    : This research aims to see the correlation betwen students behaviour toward mathematic and learning circumtances with the mathematic result. This research is a survey study which imples regression and multiple correlation technique. The research was done at SDN 03 elementary school, Puspanegara Bogor with n = 40 used random sampling technique. The research result are (1) there positive correlation between students behaviour throught the mathematic result. (2) there is positive correlation between learning circumtances and the mathematic results. (3) there is positive correlation between students behaviour toward mathematic and learning circumtances all together toward mathematic result. According to the research results, the mathematic results can be improved by improving students behaviour toward mathematic and positive learning circumtances

    Brain and Critical Thinking in Education: A Bibliometric Review and Wordcloud Analysis

    Abstract This article uses data from the Scopus database for bibliometric review and wordcloud analysis visualization of publications related to Brain and Critical Thinking in Education (BCTE). The study highlights the importance of the brain in the learning process and critical thinking, as well as identifying research trends, key topics, and geographic distribution of authors over the decade 2013-2023. With a focus on English-language publications, the study reveals that "critical thinking" is the most frequently cited topic, with the United States as the most significant contributor. This analysis also suggests the need for further research that integrates brain-based learning with critical thinking to improve students' critical thinking and 21st-century skills in education. Understanding how the brain works will enable educators to design a comprehensive learning plan, including teaching materials, implementation, media, models, strategies, approaches, and appropriate methods, to achieve learning goals. Abstrak Artikel ini menggunakan data dari database Scopus untuk review bibliometrik dan visualisasi analisis wordcloud dari publikasi terkait Brain and Critical Thinking in Education (BCTE). Studi tersebut menyoroti pentingnya otak dalam proses pembelajaran dan berpikir kritis, serta mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, topik utama, dan distribusi geografis penulis selama dekade 2013-2023. Dengan fokus pada publikasi berbahasa Inggris, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa “berpikir kritis” adalah topik yang paling sering dikutip, dengan Amerika Serikat sebagai kontributor paling signifikan. Analisis ini juga menyarankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis otak dengan berpikir kritis untuk meningkatkan pemikiran kritis siswa dan keterampilan abad 21 dalam bidang pendidikan.     Perancangan Jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim Kelurahan Tanjung Kapal Menuju Desa Darul Aman Pada Km 7 – Km 9 Menggunakan Metode PDT NO 14 Tahun 2003

    Roads are the primary mean of transportation to reach a destination from one place to another espicially for the residents of Tanjung Kapal Village – Darul Aman. The existing condition of Sultan Syarif Kasim Road, which is the research location, consist of class B aggregate as the subbase with a width of 6 meters, which is damaged, at 250 m long, the road is flooded when the high tide reaches 50 cm. In the planning of the construction of rigid pavement on Sultan Syarif Kasim Road in Tanjung Kapal Village – Darul Aman Village, Bengkalis Regency the PDT method No.14-2003 is still used compared to other methods. Therefore, the author reviews, designs, and plans Sultan Syarif Kasim Road in Tanjung Kapal Village to obtain the desired pavement thickness and the required budget plan. After calculating the thickness of the rigid pavement using the PDT method No.14 – 2003, the result obtained is 200 mm or 20 cm. With the result, the flooded location will no longer experience flooding due to tidal fluctuations. The total budget required for the plan is Rp 18,913,760,000.00

    FORM AND MODULATION OF METAPHOR TRANSLATION TO INDONESIAN OF VINGT-MILLES LIEUES SOUS LES MERS OF JULES VERNE

    This research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the form and modulation of metaphor translation from French to Indonesian, its use in the communicative context of speech events. Furthermore, this study also looks at the relevance of the results of the translation of the form and modulation with mediation, plurilingual and pluricultural competences in the CEFR European standard language proficiency. The data sources used are the Novel Vingt-Milles Lieues Sous Les Mers by Jules Verne and its translated novel 20.000 Mil di bawah Laut by NH Dini. The data in this study is a metaphor in a broad sense. The most dominant form of metaphor translation used is reproduction. Next, there are substitutions and paraphrases. The combined form of reproduction+paraphrasing is found in the VLM metaphor translation. Equivalence of meaning is obtained by using explicit and implicit modulation, special and general meanings, and point of view. The context of speech events contributes to producing an equivalent and natural translation. The results of this translation indicate that translation activities are complex language activities and require precision and accuracy. Translating literary works requires cultural mastery and an advanced level of linguistic mastery. The competencies are described in the Petra Project terms of reference contained in the CEFR 2020 and CECRL 2018 terms of reference. Translating skills require guided practice acquired through a well-oriented education. The ability to understand metaphors and other cultures and be able to compare them by providing analogies in the local culture is a plurilingual and pluricultural competence

