    INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika politik dan hegemoni kekuasaan yang dilakukan oleh dinasti H. Oting dalam Pilkada di Sukabumi. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah kemenangan H. Marwan Hamami sebagai Bupati Sukabumi dan H. Andri Setiawan Hamami sebagai Wakil Walikota Sukabumi, serta peran keluarga H. Oting dalam proses politik tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuasaan politik di Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh warisan politik dan jaringan kekuasaan yang dibangun oleh H. Oting. Meskipun H. Oting tidak terlibat langsung dalam proses perebutan kekuasaan, kontribusi ekonominya melalui warisan yang ditinggalkan sangat signifikan dalam menunjang kampanye politik anak cucunya. Selain itu, dukungan masyarakat terhadap Marwan dan Andri tidak hanya didasarkan pada faktor dinasti politik, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh persepsi positif terhadap kinerja mereka dan jaringan sosial yang kuat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dinasti politik di Sukabumi tidak hanya merupakan hasil dari dominasi kekuasaan keluarga, tetapi juga refleksi dari dinamika sosial dan politik lokal yang kompleks. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan pendidikan politik masyarakat Sukabumi untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai dinamika politik dan partisipasi yang lebih aktif dalam proses demokrasi ENGLISH: This study aims to analyze the political dynamics and power hegemony exercised by the H. Oting dynasty in the local elections (Pilkada) in Sukabumi. The main focus of this research is the victory of H. Marwan Hamami as the Regent of Sukabumi and H. Andri Setiawan Hamami as the Deputy Mayor of Sukabumi, as well as the role of the H. Oting family in this political process. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that political power in Sukabumi is influenced by the political legacy and power network established by H. Oting. Although H. Oting was not directly involved in the power struggle, his economic contributions through the legacy left behind were significant in supporting the political campaigns of his descendants. Additionally, public support for Marwan and Andri was not solely based on the factor of political dynasty, but also influenced by positive perceptions of their performance and strong social networks. This study concludes that the political dynasty in Sukabumi is not only the result of family power domination but also a reflection of the complex local social and political dynamics. Recommendations provided in this study include enhancing political education for the people of Sukabumi to gain a deeper understanding of political dynamics and more active participation in the democratic process

Tafsīr Hidāyat al Insān bi Tafsīr al-Qur`ān written by Abu Marwan bin Musa is one of the products of contemporary interpretation, as is the case in 21. The book of Tafsīr Hidāyat al Insān bi Tafsīr al-Qur`ān uses the ittijāh al-salafī paradigm to interpret verses Quran verses. In this study, the author examines the method of interpretation of Abu Marwan bin Musa in the book "Tafsīr Hidāyat al Insān bi Tafsīr al-Qur'ān" and evaluates the book.     Scheduling is a one of the most complicated periodically problem that often meet difficulties especially at schools and universitiesall around the world. Many factors may influence the scheduling management. One of them is allocation among the teachers, lessons and classrooms with other teachers, lessons and classrooms in one periodic of time. Therefore, this research will focus on how to create a schedulings model by usingcoloring graph technique and algorithm of bee colony, which the vertex represents lesson that is needed to be scheduled, edge represents a pairing in teachings time which may have aconflict and color in the vertex represents aperiodic of time, whenever the lessons are scheduled. If there are 2 vertex v and w which is connected by an edge vw, so these two vertexs must be colored with different color. The sum of the minimum color which is needed for coloring a graph named cromatic number of G or notated as X(G). A graph with the exact coloring vertex will colora pair of vertex which is connected by an edge with different color. Pairing vertex which is not connected by the edge can use two same colors or different ones. One of the metaheuristic algorithm is bee colony which used to have the function of coloring graph so that the model can create an optimum result of teachers scheduling in order to proceed a better process in teaching.Penjadwalan merupakan salah satu masalah periodik yang rumit dan sering mengalami kesulitan khususnya disetiap sekolah dan universitas yang terdapat diseluruh dunia. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi penyusunan penjadwalan. Salah satu diantaranya adalah pengalokasian mata pelajaran dengan guru dan ruangan kelas sering mengalami benturan dengan jadwal mata pelajaran, guru dan ruangan kelas yang lain dalam satu periode jadwal sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada masalah bagaimana memodelkan penjadwalan menggunakan teknik pewarnaan graph dengan algoritma bee colonydimana vertex merepresentasikanmata pelajaran yang akan dijadwalkan, edge merepresentasikan pasangan jam mengajaryang bisa menimbulkan konflik dan warna pada vertex merepresentasikan periode waktu kapan pelajaran tersebut dijadwalkan.     The so-called group writing or syllabic orthography is a special orthography used in Egyptian hieroglyphic texts starting from the New Kingdom/Late Bronze Age. The nature and function of this orthography, especially the way it notates vowels, has been a topic of debate for more than a century, without any consensus being reached. In this book, Marwan Kilani presents a new interpretative model that provides a fresh explanation of how the syllabic orthography notates vowels. The author starts from a critical reanalysis of previous suggestions and from a thorough reassessment of the evidence. He then infers the functioning of the system by comparing the group writing spelling of Late Egyptian words surviving in Coptic with the reconstructions of their vocalizations. This approach leads to the recognition of a system that not only coherently explains all the spellings attested in the corpus, but which also produces interpretations of the spellings in group writing that agree with current reconstructions of the Egyptian vocalization. This study aims to determine the level of road performance caused by road body parking activities based on indicators of road service levels, and analyze the effect of vehicle parking activities on the sirao road on the capacity of the road sections. This research is a quantitative study and the methodology used in this study is a literature review, conducting a preliminary survey to determine the situation in the field and determining the appropriate survey time, conducting field surveys in order to obtain primary data, including: traffic volume surveys, namely by carrying out calculations vehicles manually ( with a hand counter) and vehicle travel time surveys, as well as analyzing and processing data from field surveys results. From the results that are known after evaluating the types of parking that are suitable for the sirao road are parking angle of 45o with a capacity of 2543,64 pcu/ hour, degree of saturation of 0.88 % so that it can be known LOS namely E whish is where the current is stable but the speed and motion the vehicle is controlled by the driver and is limited in choosing the speed. The conclusion of this study is seen on the streets of sirao because there are changes caused by the types of parking with indicators of the level of road service

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja jalan akibat aktivitas parkir badan jalan berdasarkan indikator tingkat pelayanan jalan, dan menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas parkir kendaraan di jalan sirao terhadap kapasitas ruas jalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk mengetahui situasi di lapangan dan menentukan waktu survey yang tepat, melakukan survey lapangan untuk mendapatkan data primer, diantaranya: volume lalu lintas survey yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungan kendaraan secara manual (dengan hand counter) dan survey waktu tempuh kendaraan, serta menganalisa dan mengolah data dari hasil survey lapangan. Dari hasil yang diketahui setelah dilakukan evaluasi jenis parkir yang sesuai untuk jalan sirao adalah sudut parkir 45o dengan kapasitas 2543,64 smp / jam, derajat kejenuhan 0,88% sehingga dapat diketahui LOS yaitu E dimana arusnya stabil tetapi kecepatan dan gerak kendaraan dikendalikan oleh pengemudi dan dibatasi dalam memilih kecepatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terlihat pada ruas jalan sirao karena adanya perubahan yang disebabkan oleh jenis parkir dengan indikator tingkat pelayanan jalan
