This final report entitled "Analysis Calculation of Cost of Production at PD
Berkat Mulia". The purpose of writing of the final report is to know how the
calculation of the cost of production at PD Berkat Mulia. The author uses
interview, observation and literature in retrieving data from the company. From
the data the authors obtained, the authors found the existing problems in PD
Berkat Mulia, namely: not exactly the classification of the elements of production
costs in the calculation of the cost of production, not the separation of direct
labor costs with the cost of indirect labor and the exclusion of depreciation costs
of building and the factory report into the cost of production. To solve the
problem the author tries to give advice that might be useful for the company,
namely the company should classify the costs of production are appropriate and
companies also should impose the cost of depreciation of buildings and
machinery factory into the calculation of the cost of production

The purpose of this study was to analyze the ornamental and symbolic forms of the Lama Gang Bengkok Mosque building, and explain the history of the Lama Gang Bengkok Mosque which was used as a multiethnic symbol in Medan City. The method used is a qualitative research method and described descriptively. The theory used in this study is the semiotic theory of Charles Sanders Peirce. Data was obtained through observation and interview techniques with several informants and people around. The results showed that this building became one of the multiethnic symbols of harmony between religious and cultured people from ancient times to the present, and can be seen from the form and symbolism of the Lama Gang Bengkok Mosque building, such as the forms and symbols of Malay, Chinese and Persian culture.Keywords: Lama Gang Bengkok mosque; Ornaments; symbolis; Multi-Language; Medan City.

The purpose of this study is to describe some intrinsic substance and explain the Social Values that reflected in the novel entitled Kaze no Uta wo Kike. The data used for this study was obtained from the novel Kaze no Uta wo Kike by Japanese author, Haruki Murakami. The method used in this study is literature review by reading relevant references such as books, theses, and scientific journals. This study is a kind of qualitative research which uses sociological approach of literature to find out the social values that reflected in the novel entitled Kaze no Uta wo Kike.
This theory is to reveal social values, such as dominant value (the desire from “Aku”’s Parents to see their children heal and live normally) and ingrained value which according to Notonagoro is divided into material value, moral value, and spritual value (but in this studyonly focuses in vital value and spirtual value). The vital value that reflected in the novel Kaze no Uta wo Kike are psychiatrist, beer and raison d’etre. Meanwhile, spiritual value is divided into truth value (luck can’t be bought by money, human will die), beauty value (beautiful Saturday night, beautiful song), moral value (forgive others, returning the favor), religius value (People’s will die, funeral procession, heaven).

Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan tingkat hubungan kelincahan dengan menggiring bola pada pemain klub Keras FC Banda Aceh. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat hubungan kelincahan dengan menggiring bola pada pemain klub Keras FC Banda Aceh.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif Sumber data penelitian ini bersumber dari pada pemain klub Keras FC Banda Aceh dengan konteks kelincahan dengan menggiring bola.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Dalam melakukan penelitian peneliti sebagai pengamat penuh tanpa terlibat dalam penelitian Agar hasil pengamatan dapat dipercaya, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu camera serta lembar pelaksanaan tes.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: Bahwa kelincahan dan menggiring bola pada pemain Klub Keras FC Banda Aceh terdapat hubungan yang signifikan sebesar (r=0,41). sehingga kelincahan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 17,01% terhadap menggiring bola pada pemain Klub Keras FC Banda Aceh.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelincahan dan menggiring bola pada pemain Klub Keras FC Banda Aceh

Staffs is the most important part of a company, because the ups and downs of a
company is depend on them. Their spirits and desires of work could affect the increase or
the decrease of a company. Because of that reason, to increase their spirit and desire of
work company should motivated them to work better. One of effort to increase staff 's
motivation work is to run the compensation program.
This research is based on the important of compensation program for staff 's
motivation of work. Compensation was built for the increasing of staff ' team work,
motivate them to give their best, discipline them, stabilize them.
The purpose of this research is to get to know how far the cause of compensation
program to staff 's motivation of work at PT. Yakult office branch Tasikmalaya.
This research is used the descriptive method, but in the hypothesis testing we
used the Rank Spearman corelation statistic analysis method, coefficient corelation
analysis, and determination coefficient.
Through statistic analysis, which is used the determination coefficient, we get the
data that the cause of compensation program to staff ' motivation of work is 29.16% , and
70.84% is the effect of another factor with the rate of closeness relation among both
variables is 0.54% , which means that between the compensation variable and motivation
work variable had the quite strong/high effect.
In generally we conclude that the implication of compensation program on PT.
Yakult office branc Tasikmalaya is correct, and staff 's motivation of work is already
strong, but there is still a little problem that the achievement of work is lack of respect. So
chapter I hypothesis is “Implication of compensation had the positive effect for staff 's
motivation of work”
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
