ANALISIS PUISI HERI ISNAINI “PRANGKO†DENGAN PENDEKATAN SEMIOTIKA
Fiction in literary works in the form of essays or experiences that can be devoted to an article using interesting language, not standardized. Poetry, one of the forms of fiction, contains implicit meaning. Poetry can motivate writing lovers, especially readers who are interested in knowing the meaning of the implicit meaning of a poem through analysis. Based on the previous explanation, the author was interested in conducting a study, namely analyzing the poem by Heri Isnaini entitled "Stamps" using the semiotic approach. This study aims to (1) analyze the poem semiotically, (2) describe the results of poetry analysis entitled "Stamps" ( 3) describe the main issues on the theme of the poem. The method of description is the method used in this study, namely telling or describing the contents of the poem analyzed. Stamp poetry is analyzed and discussed semiotically to find out about the meaning and signs of the language so that the hidden meaning of the poem can be clearly revealed. The results show that the poem means something textually, stamps that are likened to humans. Therefore, the image of the stamp can be likened to a pair of figures that are likened to a stamp, where the stamp remains loyal to the worn envelope and has even turned yellow. Yellowing in the poem can be described by someone who is no longer worthy an old and unattractive figure

In this thesis, the author examines "Violation of the Principle of Cooperation in Speech Illocutionary Function in Anime Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic. The purpose of this study is to explain the types of violations of the principle of cooperation in speech illocutionary functions and the background of violations in the anime Anime Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic. The author uses the method of recording and recording techniques to record data, then analyzed using the contextual analysis method, and the results of the analysis are presented in an informal method.
Based on the analysis of 15 data found there are 4 types of illocutionary functions. The type of illocutionary function that appears most often is the meaningful collaborative illocutionary function. Found also 2 types of background violations of the principle of cooperation. The most frequent data appears is violating the maxim, which is the speaker prevents the speech partner from finding out the implied meaning.

ANALISIS PUISI “MESIN RIWAYAT†KARYA HERI ISNAINI DENGAN PENDEKATAN SEMIOTIKA
The aim of this study is to describe the poem of the machine's chronicle of Heri Isnaini using a semiotics approach. The focus of discussion of this article is the aspect of the mark that appears throughout the poem and is analysed so that it can represent the mark of the poem. The study is on the background because the author is interested in analyzing the poem, because the content in the poem tells of the wheel of life and destination that become the downstream of each human journey. Analysis in this study uses descriptive methods. A descriptive method is research that attempts to describe a symptom, an event occurring at the present time or an actual problem. Analyzing the data in the study: (1) selecting poetry and reading machine poems by Heri Isnaini's history, (2) analyzing the poem using a semiotics approach, (3) describing the meaning of the poem. Research shows that this poem refers to something textually and has textual meaning to the text for the reader to know, that is, to illustrate it as the time humans go through life. Human existence is inherent in its relation to space and time. Reality shows that the dimensions of space and time are the affirmation of human existence. Human identity is partly determined by its perception of time, that is, how humans perceive and treat time symbolically in life. This poem, therefore, is especially meaningful to read by both young and adults because it has meaningful words that resonate with real life
Smart construction implementation in the Malaysian construction industry / Yazira Ayob, Nurul Afida Isnaini Janipha and Izza Izzati Norazwan Booi
Smart construction involves the entire process of advancing digitisation, connectivity, visualisation, automation, and intelligence. Malaysia has recently started implementing smart construction, particularly in line with Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0. Therefore, this research aims to investigate
