Nitrogen Resorption and Nitrogen Use Efficiency in Cacao Agroforestry Systems Managed Differently in Central Sulawesi
Cacao agroforestry is a traditional form of agriculture practiced by the people of Central Sulawesi. These agroforestry systems vary from a simple system following selective cutting of forest trees, to a more sophisticated planting design. The cacao was planted under remaining forest covers (CF1), under planted trees (CF2), and between shade trees Gliricidia sepium (CP). The objectives of this study were to quantify nitrogen use efficiency (N NUE) and nitrogen resorption in cacao agroforestry systems. The N NUE at the ecosystem scale (N NUEES) for the cacao agroforestry systems were compared with the natural forest. The results showed that CP produced the highest litterfall and cacao foliar nitrogen. CP and CF1 produced litterfall and the nitrogen resorption that not were significantly different. In contrast, CF2 produced the lowest litterfall, hence required lower nitrogen supply. The nitrogen resorption of CF2 was less than that of CF1 and CP. However, N NUE in cacao plant (N NUEC) of CF2 was higher than that of the CP. The N NUEES of either CF1 or CF2 were similar to that of the natural forest, but higher than that of the CP. Using shade trees in cacao plantations increased foliar nitrogen concentration, nitrogen resorption, N NUEC and N NUEES; thus, might be one reason for a higher productivity of cacao in unshaded systems

PENGUJIAN PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN DI BAWAH UNDANG-UNDANG OLEH MAHKAMAH AGUNG
In realizing unity in the legislation system in Indonesia, it is known that there is a Judicial Review conducted by the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. Article 9 of Law Number 12 Year 2011 concerning the establishment of laws and regulations states that the Constitutional Court has the authority to examine the legality of a law with the test stone of the 1945 Constitution of the State of the Republic of Indonesia, while the Supreme Court has the authority to examine the legality of a legislation under the law with a test stone legislation.
The Supreme Court in exercising its authority has issued the Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2011 on the Right to Material Test. In its development, the Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 Year 2011 needs to be refined, whether related to the definition of "laws and regulations" that become the competence of the Supreme Court, as well as the improvement of procedural law such as grace period of submission of answers, type of verdict, to the involvement of the parties in litigation a dispute on the Right to Material Test in the Supreme Court.
The legal issues in this study are: (1) Competence of the Supreme Court in conducting examination of the petition for Material Test Rights; and (2) Procedural Law in the examination of the petition for Judicial Review of Judicial Rights by the Supreme Court. This research is legal research, with approach of statute approach and conceptual approach.
From this study it is found that: (1) the definition of "legislation" which can be tested in the Supreme Court based on Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 Year 2011 is very open (open texture) and different from the definition of "legislation as Article 1 Number 2 of Law Number 12 Year 2011; and (2) in relation to the procedural law at the examination of the Material Rights Trial in the Supreme Court, it is known that the grace period of the response of only 14 (fourteen) days, the inappropriate "unlawful" decision, the involvement of the parties only submission of requests and answers only, to the model of execution of decisions that are not in accordance with the character of the test of a norm of legislation. From both of these things, it is necessary to improve the Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 Year 2011
Hubungan Karakteristik Perawat dan Bidan dengan STIGMA pada Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) di Puskesmas Talun Kabupaten Blitar
HIV/AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) has long been an issue along with the continued attention of various circles around the world, especially the health sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the relationship with the health workers in health centers stigma on people living with HIV Talun Blitar regency. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a population of 36 respondents that all the research sample. Collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of data using statistical test Pearson and Spearman rho correlation with p 0.05. There is no relationship between education and stigma on people living with HIV, with a value of p = 0.367 in Spearman rho correlation test. There is a relationship between long working with the stigma on people living with HIV, with p = 0.046 in correlatioan Pearson test. There is a relationship between knowledge of HIV/AIDS stigma on people living with HIV, with p = 0.035 in correlatioan Pearson test. Need more attention from policy makers at government level for programs of prevention of transmission of HIV/AIDS among health workers, by providing a uniform and continuous training to all health workers.</jats:p
