PROBLEMATIKA MANAJEMEN KELEMBAGAAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI INDONESIA
This article describes various issues that have not been resolved in the context of setting up an Islamic educational institution, especially in Indonesia. Islamic education management as a branch of management is very important to be an instrument in the process of Islamic education institutions. It plays an important role for Muslim scientists, scholars and government as the best and ethical learners. In this country, Islamic education expeditions have gone through various trajectories of time, starting from before the independence to the modern era. Through the trajectory of time that has passed, there are various educational institutions that cover Islamic religious education. This study uses a qualitative approach. Therefore, in the data analysis, literature studies were carried out from various sources, both articles from international and national journals as well as research books relevant to this research issue. In the course of Islamic education experienced various obstacles and trials from various elements. The problems of management and institutions of Islamic education in Indonesia. The importance of knowledge in life so that it is necessary for every human being to be sensitive to various issues, especially in the world of education and Islamic education. This is done so that education in Indonesia can continue to improve in the future
PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF: KAJIAN LITERATUR TERHADAP DUKUNGAN DANA BAGI ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS (ABK)
This article aims to examine the practices of inclusive education financing based on national and international literature, with a focus on how funding systems can be responsive to the needs of children with special needs (ABK) and support the development of a more equitable and inclusive education system. The study employs a literature review approach using a descriptive-qualitative method. Sources analyzed include scholarly journals, national policy documents such as UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 and Permendiknas No. 70 Tahun 2009, as well as reports from international institutions. Content analysis techniques were used to explore financing models, implementation challenges, and best practices in inclusive education. The review reveals that countries like Australia and Finland have adopted funding models based on individual student needs and tiered support systems. In Indonesia, inclusive education financing heavily relies on the General Operational Assistance Fund (Dana BOS), which does not adequately account for the specific needs of ABK. Additional challenges include limited teacher training, disparities in regional funding allocations, and the absence of technical regulations for inclusive spending. This article highlights the importance of responsive, flexible, and needs-based funding approaches as a foundation for inclusive education reform
ANALISIS KESENJANGAN PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN DI INDONESIA: STUDI LITERATUR TERHADAP PERBEDAAN AKSES DAN KUALITAS ANTARA SEKOLAH NEGERI DAN SWASTA DI DAERAH PERKOTAAN DAN PEDESAAN
This study aims to identify and analyze the education financing gap in Indonesia, particularly between public and private schools, as well as between urban and rural areas. The objective is to examine how funding disparities affect the quality and accessibility of basic and secondary education services. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through a literature review method. The analysis focused on identifying patterns of inequality in funding allocation and its implications for educational quality. The study reveals significant disparities in education funding. Public schools in urban areas benefit from more stable and substantial funding through the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program, whereas private schools in rural areas rely heavily on community contributions with limited purchasing power. These funding gaps directly impact the availability of learning facilities, teacher quality, and student academic outcomes, further exacerbating long-term social inequality. This study offers a comprehensive and up-to-date synthesis of the structural disparities in Indonesian education financing. Its novelty lies in the analytical integration of BOS data, student performance indices, cross-subsidy models between regions, and the strategic role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in education—elements rarely examined collectively in previous literature
PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP MUTU LULUSAN DI SMPN SE-KECAMATAN AWANGPONE KABUPATEN BONE
This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource management on the quality of graduates in junior high schools in Awangpone District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research used is ex post facto research by applying descriptive quantitative analysis to describe the real conditions in several junior high schools in Awangpone District, Bone Regency. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely educators. The sampling technique used was the Proportionate Stratafied Random Sampling technique which is part of Probability Sampling. The population in this sample was 76 people, therefore the sample of this study was 76 educators. The results of the study showed that Human Resource Management (X) has a significant influence on the quality of graduates (Y). The resulting equation is Y = 7.823 + 0.141 + 0.238, with a constant value of 7.823 and a coefficient for Human Resource Management (X) of 0.238. The results of the significance test show that the t-value for Human Resource Management (X) is 2.032 with a significance value of 0.046, which is smaller than the significance level (α) of 0.05. This indicates a significant influence between human resource management and graduate quality
KEPEMIMPINAN DAN CAPACITY BUILDING DALAM KONSTRUKSI PENINGKATAN MUTU MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA
This study aims to analyze the role of leadership and capacity building strategies in the construction of improving the quality of madrasas in Madrasah Aliyah Private (MAS) Patra Mandiri Palembang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design, which focuses on the leadership practices of madrasah heads, strengthening the capacity of human resources, and the implementation of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI). Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed with the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results of the study show that madrasah heads play the role of transformational leaders who combine Islamic values with modern management principles, building a reflective, collaborative, and quality-oriented culture. The capacity building strategy is implemented through continuous training, reflective supervision, and the formation of a professional learning community, which collectively strengthens the professionalism of teachers and the madrasah work climate. This finding confirms that the synergy between value-based leadership and capacity building is the main foundation in realizing the quality of religious, adaptive, and competitive madrasas. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic education management as well as practical implications for policy makers in designing sustainable and contextual quality improvement models