the implementation of smart construction in the Malaysian construction industry. Two (2) objectives were outlined: to identify the components of smart construction and to determine the benefits of smart construction in the Malaysian construction industry. An extensive literature review was done to obtain general information related to the components of smart construction and its benefits at large. A 254 questionnaire surveys were distributed to the G7 contractors in Johor via an online platform to learn in-depth about the components and benefits of smart construction in the Malaysian context. 31% of responses were obtained and analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Findings revealed two (2) main components of smart construction: digital technologies and manufacturing, and five (5) core benefits have been identified. Thus, the emergence of smart construction will lead to better construction site management, proper construction monitoring, enhanced resource and asset management, and improved workplace safety. This research acts as a continuous source of information for the ongoing research undertaken by the author on the need to establish smart construction concepts in the Malaysian construction industry
Legal Protection of Personal Data of Telecommunication Service Provider Customers in Medan City
45 HalamanDalam layanan telekomunikasi setiap orang berhak melindungi diri dari berbagai
masalah. Banyak hal yang tidak seharusnya orang lain tau tentang kita dalam lingkungan
elektronik termasuk data pribadi pengguna layanan telekomunikasi dizaman yang semakin
maju ini semua orang sering menjadi korban dalam layanan telekomunikasi terlebih sering
ialah data pribadi yang diambil untuk melakukan tindak pidana. Berdasarkan hal tersebut
peneliti mengambil rumusan masalah yang akan diteliti ialah: 1) bagaimana pengaturan
hukum terhadap data pribadi pelanggan telkomsel sebagai penyedia layanan telekomunikasi;
dan 2) bagaimana upaya penanggulangan pencurian data pribadi pelanggan penyedia layanan
telekomunikasi di kota medan. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan ialah yuridis
normatif dengan pendekatan asas-asas hukum, serta menganalisis data deskriptif kualitatif
yang penulis dapat dari hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian penulis ialah pengaturan
hukum terhadap dari pribadi pelanggan telkomsel sebagai penyediaan layanan
telekomunikasi diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang telekomunikasi.
Adapun upaya penanggulangan pencurian data pribadi pelanggan telkomsel yang
menyediakan layanan telekomunikasi di kota medan yaitu dilakukan tindakan represif dan
tindakan preventif. Penanganan secara represif di sini maksudnya adalah dilakukan oleh
penegak hukum. Apabila ada upaya represif oleh perseorangan, penyelenggara
telekomunikasi tidak akan bekerjasama memberikan data apapun. Upaya preventif
menekankan pada upaya-upaya mengeliminasi jasa telekomunikasi dijadikan sebagai sarana
kejahatan atau dalam rangka (social engineering) untuk melaksanakan tindak pidana
penipuan online. Dari hasil penelitian yang penulis dapat saran penulis penyedia layanan
telekomunikasi untuk lebih waspada terhadap penyimpanan data-data pribadi pelanggannya
supaya tindak pidana di indonesia terutama di medan bisa berkurang. In telecommunication services, everyone has the right to protect themselves from
various problems. There are many things that other people shouldn't know about us in an
electronic environment, including personal data of telecommunication service users in this
increasingly advanced era, everyone is often the victim of telecommunication services,
especially personal data taken to commit criminal acts. Based on this, the researcher takes
the formulation of the problem to be studied, namely: 1) how is the legal arrangement for the
protection of personal data for the provision of telecommunications services; and 2) how to
prevent theft of personal data from telecommunication service providers in medan city. The
research method that the author uses is normative juridical approach to legal principles, as
well as analyzing qualitative descriptive data that the author gets from the research results.
