    Model usaha kesehatan sekolah berbasis aktivitas jasmani merupakan usaha kesehatan sekolah yang memuat tiga unsur utama, yaitu senam kesegaran jasmani di pagi hari, pembelajaran makanan bergizi, dan pembelajaran membersihkan tangan, gigi, dan mulut. Senam kesegaran jasmani dilakukan setiap hari sebelum proses belajar mengajar dimulai dan kegiatan pembelajaran makanan bergizi serta kebersihan tangan, gigi, dan mulut dilakukan 1 kali setiap bulan.     The implementation of character education as reflected in QS Luqman: 12-19 at the Ar-Rahmah Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Makassar learners is integrated into the whole school programs. Those programs namely: integrated in every subjects, the development of school culture, extra-curricular activities, cooperation with learners� parents, the control card (yaumian card) and means of communication via group in website. The impact of character education on learners� attitude and behavior can be identified from their daily attitude and behavior like being discipline, praying dhuha, praying dhuhur in congregation, keeping the school environment clean, keeping mutual appreciating among their friends, being responsible towards the task assigned by the teachers, maintaining order in the learning process, and asking for permission when they want to get out.</jats:p

    Abstract Fundament of motion was recognized as essential to social and emotional lives of children. Because the fundament motion helps individuals become dependent on others and can play a role in the intellectual development of children. The aims this studi are to determine how big the fundament motion of elementary school students in the city of Makassar and profile picture of the level of the fundament motion of elementary school students in Makassar. This research is a study with a description of a single variable, namely the fundament motion consists of locomotor movements, nonlokomotor and manipulatif. With a sample of some 408 people consisting of 207 students and 201 female students were taken by purposive random sampling from seven primary schools, namely SD Inpres Manggala Makassar, SD Rama Sejahtera Makassar, SD Negeri Tamamaung I Makassar, SD Negeri Melayu Kec Wajo Makassar, SD Aisyiah Muhammadiyah 3 Kec Wajo Makassar, SD Negeri KIP Maccini Makassar dan SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang I Makassar. Locomotor instrument uses sprinting 30 meters, nonlokomotor stroke stand, manipulatif shuttle run and throwing a tennis ball catching. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average fundament motion the men's category was high (35.27%). With a profile of Very High category 4 (1.93%), High 73 (35.27%), Medium 65 (31.40%), Low 43 people (20.77%) and Very Low 22 (10.63%). While the average fundament motion girls is moderate (42.29%), with the profile category of Very High 14 (6.97%), High 42 (20.89%), Medium 85 people (42.29%), Low 52 (25.87%) and very Low 8 people (3.98%).     Infrared Sensor Technology (IST) Test as a Tool for Assessment of Flexibility

    Introduction: The evaluation of flexibility is important to coaches to assess their players’ flexibility status, predict future performance, and even detect talented players. The aim of this research was to develop a new flexibility test to examine the forward split in athletes. Material and methods: In this study, 15 gymnasts, 10 Taekwondo athletes, 5 football players, and 10 karate athletes (20 males and 20 females) volunteered for this experiment and were evaluated in a common movement pattern, the forward split. In the experi�mental condition, participants performed the forward split on a mattress using infrared sensor technology (IST test), and, afterward, they performed the forward split on a mat�tress without infrared sensor technology (N-IST test). Two trials of this procedure were conducted. Results: For concurrent validity, no significant difference in the average distances of the anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS) from the mattress in Trials I and II was found between the IST and N-IST tests — p = 0.664 and p = 0.710, respectively. Conclusions: The findings of this study confirm the concurrent and construct validity of the IST test, which was created to measure the height of the ASIS from the mattress in a forward-split test. Thus, this test can be used by coaches, athletes, and sports scientists to improve and monitor the forward-split tests of athletes in training programs

    Perkembangan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang semakin pesat menyebabkan tingkat persaingan semakin tinggi. Agar madrasah tetap diminati oleh siswa maka kepala madrasah harus meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing (competitive advantage) dengan cara mengembangkan program yang berbeda dengan Lembaga Pendidikan lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kualitatif dengan je nis field research dan rancangan penelitian studi Multi Kasus, berlokasi di MAN Tanah Bumbu dan Madrasah Aliyah Az Zikra Batulicin, sumber data informan dan dokumen, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Multi Kasus, sedangkan teknik pengecekan keabsahan datanya menggunakan kepercayaan(credibility), keteralihan kebergantungan (dependability) dan kepastian (confirmability). (transferability), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persamaan setiap perencanaan selalu melibatkan stakeholder, seperti guru, orang tua, dan siswa dalam proses perumusan Visi dan Misi Madrasah baik jangka Panjang maupun jangka pendek. Dalam penilaian memilki aspek pertama prestasi akademik, kedua keterlibatan siswa, ketiga kualitas pengajar keempat Tingkat Kepuasan Orang T ua siswa dan Implementasi Kurikulum dan Inovasi. Sedangkan Perbedaannya, MAN Tanah Bumbu lebih fokus pada kurikulum formal, dan belum memiliki kerjasama dalam bidang Pendidikan lanjutan yaitu kuliah sedangkan Madrasah Aliyah Az Zikra Batulicin mengabungkan antara kurikulum formal dengan kurikulum pesantren serta memiliki kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi di Sulawesi. Kepala Madrasah mengintruksikan untuk membangun visi dan misi yang jelas dan terarah, membangun kolaborasi yang solid antara seluruh stakeholder, menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan saling mendukung, baik antara guru, siswa, maupun orang tua. Melalui pertemuan rutin, diskusi, dan inovatif, Kepala Madrasah senantiasa mengontrol jalannya program dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan lembaga pendidikan lain, termasuk sekolah-sekolah swasta yang menawarkan fasilitas dan program unggulan, bekerja lebih keras untuk menunjukkan keunggulan kami, terutama dalam nilai-nilai islami dan karakter Pendidikan. MAN Tanah Bumbu memiliki dukungan lebih dari pemerintah karena termasuk sekolah negeri sedangkan MA Az Zikra sekolah swasta yang bertempat disuasana pesantre

    Development strategy applied in Palopo is based on the spirit of religion, local wosdom, and geographical position of the city. Such strategy is represented on the seven dimensions of Palopo’s development strategy, namely: religion, education, health/sports, traditions and culture, trade, industry, and tourism. The contribution of Da’wa towards the development of Palopo is quite significant as structural Da’wa is implemented by Municipal Government, the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Palopo, Socio-religious Organizations, and Police Department. In addition to structural da’wa, cultural da’wa is also applied by Socio-religious Organizations in cooperation with traditional-indigeous organizations in the city. The implementation of both structural and cultural da’wa has made people in Palopo love the beauty, tranquility, safety, and hospitality of their city that is built according the principle of Madinah society. There are both internal and external hinderances on the way of da’wa in Palopo. Internal obstacles consist of the diversity of Islamic school of teachings that lead to a cinflicting image of moderate vs extreme and substantial vs symbolic teachings of Islam. External onstacles, on the other side, consist of radical understandings and practices of Islamic teachings, negative impacts of information coming from social media, and globalization.Keywords: Da’wa, development, and Palopo
