Kinerja mesin sangat berpengaruh dengan penyetelan-penyetelan yang dilakukan oleh manusia (mekanik). Ketika penyetelan masih dilakukan secara mekanik/konvensional, maka akan sangat rawan sekali terjadi salah perhitungan di dalam penyetelan. Kesalahan dalam perhitungan itulah yang akan membuat kinerja mesin akan terganggu. Dalam hal ini, merujuk pada salah satu metode pembelajaran pada mesin transmisi yang juga sering terjadi penyetelan di dalamnya yaitu torque conventer pada transmisi matic. Tujuan saya merancang trainer transmisi otomatis supaya dapat di gunakan sebagai media belajar bagi mahasiswa teknik otomotif dan semoga bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa teknik otomotif. Proses perancangan engine dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan yaitu menghitung dan melakukan desain ulang. Proses perhitungan dilakukan secara manual dengan beberapa literatur yang tersedia sebagai komponen utama pada perhitungan pompa dan turbin torque conventer. Proses desain ulang dilakukan dengan menggunakan software autocad berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dimensi-dimensi pompa dan turbin. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menghasilkan perhitungan dimensi-dimensi pompa dan turbin serta jumlah sudu didapat dari data spesifikasi torque converter dengan putaran mesin 6000 rpm dengan daya maksimum 6000 Hp. Jadi pada perancangan saya, jumlah sudu di pompa dan turbin yang saya gunakan berjumlah 20, sedangkan jumlah sudu pada pompa dan turbin pada toyota vios berjumlah 15. Sehingga daya dan kecepatan pada perancangan saya lebih besar dari pada daya dan kecepatan pada transmisi toyota vios karena jumlah sudu pada perancangan yang saya gunakan lebih banyak. Hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pembelajaran atau referensi dalam menganalisis cara kerja, khususnya pada torque conventer di transmisi matic

This research was conducted to know whether animation videos improve the students' skill in writing procedure text in the ninth grade of IX F class of SMPN 1 Lamasi. The IX F class of 29 students was the subject of this research. The researcher employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the research method. The researcher adopted Kurt Lewins' model design. The researcher and the English teacher at SMPN 1 Lamasi then worked together to conduct this research. The English instructor was an observer, and the researcher was a teacher. The author used animation film to teach procedure writing. This research was carried out using the action research techniques of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research was conducted over four cycles. The results of this research were acquired using observation sheets, interview instructions, and tests. This research revealed an improvement in the students' ability to write procedure language utilizing animation videos. During the previous cycle, the majority of students gradually improved their grades. The English lesson received a Minimum Master Criterion- Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) score of 75. The pre-test means score for the students was 63.51. The post-test I mean score was 74. The post-test II mean score was 80. Furthermore, it was discovered that 62% of students passed the KKM in the first cycle, and 89.65% passed the KKM in the last cycle. This research met the success requirements of 75% of students who passed the KKM. The classroom environment improved during each cycle's teaching and learning process. Furthermore, both the English teacher and the students were enthusiastic about carrying out the deed. As a result, it is possible to conclude that animation movies can increase students' ability to write procedure text.

