No full textThrough this thesis the author examines a spell at sea on the Malays in Araskabu, Deli Serdang regency, North Sumatra Province with semiotic interpretation. The theory is used to assess the social meanings by social semiotics of Halliday et al., in another side to examine the lyrics spell at sea, I use Riffaterre’s semiotic. Then, to analysis two side I use Peirce’s semiotic theory. The research method used was a qualitative research method, relying on data obtained from key informants.
The results obtained in this study can be stated as follows. Spell to work on the sea is one of the spells contained within the Malay culture in Aras Kabu Serdang. This spell is used by fishermen when going to sea, spoken and internalized in small port (tangkahan) place would go to sea. Socially and visual spells at sea by fishermen, led by one of them. Spell is believed will bring adequate marine catch the permission of Allah. The structure consists of a sail basmalah, Al-Fatihah, prayers, spells contents, and syahadatain. This means that a spell at sea is a Malay culture expession, based on Islamic religion. In spells at sea there is also local wisdom in the form of appreciation of the value of tradition, maintaining the balance of nature, surrender to God, and others.Melalui tesis ini penulis mengkaji mantra melaut pada suku Melayu di Araskabu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan interpretasi semiotika. Adapun teori yang digunakan untuk mengkaji makna sosial adalah teori semiotika sosial oleh Halliday dkk., di sisi lain untuk mengkaji lirik mantra melaut ini semiotika Riffaterre. Untuk melengkapi kajian keduanya digunakan pula teori semiotik Peirce. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan bertumpu kepada data yang diperoleh dari para informan kunci.
Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan sebagai berikut. Mantra melaut adalah salah satu jenis mantra yang terdapat di dalam kebudayaan Melayu Serdang di Aras Kabu. Mantra ini digunakan oleh para nelayan Melayu ketika akan melaut, yang diucapkan dan diinternalisasikan di tangkahan tempat akan melaut. Secara sosial dan visual mantra melaut dilakukan oleh para nelayan yang dipimpin oleh salah seorang di antara mereka. Mantra ini dipercayai akan mendatangkan tangkapan hasil laut yang memadai atas izin Allah. Struktur mantra melaut ini terdiri dari basmalah, Al-Fatihah, shalawat, isi mantra, dan syahadatain. Ini bermakna bahwa mantra melaut merupakan eksprtesi budaya Melayu yang berasaskan ajaran Islam. dibawahnya dengan baik dan membuat bangunan mampu berdiri dengan kokoh.Tujuan
dari studi iniadalah untuk memperoleh kapasitas daya dukung tiang pancang berdasarkan
data Cone Penetration Test(CPT)dengan mengggunakan formula maupun rumus efisiensi
tiang yang ada. Penulis melakukan metode melakukan pengamatan dan pengumpulan
data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dan mencari referensi dari beberapa
literatur. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan kapasitas daya dukung pondasi
Qultimate268,934 Ton, dan Qijin diperoleh 89,624 Ton, ketahanan aksial (vertikal) pada tiang
pancang tunggal berdasarkan hasil uji sondir di peroleh 346,67 KN, ketahanan aksial
(vertikal) pada tiang pancang tunggal berdasarkan kekuatan bahan di peroleh 512,50 KN ,
gaya aksial (vertikal) Maksimum yang bekerja pada tiang pancang tunggal (Pumak)
diperoleh 130,10 KN dan efisiensi kelompok tiang dengan menggunakan metode Los
Angels Group (Eg) di peroleh 0,8412 . Tahanan lateral (horizontal) pada tiang pancang
tunggal di peroleh 52,68 KN, gaya lateral (horizontal) maksimum yang bekerja pada tiang
pancang tunggal (Humak ) 34,40 KN.Dari hasil yang didapat daya dukung aksial pada
pondasi tiang pancang lebih besar dari beban vertikal yang ditahan dan pondasi tiang
pancang ini sangat efisien untuk digunakan. The foundation plays a very important role in building construction. Apart from being a
foundation for the strength of a building construction, the foundation plays a role in
distributing the load of the building above it, so that it can be properly distributed to the
subsoil below and makes the building able to stand firmly. The purpose of this study is to
obtain the bearing capacity of the piles based on the Cone Penetration Test (CPT) data
by using the existing formulas and pile efficiency formulas. The author uses the method of
observing and collecting data using primary data and secondary data and looking for
references from several literatures. From the calculation results, the bearing capacity of
the Qultimate foundation is 268,934tons, and Qijin is 89,624 tons, the axial (vertical)
resistance on a single pile based on the sondir test results is 346.67 KN, the axial
(vertical) resistance on a single pile based on the strength of the material obtained
512.50 KN , the maximum axial (vertical) force acting on a single pile (Pumak) was
obtained 130.10 KN and the efficiency of the pile group using the Los Angels Group (Eg)
method was obtained 0.8412 . The lateral (horizontal) resistance on a single pile is 52.68
KN, the maximum lateral (horizontal) force acting on a single pile (Humak) is 34.40 KN.
From the results obtained, the axial bearing capacity of the pile foundation is greater
than the vertical load being carried and this pile foundation is very efficient to use

