Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan yang kinerja karyawan Hotel Syariah di Wilayah Jawa Barat mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2020 baik itu dari aspek pencapaian target, kualitas kerja, kecepatan kerja, efisiensi waktu, efisiensi tenaga dan juga keakuratan hasil. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan spiritual leadership, komitmen organisasional, kontrak psikologis, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta meneliti dan menelaah pengaruh spiritual leadership dan komitmen organisasional terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja.
Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory survey yang berjenis penelitian kausalitas yang bertujuan mendapatkan penjelasan hubungan sebab akibat antara beberapa konsep atau variabel. Objek penelitian ini adalah aspek spiritual leadership, Komitmen Organisasional, kontrak psikologis, kepuasan kerja dan Kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian adalah 344 karyawan hotel syariah wilayah Jawa Barat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM karena bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan prediktif antar konstruk dengan melihat apakah ada hubungan atau pengaruh antar konstruk.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif variabel-variabel penelitian antara lain spiritual leadership, komitmen organisasional, kontrak psikologis, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori tinggi. Kemudian spiritual leadership dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kontrak psikilogis, spiritual leadership dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, Kontrak psikologis memediasi pengaruh spiritual leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kontrak psikologis memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, spiritual leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, spiritual leadership, komitmen organisasional, kontrak psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara simultan dan spiritual leadership, komitmen organisasional, kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan.

The problem in this study is related to employee performance, where the performance of Syariah Hotel employees in the West Java Region has decreased from 2019 to 2020 both in terms of achieving targets, quality of work, work speed, time efficiency, energy efficiency and also the accuracy of results. This research is intended to describe spiritual leadership, organizational commitment, psychological contract, job satisfaction and employee performance as well as research and examine the influence of spiritual leadership and organizational commitment on improving employee performance through psychological contract and job satisfaction.
This research is an explanatory survey with the type of causality research that aims to get an explanation of the causal relationship between several concepts or variables. The object of this research is spiritual leadership, organizational commitment, psychological contract, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research subjects were 344 sharia hotel employees in the West Java region. In this study using PLS-SEM because it aims to test predictive relationships between constructs by seeing whether there is a relationship or influence between constructs.
The results showed that based on the results of the descriptive analysis the research variables included spiritual leadership, organizational commitment, psychological contracts, job satisfaction and employee performance were in the high category. Then spiritual leadership and organizational commitment have a positive effect on psychological contracts, spiritual leadership and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, psychological contracts mediate the effect of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction, psychological contracts mediate the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, psychological contracts and job satisfaction mediate the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance, psychological contracts and job satisfaction mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, spiritual leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, spiritual leadership, organizational commitment, psychological contracts have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and spiritual leadership, organizational commitment, psychological contract and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance and simultaneously.

Pengaruh Penerapan Nilai-nilai Islami dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat
Implementation of Islamic values is necessary for the development of the organization today, in order to impact organizational commitment and employee performance. The purpose of this study is is to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic values and organizational commitment to the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. The method used is a descriptive and explanatory survey, by taking 100 samples of marketing employees, with sample accidental sampling technique and data analysis using path analysis. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together have an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. that the application of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together has an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. Furthermore, the determinant value obtained is worth 0.892, this gives the meaning that Islamic values and organizational commitment are able to explain the performance of marketing employees worth 89.2%. Meanwhile, 10.8% was due to other factors.
