No full textThis paper departs from the conflict that occurred in Syrian City, so it makes the author interested in trying to understand the basic problems that are the cause of the conflict. In addition, the author also tries to see who the actors who played a role in the conflict are, as well as the impact that the Syrian conflict has on the international world. The Syrian conflict has been going on for forty years to date, and the conflict has not yet seen its end. Since March 2011 the conflict in Syria has claimed so many lives, thousands of people have been displaced, and thousands of children orphaned. Many houses collapsed, infrastructure and public facilities were destroyed due to the conflict. Data on the Syrian conflict is collected from books, journals, and the web. These data are then categorized, systematized, and analyzed according to the purpose of writing. This paper concludes that the cause of the conflict in Syria is not due to differences in religious sects but rather the political and economic interests of the opposition opponents of Assad and opposition-supporting countries. There are three actors who play a role in the Syrian conflict: President Bashar al-Assad and his supporters, the Syrian opposition, and the Jihadist group. The resulting impact of the Syrian conflict is the large number of casualties that have fallen and the problem of refugees. From the time of the conflict in March 2011 to April 2013, The death toll was 150,000. Meanwhile, the displaced population is 2.4 million people, which is dominated by women and children. Meanwhile, 4 million Syrians are homeless. For the international community, the Syrian conflict has an impact on the handling of refugees

The study aims to gain an understanding of the complex dynamics, alliances, misunderstandings, and transformations that characterized this important era. By exploring primary sources, scholarly analysis, and historical records, this research uncovers the mutual influences, cultural exchanges, intellectual dialogues, and tensions arising from the coexistence and interaction of Islam and Christianity during the medieval period. The research contributes to a broader understanding of the historical legacies of Islam and Christianity, both separately and in relation to each other, highlighting the enduring consequences of their interaction on the development of religious traditions, intellectual thought, and cultural practices that continue to shape our world today. The author uses qualitative methods with literature study and documentation to collect historical information using historiography techniques. The results of the research show that this fluctuative relationship means that the relationship between the two religions cannot be fully generalized. There have been periods of cooperation and peace, but there have also been periods of tension and conflict between these two religions
The Role of the Regional Inspectorate in Supervising Village Financial Management
No full textThis study aims to analyze the performance of the supervision performance of the Regional Inspectorate of Mandailing Natal Regency on the financial management of Lumban Pasir Village in the 2022 and 2023 fiscal years. Supervision carried out by the Regional Inspectorate involves regular audits, monitoring, and evaluation of the planning, implementation, and reporting of the use of village funds. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, which includes in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that although the Regional Inspectorate has carried out its supervisory function well, there are several obstacles that affect the effectiveness of supervision, such as limited human resources, lack of understanding of village officials about financial regulations, and lack of supporting facilities such as information technology. On the other hand, this supervision has succeeded in improving the quality of village financial planning and reporting, although there are still some weaknesses such as delays in financial reports and data inconsistencies. The impact of supervision on village financial management includes increasing awareness of the importance of transparency and accountability in the management of village funds. This study suggests the need to increase the capacity of village officials and Inspectorate auditors, as well as the use of information technology in the supervision process to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of village financial management

Pada Twitter juga dapat membuat tweet yang berisi foto, video, tautan, atau teks.
Pada aplikasi Twitter pengguna cenderung lebih mengutarakan isi hati yang
sebenarnya dibandingkan dengan platform media sosial lainnya. Pada tahun 2020
ini telah terjadi wabah atau pandemi Covid-19 dan pada akhir tahun bulan
Desember akan diselenggarakan pilkada serentak seluruh Indonesia. Dari hal
tersebut dibutuhkannya sebuah platform yang mampu memberikan informasi visual
terhadap aktivitas politisi dalam hal mengutarakan isi hatinya di media sosial
Twitter dengan melakukan topic modelling terhadap aktivitas politisi tersebut
ketika membuat sebuah tulisan atau tweet menggunakan metode Author-Topic
Models. Penelitian ini dikhususkan untuk menganalisa data tweet akun Twitter
politisi di Indonesia, proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara crawling data
pada user timeline aplikasi Twitter. Setelah data didapatkan kemudian akan
dianalisa dengan menggunakan Author-Topic Models dan dilakukan visualisasi
terhadap topik pembahasan berdasarkan tweet yang telah dibuat oleh masingmasing akun Twitter politisi. Melalui proses topic modelling, telah didapatkan hasil
terbaik berupa 3 topik. Model 3 topik tersebut dikatakan terbaik karena memiliki
nilai perplexity terendah diantara jumlah topik lain yang diuji. 3 topik yang
terbentuk dianalisis dan diterjemahkan ke dalam label kategori, yaitu “Rakyat Tolak
RUU Cipta Kerja”, “Ucapan Syukur saat Pandemi”, “Kondisi Ekonomi saat
Pandemi” dengan jumlah data tweet yang digunakan adalah 24846 data tweet dari
36 akun Twitter politisi.

