Penelitian yang berjudul "Reinterpretasi Supriyadi Pada Tari
Baladewa Dalam Pertunjukan Lengger" menggunakan metode penelitian
kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi tari. Untuk menjawab
permasalahan tentang bentuk reinterpretasi pada Tari Baladewan
digunakan teori bentuk Suzanne K. Langer. Untuk menjawab
permasalahan tentang kreativitas Supriyadi dalam reinterpretasi Tari
Baladewa digunakan konsep kreativitas Rhodes yang dikutip oleh Utami
Munandar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ide garap serta proses
reinterpretasi Supriyadi pada Tari Baladewa dalam pertunjukan lengger.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalamannya sebagai penari
maupun koreografer, kreativitas tersebut diwujudkan dalam motif gerak
Tari Baladewan. Gerak-gerak tersebut terinspirasi dari Tari Baladewa
yang terdapat pada lengger dan dipengaruhi oleh ketubuhan Supriyadi
pada tari gaya Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Banyumas dan Sunda. Tari
Baladewan diiringi dengan gending Kulu-Kulu atau Cindung Cina yang
juga merupakan gendhing untuk mengiringi Tari Baladewa dalam
kesenian lengger.

Get PDFKecerdasan interpersonal merupakan suatu kepekaan atau kepedulian individu terhadap individu lainnya yang diperlukan guru dan peserta didik dalam sebuah pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini masih ada peserta didik yang belum memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal secara maksimal didalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik kelas III SD Supriyadi Semarang melalui pembelajaran tematik. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner atau angket yang kemudian menggunakan skala likert. Dengan menggunakan subjek penelitiannya peserta didik kelas III SD Supriyadi semarang. Bentuk kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik yang dikembangkan di SD Supriyadi Semarang diantaranya adalah berbagi, membandingkan, bekerjasama, memiliki banyak teman, dan belajar dari orang lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik kelas III SD Supriyadi Semarang berkembang dengan baik, sehingga dapat tercipta interaksi yang baik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai

Get PDFHeadman election are part of a village government implementation system that transparent, independent, accountable and democratic. Conducting headman election in direct, general, free, confidental, honest and fair are expected to produce a headman who is able to lead and organize village government in effective, efficient, responsible manner, and trusted by the villagers. This kind of headman can create and increase the welfare of the villagers. Based on juridical study, the legislation that directly regulates headman election is not adequate enough for the provision concerning dispute of headman election result. It only appoint regent/mayor as a party that obligated to settle disputes within 30 (thirty) days, and a deadline to submit an objection is 3 (three) days. Therefore, making a more technical regulationregarding the stages, mechanisms, and procedures for resolving headman election disputes in a form of regional legal products will greatly help providing a solution for the election implementation committee at both the village and regency/city level, candidates for headman, villagers, and regent/mayor who was given the obligation to resolve dispute of headman election result.

Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah melalui Model Problem Based Learning (Pbl) pada Peserta Didik Kelas III Sekolah Dasar Supriyadi Kota Semarang
No full textKurikulum 2013 bukan merupakan hal yang baru di dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya jenjang sekolah dasar. Akan tetapi, penerapannya di kelas III baru dimulai sejak tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Implementasi kurikulum 2013 menuntut guru untuk memilih model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan langkah pendekatan saintifik agar dapat mendorong dan menginspirasi peserta didik berpikir kritis, analitis, dan tepat dalam mengidentifikasi, memahami, memecahkan masalah dan mengaplikasikan materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika peserta didik kelas III SD Islam Supriyadi kota Semarang melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek yang menerima tindakan adalah peserta didik kelas IIIA SD Islam Supriyadi kota Semarang sebanyak 32 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar pada muatan pembelajaran matematika. Pada siklus satu terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Akan tetapi peningkatan tersebut belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Dengan demikian tindakan dilanjutkan di siklus 2. Pada siklus 2 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dan sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang semula pada siklus I mencapai 63% (20 peserta didik tuntas) menjadi 82% pada siklus II (27 peserta didik tuntas). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika peserta didik kelas IIIA SD Islam Supriyadi kota Semarang
Neutrality of State Civil Apparatus in Regional Head Elections
Get PDFAbstract: The results of this study conclude that the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus in the Implementation of Regional Head Elections has not been implemented properly. There are still many ASNs who are not neutral; this is due to the existence of Article 53 of Law No. 4 of 2014 concerning ASNs, which states that the President, as the holder of the highest authority in ASN development, can delegate the authority to determine the appointment, transfer, and dismissal of officials other than the main and middle high-ranking officials. The main functional expertise is the regent/mayor in the district/city (PPK), so with this, the incumbent candidate can use the authority they have to pressure ASN ahead of the Pilkada. Several efforts have been made by the government, such as through laws and joint decrees of the Minister of State Civil Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, Minister of Home Affairs, Chairperson of the State Civil Apparatus Commission, and Chairperson of the General Elections Supervisory Body. However, in reality, the loyalty factor between superiors and subordinates is an obstacle to creating a neutral position in the implementation of the Regional Head Election because there are still many ASNs who participate in practical politics. This research is a type of Normative Juridical research with a statutory approach method. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis, which intends to provide a systematic factual and accurate picture or painting of the facts, nature, and relationships between the phenomena investigated on how neutrality in ASN in the election of Regional Heads.

Get PDFThis legal research is based on the focus of the problem regarding the Regulation of the Principle of Openness of Law Formation in Indonesian Positive Law, and the Regulation of the Principle of Openness of Correct Formation of Laws in Indonesian Positive Law. This research includes normative legal research with a statutory approach and in the analysis of legal materials using qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of research and analysis of problems in this study, it is concluded that the Regulation of the Principle of Openness of Law Formation in Indonesian Positive Law contains provisions that underlie the availability of information on the implementation of Law Formation for all elements of society, but not as a whole, and the Regulation of the Principle of Openness In the Formation of Laws in accordance with the Positive Law of Indonesia are the arrangements that underlie the availability of information on the Formation of Laws that are disseminated and conveyed transparently to the public, as well as the widest possible opportunity for all elements of society to provide input in the Formation of Laws in accordance with with the Principles of Formation of Laws and General Principles of Good Governance.

Get PDFThis article has the intent and purpose to find out the legal consequences arising from the existence of a binding sale and purchase agreement (PPJB) with a power of attorney to sell which is notarized which can result in a tax payable, Customs Duty on Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) and Income Tax Collection ( PPh) On the Transfer of HAT, it is reviewed based on the PDRD Law and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 of 2016 concerning Income Tax on Income from the Transfer of Land and/or Building Rights, and the Sale and Purchase Agreement on Land and/or Building and its Amendments. The type of research in this research is normative juridical law research, with the approach used in this research being statutory approval. The Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) is a legal breakthrough made by a Notary to overcome the problems faced in the implementation of the sale and purchase of land rights as previously explained. Legal discoveries made and applied by a Notary regarding the use of a Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) in assisting the implementation of the sale and purchase of land rights or as a preliminary agreement before making a Sale and Purchase Deed so that the existence of PPJB does not mean transferring or transferring a Land Right.
