Comments on “Stacking ensemble based deep neural networks modeling for effective epileptic seizure detection”
© 2021 Elsevier LtdThis short communication provides a discourse emerged after reading “Stacking ensemble based deep neural networks modeling for effective epileptic seizure detection, Expert Systems with Applications, 148, 113239, 2020.” The discussed paper proposes a novel application of stacking-based ensemble for seizure detection, where several deep neural networks were used as base classifiers. The ensemble design and experimental results presented by the author show some weaknesses, which is indicated by, one of which, an inability of the proposed model to outperform previous studies. In this note, controversy of the discussed paper is explained and an improved version of stacking-based deep neural network is also further introduced and detailed to prevent it in the future.11Nsciescopu
KELAYAKAN USAHATANI VARIETAS UNGGUL KACANG TANAH DI KABUPATEN HALMAHERA UTARA
ABSTRACT Feasibility Of Peanut Farming Of The New Superior Varieties Of Bean In North Halmahera Regency,Peanut farming in North Maluku is mainly grown in dry land with low level of productivity due to some factors. One of them is due to the low adoption of high-yielding varieties of seeds. Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development (IAARD) has developed superior varieties for peanut commodities. The objective of the research was to identify adaptive high yielding varieties of peanuts with high production potential and to analyze the feasibility of peanut farming in North Maluku. Research was conducted in Tiowor Village, North Halmahera District, from February to November 2014. Four high yielding varieties of peanuts namely Hipoma, Talam, Bima, and Tuban and one local variety were cultivated by applying the integrated crop management (ICM) technology. Results showed that the high yielding varieties tested had high level of adaptation. Bima peanuts was the most adaptive variety producing 3.79 ton/ha. Peanut variety Bima and peanut local variety were the most feasible varieties to be developed. The R/C ratios of peanut farming using these two varieties were 4.35 and 4.57, respectively.Keywords: Peanut, High yielding variety, farming, feasibility, adaptive. ABSTRAK Usahatani kacang tanah di Maluku Utara dominan di lahan kering dengan tingkat produktivitas yang masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor di antaranya rendahnya penggunaan benih varietas unggul. Di sisi lain, Balitbangtan mempunyai banyak varietas unggul untuk komoditas kacang tanah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan Varietas Unggul kacang tanah yang adaptif dengan produksi tinggi dan menganalisa kelayakan usahatani kacang tanah. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tiowor Kabupaten Halmahera Utara pada bulan Februari sampai November 2014. Empat varietas unggul kacang tanah yang terdiri atas Hipoma, Talam, Bima dan Tuban serta satu varietas lokal ditanam dengan pendekatan Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu (PTT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varietas unggul yang diuji memiliki tingkat adaptasi yang tinggi di lokasi kajian. Kacang tanah Bima merupakan varietas yang paling adaptif dengan produksi 3,79 ton/ha. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at Grand Hotel Bayu Hill in The Review of The Grant Agreement
This article aims to analyze the practice or implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Grand Bayu Hill Hotel in Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency. To obtain data, the author used a qualitative method, where the main source was obtained from interviews and observations between the author and the company (stakeholders). Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from reading sources such as books, journals and other sources related to this research topic. The research results show that; first, regarding the forms of distribution of funds for the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Grand Hotel Bayu Hill. Second, regarding supervision of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Grand Hotel Bayu Hill, it has not been fully maximized, in fact there is no supervision from the central or regional government regarding CSR, whereas social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) has been regulated based on article 74 paragraph (4) of Law 40 /2007 is imperative, that is, it is only regulated by Government Regulation, in other words, CSR is under the auspices of the government. Third, in reviewing the grant contract, according to Islamic law and the opinion of the Ulama, CSR implementation practices at the Grand Hotel Bayu Hill are still not optimal when viewed from the terms and conditions of the grant. PENERAPAN MEDIA PENYIMPANAN HASIL EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN APLIKASI ABSENSI SISWA (STUDI KASUS SD NEGERI 2 SYAMTALIRA BAYU, KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA)
The application of digital literacy in schools at this time has penetrated in
all fields. Not only computers, but now smartphones have also been used as a
medium for smooth education. The transformation of various platforms resulting
from creativity and information technology innovation helps the educational
community in all activities, one of which is the student attendance application which
can be used as a storage medium for the results of student learning evaluations,
thereby reducing teacher performance in recapitulating student attendance scores
and attendance. This thesis is a study related to the application of digital literacy
to teacher performance in recapitulating student grades and attendance using
smartphone-based information technology, which aims to: first, find out how to
evaluate learning through smartphone online applications. Second, describe how
to implement digital literacy based on student attendance applications. Third,
knowing how the development of digital literacy at SD Negeri 2 Syamtalira Bayu.
This research is oriented towards qualitative research with descriptive
methods, in this study the author intends to describe or describe the use and
application of smartphone-based digital literacy innovations in learning evaluation
activities using Absensi Siswa applications and the level of digital literacy
development at SD Negeri 2 Syamtalira Bayu. The type of data obtained is from the
direct observation of researchers in the research field through observation,
interviews and documentation. While secondary data is obtained from existing data
and has a relationship with research problems obtained through library research.
The results of this study indicate that first, the Absensi Siswa application is effective
to be used as a medium for storing learning evaluation results at SD Negeri 2
Syamtalira Bayu. Second, SD Negeri 2 Syamtalira Bayu has understood and met
the standards for implementing digital literacy in order to be able to run the Absensi
Siswa application smoothly and without any problems. This can also be proven
from the stage of digital literacy development at SD Negeri 2 Symatalira Bayu
which has entered level II, meaning that SD Negeri 2 Syamtalira Bayu has been
able to apply digital literacy related to certain concepts
The Determination of Nitrogen Concentration in the G2 Potato Seed Production on Fertigation System
The nitrogen concentration of AB mix fertilizer in the G2 fertigation system in the field would be influenced by various factors. This research aimed to increase the production of the G2 potato seed by using different concentrations of nitrogen in AB mix fertilizer in the fertigation system. The study was carried out in the G2 seed production area, Lembang, West Java, Indonesia from January to April 2019. The study used a randomized group design with four nitrogen concentrations in AB mix hydroponic fertilizer, namely 200, 215, 230, 245 ppm, and common AB mix (control) with five replications. The results showed that the number of big tubers of all nutrition formulas was higher than the control. The nitrogen concentration treatment increased the number of large tubers, small tubers, and total number of tubers, and decreased the weight per tuber compared to control. The best concentration to get the total number of tubers, small and large tuber, and weight per tuber was 217 ppm. The total number of tubers was affected by 93% by the number of small tubers. Meanwhile, the number of large tubers affected 78% of the tuber weight per plant