The results of the author's research are the legal arrangements for the personal of telkomsel
subscribers as the provision of telecommunications services regulated in law number 20 of
2016 concerning telecommunications. As for efforts to overcome the theft of personal data of
telkomsel subscribers who provide telecommunications services in the city of medan, namely
repressive actions and preventive actions. Repressive handling here means that it is carried
out by law enforcers. If there are repressive efforts by individuals, telecommunications
operators will not cooperate in providing any data. Preventive efforts emphasize efforts to
eliminate telecommunication services as a means of crime or in order (social engineering) to
carry out online fraud crimes. From the results of the research, the author can advise the
authors of telecommunication service providers to be more vigilant about the storage of their
customers' personal data so that criminal acts in indonesia, especially in medan, can be
reduced
The Quality of the Content of an English Coursebook for Senior High School

Key words: coursebook content, quality, senior high school The changing of the curriculum in Indonesia is followed by several policies, one of which is publishing and distributing coursebooks. Bahasa Inggris untuk Kelas XI Semester 1 is one of the coursebooks that is written based on 2013 Curriculum. This study aims at evaluating the quality of the content of the coursebook focusing on five aspects which are (1) aims and approaches, (2) language content, (3) language skills, (4) topics and socio-cultural values, and (5) design and organization. A descriptive-qualitative research method was used in this study. The steps of this study were firstly collecting data from the content of the coursebook using evaluation checklist and interview guide. Then, the data from the checklist were analysed using the formula that had been set to get the result of each factor score of the coursebook. Next, the data from the interview were transcribed. After that, the results were described and supported by the teacher’s opinion in interview and finally the data were compared to the experts’ related theory. The results of this study shows that, based on 1-4 scales, in terms of (1) aims and approach, the coursebook was good for it reached 3.62, (2) language content scored 2.8 and was categorized as fair, (3) language skills was categorized as fair as it rated 2.78, (4) topics and socio-cultural values scored 3.4 and was categorized as good, and (5) design and organization was also good for reaching 3.42 of the level of the fulfillment. Overall, the coursebook was categorized as good for it reached 3.20 of the level of fulfillment. Based on the results, it is concluded that the coursebook entitled Bahasa Inggris untuk Kelas XI Semester 1 was categorized as good instead of excellent because it still had several weaknesses in several aspects. For the coursebook’s improvements, the coursebook’s author is suggested to (1) include materials reflecting the step of “questioning”, (2) present more contextualized exercises for grammar and vocabulary building, (3) provide listening materials and add the amount of skill exercises considering the level of difficulty especially in reading and writing, (4) enrich the contents with cultural awareness, and (5) complete the coursebook with coursebook packages such as media, assessment tools, etc. Second, the teacher should provide supplementary materials to support the learning process and cover the weaknesses of the coursebook especially in reading and writing. Finally, for future researchers who want to conduct similar study, it is suggested to evaluate other coursebooks for other grades by taking more specific issue such as the implementation of the scientific approach. The future researchers are also suggested to use more detailed instruments and include evaluation from the students’ perspective especially to give stronger and more valid evaluation toward the level of difficulty of the coursebook’s materials and exercises

Dengan rumusan permasalahan Bagaimanakah Pengaturan Hukum tentang Tindak Pidana Pencabulan terhadap Anak Dibawah Umur; Bagaimana Penegakan Hukum terhadap Tindak Pidana Pencabulan Anak dibawah umur dan Bagaimanakah Upaya Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Pencabulan terhadap Anak Dibawah Umur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara, jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan datanya dengan menggunakan analisis data kumulatif bersifat deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa pengaturan hukun tentang tindak pidana Pencabulan telah diatur dalam KUHP, Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak J.o undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Peraturan pengganti Undang-undang Nomor 1 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas Undang-undang Nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur telah terlaksana sebagaimana diatur dalam undang-undang. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengurangi kejahatan tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur diperlukan bimbingan dan pengawasan dari pihak keluarga, masyarakat dan pemerintah. From the description, the author chose the title "Juridical Review of Criminal Offenses Against Children Under Age In Review of Law Number 35 Year 2014 and Perpu Number 1 Year 2016". With the formulation of the problem What is the Regulation of the Law concerning the Criminal Offenses against Children Under Age; How Law Enforcement for Underage Child Abuse and How to Prevent Criminal Attempt for Underage Children. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques with library studies and interviews, types of data namely primary data and secondary data, while the data using cumulative data analysis is descriptive. From the results of the study that legal arrangements regarding acts of molestation have been regulated in the Criminal Code, Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Jo's Children Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and Regulations in lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Law enforcement for criminal acts of sexual abuse against minors has been carried out as stipulated in the law. “BANJIR DAN BANTUAN DI SURAKARTA” FILANTROPI DALAM BANJIR SOLO TAHUN 1966
ABSTRACT
This research discussed aboute the philanthropic practices that occurred in the Solo flood in 1966. The city of Solo and the surrounding area is an area that is often subject to flooding. This happens because Solo City is one of the areas crossed by the Bengawan Solo River, where Bengawan Solo is the longest river in Java Island. If at any time there is a significant increase in rainfall and for a long time, the worst risk caused is the occurrence of a flood disaster. One of the major floods that hit Solo City and the surrounding area was the flash flood that occurred in 1966. The incident hit six inner districts and caused considerable losses. The problem studied this time is how the philanthropic practices of the Indonesian people remain intertwined in the midst of unstable political conditions, because 1966 was a fairly crucial period.
