modesty, loyalty, honesty, honor and justice. The author also compares the two folklore, which distinguishes the application of the seven bushido values in each story.

Get PDF The aim of this study is to explain the matters of criticism social, how to deliver social criticism, and a message of author poem anthology of Gebyar Kasusastran. The type of study used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study were in the form of word, phrase, sentences, and paragraphs. The data were obtained from the poem anthology of Gebyar Kasusastran. In collecting the data, reading technique and note taking were used by the researcher. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed by using a descriptive analysis with to explain the matters of critical social, how to deliver social criticism, and a message of author poem anthology Gebyar Kasusastran. Semantic validity were used to check the validity of the data. In addition, to check the reliability of the data, reliability intraratter and inter-rater reliability were used by the researcher. The result of the study is word, phrase, sentences, and paragraphs taken from the poem anthology of Gebyar Kasusastran which explains the matters of critical social, how to deliver social criticism, and a message of author from the perspective of sociology literary criticism
KAJIAN YURIDIS PASAL 27 AYAT (1) UNDANG - UNDANG NO 11 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG TINDAK PIDANA SIBER KESUSILAAN
Get PDFThe types of cyber crime are regulated in article 27 to article 37 of Law No. 11/2008 of Juncto Law No. 19/2016. The author is interested in analyzing the formulation of article 27 paragraph (1) regarding criminal acts of decency with his explanation in Law No. 11/2008 Juncto Law No. 19/2016, because the elements of a moral act in the formulation of article 27 paragraph (1) are unclear and can cause different perceptions. Regulations regarding the formulation of criminal acts in the law, in this case specifically the formulation of criminal acts in Law No. 11/2008 in conjunction with Law No. 19/2016 must be clear, easy to understand, and carried out fairly. Unclear criminal acts formulations can potentially lead to legal uncertainty. The author tries to reveal the unclear formulation of the provisions of article 27 paragraph (1) of Law No. 11/2008 which regulates the provisions on criminal acts of decency. This has become an urgent need and cannot be delayed, because it involves the issue of legal certainty.

Penulis tertarik melakukan analisa pada rumusan pasal 27 ayat (1) tentang tindak pidana kesusilaan dengan penjelasannya dalam UU No 11/2008 Juncto UU No 19/2016, dikarenakan unsur-unsur suatu perbuatan kesusilaan dalam rumusan pasal 27 ayat (1) tersebut tidak jelas dan bisa menimbulkan persepsi yang berbeda beda. Pengaturan mengenai rumusan tindak pidana dalam undang-undang, dalam hal ini khususnya rumusan tindak pidana dalam UU No 11/ 2008 juncto UU No 19/2016 harus jelas, mudah dipahami, dan dilaksanakan secara adil (fair). Rumusan tindak pidana yang tidak jelas dapat berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum. Penulis berusaha mengungkap ketidakjelasan rumusan ketentuan pasal 27 ayat (1) UU No 11/ 2008 yang mengatur ketentuan tentang tindak pidana siber kesusilaan. Hal ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak dan tidak dapat ditunda - tunda lagi, karena hal ini menyangkut persoalan kepastian hukum

ومن أهمّ العناصر في تأليف الإبداعي هي العناصر الخارجية، التأليف الإبداعي هو البنيوية بصفة ديناميكية، لأنه تأليف التاريخ والثقافة قد وقع مستمرّا. يكوّن الديناميك التأليف الإبداعي بسبب علاقة تولدية، هو علاقة وثيقة بين المؤلف والمجتمع، والمؤلف أعضاء المجتمع. إذا نعرف عن تاريخه فطبعا سنفهم الأدب فهما كاملا. لاسِيَما الرواية، والرواية إحدى من تأليف الإبداعي تتأثر إلى نفوس وحماسة وحياة القارئ. ورواية "رفاعة" الّف المؤلف عام 1960. ذات عام هناك أشياء مجذبة من جهة الوقائع الإنسانية المتعلّقة بالمجتمع. والوقائع الإنسانية هي من إحدى عناصر في بنيوية توليدية.
