No full textPegawai institusi Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I diindikasikan mengalami stres kerja, walaupun tingkat stres kerja yang dialami pegawai termasuk kedalam kategori rendah. Stres kerja pegawai terjadi karena disebabkan oleh peran kepemimpinan yang dinilai kurang maksimal dalam mengelola tenaga kerja yang
ada yang berada dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan institusi Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I, bagaimana tingkat stres kerja pegawai, dan bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja pegawai di institusi Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar keseluruh pegawai institusi Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I yang berjumlah 125 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability. Untuk menjelaskan hasil dari penelitian digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana
dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan tergolong kuat dan tingkat stres kerja pegawai tergolong rendah. Sehingga, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap stres kerja pegawai di institusi Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I. Pimpinan hendaknya selalu memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai dan lebih sering lagi untuk melibatkan dan mendengar ide maupun saran yang disalurkan oleh pegawai terkait peningkatan dalam pekerjaan. Pimpinan hendaknya memberikan perhatian lebih kepada pegawai, guna mengurangi stres kerja pada pegawai.

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor XYZ dibidang perpajakan yang berlokasi di Bandung, dengan total responden sebanyak 125 pegawai yang berasal dari seluruh divisi. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability karena melibatkan seluruh responden. Pada penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan hasil dari penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara manual dengan total tiga puluh butir pernyataan kepada pegawai Kantor XYZ. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan pada penelitian menggunakan skala likert lima titik. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap stres kerja di Kantor XYZ. Artinya, ketika kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di suatu organisasi semakin kuat, maka akan menurunkan atau mengurangi tingkat stres kerja pegawai. No full textBakalářská práce na téma Porovnání inscenací Kouzelné flétny s přihlédnutím na své účinkování se soustředí na komparativní analýzu dvou různých zpracování Kouzelné flétny v režii Davida Radoka a Vladimíra Morávka ve Stavovském divadle v Praze. Práce představuje skladatele Wolfganga Amadea Mozarta, jeho život a dílo, dále pak libretistu Emanuela Schikanedera a okolnosti vzniku opery, a nakonec vlastní komparaci inscenací. Nejprve je vedle sebe postaveno celkové pojetí inscenací, poté jednotlivé divadelní složky – scéna, kostýmy, hudební nastudování, jazyk, taneční soubor a práce s režiséry. Přínosem je v první řadě skutečnost, že analýza tohoto rozsahu dosud nebyla provedena, ale také osobní angažovanost autorky, která vystupovala v obou inscenacích a může tak nabídnout cenné zkušenosti obohacené o osobní výpověď dirigentů a ostatních účinkujících.The bachelor thesis on Comparison of productions of The Magic Flute with regard to author´s performance focuses on a comparative analysis of two different adaptations of The Magic Flute directed by David Radok and Vladimír Morávek at the Estates Theatre in Prague. The thesis introduces the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, his life and work, then the librettist Emanuel Schikaneder and the circumstances of the opera's creation, and finally the actual comparison of the productions. Firstly the overall concept of the productions is juxtaposed, then the individual theatrical components – scene, costumes, musical staging, language, dance ensemble and work with the directors. The contribution is firstly the fact that an analysis on this scale has not been made before, and secondly the personal involvement of the author, who has performed in both productions and can thus offer valuable experience enriched by the personal testimony of the conductors and other performers.

Ve své práci se zaměřuji na využití původních klasicistních skladeb k vytvoření nového, převážně fiktivního narativu o životě a hudbě Mozarta. Argumentuji, že místo použití Mozartových skladeb jako filmové hudby, tvůrci Amadea pojímají jednotlivé scény i celkovou strukturu filmu primárně s ohledem na expresivní vlastnosti a biografické souvislosti hudby. Zapojuji se do dialogu s relevantním dosavadním bádáním, pomocí něhož sestavuji teoretický rámec pro systematickou interpretaci významotvorných rolí hudby v Amadeovi. Vycházím z konceptu diegetické, nediegetické a metadiegetické kategorie zvuku ve filmu Claudie Gorbmanové a aplikuji její taxonomii při analýze Amadea, abych ukázal, jak nejen výběr a umístění hudby, ale především její situování ve vztahu k diegezi určuje její dopad na narativ. In my thesis, I focus on how Amadeus employs pre-existing classical compositions to create a new, largely fictional narrative based on the life and music of Mozart. I argue that instead of applying pre-existing pieces as film music, Amadeus conceives individual scenes as well as its overall filmic structure to accommodate the music's expressive qualities and biographical associations. I engage in a conversation with relevant existing scholarship to establish a theoretical framework for a systematic interpretation of the meaning-making roles of music in Amadeus. Drawing on Claudia Gorbman's concept of diegetic, non-diegetic and metadiegetic sound categories, I apply her taxonomy to Amadeus in order to show how not only the selection and placement of music but also its relation to the diegesis determine its impact on the narrative. TINJAUAN MULTIDIMENSIONAL RELASI YAYASAN (PENDIDIKAN) KANISIUS DAN KEUSKUPAN AGUNG SEMARANG
No full textThis paper explores the multifaceted relationship between Yayasan (Pendidikan) Kanisius (YK) and the Archdiocese of Semarang (KAS), highlighting operational and relational challenges within a Catholic educational framework. The method used in this research was a literature study combined with empirical experience and interviews. Based on the author’s experience with YK Cabang Surakarta, the study outlines the foundational mission of YK to provide Catholic education, facing financial instability, declining enrollment, and limited support from KAS. The strained partnership was analyzed through Javanese social philosophy and Michel Foucault’s power dynamics, noting that hierarchical structures and inconsistent communication from KAS hinder YK's effectiveness. The author advocates for synodality through strengthened dialogue and mutual understanding, informed by Ignatian spirituality and Avery Dulles' model of the "servant Church." This approach calls for creative fidelity, where YK and KAS collaborate in decision-making to better address educational and social challenges. The study references theological insights from Evangelii Gaudium and Fratelli Tutti, urging KAS to actively support YK’s mission, especially to serve marginalized communities. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes a "servant church" model to transform the KAS-YK relationship into a partnership that honors both educational and ecclesial commitments. Improved communication and resource-sharing are essential for a sustainable impact, fostering a mission-centered community that aligns with the Church’s social teaching and the needs of Indonesia’s diverse society

No full textPráce zabývající se režijní koncepcí opery Così fan tutte nejdříve přiblíží spolupráci tvůrců této opery Wolfganga Amadea Mozarta a Lorenza Da Ponteho a dále definuje specifika jejich spolupráce ve všech třech společných operách. Ve druhé části se práce zaměřuje již jen na jejich poslední společné dílo - Così fan tutte. Postupně i skrze rozbor doby a okolností vzniku díla práce definuje stylové zařazení opery Così fan tutte. Součástí práce je dramaturgický rozbor díla i psychologie postav. Po uvedení nezbytných informací k definování hlavní problematiky inscenování opery Così fan tutte bude popsáno konkrétní řešení autorky, které je součástí bakalářské práce.This bachelor’s thesis follows the directorial concept of the opera Cosi fan tutte. Firstly it describes the cooperation of W.A.Mozart and Lorenzo da Ponte the two creators of the opera. The bachelor thesis also defines the specifications of their work in their three operas. The second part of this thesis is focused on their last common work - Cosi fan tutte. Through the analysis of the period of the time when opera was created, this bachelor thesis defines the operatic genre of Cosi fan tutte.
After the essential information is set we are going to discover the main problems of staging this opera. The author of the thesis will suggest the solution of the staging problems in the conclusion of this work