Upaya Manajerial Pengembangan Kurikulum Program Unggulan Di Madrasah Aliyah
Bahasa Indonesia:Peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui program unggulan yang diselenggarakan di Madrasah Aliyah turut serta meningkatkan kualitas output pendidikan nasional untuk merespon krisis dalam dimensi kualitas sumber daya manusia maupun krisis dalam bidang identitas dan moralitas manusia Indonesia. Tulisan ini berupaya untuk menyampaikan pandangan tentang upaya manajerial pengembangan kurikulum untuk program-program unggulan dalam konteks Madrasah Aliyah. Manajemen pengembangan kurikulum program unggulan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum. Perencanaan kurikulum yang dilakukan dalam mencapai tujuan kurikulum adalah kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum “SNP Plus X Adaptif Cambridge”, sehingga siswanya dapat mengikuti ujian Cambridge, sukses ujian nasional dan sukses OSN (olimpiade sains nasional). Dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum mengacu pada silabus dan RPP yang telah dirancang awal ajaran melalui workshop. Evaluasi kurikulum program unggulan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk evaluasi formatif dan evaluasi sumatif untuk mengukur keberhasilan peserta didik dan digunakan sebagai umpan Balik bagi peserta didik. This paper attempts to provide opinion about managerial efforts in curriculum development for the special quality program in higher Islamic schools. The management involves planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum. The planning is managed to under the framework of “SNP Plus X Adaptif Cambridge” curriculum so that the students are expected to pass The National Examination and National Science Olympiade. The implementation of curriculum refers to syllabus and lesson plans as a workshop product in the beginning of semester. The evaluation of curriculum makes use both formative and summative curriculum to maeasure students' achievement and to provide feedbacks for them

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang dengan begitu pesat.
Salah satunya yaitu dibidang teknologi informasi. Hal ini tentu saja membawa kemudahan
kepada kita dalam mengakses berbagai kebutuhan akan informasi. Tetapi masih ada
sebagian dari instansi dibidang pendidikan yang belum dapat memanfaatkan komputerisasi
dalam proses pengolahan informasi akademiknya, juga penyampaian informasi kepada
masyarakat secara luas, walaupun sarana penunjangnya seperti komputer dan jaringan
internet sudah tersedia. Misalnya di MA Al-Ishlah Bungkal. Hal itu mendorong kami
untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang berjudul “Perancangan Tata Kelola
Elektronik di MA Al-Ishlah Bungkal Berbasis Web”.
Dalam proses pembuatan sistem informasi ini kami menggunakan beberapa
metode penelitian, yaitu studi pustaka (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field
research). Sedangkan penelitian lapangan meliputi dua cara, yaitu observasi dan
wawancara. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati dan mempelajari proses pengolahan
informasi akademik yan masih manual. Untuk melengkapi data-data lainnya yang
dibutuhkan, kami juga mengadakan wawancara secara langsung dengan kepala sekolah,
guru dan karyawan MA Al-Ishlah Bungkal. Sedangkan untuk pembuatan Aplikasinya
menggunakan web dan database My Sql.
Setelah melakukan beberapa metode penelitian tersebut, kami menyimpulkan
bahwa pembuatan “Perancangan Tata Kelola Elektronik di MA Al-Ishlah Bungkal
Berbasis Web” adalah sebagai berikut : pengelolaan data dengan sistem komputer
mempercepat proses pengolahan data-data, dapat menghemat waktu kerja, pengolahan data
lebih mudah dan efisien, proses input data lebih cepat dan tersusun rapi, dengan
menggunakan web sebagai paltfrom dari aplikasi ini, maka akan memudahkan setiap orang
untuk mengaksesnya.

Treatment of multibacillary leprosy following the development of dapsone hypersensitivity syndrome
Background: World Health Organization (WHO) multi-drug therapy (MDT) is the current standard treatment for leprosy. A wide range of frequency of adverse effects caused by MDT has been reported. Dapsone hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS) is a serious adverse effect caused by dapsone. Prompt withdrawal of dapsone is important aspect in the management of DHS. Alternative regimens are needed to treat leprosy patient with DHS.