كان في هذا البحث سؤالين: الأول، كيف بنيوية في رواية "رفاعة" لنجيب محفوظ؟ والثاني، كيف وقائع الإنسانية في رواية "رفاعة" لنجيب محفوظ؟ وقامت الباحثة بهذا البحث لإيجاد ومعرفة الإجابة من هذين السؤالين.
وهذا البحث من حيث نوعه هو البحث المكتبي (Library Research). وهي الدراسة التي توجه الباحثة فيها إلى النصوص المرتبة بالبحث مباشرا ولا يحتاج بالبحث الميدني. وطريقة لجمع البيانات بالوثيقة، هي اِجْتِمَاع البيانات من الوثائق. وتحليل البيانات في هذا البحث يسمى بوصفي (Dialect)، أخذت الباحثة عن الوقائع الإنسانية في الرواية والأحوال الحقيقية ذات وقت، ثم وصفت الباحثة عن علاقتهما والأحير الملخص.
وبعد إجراء هذا البحث الجامعي حصلت الباحثة على النتيجة: البنيويه في الرواية "رفاعة" لنجيب محفوظ هي الموضوع، والحبكة، والشخص، والشخصية، ووجهة النظر، والخلفية، وأسلوب اللغة. و الوقائع الإنسانية في رواية "رفاعة" لنجيب محفوظ هي السلطة، والفقر، والإبتذال. تتعلق الوقائع الإنسانية بأحوال الحقيقة ذات وقت. كان في مصرعام 1952، مالك فاروق كأمير الحارة. وهو ابن مالك فؤاد، بدّل فاروق مالك فؤاد عام 1952. يعمل مالك فاروق الأعمال المشرفين، مثلا ذهب مالك فاروق إلى أيّ مكان لسعادة. عاش مالك فاروق مملوؤ بالأموال والقوة. ومن هذه الأعمال، ناب التأثير الكبير إلى دولة. زادت المشكلات قليلا فقليلا، الدولة، والفقر، و الإِنْقِلاب.
ABSTRACT
Extrinsic element is the main element in literary work. Its structure is dynamics, so the history and civilization will develop continually. Besides, it has a close relation between the author and society, even the author himself is a part of that society. If we know about history of literature of course we will know it well. Especially for novel, it is one of literature labor that has many influence for readers soul, spirit and life. “Rifa’ah” novel wrote at 1960. At that year there are many interested thing about humanity fact related with society. Humanity fact is one of genetic structure element.
There are two question in this research, first, how abaout the structur of “Rifa’ah” novel?, second, how abaout the humanity fact in “Rifa’ah” novel?. Do this research of course for sove this problem.
This research included in library research. Its a research with data source without field trial. Way to assembling this data is document, it is assembling data documently. Data analyse for this research is dialect, list the fact of humanity in novel, then the real fact in real place Egypt, then descript analyse about the both fact the last is conclution.
After doing the analyse, researcher got some result of it, first is about the structure of “Rifa’ah” novel, second, about the humanity fact in “Rifa’ah” novel. Structure of “Rifa’ah” novel is theme, plot, character, characterization, point of view, setting and message. Humanity fact in “Rifa’ah” novel is power, proverty and violence. The humanity fact in novel is related with the real condition in Egypt. About 1952, King Faruk was be Chief in Egypt. He was be king about 1952 after his fathers die, King Fuad 1. Faruk do anything he want and never thing how about the condition in his country. His life is fill of wealth and power. By this done, there are many impact in his government. There are some probem comes, like chief resufle in close time, proverty, and any revolution.
