PSYNDEX Tests wird durch das Leibniz-Institut für Psychologie als Open Access Dokumentation angeboten.Diagnostische Zielsetzung: Die "Qualitätsskala zur inklusiven Schulentwicklung (QU!S) - eine Arbeitshilfe auf dem Weg zur inklusiven Schule" hat das Ziel, die inklusive Qualität an bayrischen Schulen reliabel, valide und objektiv zu messen. Aufbau: Bei der Durchführung der QU!S werden fünf Ebenen (Förderung, Unterricht, Team, Schulkonzept, externe Vernetzung) aus dem "Ökologischen Mehrebenenmodell der inklusiven Schulentwicklung" anhand von 25 Qualitätsstandards beobachtet. Jeder Qualitätsstandard wird mit Hilfe von fünf ausformulierten Ausprägungsgraden bewertet. Grundlagen und Konstruktion: Laut den Testautoren wurde die QU!S nach der gängigen Vorgehensweise der Testkonstruktion entwickelt, jedoch könne die inklusive Qualität nicht als latente Variable erfasst werden. Als Grundlage für die Ausformulierung der Qualitätsstandards und Ausprägungsgrade wurde der Leitfaden des Wissenschaftlichen Beirates Inklusion "Profilbildung inklusive Schule - ein Leitfaden für die Praxis" verwendet. Zur Bewertung der inklusiven Qualität dient das "Ökologische Mehrebenenmodell der inklusiven Schulentwicklung" als Grundlage. Die inklusive Qualität umfasst dabei sowohl die Interaktion von allen Beteiligten als auch die inklusive Qualität auf allen fünf Ebenen (Förderung, Unterricht, Team, Schulkonzept, externe Vernetzung) der inklusiven Entwicklung. Empirische Prüfung und Gütekriterien: Reliabilität: Die QU!S erzielte einen Kappa-Koeffizienten nach Cohen von Kappa = .94. Validität: Zur Überprüfung der Validität wurde eine Literaturrecherche, ein Vergleich mit dem "Index für Inklusion" und ein Expertenrating hinsichtlich der Bedeutsamkeit der Items durchgeführt. A Profile of Fatherhood Among Young Men: Moving Away from Their Birth Family and Closer to Their Child.
Have things changed all that much in terms of how fatherhood is conceptualized and exercised in daily life? That is the question underlying this article. The author compares the findings of a recent analysis on certain aspects of the lived experiences of young fathers (under 25 years of age) with the results of studies undertaken over the past ten years, and replies in the affirmative. First of all, when considering the representations held of fathers or mothers, most of these young fathers believe that their role is a multi-faceted one, and that it is often identical to that of their spouse. According to young fathers, fatherhood is a dual experience that requires them to be present on a daily basis while also casting their eye on the future. This is an experience that is constructed out of affectionate moments, child-care duties, education in the literal sense, and especially out of shared experiences with their spouse. In addition, they question the degree to which involvement in a career should take precedence over involvement in their child's life. Kurzform der Qualitätsskala zur Inklusiven Schulentwicklung - QU!S-S
Die QU!S-Kurzform ist ein Instrument zur Evaluation von fünf Qualitätsebenen inklusiver Schulentwicklung und wurde auf der Basis der umfänglicheren „Qualitätsskala Inklusive Schulentwicklung“ (QU!S®) abgeleitet. Die QU!S® wurde von Heimlich, Wilfert, Ostertag und Gebhardt (2018) entwickelt und im Rahmen des „Begleitforschungsprojektes inklusive Schulentwicklung (B!S)“ (vgl. Heimlich, Kahlert, Lelgemann, & Fischer, 2016) in Bayern erstmals in Schulen eingesetzt. Sie basiert auf dem ökologischen Mehrebenenmodell der inklusiven Schulentwicklung (Heimlich, 2003; 2019). Die QU!S-S (short) wird hingegen stärker als ein Instrument der Selbstevaluation der Schule und als Forschungsinstrument begriffen

Selenization kinetics inCu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 solar cells prepared from nanoparticle inks
Earth-abundant Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin film photovoltaic absorber layers are fabricated by annealing Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanoparticle thin films in a selenium rich atmosphere. Systematic variation of the selenization time (5, 10, 20 and 40 min) and temperature (450, 500, 550 and 600 °C) provides insight into the kinetics of the selenization process and in particular recrystallization and grain growth. Se–S anion exchange is found to follow Avrami׳s model in which the CZTS selenization is controlled by an irregular one-dimensional process limited by metal cation re-ordering and grain boundary migration. CZTSSe grain growth is observed to follow a normal relation with a grain growth exponent close to the ideal case of equiaxed grains and the grain boundary migration energy is calculated to be 85.38 kJ/mol. These selenization variables have a fundamental influence on the quality of the resulting CZTSSe thin film and consequently the device performance. A peak device solar energy conversion efficiency of 5.4% was obtained for selenization at 500 °C for 20 min. The device efficiency was found to be highly sensitive to these variables and it is critical to obtain an appropriate balance between grain growth and thin film quality
Modelling the magnetic activity and filtering radial velocity curves of young Suns : the weak-line T Tauri star LkCa 4