No full textThe digital wallet application plays a crucial role in the development of modern financial systems. LinkAja is among the digital wallet applications widely used by the community. Public evaluation of this application significantly influences general perceptions and the identification of key aspects affecting user satisfaction. It is imperative for companies to understand user perspectives on the LinkAja application to serve as an evaluation basis for enhancing its performance. Aspect-based sentiment analysis is an effective tool for comprehending user opinions from diverse reviews. This research aims to develop a sentiment analysis model focusing on aspects within user reviews of digital wallet applications. The Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) method was chosen for its proficiency in addressing classification problems and handling large datasets. The author utilized 2000 user review data extracted from Google Play Store scraping for this study. These 2000 data points will be split into training and testing data in a 70:30 ratio. Each dataset will undergo preprocessing stages to ensure data cleanliness. Subsequently, the author will extract aspects from the training data using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm. Once aspects are identified, words from the training data will be transformed into vectors using Word2Vec features. Following this, aspect-based sentiment analysis classification will be conducted using the Extreme Gradient Boosting method to generate the XGBoost model. The model will then be tested on the testing data, and the evaluation results will be presented in the form of a confusion matrix. Methods Of Analysis: Factor Analysis, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Test F (Anova), Test T (Coefficient). Results: the results of a simple linear regression test the effect of e-satisfaction on E-loyalty R 0.914 and R2 of 0.835 can mean that the contribution of e-satisfaction to E-loyalty is 80.35% and the remaining 19.65% is another factor caused by things outside the study. The results of multiple linear regression effect of e-service quality on E-satisfaction and e-loyalty there is a correlation coefficient R value of 0.854 which means there is a strong relationship of the effect of e - service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty of 85.4% while the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.730 which means the contribution of the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty of 73% while the rest of 27% influenced by things outside the study. Conclusion: there is an effect of e-service quality on E-satisfaction and e-loyalty of application users. Suggestion: the author suggested that XL Axiata can improve user security to be safe in transactions and improve the appearance of the application to attract attention and make the appearance of the application easy to understand

No full textThe Medan City Health Office Pharmacy Warehouse is a drug and pharmaceutical product storage facility managed by the Health Office in Medan City. This warehouse acts as a distribution center for drugs and pharmaceutical materials to meet the needs of health services in the Medan city area, which in practice still uses records that are not integrated with the system, namely still with manual recording so that inaccuracies in recording expiration dates, incoming goods, outgoing goods, drug stocks and document storage. Therefore, as a solution, the author wants to implement a drug stock distribution management information system. In building this drug stock management information system, the author applies the FIFO (First in Fisrt Out) method to ensure that drugs that enter first will be distributed first so as to reduce the risk of expiration. Furthermore, the system was developed using the waterfall system development method, which emphasizes structured stages. The results showed that the implementation of the drug distribution management information system with the FIFO method met the success criteria of each test, namely System Functionality Testing, Accuracy Testing and Effectiveness Testing. The conclusion of this research is that this drug distribution management information system is successful in reducing the risk of errors in managing drug stocks, optimizing the drug distribution process, and improving the performance of the Medan city pharmaceutical warehouse

In this research, the author uses the waterfall development method, which emphasizes structured steps starting from identifying needs to system maintenance. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in facilitating collaboration between freelancers who need work partners on agreed projects. My freelance platform allows anyone to register as a freelancer and partner, making it easier for them to find work. The program testing results show a success percentage of 93%