Perancangan Sistem Komunikasi Menggunakan User Datagram Protocol Metode Unicast pada Robot R2C-Warrior
No full textRobotic Research Center (R2C) is a robotic team from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). R2C has two divisions, one of them is R2C-Warrior team that took a part in wheeled soccer competition (KRSBI Beroda). When designing the robot, R2C-Warrior uses a laptop to process the algorithm and three Arduino microcontrollers to read sensors and drive an actuators. Uses Serial for communication between laptop and Arduino which is connected via the Universal Serial Bus (USB) port. Using Serial in this design has disadvantages, that are only one Arduino can connected to the laptop and the received data sometimes is lost or wrong with a data loss rate is 28% and data error rate is 4% in 1000 times data transmissions. To solve this problems, the author made a system using Ethernet instead USB with advantages can connect a laptop with three Arduino microcontrollers at once, and use User Datagram Protocol (UDP) with Unicast method instead Serial, because UDP has a checksum to ensure that sent or received data has no errors. Based on testing that has been done, this system has no data errors in testing data transmissions, both from laptop to Arduino, Arduino to laptop, and Arduino to Arduino. Other than that, this system doesn’t have a problems when there is no communication or when receiving data from unknown device(s), and also can filtered data when there is available data from unknown device(s)

Umar Bin Khathab dapat dijadikan sebagai figur keteladanan
dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter kepada generasi
muda. Di dalam buku Biografi Lengkap Umar Bin Khathab Ra karya
Abdul Syukur Al-Azizi, biografi Umar Bin Khathab dijelaskan lebih
mendetail, karena buku tersebut secara khusus menjelaskan tentang
perjalanan hidup Umar Bin Khathab, sehingga keteladanan nilai-nilai
pendidikan karakter dalam buku tersebut dapat ditanamkan dengan
baik kepada generasi muda. Pembelajaran mengenai kisah-kisah
yang mana dalam penelitian ini menganalisis tentang nilai pendidikan
karakter dalam kisah hidup Umar Bin Khathab Ra. ini penting bagi
peserta didik MI, hal ini dapat dilihat dari pendapat Muhammad Nur
Abdul Hafizh Suwaid, yang menyatakan bahwa hikayat atau kisah�kisah memainkan peranan penting dalam menarik perhatian anak dan
membangun pola pikirnya. Kisah menempati peringkat pertama
sebagai landasan asasi metode pemikiran yang memberikan dampak
positif pada akal anak, karena cerita sangat disenangi, hal tersebut
dapat digaris bawahi bahwa cerita dapat memperbaiki akhlak generasi
manusia pada masa sekarang ini Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini
mengangkat judul analisis Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Buku
biografi lengkap Umar Bin Khathab Ra. karya Abdul Syukur Al-Azizi
dan Relevansinya terhadap buku pelajaran SKI di MI. Untuk
mendeskripsikan masalah di atas, peneliti merumuskan masalah
sebagai berikut: (1) Apa sajakah Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter
Dalam Buku biografi lengkap Umar Bin Khathab Ra.karya Abdul
Syukur Al-Azizi? (2) Bagaimana relevansin nilai-nilai pendidikan
karakter dalam buku tersebut terhadap Buku Pelajaran SKI di MI ?
Untuk menjawab permasalah tersebut, penulis menggunakan
metode content analysis (analisis isi). Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini
adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang
dilakukan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang pada dasarnya
bertumpu pada penelitian kritis dan mendalam terhadap bahan-bahan
pustaka yang relevan.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1.) terdapat Nilai-nilai
pendidikan karakter dalam buku biografi lengkap Umar bin Khathab
Ra. karya Abdul syukur al-azizi tersebut adapun nilai pendidikan
karakter tersebut diantaranya: nilai Religius , Jujur, Toleransi,
Disiplin, Kerja keras, Kreatif, Mandiri, Demokratis, Rasa Ingin Tahu,
Semangat Kebangsaan, Cinta Tanah Air, Menghargai Prestasi,
Bersahabat/Komunikatif, Cintai Damai, Gemar Membaca, Peduli

