Kinerja seorang karyawan berperan penting bagi suatu organisasi karena berkontribusi untuk tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Kurangnya perhatian perusahaan dalam memberikan kompensasi secara adil dan layak kepada karyawan serta lingkungan kerja yang tidak memadai akan berdampak pada menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Olehkarenaitupenelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiHubungan Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Beban Kerja Dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Novie Agro Industri Sidoarjo
Populasi yang dituju dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Novie Agro Industri di Sidoarjo, sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 55 responden. Model penelitian menggunakan korelasi spearman rank untuk menguji signifikansi hipotesis.
Setelah mengetahui permasalahan, meneliti dan membahas hasil penelitian, maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut : variabel lingkungan kerja berkorelasi dengan kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi berkorelasi dengan kinerja karyawan, variabel beban kerja berkorelasi dengan kinerja karyawan

Performance of an employee for an organization plays an important role by contributing to the achievement of corporate goals. Lack of attention to the company in providing fair and adequate compensation to employees and work environment is inadequate will decrease the performance of the employee. Therefore, this study aims to determine the Workplace Relations, Compensation and Workload With Employee Performance at PT. Novie Agro Industry Sidoarjo
The population targeted in this study were employees of PT. Novie Agro Industries in Sidoarjo, samples taken are as many as 55 respondents. Model studies using Spearman rank correlation to test the significance of the hypothesis.
Once you know the problem, researching and discussing the research, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: work environment variables correlated with the performance of employees, variable compensation is correlated with the performance of employees, variable workloads correlated with employee performance

Thunnus Saputra Merduati Kecamatan Lampaseh Kota Banda Aceh cukup bagi usahanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Home Industri UD. Thunnus Saputra yang berlokasi di jalan Twk Raja Keumala no. 84 Merduati Kecamatan Lampaseh Kota Banda Aceh. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada UD. Thunnus Saputra yang bergerak dalam satu bidang usaha abon ikan tuna di Merduati kota Banda Aceh, ruang lingkup penelitian ini terbatas pada masalah pendapatan yang diterima oleh pengusaha pengolahan abon ikan Thunnus Saputra.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan abon ikan pada usaha UD.Thunnus Saputra Merduati Kecamatan Lampaseh Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus (Case Study).Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan : Besarnya pendapatan bersih usaha abon ikan Thumus saputra yaitu Rp.8.036.444 per bulan, dengan besarnya biaya produksi mencapai Rp.15.963.556 per bulan serta produksi mencapai 2000 sachet per bulan dengan harga jual Rp.12.000 per sachet. Ditinjau dari hasil analisis ROI, mencapai 50,34% sertaBEPg a Rp.7.982 per sachet dan BEPama routs mencapai 1.330 sachet per bulan.Saran yang dapat penulis berikan berdasarkan hasil keimpulan diatas yaitu sebagai berikut :Dalam usaha meningkatkan pendapatan penggunaan peralatan lebih modern lebih ditekankan, hal ini untuk menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitas usaha sehingga kualitas dan kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan akan meningkat dibandingkan sebelumnya, selain itu industri abon ikan Thunnus Saputra didalam usaha meningkatkan pendapatan agar dapat memanfaatkan berbagai sarana media untuk mempublikasikan sehingga masyarakat dapat mengenal produk ini lebih baik
The FORA Framework - A Fuzzy Grassroots Ontology for Online Reputation Management
No full textOnline reputation management deals with monitoring and influencing the online record of a person, an organization or a product. The Social Web offers increasingly simple ways to publish and disseminate personal or opinionated information, which can rapidly have a disastrous influence on the online reputation of some of the entities. The author focuses on the Social Web and possibilities of its integration with the Semantic Web as resource for a semi-automated tracking of online reputations using imprecise natural language terms. The inherent structure of natural language supports humans not only in communication but also in the perception of the world. Thereby fuzziness is a promising tool for transforming those human perceptions into computer artifacts. Through fuzzy grassroots ontologies, the Social Semantic Web becomes more naturally and thus can streamline online reputation management. No full textEdy Rahmayadi's victory as Governor of North Sumatra 2018-2023 was the
beginning of a number of major tasks such as overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic
and especially the development and revitalization of North Sumatra's
infrastructure. Edy Rahmayadi, who has a military background, has his own unique
leadership style when leading North Sumatra 2018-2023. The theory that the author
uses is the theory of good governance and political leadership style. This research
aims to describe the factors that influence infrastructure development in North
Sumatra and the relationship between Edy Rahamayadi's leadership style for the
2018-2023 North Sumatra Governor Period on North Sumatra's infrastructure
development. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive
qualitative research method, through literature study, observation and interviews.
The results of this research include: (1) At the beginning of his leadership, Edy
Rahmayadi's leadership style was tough and firm where he did not care about other
people's opinions about him, this disharmonization even occurred with his
subordinates and even his deputy, namely Musa Rajekshah, so it can be said that
Edy's leadership style was authoritarian. ; (2) Edy's character is dynamic, able to
accept opinions from multi-segment communities, and has good thoughts and ideas,
so it can be said that Edy is a transformational leader; (3) Edy Rahmayadi is
considered capable of stabilizing the conditions affected by Covid-19, apart from
that, Edy is a leader who prioritizes dialogue and collaboration, therefore it can be