The ship’s crane is loading and unloading tool that functions in the process of moving cargo from the hatch to the port or otherwise. There are obstacles that make the loading process run slowly and stop. Main purpose of shipping is to analyze of factors inhibiting use of ship’s crane. To obtain this purpose, can be defined contributing factors causing inhibiting of loading and unloading process and handling to overcome the inhibiting factors of ship's crane use. Method which used by author to solve the problems are qualitative methods that produce descriptive data. Data collection is an approach to the object through interview, observation and using documents and data related to loading and unloading activities. Author observes directly on bord MV. Bara Anugerah and interview all crews. Author also take pictures to support validity of research data. From the results of research in the discussion of the problem then the authors can conclude that factors inhibiting use of ship’s crane are ship's crane performance is not maximal, not all damage can be repaired by crew ship, age of old ship. In addition, the handling carried out to overcome the inhibiting factors in the use of ship's cranes, namely treatment outside the PMS especially the unloading tool, coordinate with the land side about the damage on board nor the transport of cargo carriers and the company does not have to wait for the schedule for the docking period.

Abstrak
Dewasa ini persediaan sumber daya fosil semakin menipis dan kedepannya akan mengalami
penurunan kapasitas. oleh karena itu banyak diadakan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan seperti
pembangkit listrik panas bumi, pembangkit listrik tenaga air, solar, angin dkk. selanjutnya
pembangkit listrik energi terbarukan ini akan disimulasikan dengan wind and solar simulator.
Dimana pada solar simulator panel surya akan diterangi oleh lampu halogen 1000 watt, sedangkan
untuk wind simulator akan di sambung dengan motor sebagai pemutar generator. keluaran wind and
solar simulator akan dihubungkan dengan battery melalui mppt charge control. daya yang telah
disimpan dalam battery akan dikonversi menjadi tegangan ac dan dihubung dengan jaringan PLN
dengan menggunakan grid tie inverter. Tegangan pada juga battery akan dijadikan indikasi sebagai
pengontrolan beban sehingga beban akan on dan off tergantung dari tegangan battery dan
pengaturan dalam program arduino

Abstract
This era supplies of fossil resources dwindling and the future will be decreased capacity. therefore,
many held the utilization of renewable energy such as geothermal power plants, hydroelectric plants,
solar, wind and others. The next renewable energy power plants will be simulated with wind and
solar simulators. Where in the solar simulator solar panels will be lit by halogen lamps 1000 watts,
whereas for wind simulator will be continued with the motor as a generator player. wind and solar
simulator output will be connected to the battery through the MPPT charge control. power that has
been stored in the battery will be converted to ac voltage and linked to the grid by using grid tie
inverter. The voltage on the battery also will be used as an indication as controlling the load so that
the load will be on and off depending on the battery voltage and setting the program arduino

Many companies use brand ambassadors because they are considered more attractive than ordinary people in influencing consumers. The theory used in this research is the Stimulus Response theory. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample collection technique used simple random sampling method. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents who are followers of the @ortuseight Instagram account. Based on the results of the data obtained in this study, the results show that the magnitude of the influence of Brand Ambassador Bambang Bayu Saptaji (X) on buying interest in Ortuseight futsal shoes on followers of the @ortuseight Instagram account is 56.5%. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Brand Ambassador has an effect on consumer buying interest

Novel Alisya The work of Muhammad Makhdlori recounts the inner conflict of the main character Alisya against herself and her environment. This novel discusses the reality of human life is closely related to the problems of life that affects the development of psychology. The purpose of this study is to describe the intrinsic elements that exist in Alisya's novel and reveal the personality of Alisya as the main character. The author uses a fictional structure to describe the element of the novel builder (figure and characterization, plot, and background). The author also uses the theory of literary psychology that focuses on psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud to examine the personality of the main character through the structure of personality id, ego and superego.
The result of structural analysis of Alisya's novel contains eleven figures consisting of one main character and ten additional characters; The plot of Alisya's novel is an advanced path; The setting contained in this novel is the setting of time, place, and social.
The result of the analysis of personality structure in outline of Alisya figure has no balance between Id, Ego and Superego. Alisya's id and ego are so prominent that she is incapable of controlling her attitude and behavior. Although initially the more dominant Alisya character shows the aspect id and ego, but superego aspects of the morality of her personality can make Alisya back to the right way.