Lingkungan, Peduli Sosial, Tanggung Jawab. 2.) Nilai-nilai
pendidikan karakter dalam buku biografi lengkap Umar bin Khathab
Ra. karya Abdul syukur al-azizi memiliki relevansi dengan buku
pelajaran SKI di MI. Relevansi tersebut terletak pada materi yang
terdapat dalam buku ajar SKI di Madrasah Ibtidaiayah kelas V. Pada
materi Umar Bin Khathab sang pemberani. Dalam materi Umar Bin
Khathab sang pemberani juga mengandung nilai-nilai penddikan
karakter, Di antara nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdappat
dalam materi pembelajaran SKI tersebut adalah : Nilai Religius ,
Jujur, Toleransi, Disiplin, Kerja keras, Kreatif, Mandiri, Demokratis,
Semangat Kebangsaan, Cinta Tanah Air, Menghargai Prestasi,
Bersahabat/Komunikatif, Cintai Damai, Peduli Lingkungan dan Peduli
Sosial, serta Tanggung Jawab. Sehingga nilai pendidikan karakter
yang terdapat dalam buku biografi lengkap Umar Bin Khathab Ra ini
Relavan dengan materi pembelajaran SKI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
Namun, ada dua karakter yang tidak terdapat dalam materi SKI di MI
yaitu karakter gemar membaca dan karakter rasa ingin tahu.

ABSTRACT
Umar Bin Khathab can be used as an exemplary figure in
instilling the values of character education in the younger generation.
In the book Complete Biography of Umar Bin Khathab Ra by Abdul
Syukur Al-Azizi, the biography of Umar Bin Khathab is explained in
more detail, because the book specifically explains Umar Bin
Khathab's life journey, so that the exemplary character education
values in the book can be instilled with good to the younger
generation. Learning about stories in this research analyzes the value
of character education in the life story of Umar Bin Khathab Ra. This
is important for MI students, this can be seen from the opinion of
Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafizh Suwaid, who stated that saga or stories
play an important role in attracting children's attention and
developing their mindset. Stories are ranked first as the basic
foundation of thinking methods that have a positive impact on
children's minds, because stories are very popular, it can be
underlined that stories can improve the morals of the current
generation of people. Therefore, this research raises the title Analysis
of the Value of Character Education In the complete biography of
Umar Bin Khathab Ra. Abdul Syukur Al-Azizi's work and its relevance
to SKI textbooks at MI. To describe the problem above, the researcher
formulated the problem as follows: (1) What are the values of
character education in the complete biography of Umar Bin Khathab
Ra. by Abdul Syukur Al-Azizi? (2) How relevant are the character
education values in the book to the SKI textbook at MI?
To answer this problem, the author uses the content analysis
method. Meanwhile, this type of research is library research, namely
research carried out to solve a problem which basically relies on
critical and in-depth research of relevant library materials.
The results of the research concluded that: 1.) there are
character education values in the complete biography of Umar bin
Khathab Ra. Abdul's gratitude al-Azizi's work, the values of character
education include: Religious values, Honesty, Tolerance, Discipline,
Hard work, Creative, Independent, Democratic, Curiosity, National
Spirit, Love of the Motherland, Respect for Achievement,

Friendly/Communicative, Love Peace, Love Reading, Care for
the Environment, Social Care, Responsibility. 2.) Character education
values in the complete biography of Umar bin Khathab Ra.
AbdulThanks Al-Azizi's work has relevance to SKI textbooks at MI.
This relevance lies in the material contained in the SKI textbook at
Madrasah Ibtidaiayah class V. In the material of Umar Bin Khathab
the brave. The brave Umar Bin Khathab's material also contains
character education values. Among the character education values
found in the SKI learning material are: Religious Values, Honesty,
Tolerance, Discipline, Hard Work, Creative, Independent,
Democratic, Enthusiasm Nationality, Love for the Motherland,
Respect Achievement, Friendly/Communicative, Love Peace, Care for
the Environment and Social Care, and Responsibility. So the value of
character education contained in the complete biography of Umar Bin
Khathab Ra is relevant to the SKI learning material at Madrasah
Ibtidaiyah. However, there are two characters that are not included in
the SKI material at MI, namely the character who likes to read and
the character who is curious.