This reseacrh will reveal how does the form of female author exploitation toward woman, all at once to reveal a track record of the author life. The approach used on this research is receptive approach in litterature. Receptive approach is one of approcah that use teh reader point of view to get some reseach datas. The sources of the research are litterature texts produced by female author on 2000s period and litterature readers that contain woman exploitation by female author on 2000s period. Several litterature that represented delegation of female author has been decided to limit the extent of data source. They are Ayu Utami (Saman), Dewi Lestari (Supernova: Ksatria, Putri, dan Bintang Jatuh), Fira Basuki (Jendela-jendela), dan Djenar Mahesa Ayu (Jangan Main-main (Dengan Kelaminmu)). Based on the result, according to the reader reception, female authors who exploit woman, on average have a way of exposure vulgar story, put?é?á woman life on the hedonic sphere, have a denotative style of language (use a less conotative), so brave to expose female vital organ, and not hesitate to talking about ?óÔé¼?£vagina?óÔé¼Ã”äó and breast. Whereas the conclustion from the author?óÔé¼Ã”äós life track record, those female authors on average are within biologically productive age. About their education, those authors are educated people and have a job in political sector. to hunt down members of al - Qaeda and the Taliban as pafi of the Global War on Terrorism. Controversy arose when
the US action resulted in civilian casualties and destruction of civilian objects , both in Afghanistan and Pakistan , it was
thought that the US had violated international humanitarian law. To figure that out, the author formulate two issues,
first, how the rules of drones as a weapon in armed conflict under international humanitarian law, second, how is the
practice of using drones by the United States in Pakistan and Afghanistan can be categorized as a violation of
international humanitarian law. Research method used in this thesis is a normative research method. This study uses
primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary. The data sources of this research is literature, the internet and study the
document. and then analyzed. From these results known that first. there is no specifrc regulation on drones make
countries have their own interpretation in this regard, particularly the use of drones as a weapon carried by the USSecond,
there must be specific rules regarding the use of drones to be made in detail and clearly, so that there is little
possibility of a gap that could be violated. The I-lS responsible for some cases of drone attacks that eause death to
civilians, the destruction of civilian property, which should not be a military target in armed conflict, as well as the
indiscriminate attack actions which is prohibited by international humanitarian law and the US actions was causing the
prejudical impact to the civilians in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

KAJIAN DESAIN 3D VIRTUAL EXHIBITION RUANG PAMER KARYA DESAIN PRODUK ISTTS

study, shopping, and exhibition activities. Coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, people's lifestyles
have changed. Including in terms of the need for technology, more and more new technologies are
emerging that will be used by the community to support their daily needs. In 2021 virtual events
began to appear and there is a term called metaverse. With the emergence of virtual events and
metaverses, there is a growing opportunity in the MICE business by working on the hybrid event
trend. Seeing this, the author examines the exhibition space for the work of despro students by
utilizing technology in the form of virtual exhibitions with Unreal Engine 5 software. This design
review aims to display the final project work of iSTTS product design students and as an interactive
medium by students and the public. The output of this design is in the form of a 3D virtual exhibition
application based on desktops and mobile apps that have the characteristics of iSTTS, namely
technology-based and iSTTS Product Design with a futuristic theme-style UI/UX. Taking colors
and shapes that represent iSTTS and iSTTS Product Design, which is easy and convenient to
operate by students and the general public online.

KAJIAN SEMANTIK ONOMATOPE BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM NOVEL PERFECT PARTNER KARYA LEA ARMILA
No full textThis study aims to describe the forms and meanings of onomatopoeia found in the novel Perfect Partner by Lea Armelia and to explain their semantic functions within the context of the story. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using the reading and note-taking technique to collect data in the form of onomatopoeic words that appear in the novel’s text. The data were analyzed using the referential equivalent method by considering the contextual meanings and the situations surrounding their use. The results reveal two types of onomatopoeia: those that imitate inanimate sounds and those that imitate sounds occurring in the surrounding environment. The identified sound forms include ting, tok-tok, tut, brak, bruk, tak, bug, and plak. Through the use of these onomatopoeic expressions, the author successfully creates realistic and expressive effects that make readers feel as if they can hear the events directly. Semantically, the onomatopoeia in this novel function as markers of contextual meaning that enrich the aesthetic and linguistic value of the literary work
THE STRUGGLE TO FIND HIS PARENTS IN “AUGUST RUSH” KIRSTEN’S SHERIDAN’S MOVIE: AN INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH

