    CV Mustka Flamboyant is a company which engages in beverage industry. It produces drinking product with lemon as the basic ingredients. The product called Jeniper. Jeniper is quite well-known in its origins, but unfortunately not outside the city. This is caused by CV Mustika Flamboyant's promotional strategies which was not really intensive. This issue attracted the author�s attention to conduct research about marketing�s Jeniper. The reseacrh analyzed Jeniper�s marketing strategy and made additional strategy for CV Mustika Flamboyant. The author also used I-E matrix analysis to determine the position of the company on IE quadrant. This research used both quantitive and qualitative approach as the research methods. Meanwhile, author used SWOT analysis which consists of of S(strengthness), W(weakness), O(opportunities), and T(Threatness). Questionnaire was used as a tool to assess the current condition of the company in accordance with the concept of SWOT. The questionnaire was disseminated to CV Mustika Flamboyant's employees and Jeniper's consumers. The result of the questionnaire showed that CV Mustika Flamboyant located in the first quadrant in the IE matrix. It means that CV Mustika Flamboyant is in the growth strategy. Growth strategy was designed to achieve growth in sales, assets, profit, or the combination of all three. Last but not least, author recommended CV Mustika Flamboyant to continue innovating in promoting Jeniper so it can dominate both local market and the market outside its origin

    Chicken Geprek Mustika business which is engaged in the culinary field by employing 7 people. Mustika Geprek Chicken is located on Mustika Street, Pekanbaru City, precisely near Arifin Ahmad General Hospital. Ayam Geprek Mustika has been established and has been running its business for 5 years to be exact in 2017. However, based on information from Ayam Geprek Mustika workers, there have been no workers registered by BPJS for employment by business actors because workers who have only stopped/unworked for a few months, low wages , Low legal knowledge and awareness. Meanwhile, based on Article 99 of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning employment, business actors should be required to register their workers as BPJS participants. The main problem in this research is how to implement the responsibility of Pekanbaru Mustika Geprek Chicken Business Actors who do not register their workers to be BPJS Employment participants and what are the obstacles to mustika mustika geprek chicken business actors who do not register their workers to be BPJS Employment participants The research method that the researcher uses is empirical legal research, namely by means of a survey or direct review to the research location. The nature of the research is descriptive, namely the author tries to provide a detailed description.     Iklan-iklan televisi seringkali memvisualisasikan perempuan dengan stereotip-stereotip yang selama ini masih saja melekat pada perempuan, yaitu perempuan diharuskan cantik dengan ciri fisik yang kulitnya putih, rambutnya lurus, tubuhnya langsing, tinggi, dan memiliki kulit yang juga sangat lembut. Lalu perempuan seringkali tubuhnya diobjektifikasi, dengan menampilkan tubuh perempuan secara sensual untuk menarik perhatian para penonton, dan perempuan juga harus menjalankan kegiatan domestik, salah satunya memasak yang membuat hal ini lumrah bagi masyarakat. Kemudian peneliti menemukan iklan yang tampak sekilas sudah mulai mengeluarkan perempuan dari stereotipisasi, domestikasi, dan objektifikasi, yaitu iklan produk perawatan kulit minyak zaitun yang di iklankan oleh PT Mustika Ratu. Iklan yang ditampilkan oleh Mustika Ratu menjadi hal yang menarik untuk diteliti karena terlihat sudah mulai memberdayakan perempuan untuk berada di ruang publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat visualisasi peran perempuan di Mustika Ratu, dan bagaimana iklan ini menunjukkan keberpihakan, memberdayakan, dan mendorong perempuan untuk meraih kesetaraan gender. Penulis menggunakan teori Backlash oleh Susan Faludi dan konsep yang ada pada Backlash tersebut. Lalu penelitian ini menggunakan analisis semiotika Erving Goffman yang tentunya sudah diperbarui oleh Mee-Eun Kang untuk menambahkan dua teknik analisis. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan tiga iklan yang ada di Youtube Mustika Ratu dari tahun 2018-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini, ternyata iklan Mustika Ratu masih belum mengeluarkan perempuan dari hal stereotipisasi standar kecantikan perempuan, objektifikasi pada tubuh perempuan, dan domestikasi, mustika ratu memvisualisasikan perempuan yang memiliki sebuah pekerjaan, mandiri, dan berpendidikan, tetapi dalam iklan tersebut tidak lupa untuk mengurusi hal kecantikan yang ada di dalam dirinya itu sendiri. / Television advertisement often visualize women with stereotypes that are still attached to women, women are required to be beautiful with physical characteristics of white skin, straight hair, slim body, tall, and have very soft skin. Then women's bodies are often objectified, by displaying women's bodies sensually to attract the attention of the audience, and women also have to carry out domestic activities, one of which is cooking which makes this commonplace for society. Then the researchers found that advertisements that seemed at first glance had begun to exclude women from stereotyping, domestication, and objectification, that is advertisements for olive oil skin care products by PT Mustika Ratu. The advertisements displayed by Mustika Ratu are interesting to study because they seem to have started to empower women to be in public spaces. This study aims to see the visualization of the role of women in Mustika Ratu, and how this advertisement shows siding with, empowering, and encouraging women to achieve gender equality. The author uses the Backlash theory by Susan Faludi and the concepts that exist in the Backlash. Then this study uses Erving Goffman's semiotic analysis which of course has been updated by Mee-Eun Kang to add two analytical techniques. The data sources of this research used three advertisements on Mustika Ratu Youtube from 2018-2020. The results of this study, it turns out that Mustika Ratu's advertisement still has not removed women from stereotyping women's beauty standards, objectification of the female body, and domestication, Mustika Ratu visualizes women who have a job, are independent, and educated, but in the ad they do not forget to take care of themselves. the thing of beauty that is in itself

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh nilai iklan yang dipersepsikan dan getok tular (wom) terhadap minat wisata kota di Kota Yogyakarta dengan dimediasi oleh citra destinasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Yogyakarta dengan mensurvei 386 responden wisatawan domestik. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan sistem acak menggunakan sampling daerah (cluster). Metode analisis datanya menggunak an analisis regresi sederhana bertahap dan analisis mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara nilai iklan yang dipersepsikan dan getok tular terhadap citra destinasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pula bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara nilai iklan yang dipersepsikan dan getok tular terhadap minat wisata Kota Yogyakarta melalui citra destinasi sebagai variabel pemediasi komplementer. Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of perceived advertising value and word of mouth on intentions of city visit Yogyakarta is mediating by destination image. This research was conducted in the city of Yogyakarta with 386 respondents by surveying domestic tourists. Sample collection techniques with a system using a random sampling area (cluster). Methods of data analysis using stages of simple regression and mediation analysis. The results of this study found a significant and positive influ ence between perceived advertising value and word of mouth on the destination image. This study also shows that significant influence, directly or indirectly between it perceived value advertising and word of mouth to the intentions of city visit Yogyakarta through the destination image as a variable complementary mediator

    This study aims to determine whether price perception and brand image have a partial effect on the purchase decision of Shell oil at CV. Sinar Mustika Wijaya. The type of research used by the researcher is a quantitative method. The research technique used is multiple correlation regression. The respondents used were consumers of CV. Sinar Mustika Wijaya, the sample used was 62 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The results of the study indicate that price perception and brand image as a whole have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These results can be seen based on the results of the F-Test obtained F count of 30.071. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of price perception and brand image on the purchase decision of Shell oil at CV. Sinar Mustika Wijaya. The advice given by the author in this study is to maintain or be able to adjust stable prices for buyers and maintain a good brand image so that it can increase purchasing decisions at CV.