SHPA acknowledges financial support from CNPq, CAPES and Fapemig.We report results of a spectropolarimetric and photometric monitoring of the weak-line T Tauri star LkCa 4 within the Magnetic Topologies of Young Stars and the Survival of close-in giant Exoplanets (MaTYSSE) programme, involving ESPaDOnS at the Canada–France–Hawaii Telescope. Despite an age of only 2 Myr and a similarity with prototypical classical T Tauri stars, LkCa 4 shows no evidence for accretion and probes an interesting transition stage for star and planet formation. Large profile distortions and Zeeman signatures are detected in the unpolarized and circularly polarized lines of LkCa 4 using Least-Squares Deconvolution (LSD), indicating the presence of brightness inhomogeneities and magnetic fields at the surface of LkCa 4. Using tomographic imaging, we reconstruct brightness and magnetic maps of LkCa 4 from sets of unpolarized and circularly polarized LSD profiles. The large-scale field is strong and mainly axisymmetric, featuring a ≃2 kG poloidal component and a ≃1 kG toroidal component encircling the star at equatorial latitudes – the latter making LkCa 4 markedly different from classical T Tauri stars of similar mass and age. The brightness map includes a dark spot overlapping the magnetic pole and a bright region at mid-latitudes – providing a good match to the contemporaneous photometry. We also find that differential rotation at the surface of LkCa 4 is small, typically ≃5.5 times weaker than that of the Sun, and compatible with solid-body rotation. Using our tomographic modelling, we are able to filter out the activity jitter in the radial velocity curve of LkCa 4 (of full amplitude 4.3 km s−1) down to an rms precision of 0.055 km s−1. Looking for hot Jupiters around young Sun-like stars thus appears feasible, even though we find no evidence for such planets around LkCa 4.Peer reviewe

O presente Trabalho de Conclus?o De Curso (TCC) voltada para a pesquisa na ?rea de estudo do curso de Licenciatura em Qu?mica da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul (UFFS)? campus Realeza (PR), procurou compreender a potencialidade da fotografia na discuss?o das bases da Qu?mica Verde, como tamb?m atrav?s da analise dos outros apectos que utilizamos como corpus de nossa pesquisa, um dialogo para al?m de experimentos e laborat?rios, instigando a problem?tica da Qu?mica Verde frente a crise ambiental que estamos vivenciando. O trabalho foi ancorado na pesquisa e analise dos trabalhos publicizados no XVII Encontro Nacional de Ensino de Qu?mica (ENEQ), que ocorreu em 2014, na cole??o de livro did?ticos ?Qu?mica Cidad?? organizado por Wildson Luiz Pereira dos Santos e Gerson de Souza M?l, e nas fotografias retratadas em v?rios ambientes do munic?pio de Salto do Lontra, Paran?. Atrav?s da analise desses tr?s aspectos chegamos nas categorias, que seguem a base da proposta de analise textual discursiva (ATD) constru?da por Moraes e Galiazzi (2007). As categorias emergiram das unidades de sentido, a qual chegamos nas seguintes: (i) Sustentabilidade enfatizando o desenvolvimento industrial; (ii) Impactos ambientais e a crise ambiental que estamos vivenciando; (iii) Dimens?es da Educa??o voltada para o ambiente e os princ?pios da Qu?mica Verde. Para a constru??o do dialogo da pesquisa optamos por discutir apenas uma das categorias ?Dimens?es da Educa??o voltada para o ambiente e os princ?pios da Qu?mica Verde? a qual consideramos mais pertinente com nossos ideais. A Qu?mica Verde prop?em um ensino mais concentrado na preven??o, na busca pela minimiza??o das problem?ticas ambientais desenvolvendo metodologias e processos que n?o agridam o ambiente e nem os seres humanos, dessa maneira ? fundamental que ela esteja inserida em todos os processos de ensino e forma??o, para que os indiv?duos formulem seus valores e seus objetivos conscientes e preocupados com o futuro das pr?ximas gera??es e tamb?m do planeta.
