Full text linkThis study aims to determine the political communication strategy of the winning team, the strengths and weaknesses as well as the causes of the low vote acquisition of Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections in Jambi Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which emphasizes the in-depth aspects of a problem. The results of this study indicate that the political communication strategy used by the Fachrori-Syafril winning team still has problems and obstacles that cause the low vote acquisition for candidate pair number 02 Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Jambi Province. This is due to limited campaign factors, new people in the political realm, candidate management does not work and the disappointment factor from the community

Full text linkRemaja rentan sekali untuk terbawa arus zaman yang semakin modern, sehingga lebih senang mencari hal - hal yang mereka sukai seperti budaya pop, budaya jalanan dan sebagainya daripada mengikuti kegiatan di lingkungan masjid. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan metode dakwah yang lebih menarik minat para remaja, salah satunya melalui permainan sulap. ustadz Mochammad Syafril merupakan salah satu ustadz yang berdakwah melalui permainan sulap yang menarik agar para remaja mau aktif mengikuti aktivitas keagamaan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu; (1) agar mengetahui motif dakwah Mochammad Syafril melalui permainan sulap di remaja masjid Al-Istiqomah (2) agar mengetahui media dakwah Mochammad Syafril melalui permainan sulap di remaja masjid Al-Istiqomah (3) agar mengetahui pesan dakwah Mochammad Syafril melalui permainan sulap di remaja masjid Al-Istiqomah. Teori yang digunakan merupakan teori medan dakwah yaitu teori yang menjelaskan situasi teologis, kultural dan struktural mad'u (masyarakat) pada saat permulaan dakwah islam.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang menjadi sumber penelitian ini yaitu data dari Ustadz Mochammad Syafril, remaja masjid, dari masyarakat sekitar masjid Al-Istiqomah, jurnal, buku dan situs-situs yang menunjang penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara wawancara dan observasi.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa motif dakwah ustadz Syafril yaitu: (1) Karena ke-khawatiran ustadz Syafril akan pergaulan-pergaulan remaja saat ini. (2) Untuk menyelamatkan para generasi muda dari pengaruh zaman yang semakin modern sebagai bentuk untuk mempersiapkan generasi yang akan melanjukan perjuangannya. Setidaknya ada 5 media yang sering digunakan, yaitu: (1) Fire Flower, (2) Black box, (3) Tea to Water, (4) Kartu Remi, dan (5) Cincin koin. Pesan-pesan dakwah yang disampaikannya beragam, seperti: sedekah, jodoh, memperbaiki diri, memaksimalkan potensi, dan ilmu. Sebenarnya masih banyak lagi pesan dakwah yang disampaikan melalui permainan sulap ini, tinggal memodifikasi dan menyesuaikan alat dengan bahasasn yang akan dibahas

Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Sebelas Maret. Penulisan hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dokumen pelaksanaan anggaran tahun anggaran 2017 tentang pembangunan Pasar Klewer Timur berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang pengelolaan keuangan negara. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui hambatan yang terdapat dalam penyelenggaraan pekerjaan konstruksi pembangunan fisik Pasar Klewer Timur. Penelitian ini bersifat preskriptif dan terapan serta dalam penelitian hukum ini penulis menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif. Sebagai sumber dalam penulisan, penulis menggunakan bahan hukum primer, dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum melalui studi kepustakaan dan klarifikasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah logika deduksi, yaitu pengajuan premis mayor kemudian premis minor serta baru ditarik kesimpulan dari kedua premis tersebut. Berdasarkan bahan hukum yang sudah diperoleh dan dianalisis. Pelaksanaan dokumen pelaksanaan anggaran SKPD Dinas Perdagangan telah berdasar pada peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Namun, keberlanjutan dari pelaksanaan dokumen pelaksanaan anggaran SKPD tersebut tidak berlanjut pada pembangunan fisik Pasar Klewer Timur. Tidak berlanjutnya pembangunan fisik dikarenakan penugasan tugas pembantuan tidak efisien dan tidak mempertimbangkan dengan tepat perkiraan pelaksanaan di daerah. Selain itu, tidak ada upaya perencanaan mitigasi resiko dari Dinas Perdagangan sewaktu penyusunan RKA-SKPD. Sehingga hal tersebut mengakibatkan pembangunan Pasar Klewer Timur yang dianggarkan pada tahun 2017, tidak memberikan kepastian dan kemanfaatan pembangunan bagi masyarakat umumnya dan khususnya pedagang Pasar Klewer Timur. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The program will be during the semester break after completion of 3 years study. During 8 weeks period of training, students will be supervised and monitored their training by a nominated supervisor. Industrial training can provide exposure to students on situation in job nature in any organization on industry. Through this exposure it will increase student skills under guidance and academician supervision and professional from industry training sites. A part from that, students able to add knowledge and experience in various aspect such as mental, emotion, physical and social. For my industrial training, I did at Bend Weld Engineering which situated at Pekan Nenas, Johor. It is a manufacturing and fabricating company. This company has been established since 1990. This company was under Kobay Technology and specialized in fabricating subsea component. I was assigned to the Engineering section which my supervisor is Mr Zulhelmy. For the first 5 weeks I learn about the basic operation in manufacturing. That includes how the company deals with the customer and their production flow
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
