Nowadays, student’s critical thinking skills are considered quite low, even though
this is really needed in 21st century education. This is because learning is still done
classically (lectures), so that students have not been maximized in discover
knowledge and solving problems. This research aims to describe of Critical
Thinking Skills, Guided Discovery Learning (GDL), problem based learning (PBL),
to examine the difference in critical thinking skills with model of Guided Discovery
Learning (GDL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL). The research was conducted
in Public VHS 46 Jakarta. The research method in this study is experimental
method. The design in this study used True Experimental Design with Posttest Only
Control Design. The research data collection techniques was a questionnaire
instrument. Data analysis techniques using the normality test with Liliefors test,
homogeneity test with F-test, and hypothesis test with T-test. he test results of the
analysis requirements stated that the data of both classes were normally
distributed, and the data of both classes were homogeneous. Testing the hypothesis
of this study using SPSS 26 which produces the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.021 or
smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The
conclusion from result of this research, there are differences in critical thinking
skills with Guided Discovery Learning (GDL) amd Problem Based Learning (PBL)
in Basic Accounting Subject of Class X Accounting Student in Public VHS 46
Jakarta, which the GDL model has a bigger effect than the PBL model.

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

paham Wahabi. Banyak kegiatan keagamaan yang mendapat
larangan dari pemerintah karena mereka menganggap hal tersebut
sebagai sesuatu yang bid'ah. Adanya larangan terhadap
peribadatan tersebut disebabkan oleh fanatisme yang berlebih
ulama di Arab Saudi terhadap paham Wahabi.
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kondisi keagamaan di Makkah.
Selain itu juga meneliti mengenai peran yang dilakukan oleh
Sayyid Muhammad al-Maliki dalam membatasi paham Wahabi di
Makkah.
Dalam penyusunan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan metode
penelitian sejarah yang meliputi Heuristik, Kritik, Interpretasi dan
Historiografi. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan
library research (penelitian kepustakaan).
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu keadaan pendidikan dan keagamaan
di Makkah sangat dikuasai oleh sekte Wahabi. Kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah sangat berpengaruh terhadap ruang gerak
kegiatan keagamaan di luar paham Wahabi. Sayyid Muhammad
al-Maliki merupakan salah satu ulama yang berusaha dalam
mempertahankan pluralitas keagamaan di tanah suci Makkah.
Usaha yang dilakukan Sayyid Muhammad al-Maliki adalah
mendirikan Ma'had/Pesantren di kediamannya, mengisi majelis-majelis ilmu di Masjidil Haram, menyusun beragam kitab salah
satunya adalah Mafahim Yajibu an-Tushahhah yang kemudian
menjadi kitab andalannya dalam mempertahankan pluralitas di
Tanah Suci Makkah

No full textKepemimpinan di era modern sangat menyimpang dengan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dimasa nabi Muhammad saw. Banyak contoh kasus tercela yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin pendidikan. Kepemimpinan erat kaitannya dengan dua hal yaitu adanya pengaruh dari seorang pemimpin terhadap anggotannya dan perubahan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kepemimpinan pendidikan mengacu pada adanya pengaruh dan perubahan yang dilakukan disebuah lembaga pendidikan dengan mendidik dan melatih untuk mencapai tujuan dan menjadi manusia seutuhnya. Kepemimpinan pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh nabi Muhammad adalah hal -hal yang tercermin dari perilaku dan ucapannya, yaitu karakter shidiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathonah. Pertama, shidiq yang berarti benar, jujur, dimana rasulullah dalam berperilaku selaku pemimpin selalu mengedepankan jujur dan tidak pernah berbohong. Kedua, karakter amanah, yang berarti benar -benar menyampaikan sesuatu, rosulullah termasuk pemimpin yang menyampaikan risalah secara tanggung jawab dan dapat dipercaya. Ketiga, karakter tabligh, yang mana nabi Muhammad adalah sosok pemimpin yang selalu menyampaikan risalah secara sempurna dan tidak ada yang disembunyikan sesuai dengan amanah yang diberikan. Keempat, karakter fathonah, rosulullah adalah seorang pemimpin yang cerdas. Kecerdasan beliau tercermin dalam mengatasi segala permasalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Peneliti berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi seorang pemimpin dalam bidang pendidikan agar semua penyimpangan dan kasus tercela tersebut tidak terulang lagi di ranah kepemimpinan pendidikan

Guru memiliki peran krusial dalam keberhasilan proses pendidikan, diperlukannya perhatian khusus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam merancang program kegiatan yang tentu saja akan berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas kinerja. Apabila pembuatan program kerja secara asal-asal dapat mengurangi kualitas, diperlukan motivasi guna mendorong seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan. Jenis kelamin berkaitan dengan sejauh mana seorang guru dalam meletakkan perannya, guru pria dan wanita memiliki peran yang sama dalam memajukan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di SDIT Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Pati ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini melibatkan 54 guru, dengan 43 orang wanita dan 11 orang pria.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, peneliti menggunakan instrumen pengukuran, seperti kuesioner atau alat pengukuran lainnya, untuk mengumpulkan data yang dapat diubah menjadi angka - angka, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik koefisien korelasi atau teknik penelitian yang menggambarkan suatu hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi 0,656 dan signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan terdapat korelasi yang kuat dan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di SDIT Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Pati. Sedangkan jenis kelamin tidak memiliki hubungan dalam motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDIT Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Pati.

Teachers have a crucial role in the success of the educational process, special attention is needed to improve the ability to design activity programs which of course will have an impact on improving the quality of performance. If the creation of a work program can reduce the quality of work, motivation is needed to encourage someone to achieve their goals. Gender is related to the extent to which a teacher puts his or her role down, male and female teachers have the same role in advancing education. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SDIT Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Pati reviewed from gender. The study involved 54 teachers, with 43 women and 11 men.
In this study using a quantitative approach, in a quantitative approach, researchers use measurement instruments, such as questionnaires or other measurement tools, to collect data that can be converted into numbers, which are then analyzed using statistical techniques. This study uses a correlation coefficient technique or a research technique that describes a relationship between two or more variables.
The results showed that the correlation coefficient value of 0.656 and significance of 0.000 showed that there was a strong and positive correlation between work motivation and teacher performance at SDIT Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Pati. Meanwhile, gender has no relationship in work motivation to teacher performance at SDIT Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Pati.
