No full textBusiness sustainability in village economic centers (Balkondes) is crucial for enhancing the village economy and improving the welfare of local communities. This study analyzes the key factors influencing Balkondes businesses sustainability, focusing on three leading indicators: income generation, budget efficiency, and social impact. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing survey techniques to gather data from Balkondes managers and relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that income generation significantly contributes to business sustainability by enabling optimal resource allocation and strengthening financial aspects. However, budget efficiency and social impact do not directly influence business sustainability.

The effect of halal certification, product quality and word of mouth on consumer loyalty
No full textThis study aims to identify the influence of halal certification, product quality, and word of mouth on consumer loyalty at V-Fie Bakery. This research aims to discover the factors that affect consumer loyalty and provide an overview of business actors when facing increasingly fierce market competition. The research method used is quantitative research. One hundred respondents determined the sample. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analysis using regression. The results of this study state that halal certification does not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. On the other hand, product quality and word of mouth significantly affect consumer loyalty at V-Fie Bakery. Simultaneously, halal certification, product quality, and word of mouth affect consumer loyalty.

No full textSejumlah penelitian terkini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas laba sebagai pengukuran kualitas, dimana perhatian dan kewaspadaan terhadap perilaku penyesatan informasi yang menyebabkan potensi kerugian investasi, yang para pemegang saham mempunyai prioritas terhadap laba ril. Kebijakan akuntansi yang konsisten adalah indikator dari kinerja masa mendatang yang lebih baik, terutama tingkat kepastian masa mendatang. Penelitian explorasi memberikan bukti bahwa perilaku rational merupakan sebuah manfaat dari laporan keuangan berkualitas dengan pengharapan pencapaian tingkat imbal hasil mas amendatang yang lebih baik. Periode pengumpulan data dilakukan pada industri sektor dalam kurun waltu 2010 hingga 2023, dengan jumlah sampel 473 dari jumlah observasi 4.182. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada kontribusi positif perhitungan akuntnasi melalui tingkat kepatuhan dalam rangka membuat pegerakan harga saham yang landai, hal ini dapat berperan sebagai indikator persepsi pelaku pasar modal yang positif. Hubungan timbal balik antara pemegang saham dan manajemen merupakan bukti perlaku pengambilan keputusan yang rasional dan table matriks payoff sebagai implikasi teori permainan, yang menekan ada pengaruh prediksi masa depan lebih baik dalam proses keputusan investasi. Kualitas laba memberikan indikasi tingkat kepercayaan, termasuk penerapan manajemen paja yang benar, dimana prosedur delisting harus diterapakan untuk perusahaan yang tidak mempunyai prospek yang baik. No full textEntering old age, the elderly will experience a decline in body function both physically and psychologically. This decline can result in a decrease in the physical ability of the elderly in carrying out their daily activities and activities and for this reason the elderly become dependent on others. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of caregivers with health education or counseling methods and physical examination simulations for the elderly who experience health problems. This activity was carried out in August 2025 with a population of 71 caregivers working at the Santo Yosef Werdha Home. The number of participants who attended was 45 people. The instrument used in this activity was a questionnaire that was distributed and filled out before and after the provision of material by the resource person. The results showed that most caregivers before being given the material showed that the level of knowledge was not good, as many as 24 people (53%). After the provision of material, there was an increase in the level of knowledge with the results being mostly in the good category, as many as 38 people (84%). The need for caregiver understanding and skills in caring for and nurturing the elderly through counseling and training can increase the level of caregiver knowledge and have an impact on the quality of care provided to the elderly

The main goal of this service is to empower communities by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to grow hydroponic plants, a cultivation method that does not require large areas of land. By teaching hydroponic farming techniques, this service allows individuals to utilize limited space, transforming small plots of land or even indoor spaces into productive agricultural environments. This approach not only provides a practical solution to food production but also creates economic opportunities for individuals and families, as they can sell hydroponically grown products, such as vegetables or herbs, to local markets or directly to consumers. This community service was carried out on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at RW 3, Pancoran Village, South Jakarta, which was attended by local residents who were interested in the world of utilizing garden plants with the aim that at least the community is able to use their yard as a hobby, social activity and business

No full textKecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah menjadi pendorong utama transformasi di berbagai sektor di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Sikap umum terhadap AI akan mempengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan AI khususnya di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat karyawan Indonesia untuk menggunakan AI. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksplanatori dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan para pekerja di industry jasa, manufaktur dan ritel di Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji triangulasi, untuk melihat pengaruh Sikap Umum Terhadap AI dan Niat Menggunakan AI. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung integrasi AI di tempat kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam merancang program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan terkait potensi AI dan menumbuhkan niat positif terhadap pemanfaatannya

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention in Management Study Program students of the Faculty of Economics in 2021, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The method used in this research is quantitative research, using a survey method involving 72 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive and simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial intentions.

The study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample size is 688 employees from mining companies operating in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results of this study show that the application of sustainability accounting, organizational culture, and transformational leadership positively affects organizational performance.

No full textThe digitalization of education has become both a challenge and an opportunity for educators to improve the quality of learning. One innovative solution that can be implemented is the use of Miro as an interactive learning tool. This community service activity aims to implement Miro as a teaching medium for teachers at SMAK Thomas Aquino using a Design Thinking approach. The methods used include interviews, observations, training sessions, and evaluations of Miro's effectiveness in classroom instruction. The main training session was held on December 20, 2024, with 19 teachers participating. The results show that most participants experienced an increased understanding of technology use in teaching and felt more confident in adopting digital-based learning methods. The success indicators of this activity include improved digital literacy among teachers, ease of using the Miro application, and increased awareness of the potential of technology as a teaching aid. One teacher stated that the application was very helpful in teaching and felt familiar due to its similarities with commonly used platforms such as Google Docs. Despite some initial challenges in logging in and adapting to the platform, the mentoring-based approach proved effective in helping teachers understand Miro’s core features. The implementation of interactive technologies like Miro can be a viable solution to enhance student engagement and learning effectiveness in the digital era

No full textThis community service activity aims to increase sales by 45% within three months compared to the previous quarter, through enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty by optimizing service quality at Kedai Om Bew & Billiard, located at Ruko Marco, Jatiluhur, Jatiasih District, Bekasi City, West Java. The activity adopts an action research approach, focusing on employee training to improve service skills and monitoring customer satisfaction through surveys and direct observation. The evaluation of human resource strategies is carried out in cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results indicate that service quality improvement significantly contributes to customer satisfaction, increasing from 46.5% to 93%, and repeat purchases reach 92%. Thus, improving service quality has proven effective in building customer loyalty and supporting sales growth at Kedai Om Bew & Billiard
