    The System of Giving Employee Compensation at PT Tasti Anugrah Mandiri

    Companies must give more attention to employees so that employees can think actively and work optimally. One of the factors that influence the emergence of commitment to employees is the provision of fair compensation. This study aims to determine the employee compensation system and the factors that influence employee compensation at PT Tasti Anugrah Mandiri. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations and direct interviews with the marketing (Salesman). This research was conducted from September to October 2020. The results of the study indicate that the compensation system at PT Tasti Anugrah Mandiri uses a work performance system or target achievement where this system prioritizes achieving targets made by employees in selling company products. The factors that form the basis for providing compensation are the company's ability and willingness and employee productivity

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui limbah karbit dapat menggantikan sebagian semen pada pengujian kuat tekan dalam upaya untuk mengetahui kuat tekan maksimum pada beton. Penelitian ini mengganti sebagian semen dengan limbah karbit dengan variasi persentase 0%, 20%, 30%, dan 40% dari jumlah berat semen. Kuat tekan rencana f’c 20 MPa, W/C 0.55, dan slump 12 2 cm, dengan jumlah sampel 24 benda uji (3 benda uji untuk setiap variasi untuk umur beton 14 dan 28 hari). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan variasi 20% limbah karbit diperoleh kuat tekan rata-rata yaitu 15,94 MPa; variasi 30% limbah karbit 13,58 MPa dan variasi 40% limbah karbit 11,6 MPa. Kuat tekan optimum terdapat pada variasi 20% dengan kuat tekan rata-rata 15,94 tetapi tidak lebih kuat dari beton kontrol yaitu 19,81 MPa. The purpose of this research is to determine the carbide waste can partially replace cement in compressive strength test in an effort to determine the maximum compressive strength of the concrete. This research was partially replacing cement with carbide waste with a variety of percentages 0%, 20%, 30%, and 40% of the total weight of cement. Concrete design f’c 20 MPa, W/C 0,55, 12 2 cm slump, amount of sample was 24 (3 samples for each variation for concrete life of 14 and 28 days). The results showed that 20% variation of carbide waste reached the average concrete compressive strength is 15,94 MPa; 30% variation of carbide waste is 13,58 MPa and 40% variation of carbide waste is 11,6 MPa. The maximum concrete compressive strength contained in 20% variation of carbide waste but not more stronger than the control concrete with average concrete compressive strength is 19,81 MPa

    Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a program developed by workers and employers to prevent accidents and occupational diseases by identifying potential hazards and taking anticipatory actions. This study evaluates the implementation of OSH at the batching plant of PT Dumai Jaya Beton and examines whether there are significant differences in its implementation across various aspects, such as Training and Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Supervision and Maintenance of Equipment, and Operating and Safety Procedures. Data were collected through surveys conducted among employees and workers. The results indicated that overall OSH implementation was categorized as good, with compliance rates ranging from 71% to 88%. ANOVA tests revealed no significant differences in OSH implementation across different aspects, suggesting that safety standards were consistently applied throughout the work areas. However, certain aspects, such as the use of safe transfer lines and routine tool maintenance, still need improvement. Therefore, it is recommended that the company optimize training programs, enhance supervision and tool maintenance, and update operating and safety procedures to create a safer and more efficient working environment

    Penelitian tentanng struktur populasi kerang remih (Donacidae: Donax faba) dan preferensi habitatnya dalam menunjang potensi ekowisata bahari di perairan pantai pulau Angso Duo Kota Pariaman telah dilakukan dari bulan Agustus sampai November 2016. Kerang dikoleksi di daerah intertidal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kepadatan rerata kerang Rimih berdasar strata bahwa pada strata Upper 2,1 ind/m2, Middle 3,7 ind/m2 dan lower 6,6 ind/m2 dan menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan dari daerah Upper ke Lower semakin bertambah. (bagian Selatan yaitu 4,1 ind/m2 dan bagian Barat yaitu 1,7 ind/m2). Sebaran panjang cangkang berkisar antara 3,4 mm – 13,9 mm dan sebaran panjang cangkang yang relatif kecil (juvenil diperkiran kurang dari 4,63 mm) populasinya lebih banyak ditemukan pada daerah strata Lower, ukuran muda umumnyadi strata Midlle dan Lower (4,64mm – 9,26 mm) sedangkan pada strata Upper didominasi ukuran tua (panjang cangkang lebih dari 13,11 mm). Secara umum, bahwa kerang berukuran juvenil umumnya pada substrat pasir bercampur karang yang berada pada daerah lower, sedangkan kerang muda dan dewasa pada semua tipe substrat dan belum ada terlihat kecenderungan pemilihan habitat. Preferensi habitat dapat dibedakan berdasarkan kelompok umur kerang Rimih Hasil ini perlu adanya upaya pemeliharaan komposisi substrat untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup kerang D. faba yang juvenil, muda dan dewasa serta konservasi mikrohabitatnya

