AN EXAMINATION ON THE RESULTS OF THE ECONOMIC RIGHTS ON THE LITERARY AND ARTISTIC WORK OF THE AUTHOR AFTER DEATH
Bir edebiyat ve sanat eserini meydana getirenkişiye, hukuk düzenince o eser üzerinde malî ve manevî nitelikte haklar tanınmıştır. Eser sahibi tekelindebu hakları hayatta olduğu sürece dilediği gibi kullanabilir ve herkese karşı ileri sürebilir. Eser sahibininmanevî hakları devir ve intikale elverişli olmadığıhalde, malî hakların hem devri ve lisanslanmasımümkündür. Bu haklar aynı zamanda eser sahibininölümünden sonra mirasçılarına da intikal eder. Eserüzerindeki malî haklar, sahibinin ölümünden sonra 70yıl korunur ve bu süre boyunca mirasçılar bu haklardan eser sahibi gibi istifade edebilirler.Bir kimse öldüğü zaman, ona ait her türlütaşınır ve taşınmaz mallar ile sair ekonomik haklarTürk Medeni Kanun hükümlerine göre mirasçılaraintikal eder. Ancak fikri mülkiyet haklarının diğermalvarlığı haklarına göre farklı özellikler taşır. Bunedenle, kanunlarda sözkonusu hakların mirasçılaraintikali ve mirasçılarca kullanımıyla ilgili bazı özeldüzenlemelere yer verilmiştir. Bu makalede, TürkHukukuna göre bir edebiyat ve sanat eserini meydana getiren kişinin ölümü halinde, o eser üzerindekimalî hakların mirasçılara intikaline özgü boyutlarüzerinde durulmaktadır.The person who created a literary and artistic work has granted economic and moral rights on that work by law order. These rights are under the monopoly of the author and, as long as he/she is alive, can use them as he/she wish and claim them against everyone. Although the moral rights of the author are not suitable for transfer and deployment, economic rights are possible to transfer and license another person. These rights are also transferred to the heirs after the death of the author. On the other hand, economic rights on the work are protected for 70 years after the death of the author and during this period, his/her heirs can benefit from such rights as the owner of the work. When a person dies, any movable and immovable property and other economic rights belonging to him are transferred to the heirs according to the provisions of the Turkish Civil Code. If it is compared it can be seen that intellectual property rights have different characteristics than others. Therefore, the law includes some special regulations regarding the transfer and use of these rights to the heirs of author. This article is the result of research on the analysis of the application of accounting applied to madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Fikri, the purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the accounting application carried out by MTs Nurul Fikri with generally accepted accounting principles. This research uses descriptive analysis method, which is to carefully explain certain phenomena and test hypotheses with theory. As for the results of this study, the author suggests that madrasah tsanawiyah in the recording process do not calculate depreciation for fixed assets, madrasas only prepare balance and profit and loss reports, and do not compile cash flow reports and notes on financial statements. Thus, based on the description of the discussion and research results, it can be argued that the application of accounting at madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Fikri is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

