MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENYUSUN STRATEGI DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI WORKSHOP PADA SMK BINAAN
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses menyusun strategi dan model pembelajaran melalui workshop, serta meningkatkan Kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran melalui workshop di SMK Binaan kabupaten Lamongan semeseter ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon guru terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan.. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan adalah: bila minimal terdapat 85 % guru tergolong sangat baik dan baik dalam aspek penilaian strategi pembelajaran, maka sudah dapat dikatakan tindakan yang diterapkan berhasil. Aspek yang diukur dalam menilai keberhasilan tindakan adalah kesiapan guru mengikuti workshop dan hasil pelaksanaan workshop. Penelitian dilakukan dengan subyek penelitian adalah 30 orang guru IPA di 15 SMK Binaan kabupaten Lamongan. Dari analisis diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan kesipan dan Kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II. Ketercapaian indikator kinerja terdapat pada tindakan ke II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui workshop dapat meningkatkan Kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran pada guru-guru IPA di SMK Binaan kabupaten Lamongan.

Full text linkPendaftaran akta badan hukum perseroan terbatas dari sistem manual ke
sistem elektronik atau secara online diharapkan agar dalam pendaftaran atau
pengesahan tersebut dapat berjalan lebih efisien dan lebih efektif. Sama dengan
ketentuan-ketentuan sebelumnya, yang sampai dengan saat ini proses pembuatan
akta hingga pendaftaran ke dalam Sistem Administrasi Hukum Umum tetap
membutuhkan peran notaris. Tujuan dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk
menganalisis : 1) Peran notaris dalam pembuatan akta badan hukum perseroan
terbatas melalui sistem administrasi hukum umum di Kabupaten Blora. 2)
Efektivitas pembuatan dan pendaftaran akta badan hukum perseroan terbatas
oleh notaris melalui sistem administrasi hukum umum di Kabupaten Blora.
Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan yuridis
sosiologis. Spesifikasi penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif
analisis. Jenis data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan
data dengan metode wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang
digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.
Permasalahan penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teori kepastian hukum
dan teori efektivitas hukum dengan hasil penelitian disimpulkan : 1) Peran
notaris dalam pembuatan akta badan hukum perseroan terbatas melalui sistem
Administrasi Hukum Umum di Kabupaten Blora yaitu pembuatan akta dan
melakukan permohonan secara elektronik melalui sistem administrasi hukum
umum, karena akta notaris yang berfungsi sebagai akta otentik harus memberi
kepastian dan perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat serta berfungsi sebagai alat
bukti yang paling sempurna. 2) Evektifitas pembuatan dan pendaftaran akta badan
hukum perseroan terbatas oleh notaris melalui Sistem Administrasi Hukum Umum
di Kabupaten Blora adalah pendaftaran akta perseroan terbatas melalui Sistem
Administrasi Hukum Umum oleh notaris secara langsung sangat mendukung
proses penyelesaian pendaftaran lebih cepat dan efektif.

The Role of Notaries in Making Limited Liability Company Legal Entity Deeds through the General Legal Administration System
Full text linkRegistration of limited liability company legal entity deeded from a manual system to an electronic system or online is expected so that the registration or validation can run more efficiently and more effectively. Similar to the previous provisions, until now the process of making a request for registration into the General Law Administration System still requires the role of a notary. The purpose of this paper is to analyze: 1) The role of the notary in drawing up limited liability company legal entity deeds through the general legal administration system in Blora Regency. 2) The effectiveness of making and registering limited liability company legal entity deeds by a notary through the general legal administration system in Blora Regency. The approach method in this research is a sociological juridical approach. The specification of the research used is descriptive analysis research. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection by interview method and literature study. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The research problems were analyzed using the theory of legal certainty and the theory of legal effectiveness with the results of the research concluding: 1) The role of the notary in making legal entity deeds of limited liability companies through the General Legal Administration system in Blora Regency, namely making deeds and making applications electronically through the general law administration system, because a notary deed that functions as an authentic deed must provide certainty and legal protection for the community and function as the most perfect means of evidence.2) The effectiveness of making and registering limited liability company legal entity deeds by a notary through the General Legal Administration System in Blora Regency is the registration of limited liability company deeds through the General Legal Administration System by a notary directly which strongly supports a faster and more effective registration completion process.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Alkaline Earth Metal Oxide Supported on Zeolite as a Heterogenous Basic Catalyst for Clean Fuel (Biodiesel) Production: A Mini Review
No full textThe depletion of fossil fuel reserves, worsening greenhouse gas effects, and global warming issues have driven the development of renewable energy sources, such as biodiesel. Biodiesel is as an alternative fuel to petrodiesel, typically produced through a transesterification reaction of triglycerides and alcohol in the presence of a catalyst. Alkaline earth metal oxide supported on zeolite are heterogeneous basic catalysts that are widely used in biodiesel synthesis. The addition of alkaline earth metal oxide to zeolite enhances the distribution of active sites, leading to an increase in catalytic activity. Zeolite is widely used as catalyst support due to its high surface area, good thermal stability, shape selectivity, and porous structure. This article presents recent developments in the synthesis and application of alkaline earth metal oxide supported on zeolite for transesterification reaction. The challenges and prospects of catalyst development are also discussed. This article aims to provide information and inspire the development of alkaline earth metal oxide supported on zeolite as a basic catalyst for biodiesel synthesis
Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Strategi Pemasaran dan Modal Usaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi UMKM Kuliner Wilayah Kecamatan Tanjung Priok - Jakarta Utara)
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Strategi Pemasaran, dan Modal Usaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) Kuliner di Kecamatan Tanjung Priok - Jakarta Utara. Pengelolaan data digunakan progam SPPS Versi 25.0 dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 76 responden menggunakan rumus slovin. Pada hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa variabel Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Strategi Pemasaran dan Modal Usaha baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Dari uja beta diketahui bahwa Karakteristik Kewirausahaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Usaha. Berdasarkan analisis Koefisien determinasi (Adjust R Square) menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Strategi Pemasaran dan Modal Usaha dapat menjelaskan sebesar 84,5% terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha, sementara sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini
