ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research and development is to produce a model practice badminton smash and lob-based variation of tools for novice players and determine the effectiveness, efficiency and appeal of players to the model created. This study uses research methods development Research & Development (R & D) from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this research and development is a club of players consisting of 40 players.
The instruments are used in research and development are the instrument test the suitability and the results of the motion that is used to collect motion data smash and lob, while the stages in the research and development are, in stages: (1) analysis of needs, (2) the expert evaluation (evaluation the initial product); (3) the trial is limited (small group trial); and (4) the main test (field testing).
Based on the results of the development can be concluded that: (1) With the development of this type of training smash and lob badminton-based variation of tools for novice players can be developed and applied in the training process badminton (2) The model of this type of training smash and lob badminton-based variation of tools for players beginners who have developed, acquired evidence of this improvement is the show on the test results data from the pretest and post test any significant difference between before and after treatment models.

Kompetensi profesional guru fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Mandailing Natal Kecamatan Batang Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal
Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa guru merupakan komponen terpenting dalam pendidikan. Untuk pembinaan kualitas pendidikan, guru dapat dikatakan sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan, sehingga kualitas dan profesionalitas guru harus benar-benar diperhatikan. Karena guru merupakan profesi/jabatan atau pekerjaan yang memerlukan keahlian khusus sebagai guru, maka jenis pekerjaan ini tidak dapat dilakukan oleh sembarang orang di luar kependidikan meskipun pada kenyataannya masih dilakukan orang diluar kependidikan.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal Kecamatan Batang Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal? Serta Apa faktor penghambat dan pendukung kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal Kecamatan Batang Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal Kecamatan Batang Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Serta Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal Kecamatan Batang Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan model analisis data Miles and Huberman. Pengumpulan data digunakan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Adapun informen dalam penelitian ini Guru mata pelajaran Fikih, siswa, dan Staf Tata usaha.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal bahwa: Kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal telah dapat menguasai materi dan dapat mengembangkan materi yang akan diajarkan di dalam kelas. Guru Fikih di Madrasah ini melakukan pengembangkan peningkatan kompetensi Profesional-Nya adalah dengan mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan ilimiah dan secara perorangan. Pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi yang diguanakan adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran yaitu pendayagunaan internet dan penggunaan media auidio visual. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal. Faktor yang dapat mendukung kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal telah ada dan didapatkan oleh guru Fikih dan guru Fikih juga telah dapat mengatasi faktor-faktor yang dapat menghambat kompetensi profesional guru Fikih di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Mandailing Natal baik faktor internal dan faktor eksternal
Movement Analysis of DIMAS SAPUTRA Smash with Kinovea in the West Kalimantan Regional KAPOLDA CUP I Volleyball Final
Study purpose. Biomechanics is a branch of science that studies the forms and types of human movement based on mechanical principles in a sport that can minimize the occurrence of sports injuries. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of Dimas Saputra's smash open movement at the 2023 West Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Championship.
Materials and methods. The esearch technique in this study used observation techniques through documentation. The documentation is done by taking a video of Dimas Saputra's volleyball game and observing the video. In carrying out this research using biomechanical analysis related to Dimas Saputra's smash motion open technique by inserting the video into the Kinovea application and analyzing it.
Results. The results showed that in volleyball games, of course, a spiker is greatly helped by a height above 185 cm. With this height, a person will find it easier and more effective when making jumping movements. Second, the right timing when doing the spike is also an important point for a volleyball athlete, good timing will also be influenced by the speed when doing the jump and arm swing before the topspin phase occurs.
Conclusion. Based on research that has been carried out on the analysis of Dimas Saputra's smash movements in the Final Four of the 2023 West Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Championship, it can be seen that an ideal volleyball player must have a height above 185 cm for the spiker position, besides that volleyball players must also have good timing right in taking a bait. It can be trained by doing smash drills and ball coordination exercises. Finally, a volleyball player ideally must also have strong and fast arm swing strength supported by good core muscle strength
Observation Of Regional Language Use Patterns In Daily Interactions In Padang Traditional Markets
Regional languages are an important element in the formation of the social and cultural identity of local communities. In the midst of modernization, urbanization, and the dominance of Indonesian as the national language, the use of regional languages is experiencing interesting dynamics to be studied. Informal public spaces such as traditional markets are strategic places to observe people's natural language practices. This study aims to describe and analyze the pattern of use of regional languages, especially Minangkabau languages, in daily interactions between sellers and buyers in traditional markets in Padang City. This study uses a qualitative approach with participatory observation methods and speech recording. Data were collected through direct observation of verbal interactions, dialogue recording, and audio documentation with the informant's permission. Data analysis was carried out using a sociolinguistic approach with a focus on language selection, code switching, and code mixing. The results show that the Minangkabau language still dominates verbal interaction in traditional markets, especially in informal situations and between local speakers who share the same cultural background. Bahasa Indonesia is used selectively and strategically, especially when interacting with immigrant buyers, non-Minangkabau speakers, or in situations that demand clarity of meaning and more formal politeness. The phenomenon of code switching and code mixing is found quite frequently and reflects the speaker's linguistic flexibility in adapting the language to the social context, communication goals, and characteristics of the opponent. These findings show that traditional markets not only function as a center of economic activity, but also as a social and cultural space that plays an important role in maintaining the sustainability and vitality of regional languages in the midst of social changes in urban society
PENGARUH MODEL CIRCUIT TRAINING DAN FARTLEK TERHADAP TINGKAT KEBUGARAN JASMANI
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, untuk mengetahui pengaruh model circuit training dan fartlek terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani. kebugaran jasmani diukur dengan tes TKJI. Hasil uji one way ANOVA yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa uji-F signifikan pada kelompok uji, ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 7.855 yang lebih besar daripada F(2,27) sebesar 3.35 ( Fhitung(7.855) > Ftabel(3.35) ), diperkuat dengan nilai P = 0.002 lebih kecil daripada nilai kritik α=0.05 atau P(0.002 F (3:35)), reinforced with a value of P = 0.002 is smaller than the critical value of α = 0.05 level or P (0.002 <0.05).Kata kunci : pengaruh, circuit , fartlek, kebugaran jasman

“PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK (PROJECT BASED LEARNING)TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA”: (Studi Eksperimen Pada Kelas XI Semester 2 Mata Pelajaran Geografi di SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya)
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh salah satu model pembelajaran yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning). Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah model pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dimana inti pembelajarannya adalah sebuah pengerjaan proyek atau kegiatan. Salah satu manfaat dari model pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan saintifik adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi sehingga dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang tinggi. Untuk itu penulis tertarik mencoba melakukan penelitian dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya karena di sekolah tersebut belum pernah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning).
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen post-test only control design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas XI IIS 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menerima perlakuan (treatment) yaitu model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kelas XI IIS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang tidak menerima perlakuan (treatment). Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) dan hasil belajar siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, penilaian presentasi dan penilaian produk, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan uji normalitas Chi Kuadrat, uji homogenitas dengan Uji F dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen pada perlakuan pertama yaitu dari 39 siswa, 26 orang atau sekitar 66,7% telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal, sedangkan pada perlakuan kedua, jumlah siswa yang mencapai batas ketuntasan nilai sebanyak 32 orang atau 82,1%. (2) hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol pada perlakuan pertama yaitu dari 39 siswa, 25 orang atau sekitar 64,2% telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal, sedangkan pada perlakuan kedua, jumlah siswa yang mencapai batas ketuntasan nilai sebanyak 23 orang atau 58,8% . (3) pada perlakuan pertama, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, sedangkan pada perlakuan kedua terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak.
Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa yaitu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

The research was distributed by one of the learning models are believed to be able to improve student learning outcomes i.e., project-based learning model. For that the author is interested in trying to do research by implementing a model project-based learning on the subjects of geography in class XI SMA Negeri Majalaya 1 because the school had not applied the model project based learning.
The methods used in this research is a method of experimental design experiments with post-test only control design. The subject consists of IIS 4 XI as the experimental class received the treatment of project based learning model and Class XI IIS 2 controls who did not receive treatment. The variable in this study is a project based learning model and student learning outcomes. The instrument used in this research is the assessment test, presentation and assessment of product, while its data analysis using Quadratic Chi normality test, test its homogeneity Test with F and test the hypothesis test with t.
The research results showed that: (1) the results of the experimental class students learn on the first treatment of 39 students, 26 people or about 66,7% reach the limit KKM, where as in the second treatment, the number of students who reach the limit KKM as many as 32 people or 82,1%. (2) learning outcomes grade control on the first treatment of 39 students, 25 persons or about 64,2% has reached the KKM, whereas in the second treatment, the number of students who reach the limit KKM as many as 23 people or 58,8%. (3) on the first treatment, there was no significant difference with respect to student learning outcomes in the classroom experiment and control with class H0 and H1 accepted rejected, whereas in the second treatment, there is a significant difference to the results of student learning in the classroom experiment and the control class with the H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on these data it can be concluded that the model project-based learning effect on student learning outcomes which can improve student learning outcomes
PERENCANAAN DAN PEMASANGAN AIR CONDITIONING DI RUANG KULIAH C2 PSD III TEKNIK MESIN UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO SEMARANG ( PLANNING ANG INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LECTURE ROOM C2 PSD III MECHANICAL ENGINEERING UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO )
Penyegaran udara merupakan usaha untuk memberikan kenyamanan dan kesegaran kerja. Oleh karena itu, terutama di daerah yang mempunyai musim panas maka perlu dilakukan pengkondisian udara pada suatu ruangan untuk memberikan kenyaman. Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis merencanakan perhitungan beban pendinginan pada ruang kuliah C2. Beban pandinginan yang akan direncanakan mengacu pada beberapa factor, yaitu factor kalor sensibel dan factor kalor laten. Pengkondisian udara yang digunakan berupa unit AC Split. Untuk mendapatkan udara dengan kondisi yang diinginkan, maka peralatan yang dipasang harus mempunyai kapasitas sesuai dengan beban pendinginan yang dimiliki ruangan. Untuk itu diperlukan survey dan perhitungan untuk menentukan beban pendinginan. Dengan desain suhu 26oC dan RH 50% didapatkan hasil perhitungan beban pendinginan (GTH) sebesar 82.181,6448 Btu/hr. Sehingga pada ruang kuliah C2 harus dipasang 4 – 5 unit AC dengan kapasitas pendinginan 18.200 Btu/hr.

In this thesis the author planned cooling load calculation on the lecture room C2. Cooling load that will be planned based on several factors, namely factor sensible heat and latent heat factor. Used in the form of air conditioning Split AC units. To get the air to the desired condition, then it must have the equipment installed in accordance with the cooling load capacity owned the room. It required surveys and calculations to determine the cooling load. By design temperature 26 ° C and RH 50% showed cooling load calculation (GTH) of 82181.6448 Btu / hr.
