No full textThe Galician writer Begoña Caamaño in her book Morgana en Esmelle analyzes the theme of sorority, a term not yet accepted by the Real Academia Española, or female twinning or solidarity among women. Through her female character, punished for almost all of the history, the author seeks the change we should make in order to finished with the patriarchal system and give way to brotherhood among men and women. We can find the feeling of guilt in all the characters, so that repentance, punishment and remorse accompany them during their journey of initiation. The voice of the author is simultaneously a pessimistic and encouraging voice that Morgana uses to point out the social traditionalism anchored in some old and obsolete archetypes.La escritora gallega Begoña Caamaño en su libro Morgana en Esmelle analiza el tema de la sororidad, un término aún no aceptado por la Real Academia Española, o hermanamiento femenino o de solidaridad entre mujeres. No full textStudents who have difficulties in reading and spelling in their own language usually face the same difficulties in learning a second language. The paper aims at identify those challenges and shows possible useful solutions to address these issues in the ELT classroom. Starting with a focus on relevant studies on reading and spelling difficulties (RSD) in English language teaching contexts, the author provides examples of methods of identifying the main RSD. Following on this, the second part of the article presents practical strategies for the English language teacher: building a vocabulary based on frequency, using multisensory approaches, considering L1 interference etc. The paper provides teachers and educators with useful hints and recommendations to overcome RSD in second language teaching

No full textMorgana, la fata più celebre del mondo arturiano, assume nel poema di Boiardo il ruolo di Fortuna. Tale identificazione permette all'autore di riflettere, negli episodi in cui compare, su alcuni temi cardine dell'età medievale e rinascimentale, come il rapporto tra l'uomo e le ricchezze o il contrasto tra Virtù e Fortuna. Obiettivo del saggio è ricostruire la figura di Morgana nell' Inamoramento de Orlando ; particolare attenzione sarà dedicata alla celebre avventura del cavaliere nel regno della fata. E proprio dall'esame del suo «nuovo mondo» prenderà avvio l'analisi. Morgana, the most acclaimed fairy queen in the Arthurian tradition, assumes the role of Fortune in Boiardo's epic poem. Identifying her as such enables the author to use the episodes in which she appears as an opportunity to reflect on various key themes in the medieval and Renaissance periods, e.g. the relation between man and his possessions or the contrast between Fortune and Virtue. The aim of this essay is to reconstruct the figure of Morgana in Inamoramento de Orlando, dedicating particular attention to the knight's. well-known adventure within the realm of the fairy queen, and it is from an examination of this 'new world' that the analysis begins

and Geneva and the dichotomy that occurs between the pagan traditions defended by both against the expansion of Christianity represented by Arthur and Merlin. A large part of the Arthurian matter novels emphasize the androgynous vision of society. However, the author, through the trilogy, exposes a totally different version of the role of the female characters. The women who show us the works, specifically the one that concerns us, are strong, independent and not subject to the designs of man and through her Rosalind Miles will provide us with a new feminine perspective of the Arthurian myth.La escritora inglesa Rosalind Miles en su libro Ginebra, el primer libro de la trilogía de la saga artúrica junto con Lanzarote, el caballero del Lago Sagrado y Galahad, el hijo del Santo Grial, plantea analizar el papel de Morgana y de Ginebra y la dicotomía que se presenta entre las tradiciones paganas defendidas por ambas frente a la expansión del cristianismo representado por Arturo y Merlín. Una gran parte de las novelas de la materia artúrica ponen de relieve la visión andrógina de la sociedad. Sin embargo, la autora, mediante la trilogía, expone una versión totalmente diferente del papel de los personajes femeninos. Las mujeres que nos muestran las obras, concretamente la que nos ocupa, son fuertes, independientes y no sometidas a las designios del hombre y a través de ella Rosalind Miles nos proporcionará una nueva perspectiva femenina del mito artúrico.