Case Illustration: A 37-year-old man with multibacillary (MB) leprosy developed DHS in 39 days after the initiation of WHO MDT. Dapsone was withdrawn and methylprednisolone of 75 mg/day was prescribed. Twelve days after admission the patient showed clinical and laboratory improvement and was discharged. Treatment for multibacillary leprosy was continued with rifampicin and clofazimine with standard dosage. The bacterial index (BI) and morphological index (MI) showed +1 and 0 respectively in one month after the completion of 12 pulses of modified MB-MDT.
Discussion: In the event of severe dapsone toxicity like DHS, WHO recommends that no modification to MDT is required other than immediately stopping dapsone in the case of those receiving MB-MDT. Multiple doses of rifampicin, ofloxacin and minocycline (ROM) therapy can be used as another alternative in leprosy patient with severe adverse effect while taking dapsone.
Conclusion: Combination of rifampicin and clofazimine may be effective in treating MB leprosy with dapsone toxicity

PENGEMBANGAN MODEL-MODEL LATIHAN DRIBBLING DENGAN KAKI BAGIAN LUAR DALAM BENTUK PERMAINAN DI SEKOLAH SEPAKBOLA UNIBRAW’82 MALANG USIA 15-16 TAHUN
Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan Model-model Latihan Dribbling Dengan kaki bagian luar Dalam Bentuk Permainan Di Sekolah Sepakbola Unibraw’82 Malang Usia 15-16 Tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket untuk ahli dan siswa. Dengan kualifikasi, 1 ahli kepelatihan dan 2 ahli permainan sepakbola, sedangkan untuk siswa dilakukan uji coba kelompok kecil sebanyak 10 siswa dan ujicoba kelompok besar sebanyak 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebagai berikut: Ahli kepelatihan diketahui persentase hasil evaluasi dari ahli kepelatihan adalah 81,43%, ahli permainan sepakbola diketahui bahwa rata-rata persentase hasil evaluasi dari dua ahli permainan sepakbola adalah 80,71%, diketahui bahwa jumlah keseluruan rata-rata persentase hasil uji coba kelompok kecil adalah 82,10%, diketahui bahwa jumlah keseluruhan rata-rata persentase hasil uji coba kelompok besar adalah 83,89%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini model-model latihan dribbling dengan kaki bagian luar dalam bentuk permainan sudah sempurna dengan Kriteria baik sehingga model-model latihan tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media kepelatihan oleh siswa maupun pelatih
Implementasi Manajemen Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam Multikultural di MA Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Bali
Kurikulum sebagai salah satu bagian terpenting dalam pendidikan, harus dipersiapkan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, sehingga akan mencapai hasil yang memuaskan sesuai dengan harapan semua pihak. Kurikulum di sini tidak dimaksudkan dalam pengertian sempit, yaitu kumpulan mata pelajaran/bahan ajar yang harus dipelajari oleh siswa/santri. Akan tetapi, kurikulum dalam pengertian yang luas, yaitu pengalaman belajar yang direncanakan untuk mencapati tujuan pendidikan. Atau sebagaimana kurikulum yang diartikan oleh Nana Syaodih Sukmadinata sebagai rancangan pendidikan yang merangkum semua pengalaman belajar yang disediakan bagi siswa di sekolah. Dari kekhasan kurikulum ini menunjukkan bahwa berbagai tuntutan yang harus ada dalam kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam. Tuntutan ini terus berkembang sesuai dengan tantangan zaman yang sedang dihadapi. Tuntutan zaman Islam sekarang lebih kompleks. Dalam mengembangkan Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam, MA Al-Ma’ruf melaksanakan pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam didasarkan pada kurikulum Dinas Pendidikan yang dipadukan dengan kurikulum YPI Al-Ma’ruf. Dengan adanya pengembangan kurikulum tersebut, ada beberapa hal yang harus dipersiapkan. Meliputi, sumber daya kurikulum (baik berupa sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, maupun pendanaan), kesiapan organisasi, kesiapan siswa, dan kepercayaan serta dukungan masyarakat terhadap kurikulum yang dikembangkan