To conduct this research, the author used the historical research method. This method includes the selection of titles, data collection, criticism or selection and filtering of data, interpretation or interpretation of the data that has been obtained, and the last step is historiography or the stage of writing history. In addition to using historical research methods, the author also uses the concept of social roles as a theoretical basis in carrying out the research. The concept was chosen by the author because it is able to help the author in seeing how the role of each individual and group in the recovery of the Solo City Area and its surroundings after the flash flood disaster.
The results of this reseach is explain how the flood disaster that hit the Solo region and its surroundings in 1966 could move a sense of humanity and empathy among the Indonesian people in the midst of unstable political conditions. Until the people of Solo City and also the surrounding areas who are victims of the disaster can bounce back from the slump caused by the flood disaster. The participation of the Indonesian people as a reaction to the flood event that hit Solo and its surroundings was able to restore the state of Solo City and the surrounding area as before.

The Role of Langsa City Baitul Mal in Management of Zakat and Infaq for Community Empowerment (Study on Baitul Mal Langsa)
66 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Baitul Mal Kota Langsa dalam Mengelola Zakat dan Infaq untuk memberdayakan masyarakat kurang mampu yang diidentifikasi sebagai mustahik di Kota Langsa. Dengan rumusan penelitian 1) Bagaimana Peran Baitul Mal Kota Langsa Dalam Pengelolaan Zakat DanInfaq Untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Langsa; dan 2) Apa Saja Kendala Baitul Mal Kota Langsa Dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisi data menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Peran Baitul Mal Kota Langsa Dalam Pengelolaan Zakat Dan Infaq Untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Indikator:
a) Harapan bagi para mustahik yang sedang membutuhkan. b) Norma Baitul Mal Kota Langsa melaksanakan kegiatan yang mengacu kepada aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan. c) Wujud Prilaku Penyelenggara dilakukan dengan sangat transparan. d) Penilaan dan Sanksi yang penulis paparkan disini adalah penilaian terhadap kriteria mustahik yang hendak di salurkan Zakat dan Infaq. 2) Sedangkan Kendala Baitul Mal Kota Langsa Dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat a) Kurangnya Baliho di setiap sudut Kota. b) Brosur yang di cetak oleh Baitul Mal sedikit. c) Kurangnya Tim Baitul Mal untuk bersosialisasi kepada masyarakat Kota Langsa. d) Kurangnya dana pemerintah jadi Baitul Mal bersosialisasi cuma berberapa bulan sekali. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu: Penulis menyarankan kepada peneliti yang akan datang untuk meneliti tentang Baitul Mal Kota Langsa supaya memaksimalkan kegiatan sosialisasi agar menyadarkan Mustahik dalam membayar zakat di Baitul Mal Kota Langsa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Baitul Mal memiliki peran untuk mengurus, mengelola, mengumpulkan, menyalurkan, serta mendayagunakan zakat. Pengumpulan zakat dilakukan dengan cara menerima atau mengambil dari orang yang mengeluarkan zakat (muzakki) berdasarkan pemberitahuan muzakki This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Mal in Langsa City in Managing Zakat and Infaq to empower underprivileged communities identified as mustahik in Langsa City. The results of this study indicate that 1) the role of Baitul Mal in Langsa City in the Management of Zakat and Infaq for Community Empowerment in indicators: a) Hope for mustahik who are in need. b) Norms Baitul Mal Langsa City carry out activities that refer to the rules that have been set. c) The behavior of the Operator is carried out in a very transparent manner.
