Lembaga keuangan syariah, termasuk BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil), terus berkembang seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam. BMT Hasanah Ponorogo merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui berbagai produk simpanan dan pembiayaan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menjaga kepercayaan nasabah dan memastikan stabilitas keuangan yang berkelanjutan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian field research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjelaskan penerapan manajemen risiko untuk mewujudkan pembiayaan yang sehat. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan manajemen risiko dan mitigasi perbaikan manajemen risiko di BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan informasi yang dilakukan bersumber dari data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan di BMT Hasanah Ponorogo sudah baik sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, yaitu melalui proses identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan, dan pengendalian risiko; 2) Penerapan mitigasi risiko di BMT Hasanah sudah diterapkan dengan baik sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, dengan menggunakan prinsip 5C (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economy), namun penerapan masih kurang maksimal pada prinsip Charakter dan Collateral

Perkembangan usaha peternakan unggas di Indonesia saat ini semakin pesat dan memberikan kontribusi besar. Unggas khusunya ayam kampung merupakan salah satu komoditi ternak ayam yang banyak diminati oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat pada sektor bisnis yang menjual daging ayam olahan seperti caf??, restoran dan rumah makan semi memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Rumah makan ayam bakar wong solo cabang Makassar merupakan salah satu rumah makan yang menyajikan menu ayam bakar. Fenomena yang terjadi di rumah makan ayam bakr wong solo cabang Makassar yakni semakin hari pengunjung yang datang berbelanja semakin berkurang hal tersebut disebabkan karena tingginya persaingan dengan banyaknya rumah makan sejenis yang semakin menjamur yang juga menyajikan ayam kampung yang diolah menjadi ayam bakar sebagai menu utamanya sehingga konsumen menjadi tersebar hal ini kemungkinan diakibatkan karena kinerja rumah makan dalam memberikan pelayanan maupunharga yang relative mahal menjadi pertimbangan bagi pelanggan sehingga beralih dengan memilih rumah makan lain dalam memeuhi kebutuhan mereka terhadap makanan khususnya ayam bakar. Pelanggan sangat berperan besar dalam menilai kinerja rantai pasok rumah makan dalam memberikan kepuasan dalam menyediakan pesanan ayam bakar yang pelanggan butuhkan berdasarkan uraian dan permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan maka dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul ???penilaian pelanggan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok rumah makan yama bakar wong solo cabang Makassar???. \ud
Tujuan penelitian ini diadakan adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penilaian pelanggan terhadap kinerja rumah makan ayam bakar wong solo cabang Makassar. \ud
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan januari sampai dengan bulan februari 2012 bertempat di rumah makan ayam bakar wong solo cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dengan menjelaskan bagaimana penilaian pelanggan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok rumah makan dengan indicator penilaian fleksibilitas, kualitas makanan, responsifitas dan efisiensi biaya (harga) yang digambarkan dengan menggunakan table frekuensi yang diujikan terhadap 100 orang pelanggan dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan sensus. Konsep operasional dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja rantai pasok rumah makan, fleksibilitas, kualitas makanan, responsive, efisiensi biaya (harga) dan pelanggan. \ud
Hasil yang diperoleh dilapangan setelah diadakan pengolahan data bahwa indikator fle3ksibilitas, kualitas makanan, dan responsive berada pada kategori tinggi yang berarti kinerja rantai pasok rumah makan memilki kinerja yang baik, sedangkan indikator terakhir yakni efisiensi biaya (harga) yang disesuaikan dengan daya beli pelanggan dinilai oleh pelanggan kurang sesuai hal ini diakibatkan karena harga ayam kampung relative mahal dan stabil sehingga cenderung menyebabkan pelanggan beralih kerumah makan lain yang menyediakan produk serupa yakni ayam bakar

The determination of production costs in this research uses job order costing method and costs accumulation uses full costing method. The author uses comparison method in doing this research which compare between the determination of production costs based on accounting principal in general and the determination of production costs doing by Batik Dewi Sri Sarjono. The conclusion of this research is Batik Dewi Sri Sarjono does not calculate the labour costs and factory overhead costs in detail. The author finds unfavorable difference that reduce profit margins which have been set. The results of this research is to give some suggestions for Batik Dewi Sri Sarjono in order to obtain optimal profits

IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SEKOLAH

This study aims to determine the effect of contextual learning on the learning achievement of class IV students in civic education subjects at SDN Karang Anyar 01 Bangkalan. To find out the hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted and rejected. So the author uses data analysis with the t-test in the Paired Sample t-Test category, namely the t test used to determine whether or not there are differences in the mean between the two groups of pairs in pairs (related). The conclusion of the results of this study is "There is the effect of contextual learning on the learning achievement of class IV students in civic education subjects in SDN Karang Anyar 01 Bangkalan". Which shows t-count obtained at 9.0992. With a significant level of 5% it is worth 1,993. In other words, the price of t count is greater than t table that is 9,0992 > 1,993 so automatically, the alternate hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected

This study aims to find out the actions and efforts of Dewi Sartika in improving the quality of education, especially for women. It can be said that the position of a woman as a potential housewife requires honing knowledge, skills, and additional work as expected by the figure of Dewi Sartika. The problem is that nowadays there are still prospective housewives who only have certain skills. And for work and other aspects it is still considered lacking. So this needs to be improved, especially for prospective housewives, namely in the aspects of education and skills. In this problem, the author uses qualitative methods in searching related data. The data taken can be in the form of relevant journals and books. The approach applied by Dewi Sartika in solving these problems is the strategic management approach which is supported by David Hanger's theory. Meanwhile, according to Dewi Sartika, women must be able to do everything in their lives, including serving their husbands, educating children, aspects of work, and so on.
The attitude of persistence and fortitude possessed by Dewi Sartika in the world of education should be an example for us. As for the secluded book owned by Dewi Sartika entitled "Kaoetamaan Wife" in which the book contains Raden Dewi Sartika's concern for a woman written in Sundanese. Therefore it is important for the writer to know Dewi Sartika's thoughts in order to improve education for women. So that women can be very sensitive to Islamic education which will be used in the household so that these women can have Islamic education that is so supportive for their children and their families who are equal, so that it will not change the obligation of women to respect men as housewives. ladder in the family.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sepak terjang dan usaha Dewi Sartika dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khususnya bagi kaum wanita. Bisa dikatakan kedudukan seorang wanita sebagai calon ibu rumah tangga yang dimana perlu dibutuhkan sebuah asah pengetahuan, ketrampilan, serta pekerjaan tambahan seperti apa yang diharapkan oleh tokoh Dewi Sartika. Permasalahannya yaitu pada masa kini masih dijumpai calon ibu rumah tangga yang hanya memiliki keahlian tertentu. Dan untuk pekerjaan maupun aspek lainnya masih dinilai kurang. Maka hal ini perlu untuk ditingkatkan khususnya bagi calon ibu rumah tangga yaitu dalam aspek pendidikan maupun ketrampilan. Dalam permasalahan ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam pencarian data terkait. Data yang diambil bisa berupa jurnal, dan buku yang relevan. Adapun pendekatan yang diterapkan oleh Dewi Sartika dalam memecahkan permasalahan tersebut yaitu pendekatan manajemen strategik yang didukung oleh teori David Hanger. Adapun menurut Dewi Sartika bahwa wanita harus bisa melakukan segala hal dalam kehidupannya diantaranya melayani suami, mendidik anak, aspek pekerjaan, dan sebagainya.
Sikap kegigihan dan ketabahan yang dimiliki oleh Dewi Sartika dalam dunia pendidikan patut kita teladani. Adapun seklumit buku yang dimiliki oleh Dewi Sartika yang berjudul” Kaoetamaan Istri” yang dimana buku tersebut berisi kepedulian Raden Dewi Sartika terhadap seorang perempuan yang ditulis dalam bahasa Sunda. Maka dari itu penting bagi penulis untuk mengetahui pemikiran Dewi Sartika guna meningkatkan pendidikan bagi perempuan. Agar para kaum wanita bisa sangat peka terhadap pendidikan Islam yang akan digunakan dalam berumah tangga untuk menjadikan wanita tersebut bisa memiliki pendidikan Islam yang begitu mendukung untuk anaknya dan keluarganya yang sederajat, sehingga tidak akan mengubah kewajiban para kaum wanita untuk menghormati para kaum lelaki sebagai ibu berumah tangga dalam keluarga.