Penerapan nilai-nilai Islami diperlukan dalam perkembangan organisasi saat ini, agar berdampak terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah descriptive dan explanatory survey, dengan mengambil sampel 100 orang karyawan pemasaran, teknik sampel accidental sampling dan analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial maupun bersama-sama mempunyai dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya, nilai determinan diperoleh senilai 0.892, hal ini memberikan makna bahwa nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan pemasaran senilai 89,2%. Sementara itu, senilai 10,8% disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya
Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bni Syariah Cabang Bandung
The purpose of this study was to determine education, training, employeeperformance and the influence of education and training on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive method for 70 employees. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Meanwhile, the technique used to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis. The results of the study illustrate that education is in a sufficient category that can be seen in terms of decision making skills, interpersonal skills, job knowledge, organization knowledge, general knowledge and specific individual needs. When viewed from the training, it is generally in asufficient category that can be seen in terms of skills, knowledge, behavior. Judging fromthe performance of employees, in general, it is in the quite category also in terms of quality of work, timeliness, initiative, capability, and communication. Dampak kepemimpinan, supervisi klinis dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru madrasah aliyah di Kabupaten Garut
Kinerja merupakan kondisi yang tidak tetap yang dapat diperkuat atau diperlemah oleh pasang surutnya cara pandang dan pengaruh nilai-nilai yang dianut seseorang. Kinerja guru di madrasah aliyah, secara langsung atau tidak langsung berhubungan dengan persepsinya terhadap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Kepala madrasah memiliki peranan stategis dalam mencapai tujuan institusional. Selain itu secara organisasi kepala madrasah bertanggung jawab menciptakan iklim organisasi yang menunjang kinerja para guru dilingkungannya. Penciptaan iklim organisasi tersebut dapat menumbuhkan motivasi kerja guru dan loyalitas, meskipun mereka punya konsep diri yang beragam. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel internal dan eksternal seperti kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, supervisi klinis, komunikasi interpersonal, pada motivasi dan kinerja para guru di madrasah aliayah, hal inilah yang menjadi alasan mengapa peneliti melakukan penelitian ini.
Tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kepemimpinan kepala madrasah,supervisi klinis dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Garut.
Landasan teori penelitian ini terdiri grand theory Maier; kinerja (Performance) merupakan hasil perkalian antara motivasi (Motivation) dengan kemampuan dasar (Ability), middle theory Maslow adalah teori kebutuhan bertingkat, sehingga dikenal dengan teori hirarki kebutuhan. Menurut teori ini, kebutuhan manusia terdiri dari: (Kebutuhan fisiologis,Kebutuhan akan rasa aman,kebutuhan akan cinta dan rasa memiliki, kebutuhan akan harga diri, kebutuhan akan aktualisasi). Kemampuan dasar (Abilty) dalam meningkatkan
kinerja kepala madrasah adalah kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, supervisi klinis, dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah sebagai applied theory. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan kuantitatif.
Dengan menggunakan tehnik simple rundom sampling dengan jumlah guru sebagai sample adalah sebanyak 182 guru. Dimana dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode angket.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, supervisi klinis dan komunikasi interpersonal mempunyai dampak terhadap motivasi kerja dengan hasil hasil uji 9,677 > 2,420 atau (Fhitung > Ftabel ) dan nilai
signifikansi

Simpulan dari penelitian ini kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, supervisi klinis dan komunikasi interpersonal dilaksanakan dengan baik berdampak meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru
IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN INCREASING EFFECTIVENESS AT SDIT ASY-SYAFIIYAH GARUT REGENCY
<p><strong>Abstract. </strong></p><p>This study aims to deepen and analyze the implementation and effectiveness of human resource management in the context of educational institutions in schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. The validity of this research is also obtained through the source triangulation technique, which compares the information obtained by the author with the theory used. Informants in this study consisted of school principals, administrative heads, and teachers. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of human resource management at SDIT Asy-Syafiiyah Kabupaten Garut has been carried out well, with a focus on four aspects; recruitment, training, compensation, and termination. The four main aspects studied by the author are in line with Schuler's theory and the opinions of the three informants studied. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resourcemanagement theory and practice, and provide useful guidance for educational institutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of human resource management.</p>
Teachers' Strategies in Integrating Digital Learning Me-dia to Achieve Basic Competencies in Islamic Education in Elementary Schools