This study is a qualitative study. The object of the study is Kirsten Sheridan’s “August Rush” movie. The data sources are divided into two, namely primary data source and secondary data source. The primary data is the movie itself, “August Rush” by Kirsten Sheridan, and the secondary
data source are the other literatures and virtual references which are relevant to the film. The method of data collection is watching the movie repeatedly, understanding the movie, focusing Evan Taylor’s struggle to
find the joy in his life, listing the event and uses library research by collecting and selecting the appropriate data from many sources. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis. This study attempts to dissect the narrative elements of film into narrative elements and technical elements. The narrative consists of
character and characterization, plot, setting, point of view, theme and casting. Meanwhile, technical elements involve Mise en Scene and sounds. This study will analyze the main character of the story, namely, Evan Taylor or August Rush. It is viewed from psychological aspect. It
refers to the application of the individual psychological theory proposed by Alfred Adler. The theory consists of six basic principles of individual psychology, that are fiction finalism, inferiority feeling, striving for superiority, style of life, social interest, and creative power.
In August Rush, Kirsten Sheridan, creates the major character of the movie namely, Evan Taylor. From the beginning to the end of the movie, he represents Evan as human being who tries to make his life better by struggle. He also shows Evan’s effort finding his parents by learn
music. Sheridan also adds other characters to support the major character to be more vivid. He puts them together with their own background, in a setting, which permits them to support each other. Sheridan creates those characters as the means of expressing what he wants to say and think
although the content of the movie is almost dominated by the major character story in facing his life, but other character have a lot of roles. In this movie Sheridan takes the setting of place, generally in the America, particularly in New York. He also takes the setting of time in
2007. In August Rush, Kirsten Sheridan uses combining point of view.

Because Evan stating the name or personal person and also involved in a
story. The theme of this story is “the dreams will be achieve with strong
faith”.
Evan Taylor has some efforts to get his desire. He uses his faith
that if he could learn to play music he will have a chance to be found by
his parents. His effort is done to gain his goal, his desire is to find and live
with his parents.
August Rush is the reflection of the human trying to get his desire.
The author wants to describe how human beings have many ways making
his dream come true. He also wants to show that human are full of
imagination and desire. It is shown when August has a desire and works
hard in fulfilling it. In this movie, Kirsten Sheridan describes August as a
person who always tries to fulfill his wish by struggling and striving to
make all dreams become true, the psychological aspects can influence the
behavior and personality of the people. It influences them to be more
progressive to achieve their goal of life
Work-Life Balance dan Kinerja Karyawan: Analisis Bibliometrik
No full textBerbagai permasalahan global maupun ekonomi mendorong perkembangan dan perubahan pengaturan kerja, hal tersebut membuat para pekerja mulai mempertimbangkan kondisi kerja yang positif. Work-life balance menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan di perusahaan dengan cara menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Di sisi lain, kinerja karyawan merupakan bentuk positif dari kepuasan kerja yang didapatkan pada work-life balance serta menjadi elemen penting dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara work-life balance dan kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik serta analisis konten sistematis. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari database Scopus sebanyak 177 data publikasi mulai dari tahun 2003 hingga April 2024. Melalui metode analisis bibliometrik menggunakan perangkat lunak pembantu yaitu Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer akan memetakan tren penelitian, kesenjangan, dan thematic map dari penelitian yang telah ada. Selanjutnya analisis konten sistematis mengetahui publikasi dampak work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan terkait dengan metode penelitian, area studi, dan sektor. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif dari work-life balance dan kinerja karyawan di berbagai bidang sektor industri. Analisis scientific performance menguji kinerja publikasi tahunan, sumber, kontribusi negara dan penulis, hingga sitasi. Analisis science mapping menghasilkan tiga kluster co-occurrence, empat kluster ko-sitasi, enam kluster bibliographic coupling, dan 19 kluster thematic map. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat beberapa tema krusial yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih jauh mengenai hubungan work-life balance dan kinerja karyawan. Tema potensial tersebut meliputi kepuasan kerja, dukungan atasan, pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel, kesejahteraan karyawan, pandemi COVID-19, kinerja organisasi, hingga keterlibatan karyawan. Penelitian dapat dikembangkan lebih dalam dengan menambahkan variabel spesifik seperti menggunakan fokus permasalahan pada sektor industri tertentu.

