FOLKLOR DEWI RENGGANIS SEBAGAI MOTIF DASAR NOVEL CANTIK ITU LUKA KARYA EKA KURIAWAN
Abstrak:Ditulis isi berisi pembacaan novel Cantik itu Luka (2002) karya Eka Kurniawan dengan perspektif folklor. Hal itu dilakukan karena, menurut hemat kami, dunia folklor melandasi keseluruhan novel tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teori folklor dan semiotika Charles Sander Peirce akan dijelaskan ciri folklor, kedudukan folklor dalam struktur novel, serta makna dan ideologi novel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa folklor Dewi Rengganis yang ada di dalam novel merupakan motif dasar atau la mise en abyme ‘tanda kecil yang memiliki acuan besar’ bagi keseluruhan novel. Oleh karena itu, keseluruhan novel dapat diinterpretasikan berdasarkan motif folklor tersebut dan ideologi novel dapat diinterpretasikan berdasarkan sifat-sifat folklor. Dengan mengacu pada motif dasar tersebut maka novel Cantik itu Luka menunjukkan adanya upaya penggabungan dan penjajaran dari hal-hal yang berbeda bahkan bertentangan, serta pengulangan dengan variasi yang berbeda dari motif dasar
Kesundaan dalam Keindonesiaan: Memahami Sajak Sunda Tahun 1950-an
Tulisan ini berfokus pada pemahaman sajak Sunda yang ditulis tahun 1950-an. Tujuannya
untuk mengungkap representasi kesundaan dalam bingkai keindonesiaan. Tujuan tersebut
dicapai dengan menggunakan teori semantik semiotika. Hasilnya untuk mengungkapkan
bahwa secara semantik, sajak Sunda didominasi oleh tanda ikonis diagramatis dan tanda
ikonis metaforis. Tanda ikonis diagramatis menempatkan keindonesiaan di depan kesundaan
dan tanda ikonis metaforis menggambarkan bahwa keindonesiaan dapat dijelaskan dengan
tradisi kesundaan. Artinya bahwa keindonesiaan terkandung di dalam kesundaan. Selain itu,
terungkap pula identitas kesundaan berubah seiring berubahnya bingkai keindonesiaan. Ketika
pada tahun 1950-an bingkai keindonesiaan menyempit dan menjadikan kesundaan tereksklusi,
maka kesempatan tersebut dipakai untuk melihat dan memahami kesundaan kembali. Dalam
pertemuannya dengan keindonesiaan yang menjadi tujuan kesundaan, kesundaan pun
menemukan kesundaan yang paling primordial sekaligus berusaha mengatasi kesundaan yang
berorientasi kejawaan.

KITAB SABILAL MUHTADIN KARYA SYAIKH MUHAMMAD ARSYAD ALBANJARI
There is one book that was famous in the 19th century, namely Sabilal Muhtadin, but now it is very difficult to find this book again because it is rarely studied. This book was written by 'Ulama Indonesia in Arabic Malay, namely Shaykh Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, a Banjari scholar who was born on 15 Safar 1122 H/19 March 1710 M and died on 6 Shawwal 1227 H coinciding with 13 October 1812 M. Purpose we write this article is to recognize and study this book again so that it is not lost. The method created is the method of literature with a historical approach, namely looking at history in relation to the author and the contents of the manuscript. The result is that this book consists of two volumes that fall into the category of Jurisprudence books with the Shafi'i mazhab which were famous in the 19th to 20th centuries. The full name of the book is Sabil al-Muhtadin Li at-Tafaqquh fi Amr ad-Din. This book was written because of the advice of the Sultan at that time, namely Sutan Tahmidullah who also liked to study religion. In 1882 M in Makkah at the expense and initiative of Shaykh Al-Fatani, a scholar from Pattani, this book was reproduced and printed. The second publication of the book Sabilal Muhtadin in Constantinople in 1302 H then the third time published in Egypt in 1307 H. World libraries that also store this book are Mecca, Beirut and Turkey. If you read the Book of Sabilal Muhtadin, it is rather difficult for the author to understand because the language style is not in accordance with the refined spelling. Because this book is an 18th century book, while the EYD only existed in the 19th century, namely in 1972
Ajip Rosidi’s kegelisahan (restlessness) in between Sundanese and Indonesian literature
This article explores the literary journey of Ajip Rosidi, one of Indonesia’s most prolific writers, highlighting his unique position between Sundanese and Indonesian literature. Ajip authored over 300 works spanning diverse genres, making significant contributions to literature and the preservation of cultural heritage. The article examines his ambivalence or restlessness (kegelisahan) regarding the tension between regional and national identities in literature, as exemplified in his reflections and creative output. Ajip’s early life in a linguistically mixed region of West Java laid the foundation for his literary pursuits in both Sundanese and Indonesian. His works often oscillated between traditional Sundanese forms, such as guguritan, and modern Indonesian realism, reflecting his struggle to reconcile these two literary worlds. While he initially adhered to the dominant realist framework, his engagement with Sundanese folklore and poetry emphasized the richness of non-realistic and traditional narratives. Ajip’s restlessness drove his literary creativity, leading to masterpieces like the poems “Tanah Sunda” and “Lagu Jakarta”, which depict contrasting landscapes of rural and urban life, and “Janté Arkidam”, an epic narrative symbolizing resilience. His unwavering belief in regional culture motivated him to establish the Rancagé Literary Award, promoting regional languages and literatures across Indonesia. The article concludes that Ajip’s dual identity and constant negotiation between Sundanese and Indonesian literature were not limitations but sources of profound inspiration, resulting in a legacy that continues to enrich both regional and national cultural landscapes.

