No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda dan Stress Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Wanita pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dan data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa Konflik peran ganda tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru. Sedangkan untuk variabel Stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru. Secara simultan variable konflik peran ganda dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai wanita pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,300 atau 30% berarti variabel kinerja pegawai wanita dipengaruhi oleh konflik peran ganda dan stress kerja sementara sisanya 70% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan pada penelitian ini
The Effect of Dual Role Conflict and Job Stress on the Performance of Female Employees at the Pekanbaru City Health Office
No full textThe Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Dual Role Conflict and Job Stress on the Performance of Female Employees at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. With data analysis in this study is quantitative using multiple linear regression methods and the data is analyzed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of this research, it shows that dual role conflict has no effect on the performance of female employees at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Meanwhile, the work stress variable affects the performance of female employees at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Simultaneously, the dual role conflict and work stress variables have a significant effect on the performance variables of female employees at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. The R Square value of 0.300 or 30% means that the female employee performance variable is influenced by dual role conflict and work stress while the remaining 70% is influenced by other variables not used in this study

Typology of Urban Hawker's Location Preferences
No full textAbstractUrban street vendors, known as Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) in Surakarta, have undergone series of structuring strategies in the form of relocation and stabilization. The general objective of this paper is to formulate typology of PKL locations in Surakarta. The typology formulated took into account the factors corresponding to the location and the characters of PKL. Data collection were done through mapping PKL in Surakarta and generated the distribution patterns, as well as giving questionnaires to PKL in order to understand the character of its activities. Characters of PKL that has similarity can be grouped into a single homogeneous typology. This stage of analysis used spatial observation techniques to examine the map and crosstab, later used descriptive technique to bring each types to its meaning. PKL of Surakarta can be divided into five groups based on its commodities. Typology of locational behaviour were defined by several variables, i.e. whether the location were move towards specific landuse or settle in one specific location, whether grouped with similar commodities or tend to be mingled with various commodities, and whether customer oriented or not

No full textCitizenship education is very important to build national character based on Pancasila values, especially in overcoming radicalism. Education based on Pancasila values is very important to foster national insight, an attitude of tolerance and a sense of togetherness in society because radicalism that develops in society can threaten national unity. The role of citizenship education in preventing radicalism is examined in this research. The research results show that internalizing Pancasila values in the learning process can help prevent radical ideology from spreading. By teaching values such as unity, humanity and social justice, students will better understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the country. In this research, the literature study method was used to investigate various sources related to radicalism and citizenship education. Apart from that, this research also wants to explain how citizenship education based on Pancasila values helps students understand the importance of tolerance, pluralism and national awareness amidst the threat of radical ideology. Citizenship education is considered to be able to instill inclusive and moderate national values to prevent radicalism from spreading in society. The author also wants to know how effective citizenship education based on Pancasila values is in forming citizens who are aware of radicalism and have attitudes and behavior that support unity. and national unity

The purpose of this article is to explore more deeply how a positive environment can support learning and effective classroom management. This research is field research using a qualitative approach. Observations show that effective classroom management is essential to creating a positive learning environment that increases student comfort and motivation. A supportive environment increases student concentration and engagement, and motivates teachers to teach better.Pada penelitian ini, penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis lebih dalam tentang pentingnya peran lingkungan sekolah yang positif, dimana hal tersebut juga sangat penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam bagaimana lingkungan positif dapat mendukung pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas yang efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas yang efektif sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar positif yang meningkatkan kenyamanan dan motivasi siswa. Macroalgae is a biological resource that is quite abundant in our country Indonesia, one of which is in the waters of Nusa Tenggara. Exploration of macroalgae diversity has been conducted in Nusa Tenggara waters. Referring to this, this article aims to assess the types of macroalgae distributed and whether there are algae blooming events around the waters of Nusa Tenggara. The method used in this article is a literature review by reviewing a number of articles used as references. The steps in analyzing a number of information obtained from 30 or more related articles are: 1) Search for several articles from national and international journals that are relevant to the title of the article topic. 2) Analyzing the content of each article that has been found. 3) The results of the analysis are used as a reference in the preparation of this article. The result that the author of the article got was to find out a number of dominant algae in Nusa Tenggara waters that caused algae blooming which became a destroyer of aquatic ecosystems

Polarization Politics: An Analysis of Opinion Formation and Conflict Resolution in Elections
No full textThis research discusses political polarization, which has become a hot topic of conversation and is increasingly important in the context of today's modern society. The research conducted by the author emphasizes more on the analysis of opinion formation and conflict resolution in elections. This study aims to analyze and identify how political polarization is influential so that it can have an impact on social life and examine a solution to minimize the adverse effects of political polarization that triggers conflict between community groups or between other parties who have different political views from a group. The research method used is a combination research method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is used to understand individual perceptions and attitudes towards controversial political issues, while the quantitative method is used to analyze survey data that involves broad participation from various layers of society. The 2024 General Election saw a significant decrease in tolerance due to dissent, with social media becoming the main arena for political polarization and smear campaigns. Candidates' vision and mission programs are also a point of political polarization, which can negatively influence public opinion. Political polarization is significant in influencing public opinion, blaming candidates who are not of their choice, and spreading fake news. This phenomenon creates divisions in society and disrupts the democratic process as a whole. Nonetheless, efforts to overcome political polarization can be made through a holistic approach involving political education, social media regulation, and a deep understanding of socio-political dynamics. Such measures are expected to strengthen democratic values and diversity in Indonesian society