Various global and economic issues encourage the development and change of work arrangements, it makes workers begin to consider positive working conditions. Work-life balance is one of the important aspects in improving employee well-being in the company by maintaining a balance between work and personal life. On the other hand, employee performance is a positive form of job satisfaction obtained in work-life balance and is an important element in developing and increasing organizational productivity. This research analyzes the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance using bibliometric analysis methods and systematic content analysis. The data for this study were obtained from the Scopus database as many as 177 publication data ranging from 2003 to April 2024. Through the bibliometric analysis method using auxiliary software, namely Biblioshiny and VOSviewer, it will map research trends, gaps, and thematic maps from existing research. Furthermore, systematic content analysis determines the publication of the impact of work-life balance on employee performance related to research methods, study areas, and sectors. The findings of this study show a positive relationship of work-life balance and employee performance in various fields of the industrial sector. Scientific performance analysis examines the performance of annual publications, sources, country and author contributions, and citations. Science mapping analysis resulted in three co-occurrence clusters, four co-citation clusters, six bibliographic coupling clusters, and 19 thematic map clusters. The results of this study indicate that there are several crucial themes that have the potential to be further developed regarding the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. These potential themes include job satisfaction, supervisor support, flexible work arrangements, employee well-being, the COVID-19 pandemic, organizational performance, and employee engagement. The research can be developed further by adding specific variables such as using the focus of the problem in certain industrial sectors
Penilaian Kesesuaian Dan Standar Usaha Restoran Berisiko Menengah Rendah Di Dua Tiga Coffee House
Get PDFConformity assessment can be interpreted as an activity to assess whether goods, services, systems, processes, or personnel have met the requirements (National Standardization Agency, 2023). Conformity assessment of business standards is very important to be carried out, in order to minimize the risks that will occur. To regulate conformity assessments, especially to carry out risk management functions, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy issued the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 4/2021 concerning the conformity assessment and standards of low-medium risk restaurant businesses. The purpose of this assessment is (1) to determine the conformity assessment and standards of low-risk restaurant businesses of two three coffee houses, (2) to determine the design of facilities and landscapes in two three coffee houses in accordance with the conformity assessment and standards of low-risk restaurant businesses. This study uses a qualitative method. The primary data source obtained from this study was to provide several questions regarding the management of two three coffee houses. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and purposive sampling. The results of this study are (1) Two three coffee houses do not yet have a Certificate of Hygiene Sanitation as a special requirement for the business, the lack of business facilities such as appropriate work rooms, clean water installations, separate waste management and waste disposal installations. The human resources organizational structure of the two three coffee houses is quite good, only the employees do not wear uniforms that include the logo and the management of the two three coffee houses does not yet have a SOP document for work implementation and business management that has not been documented. (2) For the design and landscape in the two three coffee houses, the author designed one room consisting of an administration room and a manager's room. Other added facilities are women's and men's toilets, two wash basins, organic and non-organic trash bins, a rooftop on the 2nd floor, and several other ornamental plants.Penilaian kesesuaian dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan untuk menilai bahwa barang, jasa, sistem, proses, atau personal telah memenuhi persyaratan (Badan Standardisasi Nasional, 2023). Penilaian kesesuaian standar usaha sangat penting dilakukan, untuk dapat meminimalisir resiko yang akan terjadi. Untuk mengatur penilaian kesesuaian, terutama untuk melaksanakan fungsi manajemen resiko, Kemenparekraf mengeluarkan peraturan menparekraf No 4/2021 tentang penilaian kesesuaian dan standar usaha restoran berisiko menengah rendah. Tujuan penilaian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui penilaian kesesuaian dan standar usaha restoran berisiko rendah dua tiga coffee house, (2) untuk mengetahui desain fasilitas dan lanskap di dua tiga coffee house sesuai dengan penilaian kesesuaian dan standar usaha restoran berisiko rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan beberapa pertanyaan mengenai pengelola tentang dua tiga coffee house. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawacara, observasi dan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Dua tiga coffee house belum memiliki Sertifikat layak hygiene sanitasi sebagai persyaratan khusus usaha, belum tersedianya sarana usaha seperti ruangan pekerja yang sesuai, instalasi air bersih, pengelolaan sampah yang terpisah dan instalasi pembuangan limbah. Struktur organisasi SDM dua tiga coffee house sudah cukp baik hanya saja karyawan tidak memakai seragam yang mencantumkan logo serta pengelolaan usaha dua tiga coffee house belum memiliki dokumen SOP pelaksanaan kerja dan pengelolaan usaha yang belum terdokumentasikan. (2) Untuk desain dan lanskap di dua tiga coffee house penulis merancangkan satu ruangan yang terdiri atas ruangan administrasi dan ruangan manager. Fasilitas yang ditambahkan lainnya adalah toilet wanita dan pria, dua wastapel, tempat sampah organic dan non organic, rooftop di lantai 2, dan beberapa tamanan hias lainnya
