Dampak Revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana Terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kota Cirebon
Full text linkPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pada pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di Alun-alun Sangkala Buana. Penelitian ini mengambil judul tentang Dampak Revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana Terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kota Cirebon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima, serta menganalisis faktor modal kerja, jam kerja, lama usaha, dan atraksi wisata terhadap pendapatan PKL. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang kaki lima yang berada di sekitar Alun-alun Sangkala Buana. Jumlah responden yang diambil adalah sebanyak 67 pedagang dengan metode Total sample dengan memenuhi kriteria penelitian, sebagai berikut: berjualan secara rutin dan berjualan sebelum dan sesudah revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks dan Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Revitalisasi memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan pendapatan bersih pedagang. (2) modal kerja, jam kerja, dan atraksi wisata mempengaruhi bersama-sama secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL. (3) Secara parsial, modal kerja, jam kerja, dan atraksi wisata berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL (4) Variabel atraksi wisata menjadi variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL di Alun-alun Sangkala Buana. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang kaki lima setelah revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana. Pedagang dan pengelola Alun-alun Sangkala Buana bekerja sama menjaga dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pengunjung agar tertarik berkunjung kembali untuk mendukung perekonomian pedagang. Kemudian, pedagang dapat mengelola modal kerja dengan efektif dan efisien untuk menghasilkan output sebanyak-banyaknya dan melakukan inovasi pada usahanya dengan menambah variasi dan diversifikasi menu pada saat penyelenggaraan atraksi wisata, serta diharapkan pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi mengenai metode pembayaran Cashless
Babad Sangkala and the Javanese sense of history

There is a tradition of scepticism about the historical value of Javanese chronicles (babad), which has led to a privileging of European sources in the study of Javanese history. This scepticism may rest upon doubt whether the Javanese even have a sense of history.
This paper argues that there is ample evidence in Javanese chronicles of a vibrant sense of the past. It analyses particularly Babad Sangkala. The original version of this work (Leiden cod. or. 4097) seems to have been completed c. 1750 and is shown here to be very accurate in its account of the reign of Pakubuwana II (1726-49). This babad demonstrates that in the mid-eighteenth century there was a Javanese chronicle tradition which assumed that events occurred in a sequence, that they had causes and consequences, that they could be judged and that the past was worth both knowing and recording accurately. This demonstration that Javanese chronicle writers could be concerned to record the past with precision is essential to showing that the Javanese were indubitably people with a sense of history and a capacity to record it. Clearly therefore historians of pre-colonial Java are as much obliged to take Javanese sources seriously as historians of France or Germany are obliged to use French or German sources. Proses Pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa hak tanah melalui jalur nonlitigasi di Desa Sangkala, Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba melalui mekanisme Hukum Acara Lembaga Adat untuk menyelesaikan setiap permasalahann dan urusan yang terjadi dalam masyarakat adat Kajang dengan istilah A’borong yang diartikan sebagai wadah untuk menyelesaikan segala permasalahan dan sengketa yang dilimpahkan secara Hukum Adat berdasarkan Pasang Ri Kajang. Inilah yang dimaksud dengan sistem peradilan adat dalam Perda Bulukumba. 2). Bentuk Penyelesaian Sengketa Hak Tanah di Desa Sangkala Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba dimana Pada keadaan tertentu ketika suatu masalah tidak dapat dilimpahkan pada metode A’borong atau keputusan A’borong tidak dilaksanakan serta sengketa yang diserahkan dalam A’borong sulit untuk di putuskan maka langkah-langkah yang diambil adalah langkah tegas, yang berbentuk ritual sacral yang ada di daerah kajang tersebut, yaitu: Pattunra (di Sumpah), Attunu panroli’ (bakar linggis) dan Attunu Passau. 3). pandangan Hukum Islam tentang uang permufakatan penyelesaian sengketa hak tanah di masyarakat adat Kajang di Desa Sangkala Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa, sebagai dasar untuk mendapatkan pengesahan. Penyelesaian sengketa jalur nonlitigasi dengan menggunakan negosiasi berdasarkan ketentuan umum dalam Q.S. an-Nisa 135.

Abstract
The process of implementing the settlement of land rights disputes through non-litigation channels in Sangkala Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency through the mechanism of the Procedural Law of the Customary Institution to resolve any problems and affairs that occur in the Kajang customary community with the term A'borong which is defined as a forum for resolving all problems and disputes which is delegated by Customary Law based on Pasang Ri Kajang. This is what is meant by the customary justice system in the Bulukumba Regional Regulation. 2). In certain circumstances when a problem cannot be delegated to the A'borong method or the A'borong decision is not implemented and the dispute submitted to A'borong is difficult to decide, then the following steps are taken: The steps taken are firm steps, in the form of sacred rituals that exist in the area of the kajang, namely: Pattunra (at Oath), Attunu panroli' (burning crowbars) and Attunu Passau. 3). Islamic Law's view on consensus settlement of land rights disputes in the Kajang customary community in Sangkala Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency, as a basis for obtaining ratification. Non-litigation dispute resolution using negotiation based on general provisions in Q.S. an-Nisa 135.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