Endomarketing e capacidade absortiva: um estudo na empresa Zanella e Zanella Fábrica de Tijolos
No full textAbsorptive capacity and internal marketing are ways of winning over and engaging the organization's internal public in favor of the organizational objective. With this in mind, this study aimed to analyze the relationship between internal marketing and absorptive capacity in the company Zanella and Zanella Fábrica de bricks . To this end, applied, field, exploratory, descriptive research was carried out with a quantitative approach. 12 employees from the company Zanella and Zanella Fábrica de bricks participated in the research. Data were collected through an online questionnaire that was divided into three blocks: sociodemographic profile survey, internal marketing scale by Queirós (2014) and the absorptive capacity scale by Flatten et al. (2011). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The main results indicate that the employees are male, most have been with the company for more than three years, and are part of the production sector. Regarding the levels of internal marketing and absorptive capacity, it is clear that there is a positive trend in both constructs. Regarding the relationship between internal marketing and absorptive capacity, an unusual result was found, which was the negative relationship between the dimensions of assimilation, transformation and exploration. The main suggestions for the company are providing feedback, promoting events and get-togethers; and provision of materials for process improvements.A capacidade absortiva e o endomarketing são formas de se conquistar e engajar o público interno da organização em prol do objetivo organizacional, pensando nisso, esse estudo teve como objetivo analisar a relação entre o endomarketing e a capacidade absortiva na empresa Zanella e Zanella Fábrica de tijolos. Para isso foi realizada uma pesquisa aplicada, de campo, exploratória, descritiva com abordagem quantitativa. Participaram da pesquisa 12 funcionários da empresa Zanella e Zanella Fábrica de tijolos. Os dados foram coletados através de questionário online que foi dividido em três blocos: levantamento de perfil sociodemográfico, escala de endomarketing de Queirós (2014) e a escala de capacidade absortiva de Flatten et al. (2011). Os dados foram analisados através de estatísticas descritivas. Os principais resultados indicam que os funcionários são do gênero masculino, a maior parte tem mais de três anos de empresa, e faz parte do setor de produção. Quanto aos níveis de endomarketing e de capacidade absortiva percebe-se que existe uma tendência positiva em ambos os constructos. Quanto a relação entre endomarketing e capacidade absortiva foi encontrado um resultado inusitado que foi a relação negativa entre as dimensões assimilação, transformação e exploração. As principais sugestões para a empresa são a disponibilização de feedback, promoção de eventos e confraternizações; e disponibilização de materiais para melhorias nos processos
E-commerce de pedras naturais: estudo de caso na Bull Pedras
No full textNowadays, e-commerce is growing more and more. The general objective is to define the necessary structure for implementing an e-commerce in a natural stone store located in the municipality of Soledade. In relation to methodological procedures, it is classified as a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory case study approach. A questionnaire was carried out with the company manager to better understand this topic. The main results highlight that distribution channels are extremely important, as they are the company's marketing, strengthening the brand and positioning itself in the market. Operating systems are part of the entire process, from product launch to sales invoice. Finally, as final considerations, the initial investment was low, many platforms offer a free month and products were only purchased after they were sold, there was no stock. And the point to be improved is in the distribution of content, to increase engagement with the consumer and achieve more sales.Nos dias atuais, vem crescendo cada vez mais o e-commerce. O objetivo geral é definir a estrutura necessária para a implantação de um e-commerce em uma loja de pedras naturais localizada no município de Soledade. Em relação aos procedimentos metodológicos classifica-se por abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, de estudo de caso. Realizou-se um questionário com o gestor da empresa para melhor entender essa temática. Como principais resultados destacam-se que é de extrema importância os canais de distribuição, pois é o marketing da empresa, fortalece a marca e se posiciona no mercado. Os sistemas operacionais fazem parte de todo o processo, desde a parte de lançamento de produto até a nota fiscal da venda. Por fim, como considerações finais o investimento inicial foi baixo, muitas plataformas oferecem um mês gratuito e os produtos só eram comprados após serem vendidos, não havia estoque. E o ponto a ser melhorado é na distribuição de conteúdo, para aumentar o engajamento com o consumidor e atingir mais vendas

Proposta de um planejamento financeiro para uma microempresa localizada na cidade de Passo Fundo
No full textO presente estudo objetivou propor uma estratégia financeira para uma microempresa, localizada na cidade de Passo Fundo. Teve como foco principal o planejamento financeiro, e a metodologia utilizada para a realização do estudo foi uma pesquisa descritiva, a partir de uma abordagem quantitativa, sendo que foi feita, inicialmente, a coleta de alguns documentos da mesma e, posteriormente, a análise de conteúdo. Ainda, considerou-se os indicadores financeiros, pois são o foco principal do controle gerencial. Contudo, o planejamento financeiro demonstrou uma nova visão a essa empresa, tendo em vista as possibilidades existentes, possibilitando-a enxergar o cenário em que estava inserida. Os resultados obtidos mostraram a importância de se ter um planejamento financeiro dentro da organização. Através da análise das informações, concluiu-se que a empresa não tinha nenhuma técnica adequada às finanças, tanto a curto como a longo prazo, muito menos possuía um instrumento de controle, o que só fazia aumentar o risco financeiro. Nesse sentido, desenvolveu-se um modelo de planejamento e controles financeiros, tendo em vista melhorar a situação financeira da empresa

ITALIANO. Una piccola sequenza da un episodio della serie televisiva Mad Men in cui la relazione sensoriale emozionale tra lo spettatore e un corpo in movimento, precisamente un corpo danzante, è l’oggetto di questo articolo, che intende così verificare la cosiddetta naturalizzazione della fenomenologia e del corpo vissuto operata dalle scienze cognitive applicate agli studi visuali. L’autore mostra anche i rapporti tra la cosiddetta simulazione incarnata e una memoria simbolica e iconografica profonda, e discute in particolare la polarità tra proiezione e introiezione, attività e passività nell’esperienza empatica delle immagini in movimento.A short filmic example from the AMC's award-winning series Mad Men in which the sensorial and emotional relationship between the spectator and a moving body, i.e., a dancing body, is explicitly put into play. The essay wants to deal with the so called naturalization of phenomenology and of the living body, trained by the cognitive sciences reading the visuality. The author shows the relationship between the so called ‘embodied Simulation’ and a symbolic and iconographic deep memory of the pictures, and he gives an in-depth attention to the polarity between projections and introjections, activity and passivity of the spectator’s body during the empathic experience of the moving pictures