    This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge of dasadarma scouts with attitudes that are by the values of Pancasila for fifth-grade elementary school students in the Setiabudi sub-district. This research uses a quantitative method with the correlational model. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students at SDN Guntur 03 Pagi and SDN Menteng Atas 14 Setiabudi Subdistrict. The data in this study were collected through the dasadarma knowledge test and by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis used is inferential statistics. The results are based on the correlation coefficient test r of 0.278 with a low correlation category level. In addition, the coefficient of determination test results obtained amounted to 7.75%. This shows that the attitude variable by the values of Pancasila by 7.75% is determined by the scout dasadarma knowledge variable. Thus, it can be concluded that the knowledge of dasadarma scout has a positive and significant relationship with attitudes that are by the values of Pancasila in fifth-grade elementary school students at SDN Guntur 03 Pagi and SDN Menteng Atas 14.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dasadarma pramuka dengan sikap yang sesuai nilai pancasila siswa kelas V sekolah dasar di kecamatan Setiabudi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V di SDN Guntur 03 Pagi dan SDN Menteng Atas 14 Kecamatan Setiabudi. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui uji tes pengetahuan dasadarma dan mengisi kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yaitu berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,278 dengan tingkat kategori korelasional yang rendah. Selain itu, hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 7,75%. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel sikap yang sesuai nilai pancasila sebesar 7,75% ditentukan oleh variabel pengetahuan dasadarma pramuka. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dasadarma pramuka memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan sikap yang sesuai nilai pancasila pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar  di SDN Guntur 03 Pagi dan SDN Menteng Atas 14

    PENGEMBANGAN AWAL BAHAN AJAR IPA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

    The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials (IPA) thematic-based Integrated grade IV Primary School This research uses research and development methods that recommend the development model of Dick and Carey in developing learning products. From preliminary study through observation, interview and field questionnaire indicated that integrated science learning that took place at SDN Kelapa Dua 06 Pagi, still minimal teaching materials used and teaching materials that have not improved the condition of student inquiry, it is necessary to develop teaching materials (learning ) Integrated Science with integrated thematic based for fourth grade students of elementary school. Validation of teaching materials (learning) is carried out by learning design experts, learning media experts and learning material experts. After the revision was then piloted through a one-to-one test, the results showed that thematic Integrated Science materials based on the 2013 curriculum were in either category. Respondents who participated in this research were fourth grade students of SDN Kelapa Dua 06 Pagi in West Jakarta. The results of the experiments show that the developed materials still need material reduction and specific revisions to produce teaching materials that are in accordance with the needs of the fourth grade students.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar (IPA) terintegrasi kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang merekomendasikan model pengembangan Dick dan Carey dalam mengembangkan produk pembelajaran. Dari studi pendahuluan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sains terintegrasi yang berlangsung di SDN Kelapa Dua 06 Pagi, masih minimnya bahan ajar yang digunakan dan bahan ajar yang belum meningkatkan kondisi inkuiri siswa, maka perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar. (belajar) Sains Terpadu dengan tematik terintegrasi berbasis untuk siswa kelas empat sekolah dasar. Validasi bahan ajar dilakukan oleh pakar desain pembelajaran, pakar media pembelajaran dan pakar materi pembelajaran. Setelah revisi kemudian diujicobakan melalui tes satu-ke-satu, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar IPA tematik integratif  berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 berada dalam kategori baik. Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas empat SDN Kelapa Dua 06 Pagi di Jakarta Barat. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa bahan yang dikembangkan masih membutuhkan reduksi materi dan revisi khusus untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa kelas empa

    Perception Of Early Grade Teachers Of Madrasah Ibtadaiyah Towards Attributes Innovations Of Thematic Learning

    Thematic learning is an integrated learning model that links or combines several subjects in one particular theme, in order to make it easier for students to see meaningful relationships, and make it easier for them to understand the material/concept as a whole. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of early grade MI teachers in Bireuen Regency towards thematic learning as an innovation based on its attributes (relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability and observability). This study used a quantitative approach and diffusion research procedures developed by Rogers. The data in this study were collected by giving questionnaires to 29 MI early grade teachers in Bireuen District. The results showed that the thematic learning innovation attributes were relatively positively perceived by MI early grade teachers. Thus thematic learning is perceived to be more profitable (relative advantage) than previous learning models, a high level of compatibility with the values ​​and norms adopted by the community, easy to implement (low level of complexity), trialability (can be tried out) and Early grade MI teachers perceive negatively the observability attribute

    The Effect of Use Interactive Learning Media Environment-based and Learning Motivation on Science Learning Outcomes

    The study aims to determine the effect of the use of interactive learning media environment-based and learning motivation on science learning outcomes. This research was conducted on grade V students of SDN Wijaya Kusuma 07 Jakarta Barat from September to November 2019. The method used was an experiment with a research design using two-way ANAVA (treatment by level 2x2), with the sample of 61 students was obtained using a multi-stage random sampling. Based on data analysis, it was obtained: First, the science learning outcomes of students who learn to use interactive learning media environment-based are higher than the science learning outcomes of students who learn to use non-interactive learning media, as evidenced by Fcount (5.90) > Ftable (4.17 ); second, there was an effect of learning media interaction and learning motivation on the science learning outcomes, this can be seen from the acquisition price of Fcount (26.05) > Ftable (4.17); third, in groups of students who have high learning motivation, the science learning outcomes of students who learn to use interactive learning media environment-based are higher than the science learning outcomes of students who learn to use non-interactive learning media, with the Tukey-test Qcount Test (7.53) > Qtable (4.04); fourth, in groups of students who have low learning motivation, the science learning outcomes of students who learn to use interactive learning media environment-based are lower than the science learning outcomes of students who learn to use non-interactive learning media, with the Tukey-test Qcount Test (2.67) < Qtable (4.04)
