Get PDFThis study pays attention to the Ethics of Communication between Me and Others According to Armada Riyanto's Relational Philosophy. The background of writing is the author's observation of several human phenomena that are experiencing a crisis of ethics, communication, and relationships with Others. The author observes the facts of communication ethics in the relationship between me and the Other, which provide the principles of human life. The existence of communication ethics brings humans to deep friendship with Others. The author uses descriptive analysis methods and the book Philosophical Relationality Foundations of Interpretation: I, Text, Others, Phenomena from Armada Riyanto. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that communication ethics will become human relations, human authenticity and human happiness. The contents of the writing emphasize the ethics of communication to deepen the relationship with Others that leads to ethics. The written argument can be realized by the value of human life. The findings of this article are to make people aware that they live ethically, fellow humans must love each other, and establish good relations with Others. It can be concluded that the etiquette of communication in the relationship between me and others provides a panorama of good, true and beautiful life
KAJIAN TENTANG PERTAUTAN HUKUM HUMANITER INTERNASIONAL DENGAN HUKUM PENGUNGSI
Get PDFInternational Humanitarian Law and International Refugee Law are two branchs of law relevant to the protection of human rights in a specific context. This research aimed at evaluate the relationship of these two branchs of law. Legal materials that thoroughly considered and analized in this research were relevant international rules and facts embodied in international customs, general principles of law, international treaties, conventions, declarations and decisions of international organisation, recommendations, academic publications, proceedings and working papers. Based upon the analysis of the existing legal materials, eventually, it could be inferred that International Humanitarian Law has influenced International Refugee Law both in the standard setting and in the interpretation process. The rules embodied in these two branchs of law established a continuum protection for the victims of confilct with violence. Two international humanitarian agencies; International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations High Commissionner for Refugees has served as the guardians in the framework of promotion and implementation of these two branchs of law. Grave breaches of International Humanitarian Law and acts triggered international displacement were international wrongful acts and generate state responsibility.</p

Dormansi tersebut disebabkan oleh keadaan fisik dari kulit benih, keadaan
fisiologis dari embrio atau kombinasi dari kedua keadaan tersebut. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hormon giberellin (GA3) dan waktu
perendaman dalam mempercepat waktu pematahan dormansi dan viabilitas benih
kopi arabika (Coffea arabica L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Pembibitan
Biologi, Universitas Medan Area (UMA), dari bulan Oktober sampai November
2020. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok
(RAK), dengan 2 faktor dan 5 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah empat taraf
pemberian GA3, yaitu : 0 ppm, 200 ppm, 400 ppm, dan 600 ppm. Faktor kedua
yang diuji empat taraf lama imbibisi benih yaitu : 12 jam, 24 jam, 36 jam dan 48
jam. Parameter yang diamati adalah potensi tumbuh, waktu muncul daun, panjang
hipokotil, jumlah akar dan panjang akar. Data dianalisia dengan analisis varians
(ANOVA), analisis vairans yang nyata dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Uji
parsial (t) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 %. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
perlakuan Interaksi lama perendaman dan konsentrasi giberelin berpengaruh nyata
terhadap parameter Potensi tumbuh, waktu muncul daun dan panjang akar
The Effect of Gibberellic Acid (GA3) Hormone and Soaking Time on the Germination and Growth of Arabica coffee seeds (Coffea arabica L.)

caused by the physical state of the seed coat, the physiological state of the embryo
or a combination of the two condition. This research aimed to find out the effect
of gibberellin (GA3) and immersion time to accelerating the time of the dormancy
breaking and viability of arabica coffee seed (Coffee arabica L.). The research
was carried out in the Biological Seedling Field, Faculty of Biology University of
Medan Area (UMA) start from October to November 2020. The experimental was
arranged using randomized block design (RBD), with 2 factors and four replicate.
The first factor was four level of GA3 concentration : 0 ppm, 200 ppm, 400 ppm,
and 600 ppm. The second factor was four seed imbibition period : 12 hour, 24
hour, 36 hour and 48 hour. The parameter to observed is the potential growth, the
time of leaves appear, the hypocotyl length, the number of roots and the root
length. The results showed the treatments of combination immersion time and
gibberellin have a real impact for the potential growth, the time of leaves appear
and the root length

No full textThis paper examined the process and prospect of the institutionalization of humanitarian values in the international instrument adopted by the United Nations in 1998. As a matter of fact, since the adoption by the United Nations in 1998, this instrument has been disseminated widely and, has been used by various international organisations (both UN Agencies and non UN Agencies), regional organisations, state and non-state entities as guidance in dealing with the internal displacement crisis. Some states even incorporated the principles embodied in this instrument into their national legislation. It has to be noted that The Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement clarify any grey areas that might exist, and address the gaps identified in the existing international legal system. Accordingly, this instrument should be treated as common platform for international community in the efforth of protecting and assisting internally displaced persons throughout the world