    ABSTRAK Pika Rahmatullah, 2022.“Klasifikasi Penelitian Peran Guru Akidah Akhlak dalam Pembentukan Karakter Peserta Didik”. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institusi Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Kartini, dan Mustafa. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Klasifikasi Penelitian Peran Guru Akidah Akhlak Dalam Pembentukan Karakter Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimanakah hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan tentang Peran Guru Akidah Akhlak dalam Pembentukan Karakter Peserta didik pada 3 tahun terakhir. (2) Adakah faktor penghambat yang dialami peneliti dalam penelitian klasifikasi penelitian peran guru akidah akhlak dalam pembentukan karakter pserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini menggunakan 10 hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan yang berkaitan tentang peran guru akidah akhlak dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang diteliti oleh Ulfatul Chasanah Maulida, Nurul Muminah, Yuyun, Muhammad Anugrah Ramadhan, Imam As’ad Al-abror, Dopi Adi Saputra, Armina, Pepia Nopriani, Ayu Windari dan Kartika. Kemudian di klasifikaikan ke dalam hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk dijadikan bahan penelitian. Adapun kelebihan dalam penelitian ini yaitu membuktikan keaslian penelitian bahwa penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Dan kekurangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sering dianggap kurang penting karena hanya membuktikan bahwa penelitian ini belum pernah dilakukan sebelumya. Serta hambatan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan waktu dan kadang-kadang peneliti kesulitan dalam mencari data-data yang akan dijadikan bahan penelitian jika sarana yang digunakan tidak mendukung.     Fokus penelitian ini terkait penanganan sampah secara mobile dengan sistem monitoring Smart Trash Can berbasis IOT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi tempat sampah Smart dalam penanganan sampah yang lebih mudah dan menghemat waktu. Istilah tempat sampah Smart diperuntukkan untuk tempat sampah yang mempunyai fitur dengan fungsi yang lebih dari tempat sampah pada umumnya. Penelitian ini berlokasi di beberapa titik tempat sampah yang ada di sekitaran RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo, dengan tujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam memanajemen sampah yang ada dibeberapa titik rumah sakit tanpa harus mengelilingi seluruh tempat sampah yang ada untuk mengambil sampah yang belum tentu penuh atau kosong. Perancangan sistem penanganan masalah sampah ini menggunakan web, Arduino UNO dan WEMOS d1 Mini sebagai pengolah data, dan sensor jarak sebagai parameter tempat sampah penuh dan sebagai buka tutup otomatis tempat sampah tersebut. Hasil dari sensor tersebut dapat dilihat melalui website agar petugas kebersihan dapat mengetahui tempat sampah mana saja yang telah terisi penuh dan sesegera mungkin menangani tempat sampah yang telah penuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem tempat sampah smart yang berfungsi jika mendeteksi jarak kurang dari 10 cm maka penutup tempat sampah akan terbuka dan tertutup secara otomatis dan sistem monitoring tempat sampah berbasis web ini yang berfungsi memantau tempat sampah tersebut secara realtime sehingga kondisi tempat sampah tersebut dapat diketahui dengan cepat dan akurat.xiv, 57 hlm.; 29 cm

    Charismatic leadership has emerged as a significant force in shaping innovation culture and driving change in today\u27s dynamic business environment. The author investigates the role of charismatic leadership in shaping organizational innovation within the context of Company XYZ. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, the author gains deep insights into how characteristics of charismatic leadership, such as inspiration, vision, empowerment, and effective communication, contribute to the development of a strong innovation culture. Through data collection from in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the author identifies that charismatic leaders in Company XYZ are able to inspire employees, empower them to actively participate in the innovation process, and build strong relationships through effective communication. However, challenges such as expectation management, leadership capacity development, and appropriate reward systems still need to be addressed. The author\u27s conclusion highlights the importance of strengthening and developing charismatic leadership within organizations as an effective catalyst for change and innovation to achieve quality organizational goals. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for management practitioners and organizational leaders interested in enhancing the quality of leadership and innovation culture in the modern business environment
