No full textTeknik relaksasi bernafas merupakan teknik pereda nyeri, kejadian nyeri persalinan pada 2.700 ibu bersalin, terdapat 15% mengalami nyeri ringan, 35% dengan nyeri sedang, 30% dengan nyeri hebat dan 20% persalinan disertai nyeri sangat hebat . jumlah ibu yang melahirkan di Puskesmas Bandar Negeri Suoh berjumlah 42 responden. Terhadap 5 ibu bersalin di Puskesmas Bandar Negeri Suoh semua ibu mengalami nyeri selama persalinan saat pembukaan berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Pernafasan Terhadap Respon Nyeri Pada Ibu Inpartu Kala I Fase Aktif Di Puskesmas Bandar Negeri Suoh Tahun 2021 Jenis penelitian pre Eksperimen (one group pretest posttest). Populasi dalam penelitian, ibu bersalin pada kala I fase aktif. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah ibu kala 1 fase aktif pembukaan ≥ 4 cm dan ≤ 9 cm yang bersalin di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bandar Negeri Suoh Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon test. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Ada Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Pernafasan Terhadap Respon Nyeri Pada Ibu Inpartu Kala I Fase Aktif Di Puskesmas Bandar Negeri Suoh Tahun 2021( P value : 0,002). Saran bagi Puskesmas untuk Optimalisasi kelas ibu hamil dengan komperhensif agar masalah – masalah yang terkait dengan kehamilan dapat teratasi dan dapat mendeteksi secara dini adanya komplikasi kehamilan. No full textMost students still complain about difficulties in organizing content and applying the rules of scientific writing in preparing scientific papers as they commit so many errors. This study aims to minimize language errors by indirect correction techniques. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles. The results show a decrease in the error rate on language use both in the actions of pre-cycle, the first cycle and the second cycle. In total, there was an average decrease of 25.06%. The number of average errors on language use in the stage of pre-cycle was 24%, the number of average errors on language use decreased to 13,75% in cycle II. In addition to those results, there was a positive perception and impression in the students towards the General Subject Course of Indonesian Language

Conclusion: Confirmations appear that vitamin D plays a critical part within the pathogenesis and movement of SLE, and vitamin D supplementation appears to improve incendiary and hemostatic markers; so, can progress clinical ensuing

No full textThe objective of this study is to analyze the impact of light intensity on the subjective complaints of librarians and visitiors at an academic library. This research applied both quantitative and qualitative techniques on 696 visitors and librarians. The result suggests that the effects of light intensity include eyestrain, reading difficulty, dizziness, shoulder and back pains, as well as impaired concentration. Also, the frequency of reading and working impacted the subjective complaints. Furthermore, the intensity as well as the frequency of reading and working greatly influenced the subjective complaints. Based on the qualitative analysis, the development of light concepts and room design significantly influenced the comfort level. Therefore, the negative impact of lighting is exacerbated by the increasing frequency of reading and working. However, library room designs greatly contribute to the comfort level of librarians and visitors