This final report aims to determined of job order costing in CV Jaya Perkasa Abadi on Pimpong street Block-F No. 18 palembang. The authors collected data by interview. Based on the interview, use the data obtained in the form of raw materials, labor, the list of assets, as well as the calculation of the cost of production of sublimation mugs, invitations, id card, and pin to 2014. From the data obtained, the authors found several problems, such as the company has not made classification of the cost of direct materials and indirect materials, the cost of which is not accounted for in the company the cost of production, such as the charging of electricity, rental of buildings, as well as depreciation of machinery and factory equipment. To overcome the existing problems in the printing, the author tries to give advice that might be useful for the company, company should carry out the classification elements of production cost and include the cost of electricity, the rent of the building as well as depreciation of machinery and equipment into the cost of production
REPRESENTASI MONSTROSITAS PEREMPUAN DALAM NOVEL <em>MANTRA LILITH</em> KARYA HENDRI YULIUS
This research aims at conyeving the representation of monstrous feminine in novel Mantra Lilith by Hendri Yulius (2017). The issue discussed is how the representation of monstrous feminine in Mantra Lilith. The theory used in this research is the monstrous feminine theory proposed by Creed (2003) and the abject theory of Kristeva (1982). This research used analytical descriptive method. The data from the novel is described to obtain an overview of the representation of monstrous feminine. The results show that female sexuality is a monstrous that it is represented as a snake in a novel narrative. Monstrosity is also constructed to two mother figures who refused to live in the confines of patriarchal ideology by choosing to be widows. In addition, the representation of monstrous feminine is presented through allusion to stories that have been known before such as the stories of Red Riding Hood, Timun Mas, and The Little Mermaid</jats:p

POTRET PENGAJARAN BAHASA SUNDA DI SEKOLAH DASAR DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PEMERTAHAN BAHASA SUNDA DI JAWA BARAT
Penguasaan bahasa daerah oleh anak-anak sering dikaitkan dengan keberhasilan
pengajaran bahasa daerah di sekolah dasar. Demikian pula halnya dengan pengajaran
bahasa Sunda di Jawa Barat. Wajarlah jika sekolah dasar kerapkali disudutkan oleh
masyarakat manakala siswa tidak dapat menguasai bahasa Sunda yang diajarkan di
lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Masyarakat sering memandang sekolah sebagai pihak yang
bertanggung jawab dalam pengajaran bahasa daerah itu. Tentu pernyataan ini perlu
dierenungkan kembali. Sekolah mengajarkan bahasa Sunda dengan berbagai keterbatasan
di tengah-tengah rekayasa pendidikan. Pengajaran bahasa Sunda di sekolah dasar
berdasarkan kurikulum tertentu, dilaksanakan di dalam ruang terbatas dengan waktu
terbatas pula, kemampuan guru pun terbatas, demikian pula kesempatan berbicara siswa
terbatas, dan hal-hal lain juga penuh keterbatasan. Dengan kondisi pengajaran bahasa
Sunda seperti itu mungkinkah siswa menguasai bahasa daerah tersebut sebagaimana yang
diharapkan. Sekolah bukanlah lembaga keluarga seperti orang tua di rumah. Sekolah tidak
dapat menggantikan peran orang tua dalam penggunaan bahasa sehari-hari di rumah. Di
samping itu, terdapat faktor umum lain yang menyebabkan tidak kondusifnya pengajaran
bahasa Sunda di sekolah dasar di Jawa Barat. Makalah ini akan mencoba memaparkan
berbagai masalah dalam pengajaran bahasa Sunda di sekolah dasar di Jawa Barat dan
dampaknya bagi pemertahanan bahasa Sunda