PENGARUH FOMO DAN FINANCIAL INFLUENCER DI MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI CRYPTOCURRENCY GENERASI Z DENGAN LITERASI KRIPTO SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
This study is motivated by the growing interest of Generation Z in cryptocurrency investment, which is influenced by emotional and social factors in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and financial influencers on cryptocurrency investment decisions, as well as to analyze the moderating role of crypto literacy. This research employs a quantitative associative approach. The population consists of 15,483 students from the University of Trunojoyo Madura (cohorts 2022–2025), with a sample of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS 4.1.1.5. The results show that FoMO and financial influencers have a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decisions, while crypto literacy has a negative and significant effect. Moreover, crypto literacy negatively moderates the relationship between FoMO and financial influencers on investment decisions. This indicates that the higher an individual's level of crypto literacy, the weaker the emotional and social influence on their investment decision-making
PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA (SPEAKING) BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 1 RANAH PESISIR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN GAMBAR
Speaking skills are one of the keys to a smooth life. Through speaking, people can quickly obtain the information they need, both near and far. These skills include reading, listening, speaking, and writing. This research aims to improve the quality of English learning at SMPN 1 Ranah Pesisir, especially students' speaking skills. This classroom action research is a comparative descriptive research, which describes the comparison of the learning process in the initial conditions, actions, and final conditions after the actions. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II. The difference between the two cycles lies in the theme of the pictures used according to the learning material. The results of the study indicate that the use of picture media can improve students' ability to speak English. Interesting picture media also motivates students in class learning, students become interested in speaking English with their partners. They are not afraid to make mistakes in speaking English, and this makes them braver to speak in front of other friends or in front of the class. Of course, this is very positive in growing their confidence in mastering English speaking skills
SISTEMATIK REVIEW: KONTRIBUSI SISTEM MANAJEMEN DOKUMEN ELEKTRONIK TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN PENGETAHUAN DALAM ORGANISASI
This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the contribution of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to the effectiveness of knowledge management (KM) through a systematic review of scientific literature. The reviewed literature includes publications from 2019–2025 sourced from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and DOAJ, using inclusion criteria of articles written in Indonesian or English, published in peer-reviewed journals, and relevant to the research topic. The search process was conducted using targeted keywords combined with Boolean operators, while the literature analysis employed a narrative synthesis approach and thematic analysis to identify patterns, contradictions, and research gaps. The findings indicate that EDMS functions not only as a digital repository but also supports processes such as knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, knowledge reuse, and organizational learning through features like metadata, versioning, audit trail, real-time editing, and integration with intelligent technologies such as AI, OCR, and machine learning. The effectiveness of EDMS is influenced by user readiness, digital competence, knowledge-sharing culture, leadership, system integration, and information security management. Strategically, EDMS accelerates information access, reduces data duplication, strengthens knowledge-based decision-making, fosters innovation, and builds knowledge culture and organizational learning
IMPLEMENTASI TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DALAM MEMBANGUN BUDAYA LITERASI DIGITAL GURU DI SMP PGRI KECAMATAN PONDOK LABU JAKARTA SELATAN
Digital transformation in the educational context requires teachers to possess adequate digital literacy competencies to integrate technology into learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital transformation in building a digital literacy culture among teachers at SMP PGRI, Pondok Labu District, South Jakarta. The research approach used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the digital transformation process has been ongoing but is not yet optimal. Teachers still experience obstacles in the use of digital devices, utilization of learning platforms, and consistency in implementing digital literacy practices. The main inhibiting factors include limited training, unstable network infrastructure, and low teacher confidence in using technology. Nevertheless, the school is committed to providing technological facilities and encouraging a shift in work culture towards a digital-based learning environment. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous training, technological assistance, and the provision of adequate infrastructure to accelerate teachers' digital literacy culture comprehensively
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN CHATGPT, LITERASI DIGITAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP SELF-REGULATED LEARNING MAHASISWA ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN
Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of ChatGPT use, digital literacy, and learning motivation on self-regulated learning (SRL) among students of the Educational Administration Study Program, Jambi University. Methods: This quantitative research employed a survey approach with a total of 188 active students from the Educational Administration Study Program in the 2022–2025 academic year, selected using a simple random sampling technique based on Slovin’s formula with a 5% error rate. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0 software. Results: The findings showed that: (1) ChatGPT use had no significant effect on self-regulated learning (p = 0.507; T = 0.664 < 1.96), (2) digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on self-regulated learning (p = 0.000; T = 4.392 > 1.96), and (3) learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on self-regulated learning (p = 0.020; T = 2.326 > 1.96). Simultaneously, ChatGPT use, digital literacy, and learning motivation influenced self-regulated learning with an R² value of 0.363, indicating a moderate category