DALAM KESUNYIAN: KISAH INSPIRATIF PERJUANGAN FIKRI, PENYANDANG TULI DALAM FOTO CERITA NARATIF
Fikri adalah seorang anak muda usia 19 tahun yang merupakan seorang penyandang tuli sejak lahir. Fikri menjadi sosok utama dalam cerita foto naratif ini karena dianggap istimewa dan menginspirasi bagi penyandang tuli lainnya. Fikri berkarya, bekerja, dan mencari uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan keluarganya mengingat kedua orang tuanya juga tuli dan tidak memiliki pekerjaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat karya foto cerita naratif yang dapat menyampaikan sudut pandang penulis mengenai Fikri sehingga pembaca diarahkan untuk memiliki persepsi yang sama dengan penulis. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai penerapan praktik teori fotografi cerita naratif dengan subjek cerita Fikri sebagai penyandang tuli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu dengan cara mengeksplorasi atau memotret situasi sosial yang akan diteliti secara menyeluruh, luas, dan mendalam. Data yang diambil dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, survei, dan studi literatur serta akan diolah secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian karya foto cerita naratif ini mengikuti formula dasar sembilan elemen foto cerita naratif, dimulai dengan foto pembuka atau overall, elemen medium, detail, portrait, interaction, signature, sequence, foto klimaks, dan clincher. Simpulan bahwa teori foto cerita naratif dengan sembilan elemen foto yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini telah berhasil membuat sebuah cerita menjadi nyata dalam rangkaian foto. In the Silence: An Inspirational Story of Fikri’s Struggle, the Deaf Boy, in Narrative Photostory. Fikri is a nineteen-year-old boy who has been deaf since birth. He becomes the main character in this narrative photo story because he is considered extraordinary and an inspiration to other deaf people. Fikri works and earns money as the breadwinner for the whole family, considering that both of his parents are also deaf and they do not have a job. This research aims to create narrative photostory that can convey the author's perspective on Fikri in order to make the readers to have the same perception as the author. The benefit of this research is as a practical application of narrative photostory theory with Fikri as the deaf person as the subject. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative, done by exploring or photographing social situations which were thoroughly, broadly, and deeply examined. The data was collected from observation, interviews, surveys, and literature studies. Upon collecting, it was processed qualitatively and descriptively. The finding of this research was acknowledging that narrative photostory was in accordance with the formula of nine elements of narrative photostory. These elements are the opening photo or overall element, medium elements, detail, portrait, interaction, signature, sequence, climax photo, and clincher photo. It was then concluded that the theory of narrative photostory with its nine photo elements were coherently applied in this study and it has succeeded in making a story feels real in a series of photos
Critical Discourse Analysis on Ghazwul Fikri Book Written by Abdul Shabur Marzuq
This study was about Critical Discourse Analysis on Ghazwul Fikri book written
by Abdul Shabur Marzuq published in june 1991 in form of macrostructure,
superstructure, and microstructure. The method of this research was descriptive
qualitative research. The compiled data were analyzed by using the concept of
Van Dijk’s discourse analysis. The result focused on macrostructure consisting of
the thematic. In superstructure, the researcher found several parts of the text that
used schematic, namely the introduction, content and conclusion. In
microstructure, the researcher found the semantics, syntax, stylistic, and rhetoric.
The result showed that the author’s had the purpose that muslim should be careful
of ghazwul fikri in semantics element, syntax element found: additive (‘dan’and,
‘atau’ or), temporal (‘selama’ as long as, ‘sejak’ since, ‘ketika’ when), clausal
(‘jika’ if), and contrast (‘tapi’ but), in stylistic used the lexicon element to choose
word according author interpretation of Ghazwul Fikri book. And in rhetoric, it
used metaphor element to describe the author’s that was linguistic style suitable
with Ghazwul fikri book
PEMBERDAYAAN SANTRI MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN LIFE SKILL DI PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN TERPADU DAAR EL FIKRI KABUPATEN MESUJI
ABSTRAK
Pondok pesantren merupakan suatu tempat pendidikan yang
menampung kegiatan belajar mengajar dan aktifitas lain yang berkaitan
dengan kiai sebagai pimpinan pondok pesantren, guru atau ustadz yang
mengajar, dan santri sebagai murid yang didalamnya mempunyai fasilitas
pendidikan terpadu dan sarana penunjang yang terpadu dalam satu
kompleks yang memudahkan pengawasan dan pengelolaan. Masalah
yang peneliti temukan pada santri pondok pesantren modern terpadu Daar
El Fikri salah satunya adalah santri mempunyai kemampuan life skill
yang kurang maksimal bahkan beberapa santri tidak memiliki potensi
keberdayaan atau keterampilan . Penelitian ini merujuk pada bagaimana
proses pemberdayaan santri yang dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren
modern terpadu Daar El Fikri serta bagaimana keberlanjutan program
pemberdayaan di pondok pesantren modern terpadu Daar El- Fikri.
Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui
pemberdayaan pondok pesantren modern terpadu Daar El Fikri dalam
mengembangkan life skill santri. Untuk mengetahui kondisi keberlanjutan
pengembangan life skill santri melalui program pemberdayaan di pondok
pesantren modern terpadu Daar El Fikri.
Pada Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan
menggunakan teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan
dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 2 sumber data yakni sumber
data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Pada sumber data primer, peneliti
menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang mana peneliti
mengkatagorikan sumber dengan kriteria tertentu. Adapun yang menjadi
sumber data primer adalah santri, ketua fasiitator, pelatih fasilitator dan
Khodimul Ma’had.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren
membuat sebuah program pemberdayaan santri melalui pengembangan
life skill ke dalam program ekstrakulikuler muhadhoroh, dapat
memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan public speaking
santri pondok pesantren modern terpadu Daar El-FIkri.

ABSTRACT
Islamic boarding school is an educational place that accommodates
teaching and learning activities and other activities related to the kiai as
the leader of the Islamic boarding school, the teacher or ustadz who
teaches, and the santri as students which has integrated educational
facilities and supporting facilities that are integrated in one complex
which makes supervision easier. and management. One of the problems
that researchers found among the students at the Daar El Fikri integrated
modern Islamic boarding school was that the students had less than
optimal life skills and some students did not even have the potential for
empowerment or skills. This research refers to how the process of
empowering students is carried out by the Daar El-Fikri integrated
modern Islamic boarding school and how sustainable the empowerment
program is at the Daar El-Fikri integrated modern Islamic boarding
school. The aim of this research is to determine the empowerment of the
Daar El Fikri integrated modern Islamic boarding school in developing
the life skills of students. To find out the conditions for the sustainability
of students' life skills development through the empowerment program at
the Daar El Fikri integrated modern Islamic boarding school.
In this research the author used qualitative methods, using data
collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and
documentation. In this research there are 2 data sources, namely primary
data sources and secondary data sources. In primary data sources,
researchers use purposive sampling techniques where researchers
categorize sources using certain criteria. The primary data sources are
students, head facilitator, facilitator trainer and Khodimul Ma'had.
The results of this research show that the Islamic boarding school created
a student empowerment program through developing life skills into the
muhadhoroh extracurricular program, which can make a positive
contribution to the development of public speaking for students at the
Daar El-FIkri integrated modern Islamic boarding school.

Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan lembaga amil zakat nurul fikri Palangka Raya
Lembaga Zakat saat ini semakin kompetitif. Hal ini mendorong lembaga zakat untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tak terkecuali LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, untuk itu penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan Penelitian ini dilakukan secara field research. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya yaitu berjumlah 31 dan dari jumlah responden tersebut diberikan angket untuk dijawab. Metode pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan angket lalu di analisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.0.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai F (serentak) sebesar 8,801. Apabila menggunakan Ftabel sebesar 3,33 maka artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,386 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 38,6% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, sedangkan 61,4% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja.
ABSTRACT
The institution of Zakat is increasingly competitive. This encourages zakat to further improve its performance. No exception LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya. There are many factors that can affect the performance of employees, for that this research will be focused on the influence of leadership styles and work ethic of the performance of LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya employee, aiming to know the influence of leadership style and work ethic of the performance of LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya employee.
This type of research is a quantitative research type. This research is a research conducted directly in the field or can be called a field research. The population and samples of this research are all LAZ Nurul Fikri Palangka Raya employees, amounting to 31 and the number of respondents were given a poll to answer. Method of collecting author data using poll and with multiple analytical techniques, test T and F tests using the SPSS 16.0 program.
The results of this study showed F (simultaneous) value of 8,801. When using an F table of 3,33, it means that there is a significant influence between leadership styles and simultaneous work ethic of employee performance. The results of this research also show that the value of R Square is 0,386 which can mean that the variable of leadership style and work ethic has an effect of 38,6% on employee performance variables, while the other 61,4% are affected by Factors outside of variable style leadership and work ethic
Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Keuangan Pada SMP IT Al Fikri Green School Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of financial accounting that is applied in the Al Fikri Green School Pekanbaru Middle School in General Acceptable Accounting Principles. The type of data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data sourced from notes, written documents, oral and written information that has been provided by the Principal, School Treasurer, and other parties that have to do with the data needed, namely for 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. The method of analysis of this research uses descriptive analysis method. From the description of the discussion and the results of the research that the author did, it can be stated the results of the study that the Application of Accounting in Al Fikri Green School Pekanbaru is not in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles

There are two main purposes of this thesis; first, to show what are the elements of cohesion in animaton film ‘Kotonoha no Niwa’, and second, to explain the cohesiveness of this animation film. Data source is obtained from animation film ‘Kotonoha no Niwa’. There are 3 methods used in this thesis; first, author uses ‘watch and note-taking’ technique as data collecting, second, ‘distributional and immediate constituent analysis (ICA)’ technique is used as data analyzing, and the third, as data serving, text is served informally.
The result of this research includes 54 data served, with 10 data of reference, 10 data of conjunction, 30 data of response and interjecton, and 4 data of word order. This animation film has good cohesiveness because so many elements of cohesion provided in it and the four elements are fulfilling their function in every monologues, or even dialogues.

The folklore is a heritage, a culture, a literary work of the prior generations that are derived and preserved for the next generation. In addition, folklore also becomes the signature and history of a nation. Folklore is not only to entertain people but also as a medium for delivering noble values which of course can be learned. The Japanese are one of the nations that still uphold the noble values, and the Momotaro folklore is a popular example of folklore in Japan. The author chose this theme because the Japanese folklore Momotaro is a famous Japanese tale that also has educational values that serve as examples of learning for Japanese society. In addition, this folklore is also the signature and history of a nation, especially the Japanese nation. Many folklore in Japan have educational values, however, in Momotaro , the depictions of the unique characters of Momotaro are appropriate for being learned by children and adults. This is what makes the author interested to find out what educational values entailed in the Japanese folklore Momotaro.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the intrinsic elements of Momotaro's folklore and the educational values contained in the Momotaro. The theory used is the theory of structuralism and the theory of sociology of literature.
The result of this research is that the foklore has two themes, major theme and minor theme. The main character of this story is Momotaro which is also the title of this folklore. There are three values of education in this folklore, namely (1) the Value of Moral Education, (2) the Value of Social Education, and (3) the Value of Cultural Education.