This study aims to explore teachers' strategies in integrating digital learning media to support the achievement of basic competencies in Islamic Education (PAI) at elementary schools. The research focuses on teachers' practices at SDN Cipeundeuy, Bandung Regency, in responding to digital learning challenges amid infrastructure limitations and limited access to technology. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed. Data collection was conducted through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation of teaching materials. Data analysis was performed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that IRE teachers actively utilize digital media such as educational videos, quiz applications (Kahoot, Quizizz), and WhatsApp as a medium for distributing learning materials. The use of these media had a positive impact on student engagement and understanding of the material, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 70 to 85. Adaptive strategies were also implemented in the form of hybrid learning and digital-based projects such as infographics on Islamic values. Despite facing challenges related to limited devices and technical competencies, teachers demonstrated increased professionalism through self-directed training and collaboration in Teacher Working Groups (KKG). This study concludes that the integration of digital media can be an effective pedagogical approach in PAI learning, with the proviso that there is ongoing support for infrastructure strengthening and teacher capacity building. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai pada BRI Syariah Cabang Bandung Suniaraja, (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BRI Syariah Cabang Bandung Suniaraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif pada 74 pegawai BRI Syariah Cabang BandungSuniaraja dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum budaya organisasi pada BRI Syariah Cabang Bandung Suniaraja berada pada kategori baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari inovasi dan pengambilan resiko, perhatian kerincian, orientasi hasil, orientasi orang, orientasi tim, keagresifan dan kemantapan. BMT Development Strategies In The Era Of Covid-19 Pandemic With A SWOT Analysis Approach
This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the positioning and development strategy of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) in West Java in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The descriptive qualitative research method was used. The study was conducted at 6 BMTs in the West Java region Technique of data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of the calculation of the SWOT matrix produce several alternative strategies, namely utilizing government support for Islamic banking by increasing the types of Sharia products, approaching potential investors even though capital is limited considering the public interest in the Islamic economy is very high, making regional regulations on sharia economics, establishing cooperation and partnerships with other financial institutions to obtain capital, capacity building of human resources, training, and development activities through partnerships with other banks that apply sharia principles. The implications of the results of this research are as input material for the development of new policies, strategies, and efforts to develop BMT both in the pandemic era and after the Covid-19 pandemic and to develop theories for alternative strategies in developing BMT in the Covid-19 pandemic era

ORIENTASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN PEGAWAI DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH
Abstract
Syariah Pawnshop Cinunuk certainly competes with other companies, especially conventional pawnshops. Thus the sharia pawnshop is strived to have quality resources. In an effort to develop the quality of human resources and seek professionalism to develop employee performance, Islamic pawnshop companies have conducted various programs, one of which is orientation. Considering the performance of employees is very influential on the sustainability of the company and enhance the compeÂtiÂtiveÂness of the company, then orientation becomes one of the pawnshop's choices in an effort to improve the performance of its employees. The training program implemented by the company has been planned, directed and dynamically sought to develop competenÂcies, skills, dedication and strong commitment from employees at the company in developing employee performance now and in the future. HR development can be viewed from two aspects, namely the quantity related to the number of HR, and the quality associated with the quality or level of good or bad things and quality. A huge quantity without being accompanied with good quality of human resources will become a burden for the company.
Abstrak
Pegadaian Syariah Cinunuk tentunya bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya terutama pegadaian konvensional. Dengan demikian maka pegadaian syariah diupayakan bisa mempunyai sumber daya yang bermutu. Dalam upaya mengembangkan mutu sumber daya manusia dan mengupayakan profesionalisme guna mengembangkan kinerja pegawai, perusahaan pegadaian syariah telah melakukan berbagai macam program, salah satunya orientasi. Mengingat kinerja pegaawai sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaan dan meÂningÂÂÂkatkan daya saing perusahaan, maka orientasi menjadi salah satu pilihÂan pihak pegadaian dalam usaha meningÂkatkan kinerja pegaÂwaiÂnya. Program training dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan telah direnÂÂcanaÂkan, diarahkan dan bersifat dinamis diupayakan bisa mengemÂbangkan komptensi, skill, dedikasi dan komitmen yang kuat dari karyawan pada perusahaan dalam mengembangkan kinerja karyawan pada saat sekaÂrang maupun di masa depan. Pengembangan SDM bisa ditinjau dari dua segi, yaitu kuantitas yang berkaitan dengan jumlah SDM, dan kualitas yang berkaitan dengan mutu atau tingkat baik buruknya sesuÂatu dan kualitas.
