MANAJEMEN EKSTRAKURIKULER GERAKAN PRAMUKA DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER KEPEMIMPINAN SISWA DI MADRASAH ALIYAH
Extracurricular management of the Scout Movement in developing student leadership character is part of education in madrasah, which also supports the goals of national education to develop student character. The purpose of this research is to explain how the extracurricular Scout Movement is managed in its role in developing student leadership character at Madrasah Aliyah Riyadhul Jannah Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the extracurricular management of the Scout Movement that is applied uses four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, which in its application continues to be maximized. The implementation of the extracurricular scout movement is carried out by coaching and habituation, the results of which have an impact on students to be able to apply it in their daily lives. activities carried out include routine training which includes a buffer system, marching, basic leadership training, wandering and so on, so that students are able to dare to appear in public, lead and work well in teams, and have better ethics and manners, and from these scouting activities directly or indirectly the leadership character of students can develop well
PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH
Student learning outcomes are a set of abilities found in students after following the learning process. This study aims to determine the role of madrasah head leadership on student learning outcomes in Wonogiri Regency Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The leadership of madrasah principals is a key factor in creating a conducive learning environment and improving the quality of education. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The survey method is a method that has the aim of taking a large amount of data by taking a sample of the population using a questionnaire, where the questionnaire was distributed to 94 teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Wuryantoro District Wonogiri Regency. Data analysis was conducted using a single regression test and SPSS software. The results showed that the leadership of madrasah principals has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. The majority of respondents rated the leadership of madrasah principals in the high category, with an average score of 80.46, while student learning outcomes were also in the high category with an average score of 63.80. Thus, this study confirms that the leadership of madrasah principals has a strategic role in improving student learning outcomes

Transformation learning has a crucial role for both educators, support staff, learners and other related parties in creating a participatory and inclusive education environment. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, as well as literature studies on journals and related research. The research period lasted from August to October 2024. STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT BASED ON LONGITUDINAL ACHIEVEMENT
Quality education will be realized if the school implements the correct strategic management. Satisfying performance improvements are not only related to input and output aspects but also more important process aspects, namely, the teaching and learning process, monitoring and evaluation process, considering that the teaching and learning process has reached the highest level of importance compared to other processes. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School has made significant progress. The management procedure goes according to a well-organized plan, in which management should start with effective and efficient Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) to realize an increase in a good performance at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School. In this study, researchers attempted to analyze, understand, and describe the strategic management carried out at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools over a certain period (longitudinal achievement)
MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SD NEGERI 4 TULUNG SELAPAN KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
Education is essential for creating high-quality human resources. It is essential for everyone to maximize their potential and compete in the ever-changing dynamics of globalization. Education is very important to face the challenges and changes of the times that continue. The objectives of this study: 1) Describing the planning of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency; 2) Describing the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency; 3) Describing the evaluation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of research data, Principal and Teacher of SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan totaling 3 teachers. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study that: 1) The planning of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has been well implemented; 2) The implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has been carried out properly; 3) Evaluation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 4 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is well implemented
MANAJEMEN PENGGUNAAN METODE TAHFIZ AL-QUR’AN DI PESANTREN BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN ISLAM TERPADU
The modernization of the pesantren education system, especially in the form of integrated pesantren, has brought new dynamics in the management of the Qur'an memorization program. This study aims to analyze the management of the use of the Qur'an tahfiz method in integrated Islamic education-based pesantren, focusing on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the tahfiz program. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method at Al-Hikmah Integrated Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with pesantren administrators, tahfiz teachers, and students, as well as analysis of tahfiz program documentation. The results showed that effective tahfiz method management includes: systematic planning with gradual memorization targets and structured schedules, implementation of combination methods including talaqqi, tasmi', muroja'ah, and modern technology-based methods, periodic evaluation systems through weekly and monthly memorization exams, and continuous motivation coaching through mentoring programs. This research contributes to the development of a tahfiz management model that integrates classical methods with digital technology and adaptive learning according to the ability of students. This model offers a practical solution for pesantren in optimizing the Qur'an memorization program in the contemporary era, and supports the creation of a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process
KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINDAKLANJUTI PERUBAHAN KURIKULUM DI SMP NEGERI 4 PALOPO
This study aims to determine the form of managerial competence of school principals in following up curriculum changes at SMP Negeri 4 Palopo; To find out the managerial steps of school principals in following up curriculum changes at SMP Negeri 4 Palopo. The type of research used is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were principals and teachers. The research data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation with data analysis using processing/organizing raw materials, sorting data based on the results of rewriting, coding data according to the characteristics of the information, analytically extracting data coherence, identifying meaningful relationships between data with one another, transposing data in the form of charts, describing meaning and rewriting about the explanation of meaning. The results of this study explain that the form of managerial competence of principals at SMP Negeri 4 Palopo in following up curriculum changes is reflected in the application of data-based planning, collaboration through learning communities, and the use of technology such as e-performance systems and ARKAS applications to support transparency and data-based evaluation. Managerial steps that include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising are carried out with reflective, collaborative, and transformational approaches to empower teachers and ensure readiness for the Merdeka Curriculum
MENGANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SEUMUR HIDUP DI ERA DIGITAL: TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG
This study examines the integration of digital technology in learning and the professional development of teachers in the digital era at the elementary school level. The digital transformation requires teachers to master digital competencies in order to deliver interactive and innovative instruction. The study is motivated by various challenges, including limited formal training, inadequate digital infrastructure, and the differing instructional needs between lower and upper elementary levels. A review of literature supports that enhancing digital literacy through TPACK models and intensive training approaches is an effective strategy to improve teaching quality. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with two teachers (from a first-grade class and a fifth-grade class) and current literature studies. Content and thematic analysis were employed to identify key issues regarding technological integration and professional development strategies. The results reveal that limited formal training and digital infrastructure adversely affect the teaching process, while participation in workshops and peer collaboration enhances teachers’ digital competencies. These findings provide strategic recommendations for schools and education authorities to develop continuous training programs tailored to the specific needs of each educational level
PERAN PEMETAAN DAN PENETAPAN STAKEHOLDER SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIFITAS MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DI SMAN 13 MUARO JAMBI
Stakeholder mapping is the process of identifying, analyzing and visualizing all parties involved in a project or activity, including in an educational context. With proper mapping, schools can understand the roles, interests, influences, and expectations of each stakeholder. This study aims to describe the implementation of stakeholder mapping at SMAN 13 Muaro Jambi as a strategy to improve the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research methods. The results showed that the school has implemented stakeholder mapping formally, systematically, and continuously with an analytical approach through the use of Power-Interest Grid. SMAN 13 Muaro Jambi applied a comprehensive and participatory approach in mapping stakeholders. Stakeholders are classified based on their level of influence and importance to school policies and operations. This research confirms the importance of inter-stakeholder synergy in creating an inclusive, adaptive and competitive education ecosystem. Thus, stakeholder mapping is not only a managerial instrument but also a transformational strategy in achieving holistic and sustainable education
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGATASI AMNESIA DIGITAL PADA SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH
This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on students’ ability to overcome digital amnesia at Madrasah Aliyah in Sumbawa Barat. Using a quantitative correlational approach, the research involved a purposive sample of 40 students. The independent variable (X) is transformational leadership, measured through four indicators: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The dependent variable (Y) is the ability to overcome digital amnesia, assessed through indicators including technology dependency, memory ability, concentration, and deep learning. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression via the JASP software. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on students’ ability to cope with digital amnesia. This finding highlights the critical role of teachers' leadership in fostering independent learning and cognitive resilience in the digital era. The study recommends expanding the research to include more diverse schools and suggests a qualitative approach for deeper exploration in future research