ABSTRAK
Unsur ekstrinsik merupakan unsur terpenting dalam sebuah karya sastra. Karya sastra adalah suatu struktur yang bersifat dinamis, maka dari itu sejarah dan peradaban di dalamnya akan berjalan secara terus-menerus. Karena kedinamisan dari karya sastra ini maka ia memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat antara penulis dan masyarakat, dan penulis merupakan bagian dari masyarakat itu sendiri. Jika kita mengetahui sejarah dari sastra maka kita akan bisa memahaminya dengan pemahaman yang sempurna. Khususnya novel, novel adalah salah satu karya sastra yang memiliki banyak pengaruh terhadap jiwa, semangat dan hidup pembaca. Novel “Rifa’ah” ditulis pada tahun 1960. Pada saat itu tepatnya di Mesir terjadi beberapa peristiwa yang menarik berkaitan dengan fakta-fakta kemanusiaan yang pastinya bisa dihubungkan dengan masyarakat. Fakta-fakta kemanusiaan merupakan salah satu dari unsur strukturalisme genetik.
Ada dua pertanyan yang diajukan peneliti untuk penelitian ini, diantaranya: pertama bagaimana struktur yang terdapat dalam novel “Rifa’ah” dan yang kedua bagaimana fakta-fakta kemanusiaan yang terdapat dalam novel “Rifa’ah”. Maka penelitian ini akan menjawab kedua pertanyaan tersebut.
Dari segi jenis, penelitian ini disebut juga sebagai penelitian kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan datanya dengan pengumpulan dokumen. Analisis data untuk penelitian ini disebut dengan dialek, yaitu peneliti mengamati fakta-fakta dalam novel kemudian fakta-fakta sebenarnya di Mesir, kemudian mendeskripsikan analisa dari kedua fakta tersebut dan yang terakhir adalah kesimpulan.
Setelah analisa dilakukan maka ada beberapa hasil yang diperoleh peneliti, pertama adalah strukturalisme dalam novel “Rifa’ah” dan kedua fakta-fakta kemanusiaan dalam novel “Rifa’ah”. Strukturalisme dalam novel “Rifa’ah” diantaranya tema, alur, tokoh, penokohan, sudut pandang, setting dan amanah. Fakta-fakta kemanusiaan dalam novel “Rifa’ah” adalah kekuasaan, kemiskinan dan kekerasan. Dan fakta-fakta kemanusiaan tersebut sangatlah sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya di Mesir. Sekitar tahun 1952, Raja Faruk menjadi presiden di Mesir. Dia menggantikan posisi ayahnya yang meninggal , Raja Fuad 1. Dia melakukan apa saja yang membuatnya senang tanpa memikirkan seperti apa keadaan rakyatnya. Hidupnya hanya dipenuhi dengan kekayaan dan kekuasaan. Apa yang telah ia lakukan ini akhirnya berdampak buruk untuk pemerintahanya. Banyak terjadi masalah seperti pergantian Raja dalam waktu yang singkat, kemiskinan dan revolusi

Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dalam tim serta pimpinan divisi finance PT. Okta Sejahtera Insani pada event Indonesia International Hospital Expo 2018. Transformational Leadership Contribution To Increase Motivation and Employee Discipline Through ASN Management Application System
Get PDFThe existence of the application of a transformational leadership style by the leadership of the Malang City BKPSDM has made various implementations from the management side of the State Civil Apparatus now having to start adapting to the programs that have been made such as the implementation of the ASN Management Application System. One of the obstacles faced by the implementation of the ASN Management Application System is that there are many elderly ASNs who did not yet have technology in their era, so they still do not understand the ASN management application system. From these reasons, the authors wanted to compile research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the contribution of the Malang City BKPSDM transformational leadership in increasing employee motivation and discipline through the ASN management application system. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method. The results of this study are that the transformational leadership contribution of the Head of BKPSDM Malang City in increasing employee motivation and discipline through the ASN management application system has been going well and as it should. Apart from that, there are also several obstacles such as the adaptation of employees who are still not good and the application system which crashes several times, there is maintenance so that employees cannot use the application
