Analisa Strategi Promosi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Kunjungan Wisatawan di Kabupaten Kerinci
This research was conducted to find out and prove empirically promotion strategies of cultural tourism and in increasing the number of tourists visit Kerinci Regency. Source data obtained from the Department of tourism and culture District Kerinci. Data analysis tools by using SWOT analysis. The research results obtained that (1) the cultural and Tourism Office of District 1 quadrant is at Kerinci (positive, positive) which means the primacy of kompotitif or aggressive strategies of Cultural tourism and the Regency of Kerinci has the power as well as opportunities to continue to improve and enlarge the number of promotional visits to the Regency of Kerinci; and (2) the right marketing strategies applied to Kerinci District Tourism Office for the moment is a strategy SO (strength, Opportunities). This strategy is underway to harness the power for the menagkap opportunities that are owned. As for the strategies that can be applied include (a) the Kerinci Regency Tourism Office must keep working to develop tourism in Kerinci Regency; (b) Tourism District's tourism should control Keerinci well; (c) the coordination of Tourism with Government Kabuapeten Kerinci must continue to be improved; (d) the Services provided should be constantly improved; and (e) to add visits to the County of Kerinci, tourism and Culture must make use of technology and facilities available, doing promotions, and socialization as many to the community to reach. Keywords: Promotion Strateg
Pengaruh Persepsian Risiko, Kepuasan dan Citra Harga Terhadap Niat Membeli Ulang Menggunakan M-Commerce di Kalangan Masyarakat Kota Sungai Penuh, dengan Kepercayaan dan Sensitivitas Harga Sebagai Moderasi
The use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, which is increasingly widespread throughout the world, is currently at an all-time high. This technological disruption makes mobile e-commerce or m-commerce a business channel that is considered more convenient and efficient for today's lifestyle compared to e-commerce or offline stores. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived risk, satisfaction and price image on repurchase intention using m-commerce among the people of Sungai Penuh City, with trust and price sensitivity as moderating. This study uses the Smart PLS software data analysis method. Research This research was conducted in the urban area of Sungai Penuh City in 2021. The population in this study was the Sungai Penuh City Community who had shopped through m-commerce at least once. The results of this study state that perceived risk has no significant effect on repurchase intentions using m-commerce. Price image also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention using m-commerce. Whether consumer confidence in m-commerce is higher or lower, the perceived risk still has no impact on repurchase intentions using m-commerce. PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KETERLIBATAN KONSUMEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING PADA TOKO BATANG MARAO BANGUNAN SUNGAI PENUH
Bisnis adalah usaha menjual barang atau jasa yang dilakukan oleh perorangan, sekelompok orang atau organisasi kepada konsumen (masyarakat) dengan tujuan utamanya adalah memperoleh keuntungan/laba (profit). Pada dasarnya, kita melakukan bisnis adalah untuk memperoleh laba atau keuntungan (profit). Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, sebuah toko harus memiliki sebuah produk yang memiliki agar dapat dijual kepada konsumen dengan uang sebagai alat tukarnya sehingga dapat menghasilkan laba. Tujuan toko sendiri yaitu untuk mengahasilkan laba yang maksimal. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, maka perusahaan harus dapat menghasilkan produk yang bernilai. Analisis Statistik Menggunakan SEM AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) adalah alat statistik yang dipergunakan untuk menyelesaikan model bertingkat secara serempak yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh persamaan regresi linear. SEM merupakan sebuah teknik pemodelan statistik yang sangat umum dan saat ini semakin populer digunakan secara luas diberbagai lingkup ilmu pengetahuan. Berbeda dengan metode statistik seperti parametrik, non parametrik maupun multivariate, SEM melibatkan banyak perhitungan matematis yang sangat kompleks. Saat ini terdapat beberapa program aplikasi statistik yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan SEM dan salah satunya adalah Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk, harga ,lokasi dan keterlibatan konsumen memberikan kontribusi sebesar 80,8%. Sisanya 19,2% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian. Dengan demikian membuktikan Kualitas produk, harga, lokasi dan keterlibatan konsumen bersama-sama berkontribusi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Toko batang Marao Bangunan Kota Sungai Penuh
PENGARUH BONUS DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PRUDENTIAL LIFE ASSURANCE CABANG KOTA SUNGAI PENUH
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel bonus dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Kota Sungai Penuh. Alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan terdapat pengaruh dari variabel bonus dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja, dengan besaran pengaruhnya yaitu 68,4%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN YANG DITINJAU DARI PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, PERSEPSI HARGA, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK
Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian barang bangunan.
Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas. Jenis data penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 responden. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26.
Hasil Penelitian: Secara simultan maupun parsial Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Adapun besarnya pengaruh tersebut yaitu sebesar 52,3%, sedangkan 47,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.
Implikasi Hasil Penelitian: Peningkatan citra merek dan kualitas produk sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk tersebut, begitupun dengan persepsi harga yang baik juga akan membuat konsumen cenderung akan memutuskan untuk melakukan pembelian pada sebuah toko
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