No full textDengan adanya tempat pusat perbelanjaan yang berada di Jalan Sudirman
khususnya Plaza Anugrah, sehingga menyebabkan adanya penggunaan lahan
perparkiran pada badan jalan. Kegiatan perparkiran pada badan jalan
mengakibatkan menurunnya kapasitas jalan dan akan mengganggu kinerja ruas
jalan yang dilihat dari tingkat pelayanan jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari keberadaan parkir pada badan jalan terhadap
kinerja ruas jalan pada Jalan Sudirman depan Plaza Anugrah. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan metode survei dalam jangka waktu seminggu yang sebelumnya
dilakukan observasi terlebih dahulu. Data yang telah diperoleh dan diolah dengan
menggunakan peraturan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil
penelitian diambil dari jam tersibuk yang diwakili Hari Senin menunjukkan
hambatan samping (761,6) dan kapasitas (1148,8 smp/jam) terjadi peningkatan
cukup tinggi karena aktifitas di lokasi cukup tinggi, dan pada tingkat pelayanan
jalan terjadi penurunan, terutama pada saat terjadi parkir pada badan jalan yaitu
nilai F (Lalu lintas macet). Penurunan tingkat kinerja ruas jalan yang diakibatkan
oleh parkir pada badan jalan, dan saran penelitian ini butuh adanya pengalihan
kantong parkir yang tidak mempengaruhi kinerja ruas jalan

Full text linkThe internship was conducted at KKP Edy Gunawan and the author was positioned
in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to
accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank,
report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh
Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty
cash, input employees data, input purchases.
There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases,
tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there
were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the
author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti
Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the
incomplete documents.
The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in
checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also
more thorough in checking whether the defective documents

Gani, M.Sc.Penelitian ini bertuuan untuk mengetahui besarnya sumber pendapatan keluarga miskin di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh dan mengetahui sektor-sektor yang menjadi sumber pendapatan keluarga miskin di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari instansi-instansi yang terkait, dari kepustakaan dan lain-lain yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian imi Data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung pada masyarakat sampel yang ada di daerah penelitian. Adapun model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Pendapatan sampel pada umumnya hanya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokoknya saja. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari 78 keluarga sampel 34 KK adalah keluarga sangat miskin dengan pendapatan antara Rp.200.000 sampai dengan Rp.300.000 per bulan, I8 KK adalah keluarga miskin dengan pendapatan antara Rp.310.000 sampai dengan Rp.500.000,- dan sisanya adalah keluarga menengah sebanyak 25 orangdengan pendapatan lebih besar daripada Rp 510 000 Sektor yang menjadi sumber pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Syiah KualaKota Banda Aceh sebagai buruh yaitu rata rata Rp.334.090,9 per bulan atau sebesa

Sentosa, khususnya dari sudut finansial. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus (case study). Karena metode ini mengungkapkan suatu kebenaran yang menitik beratkan hanya pada satu objek, yaitu usaha budidaya jamur merang UD. Sentosa di desa Prada kota Banda Aceh. Data yang dik:umpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.Usaha Budidaya Jamur Merang oleh Usaha Sentosa di Kota Banda Aceh layak diusabakan bila ditinjau dari segi biaya dan manfaat, karena nilai NPV > 0 Net8/C > 1, IRR > 1,5 % per bulan dan BEP < 9 bulan. Pada perhitungan analisis biaya dan manfaat diperoleh NVP = Rp.290.489,8, Net 8/C = 1,21 IRR= 1,93 % per bulan dan BEP = 8 bulan 10 hari. Dari perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha ini layak diusahakan
Nikolai Evreinov and Edith Craig as Mediums of Modernist Sensibility
Full text linkNikolai Evreinov (1870-1953) was a Russian playwright, director, and theorist of the theatre who played a leading part in the modernist movement of Russian theatre. Evreinov's 1911 monodrama The Theatre of the Soul (V kulisakh dushi) was staged by the Crooked Mirror theatre in St Petersburg in 1912. It was also performed in London (1915) and Rome (1929), and inspired Man Ray to create his aerograph The Theatre of the Soul (1917). In this article Alexandra Smith links Evreinov's play to Russian modernist thought shaped by the atmosphere of crisis associated with the Russo-Japanese War and the first Russian Revolution. It demonstrates that Edith Craig's production of Evreinov's play suggests that the philosophy of theatricalization of everyday life might enable modern subjects to overcome the fragmentation of modern society. Craig's use of the montage-like techniques of Evreinov's play prefigures cinematographic experiments of the 1920s and Marinetti's notion of synthetic theatre. Alexandra Smith is a Reader in Russian Studies at the University of Edinburgh and is the author of The Song of the Mockingbird: Pushkin in the Works of Marina Tsvetaeva (1994) and Montaging Pushkin: Pushkin and Visions of Modernity in Russian Twentieth-Century Poetry (2006), as well as numerous articles on Russian literature and culture.</p