d) The assessment and sanction that the author describes here is an assessment of the mustahik criteria to be distributed zakat and infaq. 2) Meanwhile, Langsa City Baitul Mal Constraints in Community Empowerment a) Lack of billboards in every corner of the city. b) Few brochures printed by Baitul Mal. c) Lack of Baitul Mal Team to socialize with Langsa City community. d) Lack of government funds so Baitul Mal socializes only once a few months. Recommendations from this study are: The author suggests to future researchers to research the Baitul Mal in Langsa City in order to maximize socialization activities in order to make Mustahik aware of paying zakat at the Baitul Mal in Langsa City. The results of the study show that Baitul Mal has a role to take care of, manage, collect, distribute, and utilize zakat. Quality Personnel Service Corner at the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development in Aceh Tamiang District
72 HalamanPojok pelayanan Kepegawaian adalah sebuah inovasi pelayanan
kepegawaian dari Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia
Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Pojok pelayanan kepegawaian ini memiliki 28 jenis
layanan dengan pola terpadu. Hadirnya Pojok pelayanan Kepegawaian dalam
rangka melayani PNS Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dalam hal pengurusan
keperluan/kebutuhan yang menyangkut dengan urusan kepegawaian. Pojok
pelayan kepegawaian ini beroperasi sejak tahun 2016 akhir hingga sekarang dan
belum pernah dilakukan peneltian sebelumnya terkait kualitas pelayan pada pojok
pelayanan tersebut.
Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis pada Pojok Pelayanan Kepegawaian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kualitas pelayanan pada Pojok
Pelayanan Kepegawaian serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
kualitas pelayanan publik pada Pojok Pelayanan Kepegawaian tersebut. Metode
yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 56 orang
yang secara accidental sampling.
Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa persepsi
PNS terhadap kualitas Pojok Pelayanan Kepegawaian di Kantor BKPSDM
Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang diukur dari 9 unsur pelayanan berdasarkan
Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi
Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Survei Kepuasan
Masyarakat Unit Penyelenggara Layanan Publik yaitu: (1)Persyaratan; (2)Sistem,
Mekanisme, dan Prosedur; (3)Waktu Penyelesaian; (4)Biaya/Tarif; (5)Produk
Spesifikasi Jenis Pelayanan; (6)Kompetensi Pelaksana; (7)Perilaku Pelaksana;
(8)Penanganan Pengaduan, Saran dan Masukan; (9)Sarana dan Prasarana, secara
umum berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan termasuk dalam kategori “ baik “. Personnel service corner (Pojok Pelayanan Kepegawaian) is an innovation
of employment service from Human Resources Agency and Human Resource
Development of Aceh Tamiang Regency (Badan Kepegawaian dan
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang). This staffing
corner has 28 types of services with an integrated pattern. The presence of
Personnel Service Corner in order to serve civil servants of Aceh Tamiang
Regency in terms of managing the needs / needs related to the affairs of personnel.
This staffing corner has been operating since late 2016 until now and no previous
research has been done regarding the quality of waiters at the service corner.
Research conducted by the author on Personnel Corner Service aims to
determine how the quality of service on the Corner Service Personnel and know
the factors that affect the quality of public services on the Personnel Service
Corner. The method used is descriptive with samples taken as many as 56 people
who accidentally sampling.
From the research results obtained by the researcher shows that the
perception of civil servants on the quality of Personnel Service Corner at
BKPSDM Office of Aceh Tamiang Regency measured from 9 elements of service

Satisfaction Survey Unit of Public Service Provider namely: (1) Requirements; (2)

Product Specification Type of Service; (6) Implementing Competencies; (7)
Executive Conduct; (8) Complaint Handling, Feedback and input; (9) Facilities
and Infrastructure, generally based on the criteria specified included in the
category of "good"
